your dog is shaking she's all right now no your dog is cold we going to take her stop I got you I got late in the night on April 9th 2022 an officer from the shoan police department in Wisconsin received a call to investigate according to a police report dispatch received the call from a concerned resident at an apartment complex the resident described a suspicious person who appeared to be hiding behind light poles was accompanied by a dog named Annie acted scared tiptoed towards and away from people and attempted to sneak into the apartment building

the caller also reported that she knew this suspicious person as Danielle along with Danielle's mother as her mother used to live in the apartment complex the officer searched the area and soon found a person who matched the description hi I'm Dustin with the police department are you Danielle uh yeah yeah are you okay someone called in and was just kind of concerned about you a little bit I just like ropes on my car over here oh no what happened um I know it like laed up and it like right I guess okay sounds good is

so I just locked it up and okay do you have a dog that's with you um yeah and her leash broke up there and okay she should be come if you call her do you want to call her cuz she's over by the signs right now and I don't want her to run off what's your dog's name Annie Annie okay is that Nick hey Nick maybe somebody else oh there can you call for your dog my nephew I think that's fine Annie Annie come come on baby come here hey neck is that neck he's not

responding oh hi never mind oh what a sweetie hi hi bu hi hi I'm just I can't believe that night I'm yeah she should be back pretty soon here she who um some girl that works or lives over here okay uh who's that um I don't know so upset I just are you looking for a toe or anything for your car or do you need assistance with your car um no no I mean I have to I I think like I Dro My Keys up that way so okay where are you parked right now um

address it just like locked up the wheel I was like what the heck I that was not sure 56 or 96 yet the officer just said not sure if 56 or 96 yet he could be referring to police codes 1056 and 1096 which likely means intoxicated and mental health issue respectively okay what was your address on North Avenue uh I can't remember my God I haven't studied in so long okay you know how long have you live there quite a while okay sounds good well Jack will help you out see what we can find maybe

bring you to the vehicle yeah I'm going to just run involvements and I'll be right with you the officer goes back to his vehicle he does a background check on her and looks for visual identifiers listed on her file which supposedly includes a visible tattoo on her left hand he is also likely reviewing her criminal record which includes multiple charges for disorderly conduct several operating while intoxicated charges domestic abuse recklessly driving and endangering safety retail theft and charges for failing to yield for emergency service Vehicles along with failing to stop for an unloading School Bus

we got to figure out if she's really been driving or not because then I might have some other issues to check into but she's just not making sense I just want to make sure her car's in there it's secured she said she dropped her keys we'll give effort in trying to help her find that and then if anything maybe it's just a ride home I used want her to be stranded so in the end she says oh I don't need your help okay so be it so you said you think you lo you dropped your

keys are you not sure or um said to me as she Dro your cigarette no not my keys my leash okay do you need any assistance from us to find any of those things or would you like us to walk you back to your car or um we're just concerned cuz you're out here kind of wandering and it's cold I keep well I don't know my friend was going to come back and then I was going to or try to get a hold of my nephew to help me out okay have you tried calling no

be quiet let me explain yeah okay I just want to when you make your when you make your phone call to your nephew or your brother let them know that your dog is at the Humane Society where they can release it to her to them there he lives right up the block all right he get up here in no time Danielle was charged with one count of refusing to take an intoxication test one count of resisting and one count of operating while intoxicated for the seventh e8th or ninth time an additional modifier suggest her blood

alcohol content was at least .17 which is more than twice the legal limit in the state of Wisconsin after her arrest court records indicate that her bond was initially set to $440,000 and that she waved Court time limits after court debates were held on her case her lawyers got the court to reduce her bond to $2,000 she paid the bond after being in jail for almost 3 months her release while on bond came with certain conditions notably she was not allowed to consume alcohol or operate a motor vehicle however it wouldn't take long for her

to get into some serious trouble less than 4 months after her release she faced charges for a different incident you can find footage from that incident by clicking the link in the description of this video those charges included one count of first-degree endangering safety one count of attempting to take a vehicle without consent and use of force two counts of resisting one count of operating while revoked one count of bail jumping and one count of operating while Under the Influence for at least the seventh eighth or ninth time it had been over a year since

the first incident before her sentencing was decided both cases verdicts were deliberated on the same day for the first incident that this video focuses on her ow with the blood alcohol content modifier was dismissed her resisting charge was also dismissed but read in meaning the charge will still appear on a record for the second incident that happened after the events in this video all charges were dismissed but read in with two exceptions for her attempt to take a vehicle charge she was sentenced to 2 years in prison and 2 years probation for her OWI she

was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 5 years probation those sentences will be served consecutively meaning her total time for the second offense is 7 years in prison followed by 7 years in probation she will likely not be out of prison until 2030 she started with 277 days of credit in jail before her sentencing was delivered you can see her subsequent arrest and her car jacking here you start your light off do you want to grab a jacket and hat or walk you're on the corner huh so manly is not that coold did you
