I want to ask you something have you ever tried to to do the right thing you you you put out a a positive message you try to spread kindness you you give somebody a a helping hand or or just lend somebody a hand and when you do you end up being met with criticism and not only not only criticism but but also negativity and maybe even hostility it's baffling it absolutely blows my mind that even though you're trying to do the right thing and you're trying to do something that's positive there's still people out there
that are going to criticize what you do so it often makes me wonder why the world hates good people you can put your heart and soul into spreading a message of of health and and beauty and and positivity but no matter how pure your intentions there's always going to be people who who reject it and I I I mean always and it's it's almost like it's almost like they're allergic to positivity I don't think it's a fluke I I think it's more than more more of a pattern than anything and that's because positivity doesn't sell
there's an old saying in the media world that if it bleeds it leads so just think about that for a minute welcome back to another episode of sweat talk my name is Chad negativity drama and conflict those are all things that actually grab our attention it's what our our hearts and our our minds are are being programmed to focus on this constant programming it keeps people locked in a cycle of of of jealousy and and and bitterness people crave validation for their negative emotions because it it it helps them avoid focusing on on difficult truths
truths that they they might be wrong or or the truth that that they might even need to change so what happens is when you try to try to step into the world and and spread goodness you disrupt their path pattern and you challenge that addiction to these negative emotions so if you think about what happens when people feel challenged the answer to that is they push back and they'll push back hard so here's where it gets even trickier when you're trying to reach a broad audience your your message it it has to be generalized it
can't be specific you have to keep it Broad and and generalized so that the majority of people are able to actually relate to or resonate with your message and that generality it also leaves your message open to interpretation or I guess I should say Miss interpretation as people they are going to inject their opinions and and and twist your words and they're going to they're going to attempt to inject their fears and bias into your message they'll argue with you and it's not because they're trying to understand but because they're trying to validate their world
view they want you to believe exactly what they believe and even if it's toxic because a closed mind can't see beyond itself a closed mind it misses the opportunities to to grow and develop and and gain gain any sort of wisdom the brainwashing and the negativity that we consume daily it it makes us unteachable it it makes it it makes us unable to listen to to other people and and understand or or view another person's perspective here's where I want to point out something that's important if you're watching this video you're already ahead of an
average person you are Leaps and Bounds further than the average person it's not because these my videos or this Channel or anything else is is something that's revolutionary but it's because you care it's because you're open to hearing another person's perspective you're actually seeking more understanding and more wisdom and and more growth and understand that the average person doesn't do that the average person they're perfectly content just staying there and stuck they avoid they avoid growth because growth is it's uncomfortable they'd rather blame their their environment or their upbringing or the government for their their
shitty circumstances rather than look at themselves and actually face what they did to get where they are I want to be clear about something there's nothing wrong with with working a minimum wage job but what separates Achievers from from average it's nothing but it's nothing more than mindset overachievers use their starting point as as exactly that a starting point and average people they just settle and that average person when they see somebody that's actually striving for more then they're going to criticize and I think this is where it gets heartbreaking the good people that are
trying to make a difference in the world they're constantly questioned their generos it's it's it's almost as if it's looked at as as manipulation their kindness it it's it's labeled as weakness that's not that's not to say that some people's some people's morals or or intentions aren't wrong but not everybody's is I mean people they'll they'll call them grifters they even call they even call Tony Robbins a grifter even though Tony Robbins he's helped he's help thousands maybe even millions of people find incredible success in in in and over their overturn their lives to where
they're able to achieve and see something absolutely amazing and he has a resume to prove it and they do that because it's easier for a negative mind to to tear down flaws in another person or or something that they see as a fly in another person that it is to look in the mirror and face their own their own uncomfortable truths average isn't willing to look in the mirror and and face their reality they're not they're not willing to to to accept their responsibility because it's too it's it's it's too easy to blame other people
and and in external circumstances for your shitty situation or for their shitty situation and that happens because goodness it threatens negativity it it shines a light on what's actually possible and and for some people that light is absolutely blinding and they simply can't handle it it forces them to confront the fact that they could do better but not everybody is is is ready to realize that or or to face that fact so instead they fight back but here's what I want you to understand this is probably the main takeaway I want for you to get
from this and that's that being good in in a world that seems to hate good people that's an act of rebellion it's a radical statement that says I refuse to be like everybody and that takes courage it's easy to stay bitter it's it's easy to stay to stay stuck and it's in in negativity and it's easier to follow the crowd and to criticize than it is to create what actually takes balls is is standing firm in in your morals and in your values what's hard is spreading love in a world that's absolutely addicted to hate
so if we go a little bit deeper why why does this hatred even exist it's not about negativity it's about power when you're good and you're kind you exude a a quiet strength that threatens people because you're able to show people that it's possible to rise above and and have strength and and it's okay to grow you show people that it's it's possible to rise above those circumstances and and live with integrity and that terrifies these people who live in fear these people they'll they'll tell you that they're not afraid of anything but they're afraid
of their own shadow they're afraid to look in the mirror understand that fear fear is at the root of hatred fear of fear of change fear of accountability fear fear of actually seeing themselves for who they truly are that's because once you truly see who you are you can't hide it anymore you have to you're forced to confront your your flaws and and your limitations and and your mistakes so many people would rather just attack someone else than just look in the mirror but here's the kicker good people just they they they can't just simply
stop being good just because it's hard I mean imagine if if every single good person in the world just said it I'm giving up imagine a world where nobody cared enough to to be kind and and and to inspire other people I can say for myself that that's not a that's not a world that I want to live in so what do we do how do we live in a world that that that so desperately needs exactly what it is that it hates I think first of all you have to be able to build resilience
you have to know who you are and you have to be able to stand up for your values you have to be so grounded in those values that that no amount of of negativity or or or CR criticism can shake second you have to focus on your impact and and not the reactions it's not our job to to please everybody it's simply our job to to to just plant seeds so when I say that we also need to understand that that that some people they may not get it and and and understand that there some
people never will but there's also people who will there's there is people who do get it and your efforts your efforts will be life-changing thirdd surround yourself with like-minded people find a community of of of like-minded good-hearted people who are who are going to lift you up and and remind you of when why you started in the first place lastly just keep being good keep spreading a a a word of positivity keep spreading that that that kindness even in in if nothing else in spite of those negative people who do their everything that they can
to stop somebody from doing good because even in a world who doesn't always seem to appreciate it the world actually needs it so let me leave you with this the fact that the world seems to to resist goodness it doesn't mean that that goodness is wrong it means that it's powerful and we know this because anything that's powerful always gets resistance so stay the course be the light and don't ever let don't ever let anybody make you believe that that being good is is wrong or or that being good is is not worth it because
as most of us already realize the world needs more kind and good people and we need to continue to come outside of our shells and and and share our experience and our our vulnerabilities and we need to fight all this hatred and and fear and negativity because we're all stronger together in the end we will win so if you made it this far do me a favor and go in the comment section and write that word good just that one word good let's fill that com that comment section up with goodness let's let's show each
other our kindness and let's show each other how how good we are let's treat each other good let's be good people let's not let those those negative NES let's not let them win we can't let them win and the more the more good we can share the more positive the world will be we have to fight this system that's doing everything that it possibly can to to tear down all of the goodness in the world and open our eyes and and see the world as a good place and our lives as as a good thing
so I ask for these one-word comments for for a couple of reasons number one is because when we when we see these things and and when we see them when we say them when we when we write them when we experience them they help us change our way of thinking they they help us reprogram our subconscious mind to see the good in the situations they help us get rid of our limiting beliefs and and and stop thinking of ourselves or our lives in a negative way they also help this channel grow every comment every like
and every time somebody subscribes the algorithm sees that so it pushes this content out to more people who might find Value in it as well it's one small thing that that you could do to to help the channel grow and and continue to to be able to spread the word for more people and these one-word comments they actually give me an opportunity to say thank you to the people who stick around till the end saying thank you has become a full-time job so simply thank saying thank you that's all I have time to afford for
to to do anymore and I want to do it I I I feel that it's the least that I can do but even that is it's getting more and more difficult anymore I want to thank you guys for those super thanks I want to thank you guys for showing up and thank you for your generosity and your kindness and your support So if you found value in this in this content then I invite you to stick around and check out my sweat talk playlist that'll be in the end screen I appreciate you guys showing up
I hope you guys are showing up for yourselves and I hope that each and every one of you has a wonderful day peace
