This is another stream of revenue that opens up to you once you have a deep enough level of technical skill and as well as you have the emotional intelligence as well as the communication skills to be able to transfer the understanding that you have to other people. The pros are that you get to see people's careers flourish. you're able to also make great income and then you know some of the cons may be that you have to you know deal with the patients I remember there was times where I was doing so for another organization and the amount of code that I needed to read was just immense giving strategic feedback for each trainee as they're learning how to how to program can be a large undertaking right you do need to have patience you do need to have a great amount of skill there are some things that you just need to know that you have. It takes a lot of information.
You have to be able to synthesize information very well. You have to have a deep understanding of what you're teaching in order for this to go the right way. If you've built up the skill, you have the right requirements, then this is something that could be incredibly rewarding.
