every single scenario that you may come across every failure every challenge I face that you might experience before moving on to creating a successful Drop Shipping business from scratch for sale let's go and with quarter 4 coming right around the corner things were getting really busy what better way to make it real than to bring you guys an entire documentary on the journey I took with Dylan and TAA that goes over the exact process to create a successful brand we have everything from how we found our product the first few stores that we created and
failed and this store right here that pulled in a million dollars last month and to be 100% transparent with you in the first8 months of the Year our business was at an all-time low where we pretty much lost over A4 million dollars through trial and error the results that you were going to see in this video are 100% real and it was a lot of work and if you're thinking about getting started on your own brand I'm hoping that this video will give you incredible insights to the reality of Drop Shipping because of all the

now I mean look we've we spent all this money to get the data so all we have to do is keep optimizing I'm just giving you guys A heads up maybe we can like I don't know just throw like some sort of a Hail Mary I I don't know all right DX so what's the te um business isn't doing too well um numbers aren't too pretty since the start of Q2 um we're down $100,000 probably more nice nice uh definitely not the position that we want to be especially coming into Q4 MH um we're losing
team members because we can't afford them but you know as scary as it seems like we've been in these positions before so I'm you know trying to just you know keep my head up journaling right now and then uh yeah man we just got we got a lot to do looking for a new product um excited to test something new new new e-commerce brand so that's something that we got to do mhm but yeah got to got to got to keep the got to keep [ __ ] Good Vibes going you know we're just going
to make the most of it bro let's go [ __ ] bro about to cry it's a tough time guys we're really we're going through it right now we're putting smiles on our faces but this this hurts a lot so knowing that we were set on starting a new Drop Shipping project and under the pressure that we were already losing out on hundreds of thousands of Dollars for the first half of 2023 Dylan and I began going back to the beginning and started looking for products we searched on Tik Tok AliExpress and team for about
2 to 3 hours until we found something that we were confident would hit you know a really like underrated product research method that not a lot of people that a lot of people actually talk [ __ ] about is like Tik Tok maybe buy like Tik Tok maybe buy that's where I found like the majority of my winning products as well as like other students like for example like there was this product right here like this one could be a winner the inkless printer dude I think we should test it like that's a really really
good product I know that's just one I'll I'll keep looking the crazy thing is like 99% of people don't even realize that there's just normal people behind those videos making money and that's where we're trying to get [Music] to so Dylan like what is like your method for product research right now so basically it's just looking up Amazon finds on Tik Tok so basically I just scroll through here I'll find videos of like 15 different products I'll just scroll through the comments and whatever people are interested in I'll check that product out super easy tell
them about the last store that was ran it didn't end too well um we got completely demolished by fire competition so we started off pretty early in the year we were competing with them they had just a lot more budget than us so even though we had like new Innovative ideas they just used that budget to completely destroy us so it was a crazy learning experience like we learned a lot and we're doing pretty well now with our other products but before that it was like the max Revenue that like was hit I think we
did like 40 40,000 in a month 40,000 in a month was pretty good and how many creatives were you guys pushing like every single week um we were doing like a batch a day so that's around three to four creatives and then we were trying to just pump as much as we could but they had way more creators way more budgets so it just didn't work out for us yeah it's tough do you guys sell the brand at least yeah it was still profitable it was still making money but like what we wanted from it
was we we couldn't compete anymore so we just got rid of [Music] it what's the best product you found so far well I found um found these hard classes these hard classes are going crazy um it was popping off about a year ago I feel like we can come in and just create a better account with a better angle and maybe maybe hit it off you can take a look at like the video and stuff like that too it's pretty it's pretty [Music] neat I also found this other product I saw Mikey again doing it
he's doing like the hush ball and oh that's dope I've seen that so it's a silent basketball I think that I think that that would go crazy yeah this would be dope just a half I think that I'd like this product to be honest cuz I play ball but this is dope and like I also checked on shop Hunter how much revenue that they were doing yeah in the last 30 days they made over 36 $36,000 so I feel like you know maybe we can hit on it too yeah easily shop Hunter is a tool
that you can use to track sales of competitor Shopify stores I also put a special link down below so then that way you guys can sign up and if you guys have been paying attention to my channel lately the heart glasses was a challenge I did back in September and yes in case you guys were wondering this was the first product we ran and just to give you an update on how that went I found a product that is pretty interesting and might be worth selling want to do to call just go to shop hunter.io
they do have the special effects the curiosity is running the expectations are through the roof and we might have just hit the jackpot reminder we spent about $12 for the product which leaves us with $88 we also had to pay for the Shopify account which was only $1 and also buy a domain which brought us down to $72 so pretty much all we had to do was it's not a bad video it's pretty good video yeah good video so just to give you a brief overview on how the first product that we attempted performed well
it didn't exceed our expectations we tried to run this page organically and go viral but we didn't see any success at all we posted on the page for about 3 weeks and only ended up with a few sales so if you want to check that out and see that page for yourself check out more lenses on Tik Tok and [Music] Instagram so right now we're at cig uh we're at a coffee shop right now CA and basically I just had a little team meeting with the boys kind of talk about the first product losses um
how we can recoup from the Q2 losses as well and pretty much just trying to figure out like a course of action on what we got to do for the next product cuz like the first product was just absolutely trash um Dylan you got anything to say yeah like most people at this point they just give up um it a pretty bad failure for us but we just kind of re going over ideas right now we're thinking about new products we're going to run so basically We're taking this as a loss but it's a good
lesson l so tapa like what do you think I mean I think everyone knows we failed on our first product I think there's a few reasons that we failed number one Adrian posted some shitty ass content um but that's not the only reason I feel that we didn't Target the Right audience we should have went a little bit more broad especially with the product so I think this next one what we're going to do is we're going to push um maybe more of like the Christmas gifting Niche for the next product we're still deciding on
on what we want to do but I think we want to push something organically and then also use the content and run it up on ads as well so that's kind of the plan we're going with one of the students uh Dylan M actually from my hometown the other doing good yeah doing good he's he's at 20K for the month right now like 20K for the month pretty pretty neat um so you know we definitely got to do better than got to do better than him I can't let another Dylan beat you you can't let
another Dylan beat you so you a little bit of context with we took a small break to focus on the program so technically Drop Shipping was on pause but this day in particular I got a text message from one of my students Dylan talking about how he's at 15K for the month and in case you guys didn't know we have plenty of Students who are absolutely crushing it with Tik Tok so if you want to learn more about how students like ik Keon and many other students are seeing sales like this all you have to

building the website with the product page right now so putting in description super super simple and uh yeah it takes a little bit but however I do want to show you guys something so Dylan actually showed me this prompt um for chat GPT where if we just take this and we copy it it's pretty much like a perfect layout for a product page so you type that in and then right here where it says product name right right here where it says product name you put like the name of the product so let's just say
we're selling you know fuzzy socks or something like that what does the Product do fuzzy socks for girls that keeps their legs warm so now as soon as I plug that in now chat GPT is just giving me a perfect product description for for my store so now I can just get that store up and running really quickly um start testing creatives as fast as possible and get the data that I need to start scaling so that's what I'm doing right now I did literally everything for this brand yeah check this out come here I
designed all the ground graphics for the whole site a couple promps it's crazy you can just talk back and forth you can get everything you need all done in one spot you don't have to go to different apps you don't have to hire designers like this this is the craziest thing we have right now damn going to make some images based off of that we can have this the site you can get like ugc photos and stuff too like we don't have to hire anybody anymore dude ai ai is insane CRA [ __ ] yo
what are you doing bro honestly I'm just like doing a lot of competitive research so I'm just uh going on Reddit Amazon trying to identify my customer Avatar and everything like that and like just trying to study like my competitors Creatives as much as possible so yeah like dude when it comes to drop shipping like if we can copy the the creative to make them better and also do The Branding really good like there's really no competition for us which is crazy like we just got keep doing research and then once we're ready to start
filming we're have to go yeah no I I think where a lot of people go wrong honestly is that like they don't do enough competitive research like they don't know they they don't know who they're marketing to and it's just like you know think about it the first thing that person sees video right we got to connect with them that's the first they the most important part if we can brought that down right now some good creatives good go content tomorrow too like we start posting start launching some stuff in the we're going to get
some s like 100% St uh editing right now a lot of people use like Tik Tok to edit honestly like for me I just use cap cut I think that cap Cut's a lot easier it's made by the same it's technically owned by Tik Tok and um I like the features that cap has so if you're ever editing your your creatives or anything like that 100% recommend use cap Cuts so easy very very simple so just some contacts few days ago um launched the creative so I mean Yeah making creatives and see what happens not
much we can do if we get that first sale kind of justifies us creators for sh more content but yeah as soon as we get as soon as we get like um sales coming in it's just like got to find um got to find creators Seattle United States what do you think that would be not answer that [ __ ] can answer it no don't hello hello goodbye yeah that's just a waiting here we can get that first sale in there I get it we got the first sale and I feel like a lot of
you guys really underlook how much work is actually done in order to get these first sales now for a lot of you guys it might take you a little bit of time but as long as you consistent you will get something to hit now the next thing that we're really going to be worrying about is just getting into some influencer Outreach knowing that we got a winning creative and a winning product that's working what we're going to do is really snowball this brand by reaching out to influencers the things are looking good now it's just
like got to uh's on the phone right now got to go find some creators so we're going to use backstage we use collapser reach out to these Influencers and hopefully we can lock in a deal so then that way they can um push our product out and we get a lot more sales coming into you know this month but for sale let's go all right so not bad um we got a saleck so that's fire so now the um line of tackle plan is to go on what uh we're going to use backstage and collapser
so we got to get some ugc creators for this now so like we can take good content but we can find people in the actual Niche to take better content for us so now we're going to use other people to make the content it's going to look a lot better we're going to get better Returns on it and we can scale a lot faster so what is what is like backstage and collapser you want to let the let them know um so basically it's like they're platforms where you can find creators so backstage is more
for like actual actors and stuff so you can find ugc creators on there and then collapser is like literally just a hub for ugc creators and just find different creators so for whatever you need go through here they're all priced differently so as long as you have the oh my God it's the it's the eating content bro this guy eats hella spicy food really yeah dude I've seen his videos perfect so if you want to get actual content creators for your videos you can just hit them up on here and you can start scaling with
that so this one's a little bit more pricey cuz there's these are actual content creators so if you go over to Backstage you can find a lot of different people On here which makes it very easy so same type of platform but just different prices got to get that better content so like I guess what's like the plan now like can you just reach out to them now or is that what you're going to do for the next couple hours I'm going to do a little bit of research into like the best creators that we
can have for this product and then once I find those I'm going to hit up like 1015 with the offer and then we'll see who responds first you know that's the best content yeah but yeah while you do that I'm probably just going to you know do something I don't know what I'm going to do just more you can can do a little bit more product research and stuff to make sure we have um the right creators ready to go and yeah we should be good to go all right bet I'm going to get to
work [Music] then so up until this point you guys have seen us literally just fail a product find a new product build a new store go into some more rounds of content creation launch some ads as well as get our first sales the next thing is just influencer Outreach and the reason why we are going to do that is because we want to be able to optimize the content that we have using the Ada formula now you're probably wondering how many influencers did we have to reach out to how many creatives did we have to
create and I'll tell you what it was a lot it's been a lot of testing a lot of pain but however I want to show you guys something really special Because the results one week in has been absolutely phenomenal all right what's going on guys so just finished um editing up it is uh 12:56 a.m. got out about five batches of content um so I did five I'm hoping that Dylan did five but now that we got these edited we're going to launch them tomorrow morning so just going to send that out to the media
buyer see how things turn out this week and then hopefully we're in for a really good month all right guys so I'm going to show you how I find my ugc creators when I'm trying to scale products so I use two different apps here so we have backstage and we have collapser so two pretty similar apps just a little bit different on the back end so this one you're basically finding ugc creators that don't really have social medias so they're not going to be charging as much so for these um I typically do like big
groups of different clips so I can use them for my ads and over here if you want to make social media post or you want to find a creator that has an actual following that help boost your product you you can go through here so you can just click you can just pick a platform whatever you want to do be Instagram Tik Tok whatever and you can also just use keywords that are kind of related to your product to help find a Creator that's best suited for that so these guys are going to be a
little bit more expensive just because they're using their social media as their leverage and if you go over here to Backstage you can just kind of put out a post defining all the characteristics for your actual product and what you're doing with the shoot and you can have certain people apply for it so um it's obviously going to be a lot cheaper you can set the price on here as well so I typically do pretty cheap for a bunch clips and then I just kind of go through everybody that applies and then pick the person
that I'm looking for so super simple ways to do this you guys can also use Facebook you can use Twitter you can use really whatever social media apps you want just kind of put posts out and see if people are interested just kind of use the hashtags that are related to it just like ugc Creator stuff like that Facebook also has some groups dedicated to ugc so if you guys want to join those you can get in there you can make posts in there and then that's just a whole bunch of people at your disposal
as well so bunch of different ways to do it these are my two favorite um try a couple and see how it works for you yo how's the store looking I mean it's doing really good dropping a lot of bread on ads right now reached out to to a lot of influencers and now uh for the last week actually if you want to come here well over A4 million dollars from November 6th to the 12th so there's been a couple Days where we hit 35 37 39 41 40 and just keep in mind guys like
this like I know I teach organic but this isn't just organic it started off as organic and then we started like reinvesting the profits like very aggressively right into ads started getting in contact with a bunch of media buyers influencers as well so as you remembered earlier Dylan was actually on um one of the websites called backstage and collap to reach out to these kinds of like really high quality influencers um and now we're using their content to start pumping out a bunch of creatives um asking them to promote the product onto their pages and
that's why we're seeing such like an influx of sales in the last week so Dylan's not here but I wish he was here damn but not bad all right so week one results you're probably thinking damn is this even real and I just want to keep you guys in mind that I have been doing this for quite a long period of time in the first year of starting e-commerce I did over $281,000 in Revenue my second year did over 660k and this year well you can see how the numbers start to stack up all right
so I just spent the last Three and a half hours editing um I think I finished about 15 to no I finished 20 videos so pretty proud of myself for that one um right now we're just uploading all to the media buyer it should be done pretty quickly and I want to get it launched for 12:00 a.m. so I finished everything up by 11:30 now it's time for bed and now we're ready for Black Friday so keep you guys posted so just to give you a little bit of context sometimes you can't just keep on
working as we continue to grow and things got busier and the more stressful we became we actually have to kind of wind down a little bit so we had a few students who joined the program last year and was actually able to obtain results like Michael over here who was able to hit a $70,000 month and Devon who is currently hitting around 30 to 40K per month profit come down to Miami and play a game of basketball but asides from that I want you guys to play real close attention to how their lives have really
changed and how they're also trying to make an impact on other people's lives and also on top of that enjoy these highlights it all comes down to Val set your intentions you know the intentions that you set from the day that you start working should carry you on for the rest of your life we've been going crazy recently like yeah my one account you know have you told me about it or no no yeah um I got A we started working with this uh this brand called plug guy it's like a rizab yeah and uh
he managed to get the page to like almost 50k followers like 2 days he [ __ ] CR 10 million views he's doing insane let's [ __ ] go let's go my one video when viral [ __ ] blew up these guys are crushing it with like organic and everything 40.3k follow 40.3k followers pretty good dude that's sick 11.5 million views that's crazy good [ __ ] dude it's good [ __ ] Bro [ __ ] Yeah going crazy like good shit's up like's it's really cool um seeing like that's crazy seeing how like all
these guys were just like everything just started online people started learning from each other started building communities started forming alliances and then now it's like we're here in person a year later I've never met Devon I met Devon like once in my life couple months ago and met met Michael these guys are cool as well you know they're just like tagging along but they're really out here they're making money they're doing their thing dud doing [ __ ] look at it's crazy motherfu bro this guy going to start his personal brand soon so that's exciting

[ __ ] they're doing and honestly out of all the creators that I paid she's the best so good for her um she's expanding her Niche very proud of her and her family um it's making us a lot of money so so you guys have probably been wondering how exactly can I follow the exact steps to get the same results as you well let's take a look back on the action step that we took in five simple steps number one we found a product the product that to solve a problem have really great profit margins
and have a wild Factor not only did it have these three important indicators but it was also something that was already going viral on the T TI Tok algorithm number two we built the website we also used AI to help us build out with the product pages and get the best idea of our customer Avatar and honestly this took about 1 hour to do go to the link in the description and click the link to sign Up for a Shopify account for $1 build the website around the product that you are going to sell number
three we began marketing the product so tapa mentioned that we were going to start with Organic marketing and then take those organic videos and run paid ads a little Easter egg that he mentioned previously that we were also going to market with the Christmas angle get it because we're heading into Q4 hopefully you were paying attention start creating your social media accounts start creating content on the product that you are running and try to go viral number four as soon as we found some winning creatives we started to double down and improve our videos by
reaching out to different creators using backstage and collapser once you start seeing some traction and maybe even some sales coming to your website start thinking about how you can really Outsource more work to maximize the output of content that you were putting out you can do this by reaching out to influencers or to really maximize output you can hire somebody else to run some more social media accounts think about the high school student that wants to make an extra $300 or $500 a month number five we fulfilled the orders using our private supplier see where

things easier For you guys you want to basically replace yourself in most of the aspects of that business so I can't take good creatives all the time so I'm going to hire people to do it mhm it's very interesting I always tell this to a lot of students dude be the best when it comes to understanding your processes cuz when you understand your process is the best you can Outsource that process to somebody else to save you much more time and there's a saying that goes you go faster alone or go fast alone but you
go much farther together but it's just interesting you've seen us start with you know one first the first product was absolutely dog [ __ ] took a massive break went onto a new product it's also a product that was run last year it was a product that was run last year but last year was this year was just much more optimal because we knew every single winning creative we just had to optimize it yeah we just had everything in check though too like last year we were doing a lot of stuff that we just weren't
supposed to be doing and it just set us back so long so like this year we were already ready to go before Q4 started which is fantastic process for you is going to be no different you find a product that solves a problem has a wow factor you know great margins you go creatives around it you Push it out organically after you push it out organically you can consider getting into you know reinvesting into better content getting influencers to Market your product for you getting influencers to send you content so you can run ads on
it and just like continuing to optimize finding the gaps within your business finding the gaps within your creatives and just like doing better you know launching it testing it on to the next launch it test it on to the next that's all this business is guys to be honest but don't get it twisted though like it is also Q4 like quarter 4 is a big big uh big mon but the fundamentals are still there it just kind of makes it a little bit easier cuz people want to buy right now so it's good to test
which we did but all the fundamentals are say yeah like I'm not saying that like q1 you're going to hit like a million dollar month or million dollar quarter in general but however principles are principles are the same it's really not that hard there's always something to sell so don't get it twisted this isn't going to be like every single month hopefully it will be and it will get to that point very very simple but we're still rookies in this game like we're still students we're still learning and things are only going to get better

members because we can't afford them but you know as scary as it seems like we've been in these positions before so I'm you know trying to just you know keep my head up journaling right now and then uh yeah man we just got we got a lot to do looking for a new product um excited to test something new new new e-commerce brand so that's Something that we got to do mhm but yeah got to got to got to keep the got to keep [ __ ] Good Vibes going you know we're just going to
make the most of it bro let's go [ __ ] bro about to cry it's a tough time guys we're really we're going through it right now we're putting smiles on our faces but this this hurts a lot so knowing that we were set on starting a new Drop Shipping project and under the pressure that we were already losing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars for the first half of 2023 Dylan and I began going back to the beginning and started looking for products we searched on Tik Tok AliExpress and team for about 2
to 3 hours until we found something that we were confident would hit you know a really like underrated product research method that not a lot of people that a lot of people actually talk [ __ ] about is like Tik Tok maybe buy like Tik Tok maybe buy that's where I found like the majority of my winning products as well as like other students like for example like there was this product right here like this one could be a winner the inkless printer dude I think we should test it like that's a really really good
product I know that's just one I'll I'll keep looking the crazy thing is like 99% of people don't even realize that there's just normal people behind those videos making money and that's where we're trying to get [Music] to so Dylan like what is like your Method for product research right now so basically it's just looking up Amazon finds on Tik Tok so basically I just scroll through here I'll find videos of like 15 different products I'll just scroll through the comments and whatever people are interested in I'll check that product out super easy tell them
about the last store that was ran it didn't end too well um we got completely demolished by fire competition so we started off pretty early in the year we were competing with them they had just a lot more budget than us so even though we had like new innovative ideas they just used that budget to completely destroy us so it was a crazy learning experience like we learned a lot and we're doing pretty well now with our other products but before that it was like the max Revenue that like was hit I think we did
like 40 40,000 in a month 40,000 in a month was pretty good and how many creatives were you guys pushing like every single week um we were doing like a batch a day so that's around three to four creatives and then we were trying to just pump as much as we could but they had way more creators way more budgets so it just didn't work out for us yeah it's tough do you guys sell the brand at least yeah it was still profitable it was still making money but like what we wanted from it was
we we couldn't compete anymore so we just got rid of [Music] it what's the best product you found so Far well I found um found these hard classes these hard classes are going crazy um it was popping off about a year ago I feel like we can come in and just create a better account with a better angle and maybe maybe hit it off you can take a look at like the video and stuff like that too it's pretty it's pretty [Music] neat I also found this other product I saw Mikey again doing it he's
doing like the hush ball and oh that's dope I've seen that so it's a silent basketball I think that I think that that would go crazy yeah this would be dope just a half I think that I'd like this product to be honest cuz I play ball but this is dope and like I also checked on shop Hunter how much revenue that they were doing yeah in the last 30 days they made over 36 $36,000 so I feel like you know maybe we can hit on it too yeah easily shop Hunter is a tool that
you can use to track sales of competitor Shopify stores I also put a special link down below so then that way you guys can sign up and if you guys have been paying attention to my channel lately the heart glasses was a challenge I did back in September and yes in case you guys were Wondering this was the first product we ran and just to give you an update on how that went I found a product that is pretty interesting and might be worth selling want to do to call just go to shop hunter.io they
do have the special effects the curiosity is running the expectations are through the roof and we might have just hit the jackpot reminder we spent about $12 for the product which leaves us with $88 we also had to pay for the Shopify account which was only $1 and also buy a domain which brought us down to $72 so pretty much all we had to do was it's not a bad video it's pretty good video yeah good video so just to give you a brief overview on how the first product that we attempted performed well it
didn't exceed our expectations we tried to run this page organically and go viral but we didn't see any success at all we posted on the page for about 3 weeks and only ended up with a few sales so if you want to check that out and see that page for yourself check out more lenses on Tik Tok and [Music] Instagram so right now we're at cig uh we're at a coffee shop right now CA and basically I just had a little team meeting with the boys kind of talk about The first product losses um how
we can recoup from the Q2 losses as well and pretty much just trying to figure out like a course of action on what we got to do for the next product cuz like the first product was just absolutely trash um Dylan you got anything to say yeah like most people at this point they just give up um it a pretty bad failure for us but we just kind of re going over ideas right now we're thinking about new products we're going to run so basically we're taking this as a loss but it's a good lesson
l so tapa like what do you think I mean I think everyone knows we failed on our first product I think there's a few reasons that we failed number one Adrian posted some shitty ass content um but that's not the only reason I feel that we didn't Target the Right audience we should have went a little bit more broad especially with the product so I think this next one what we're going to do is we're going to push um maybe more of like the Christmas gifting Niche for the next product we're still deciding on on
what we want to do but I think we want to push something organically and then also use the content and run it up on ads as well so that's kind of the plan we're going with one of the students uh Dylan M actually from my hometown the other doing good yeah doing good he's he's at 20K for the Month right now like 20K for the month pretty pretty neat um so you know we definitely got to do better than got to do better than him I can't let another Dylan beat you you can't let another

the website with the product page right now so putting in description super super simple and uh yeah it takes a little bit but however I do want to show you guys something so Dylan actually showed me this prompt um for chat GPT where if we just take this and we copy it it's pretty much like a perfect layout for a product page so you type that in and then right here where it says product name right right here where it says product name you put like the name of the product so let's just say we're
selling you know fuzzy socks or something like that what does the product do fuzzy socks for girls that keeps their legs warm so now as soon as I plug that in now chat GPT is just giving me a perfect product description for for my store so now I can just get that store up and running really quickly um start testing creatives as fast as possible and get the data that I need to start scaling so that's what I'm doing right now I did literally everything for this brand yeah check this out come here I designed
all the ground graphics for the whole site a couple promps it's crazy you can just talk back and forth you can get everything you need all done in one spot you don't have to go to different apps you don't have to hire designers like this this is the craziest thing we have right now damn going to make some images based off of that we can have this the Site you can get like ugc photos and stuff too like we don't have to hire anybody anymore dude ai ai is insane CRA [ __ ] yo what
are you doing bro honestly I'm just like doing a lot of competitive research so I'm just uh going on Reddit Amazon trying to identify my customer Avatar and everything like that and like just trying to study like my competitors creatives as much as possible so yeah like dude when it comes to drop shipping like if we can copy the the creative to make them better and also do The Branding really good like there's really no competition for us which is crazy like we just got keep doing research and then once we're ready to start filming
we're have to go yeah no I I think where a lot of people go wrong honestly is that like they don't do enough competitive research like they don't know they they don't know who they're marketing to and it's just like you know think about it the first thing that person sees video right we got to connect with them that's the first they the most important part if we can brought that down right now some good creatives good go content tomorrow too like we start posting start launching some stuff in the we're going to get some
s like 100% St uh editing right now a lot of people use like Tik Tok to edit honestly like For me I just use cap cut I think that cap Cut's a lot easier it's made by the same it's technically owned by Tik Tok and um I like the features that cap has so if you're ever editing your your creatives or anything like that 100% recommend use cap Cuts so easy very very simple so just some contacts few days ago um launched the creative so I mean yeah making creatives and see what happens not much
we can do if we get that first sale kind of justifies us creators for sh more content but yeah as soon as we get as soon as we get like um sales coming in it's just like got to find um got to find creators Seattle United States what do you think that would be not answer that [ __ ] can answer it no don't hello hello goodbye yeah that's just a waiting here we can get that first sale in there I get it we got the first sale and I feel like a lot of you
guys really underlook how much work is actually done in order to get these first sales now for a lot of you guys it might take you A little bit of time but as long as you consistent you will get something to hit now the next thing that we're really going to be worrying about is just getting into some influencer Outreach knowing that we got a winning creative and a winning product that's working what we're going to do is really snowball this brand by reaching out to influencers the things are looking good now it's just like
got to uh's on the phone right now got to go find some creators so we're going to use backstage we use collapser reach out to these influencers and hopefully we can lock in a deal so then that way they can um push our product out and we get a lot more sales coming into you know this month but for sale let's go all right so not bad um we got a saleck so that's fire so now the um line of tackle plan is to go on what uh we're going to use backstage and collapser so
we got to get some ugc creators for this now so like we can take good content but we can find people in the actual Niche to take better content for us so now we're going to use other people to make the content it's going to look a lot better we're going to get better Returns on it and we can scale a lot faster so what is what is like backstage and collapser you want to let the let them know um so basically it's like they're platforms where you can find creators so backstage is more for
like actual actors and stuff so you can find ugc creators on there and then collapser is like literally just a hub For ugc creators and just find different creators so for whatever you need go through here they're all priced differently so as long as you have the oh my God it's the it's the eating content bro this guy eats hella spicy food really yeah dude I've seen his videos perfect so if you want to get actual content creators for your videos you can just hit them up on here and you can start scaling with that
so this one's a little bit more pricey cuz there's these are actual content creators so if you go over to Backstage you can find a lot of different people on here which makes it very easy so same type of platform but just different prices got to get that better content so like I guess what's like the plan now like can you just reach out to them now or is that what you're going to do for the next couple hours I'm going to do a little bit of research into like the best creators that we can
have for this product and then once I find those I'm going to hit up like 1015 with the offer and then we'll see who responds first you know that's the best content yeah but yeah while you do that I'm probably just going to you know do something I don't know what I'm going to do just more you can can do a little bit more product research and stuff to make sure we have um the right creators ready to go and yeah we should be good to go all right bet I'm going to get to work
[Music] then so up until this point you guys have seen us literally just fail a product find a new product build a new store go into some more rounds of Content creation launch some ads as well as get our first sales the next thing is just influencer Outreach and the reason why we are going to do that is because we want to be able to optimize the content that we have using the Ada formula now you're probably wondering how many influencers did we have to reach out to how many creatives did we have to create
and I'll tell you what it was a lot it's been a lot of testing a lot of pain but however I want to show you guys something really special because the results one week in has been absolutely phenomenal all right what's going on guys so just finished um editing up it is uh 12:56 a.m. got out about five batches of content um so I did five I'm hoping that Dylan did five but now that we got these edited we're going to launch them tomorrow morning so just going to send that out to the media buyer
see how things turn out this week and then hopefully we're in for a really good month all right guys so I'm going to show you how I find my ugc creators when I'm trying to scale products so I use two different apps here so we have backstage and we have collapser so two pretty similar apps just a little bit different on the back end so this one you're basically finding ugc creators that Don't really have social medias so they're not going to be charging as much so for these um I typically do like big groups
of different clips so I can use them for my ads and over here if you want to make social media post or you want to find a creator that has an actual following that help boost your product you you can go through here so you can just click you can just pick a platform whatever you want to do be Instagram Tik Tok whatever and you can also just use keywords that are kind of related to your product to help find a Creator that's best suited for that so these guys are going to be a little
bit more expensive just because they're using their social media as their leverage and if you go over here to Backstage you can just kind of put out a post defining all the characteristics for your actual product and what you're doing with the shoot and you can have certain people apply for it so um it's obviously going to be a lot cheaper you can set the price on here as well so I typically do pretty cheap for a bunch clips and then I just kind of go through everybody that applies and then pick the person that
I'm looking for so super simple ways to do this you guys can also use Facebook you can use Twitter you can use really whatever social media apps you want just kind of put posts out and see if people are interested just kind of use the hashtags that are related to it just like ugc Creator stuff like that Facebook also has some groups dedicated to ugc so if you guys want to join those you can get in there you can make posts in there and then that's just a whole bunch of people at your disposal as
well so bunch of different ways to do it These are my two favorite um try a couple and see how it works for you yo how's the store looking I mean it's doing really good dropping a lot of bread on ads right now reached out to to a lot of influencers and now uh for the last week actually if you want to come here well over A4 million dollars from November 6th to the 12th so there's been a couple days where we hit 35 37 39 41 40 and just keep in mind guys like this
like I know I teach organic but this isn't just organic it started off as organic and then we started like reinvesting the profits like very aggressively right into ads started getting in contact with a bunch of media buyers influencers as well so as you remembered earlier Dylan was actually on um one of the websites called backstage and collap to reach out to these kinds of like really high quality influencers um and now we're using their content to start pumping out a bunch of creatives um asking them to promote the product onto their pages and that's
why we're seeing such like an influx of sales in the last week so Dylan's not here but I wish he was here damn but not bad all right so week one results you're Probably thinking damn is this even real and I just want to keep you guys in mind that I have been doing this for quite a long period of time in the first year of starting e-commerce I did over $281,000 in Revenue my second year did over 660k and this year well you can see how the numbers start to stack up all right so
I just spent the last three and a half hours editing um I think I finished about 15 to no I finished 20 videos so pretty proud of myself for that one um right now we're just uploading all to the media buyer it should be done pretty quickly and I want to get it launched for 12:00 a.m. so I finished everything up by 11:30 now it's time for bed and now we're ready for Black Friday so keep you guys posted so just to give you a little bit of context sometimes you can't just keep on working
as we continue to grow and things got busier and the more stressful we became we actually have to kind of wind down a little bit so we had a few students who joined the program last year and was actually able to obtain results like Michael over here who was able to hit a $70,000 month and Devon who is currently hitting around 30 to 40K per month profit come down to Miami and play a game of basketball but asides From that I want you guys to play real close attention to how their lives have really changed
and how they're also trying to make an impact on other people's lives and also on top of that enjoy these highlights it all comes down to Val set your intentions you know the intentions that you set from the day that you start working should carry you on for the rest of your life we've been going crazy recently like yeah my one account you know have you told me about it or no no yeah um I got a we started working with this uh this brand called plug guy it's like a rizab yeah and uh he
managed to get the page to like almost 50k followers like 2 days he [ __ ] CR 10 million views he's doing insane let's [ __ ] go let's go my one video when viral [ __ ] blew up these guys are crushing it with like organic and everything 40.3k follow 40.3k followers pretty good dude that's sick 11.5 million views that's crazy good [ __ ] dude it's good [ __ ] Bro [ __ ] Yeah going crazy like good shit's up like's it's really cool um seeing like that's crazy seeing how like all these
guys were just like everything just started online people started learning from each other started building communities started forming alliances and then now it's like we're here in person a year later I've never met Devon I met Devon like once in my life couple months ago And met met Michael these guys are cool as well you know they're just like tagging along but they're really out here they're making money they're doing their thing dud doing [ __ ] look at it's crazy motherfu bro this guy going to start his personal brand soon so that's exciting she

just going to keep dropping new variations how many how many creatives per week are you like creating like how much be creating week it's going to be like 60 per week right now we're probably going to scale it up even more um I'm just basic get off of like statistics right now so whatever is doing really well I'm just going to make a bunch bunch of variations of just on the fly so it's going to be happening every day so right now I'm doing about Six to 6 to 12 creatives a day that might push

__ ] they're doing and honestly out of all the creators that I paid she's the best so good for her um she's expanding her Niche very proud of her and her family um it's making us a lot of money so so you guys have probably been wondering how exactly can I follow the exact steps to get the same results as you well let's take a look back on the action step that we took in five simple Steps number one we found a product the product that to solve a problem have really great profit margins and
have a wild Factor not only did it have these three important indicators but it was also something that was already going viral on the T TI Tok algorithm number two we built the website we also used AI to help us build out with the product pages and get the best idea of our customer Avatar and honestly this took about 1 hour to do go to the link in the description and click the link to sign up for a Shopify account for $1 build the website around the product that you are going to sell number three
we began marketing the product so tapa mentioned that we were going to start with Organic marketing and then take those organic videos and run paid ads a little Easter egg that he mentioned previously that we were also going to market with the Christmas angle get it because we're heading into Q4 hopefully you were paying attention start creating your social media accounts start creating content on the product that you are running and try to go viral number four as soon as we found some winning creatives we started to double down and improve our videos by reaching
out to different creators using backstage and collapser once you start seeing some traction and maybe even some sales coming to your website start thinking about how you can really Outsource more work to maximize the output of content that you were putting out you can do this by reaching out to influencers or to really maximize output you can hire somebody else to run some more social media accounts think about the high school student that wants to make an Extra $300 or $500 a month number five we fulfilled the orders using our private supplier see where I'm

easier for you guys you want to basically replace yourself in most of the aspects of that business so I can't take good creatives all the time so I'm going to hire people to do it mhm it's very interesting I always tell this to a lot of students dude be the best when it comes to understanding your processes cuz when you understand your process is the best you can Outsource that process to somebody else to save you much more time and there's a saying that goes you go faster alone or go fast alone but you go
much farther together but it's just interesting you've seen us start with you know one first the first product was absolutely dog [ __ ] took a massive break went onto a new product it's also a product that was run last year it was a product that was run last year but last year was this year was Just much more optimal because we knew every single winning creative we just had to optimize it yeah we just had everything in check though too like last year we were doing a lot of stuff that we just weren't supposed
to be doing and it just set us back so long so like this year we were already ready to go before Q4 started which is fantastic process for you is going to be no different you find a product that solves a problem has a wow factor you know great margins you go creatives around it you push it out organically after you push it out organically you can consider getting into you know reinvesting into better content getting influencers to Market your product for you getting influencers to send you content so you can run ads on it
and just like continuing to optimize finding the gaps within your business finding the gaps within your creatives and just like doing better you know launching it testing it on to the next launch it test it on to the next that's all this business is guys to be honest but don't get it twisted though like it is also Q4 like quarter 4 is a big big uh big mon but the fundamentals are still there it just kind of makes it a little bit easier cuz people want to buy right now so it's good to test which
we did but all the fundamentals are say yeah like I'm not saying that like q1 you're going to hit like a million dollar month or million dollar quarter in general but However principles are principles are the same it's really not that hard there's always something to sell so don't get it twisted this isn't going to be like every single month hopefully it will be and it will get to that point very very simple but we're still rookies in this game like we're still students we're still learning and things are only going to get better so
