not imagining it but there is hope and it's not found in headlines timelines or panic it's found in the throne in the lamb in the one who already holds the scroll so before we begin take a moment to subscribe to this channel leave a comment below with the lesson that moves your heart the most and share this video With someone who needs courage more than comfort because this is not just a study it's a summons let's pray together lord open our eyes not to fear what's coming but to see who already reigns prepare us not
just to understand revelation but to walk in it to worship in it and to overcome through it because the lion has already conquered and we are his amen to truly understand the book of revelation you cannot begin in the future you have to go back in time to a moment when hope Was a whisper and faith came with a cost it is the end of the first century the Roman Empire stands in splendor and in blood the streets of Rome gleam with gold but they are soaked in the suffering of the saints john the last
living apostle is not in Jerusalem he is not in Ephesus he is on a barren rock surrounded by the sea the island of Patmos a place of exile a place of silence a place without crowds pulpits or prestige but John is not alone Because when the world closes in heaven opens up he still carries the presence of God and what he's about to see will shape the destiny of the church forever the seven churches of Asia are not symbols they are real communities facing real trials in Ephesus love is growing cold in Smeirna persecution is
rising in Pergamum and Thotira truth is being twisted in Sardis appearances cover spiritual death in Leodysia comfort has replaced conviction and in the shadow of Caesar's throne to say Jesus is Lord is to declare rebellion it is to choose death christians are hunted mocked torn apart in stadiums lit like torches and still they gather they worship they hold on but the question remains in every trembling heart is he still with us is Jesus still king and it is into that silence into that fear into that question that the revelation comes not as a puzzle not
as a code to decipher but as a call to wake up to lift our Eyes to remember who truly reigns this vision is not meant to terrify it is meant to testify to show that even when the world shakes the throne stands firm john does not begin with beasts he begins with beauty with Jesus unveiled not in humility but in glory because before we face judgment before we see dragons and plagues and thrones we must see the one who walks among the lampstands the one with fire in his eyes the one with stars in his
hand the one Who holds history and eternity in his voice so before we open chapter 1 before we hear the voice like a trumpet let your heart ask "Am I ready to see Jesus as he truly is?" The unveiling of glory jesus as you have never seen him the book of Revelation chapter 1 there comes a moment when a human soul encounters the living God and nothing remains the same the Book of Revelation does not begin with beasts rising from the abyss or judgments falling from the sky it Does not open with chaos or destruction
with war or wrath it begins with a person and not just any person it begins with Jesus but not the Jesus many have grown comfortable with not the teacher sitting on a hillside not the man breaking bread beside fishermen not even the risen Lord who stood among his disciples with scars in his hands this is Jesus unveiled this is Jesus revealed in glory the opening line reframes everything that follows the revelation Of Jesus Christ the word revelation comes from the Greek word apocalypsis meaning to unveil to uncover what has been hidden this book was never
meant to confuse it was never meant to frighten it was meant to reveal to center you to awaken you to remind you who truly reigns and the very first thing it reveals is not a timeline or a prophecy but a person the son of man in his glory john the beloved disciple is now an old man exiled on the island of Patmos Forgotten by men but not by God and on the Lord's day something happens he hears a voice like a trumpet he turns to see and what he sees takes the breath from his lungs
he sees Jesus but not the Jesus of Nazareth not the rabbi walking dusty roads not the man who slept in boats or wept at tombs he sees the King of glory clothed in a robe that reaches his feet a golden sash across his chest his hair white like wool white like snow his eyes blazing like fire his feet like Glowing bronze refined in a furnace his voice like the roar of many waters in his right hand seven stars from his mouth a sharp double-edged sword and his face shining like the sun in all its brilliance
this is not a vision to analyze it is a revelation to encounter have you ever paused to ask yourself "Do I really know him as he is or only as I have imagined him?" John who once leaned on Christ's chest now collapses at his feet like a dead man because when glory Breaks through flesh when eternity crashes into time our only response is awe but Jesus places his hand on John and says the words we all long to hear do not be afraid i am the first and the last i am the living one i
was dead and now look I am alive forever and ever and I hold the keys of death and the realm of the dead these are not poetic metaphors they are declarations of divine authority jesus exists outside of time he holds authority over life and Death he holds the keys to every fear every ending every darkness you have ever faced then he tells John "Write what you have seen write what is now write what will take place later because this book is not about escape it is about clarity it is not merely a map of the
end it is the unveiling of the one who has already overcome it all and it begins here before the seals before the trumpets before the bowls before the beasts jesus is revealed not in weakness But in unmatched unstoppable glory have you been so focused on what is coming that you have forgotten who is already here have you spent more time trying to interpret the signs than seeking the one who gave them because before we face the chaos of the world before we fear what is ahead before we try to survive the shaking we must see
Jesus as he is now not as tradition portrays not as religion reduces but as the king who walks among the lampstands as the one Who holds the stars in his hand as the voice that shakes heaven and restores the soul this is not a puzzle to decode this is a person to worship do you see him have you allowed the noise of this world to drown out the voice that sounds like many waters do you still tremble at the touch of the one who holds eternity because this is where revelation begins and maybe this is
where you begin again too not with fear but with worship not with mystery but with majesty not with Judgment but with Jesus the unveiling has begun the fire in his eyes and the letters to his church the book of Revelation chapter 2 before the trumpets sound before the seals break before the throne is revealed Jesus walks among the churches not as the carpenter not as the crucified but as the glorified king his eyes like fire his voice like rushing waters his presence undeniable he stands in the midst of the lampstands he holds the stars in
his hand and he speaks not To the world but to his people and what he says still speaks today to Ephesus he says "I know i know your deeds your hard work your perseverance i know how you cannot tolerate wickedness i know how you test false apostles you have not grown weary impressive may be but something is missing something so vital that without it nothing else matters you have abandoned the love you had at first they were right but empty sound in doctrine but cold in devotion busy but Burned out and he calls them back
not to more knowledge not to louder works but to the one thing that started it all love return to it or your lampstand your influence your light will be removed because truth without affection is not holy it's hollow then to Smyrna he speaks not correction but comfort i know your suffering i know your poverty i know the slander you endure but heaven sees it differently you are rich and yes more hardship is coming some will Imprison you some of you will die but hold on be faithful even in the face of death and I will
give you the crown of life they had nothing yet they lacked nothing because the life that endures suffering for Christ is the life that cannot be taken and then comes Pergamum you live where Satan has his throne you have held fast to my name you did not deny me even when one of you was killed but something is leaking into your heart you tolerate compromise you've allowed False teaching you've started blending with what you were called to resist and I will come not with thunder but with a sword from my mouth because the greatest threat
to the church has never been from the outside it's what we tolerate on the inside and to Thotira a place of growth love service faith you're doing more now than before but growth without purity power without discernment you tolerate what I never asked you to a voice seductive and spiritual leads people Into deception you've called it grace i call it sin i have given her time to repent she refuses but to the rest of you you who have not followed that voice you who still discern hold on you don't need a new revelation you need
to guard what you already carry until I come these aren't random critiques they are the voice of Jesus not casting out his church but calling her back back to first love back to truth that's clean back to faith that endures and maybe This chapter isn't just a glimpse into ancient cities maybe it's a mirror for all the believers who once burned with holy fire and now burn with busyness for all who are suffering quietly and wondering if God still sees for all who've let compromise creep in but long to be clean again he is not
far he walks among his people he still speaks and he still promises to the one who overcomes you will eat from the tree of life you will receive a crown that death cannot Touch you will be given a name no one can erase you will rule with me because I overcame and I share my victory with those who endure so don't just hear the message become the message return repent and burn again the voice that walks among the churches wakeup calls open doors and the danger of lukewarm faith the book of Revelation chapter 3 the
voice of Jesus keeps walking from church to church from heart to heart and he doesn't just visit he examines he Corrects he invites and if we listen we just might hear him knocking on our own door the chapter opens with words that cut deep i know your deeds you have a reputation for being alive but you are dead this isn't rebellion it's not idolatry it's something quieter and far more dangerous spiritual sleep disguised as vitality this community looked alive they had services ministries activity but the fire was gone the pulse had faded jesus says "Wake
up strengthen What remains your deeds are incomplete you've forgotten what I gave you now remember repent and return because if you don't I will come like a thief yet even in the midst of decay Jesus sees a remnant a few have not soiled their garments they walk in white they are worthy they are not hidden they are honored and then we are taken to a church not marked by power but by perseverance i know you have little strength he says but you have kept my Word and have not denied my name and for that I
have placed before you an open door that no one can shut no system no empire no enemy can close what God has opened this is what faithfulness looks like just not fame not influence but endurance hold on he says you are not forgotten and to the one who holds on I will write my name the name of my God the name of my city you won't just enter the kingdom is you'll belong to it but not all the words in this chapter are Filled with comfort some come like thunder you are neither cold nor hot
i wish you were one or the other but because you are lukewarm I am about to spit you out of my mouth this is not anger it's grief because here stands a church that says "I am rich i have everything I need i lack nothing but heaven sees differently you are poor blind naked you have the form of godliness but deny its power and the one who sees all says "Come to me buy gold Refined in fire let me clothe your shame let me heal your eyes so you can finally see those I love I
rebuke so be earnest turn back." And then he speaks one of the most intimate invitations in all of scripture behold I stand at the door and knock if anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come in and eat with them and they with me he doesn't force his way in he waits he knocks he speaks even to those who have forgotten how to listen this is not just about a church It's about you it's about me because the one who overcomes will sit with him not near him not beneath him but with
him on his throne not because we earned it but because we endured revelation chapter 3 does not end with judgment it ends with invitation and that invitation is still open right now so where are you asleep in your reputation faithful in your weakness comfortable in your compromise jesus is still walking among the churches still searching hearts still Knocking and the one who opens the door will never walk alone again the throne room heaven's perspective on earth's chaos the book of Revelation chapter 4 the world feels chaotic nations rage kingdoms rise and fall on earth there's
noise confusion division but in Revelation 4 the curtain is pulled back and we are invited to see reality from above after Jesus finishes speaking to the churches John is called higher i looked he writes and there before me was A door standing open in heaven a door not into mystery but into clarity not into confusion but into the control room of creation and a voice the same voice that thundered like a trumpet in chapter 1 now says "Come up here and I will show you what must take place after this." And instantly John is in
the spirit he enters not just a different place but a different realm and what he sees is not what most would expect not disaster not disaster plans not anxious angels Running in panic at the center of everything is a throne not empty not threatened not shared a throne and one seated on it and the one seated there has the appearance of jasper and ruby brilliance majesty holiness fire a rainbow encircles the throne a reminder of mercy in the midst of judgment flashes of lightning and peels of thunder flow from it and before it seven blazing
torches representing the spirit of God in fullness before the throne is A sea not of chaos but of glass still untouched because where God reigns the storm calms around the throne 24 elders sit clothed in white crowned in gold representing the people of God across time they are not cowering they are enthroned invited to rule with him and then come the living creatures four full of eyes full of mystery one like a lion one like an ox one like a man one like an eagle each reveals an aspect of divine majesty strength service wisdom And
speed and what do they do day and night without ceasing they cry "Holy holy holy is the Lord God Almighty who was and is and is to come not once not as performance but endlessly as reality." And every time they declare his holiness the elders fall from their thrones they cast their crowns before him and cry "You are worthy our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power for you created all things and by your will they were created and have their Being." This is not chaos this is not fear this is worship
cosmic thunderous eternal this throne room shows us what revelation is really about not fear of the future but faith in the one who holds it not panic but perspective not speculation but surrender before judgments are released before seals are opened before beasts rise and Babylon falls heaven declares "God is on the throne." And that is the center of all reality when your world shakes remember The sea before him is like glass when everything seems out of control remember the throne is never empty when you feel forgotten remember the elders and the creatures worship on behalf
of creation and their song includes you this is not just about what John saw it's about what we must remember above every storm above every empire above every crisis there is a throne and the one who sits upon it never leaves it the sealed scroll and the silence of heaven the book of Revelation chapter 5 verses 1 to4 not all battles begin with war some begin with waiting and some of the loudest moments in heaven are filled with silence chapter 4 unveiled the throne the worship that never ends living creatures crying out day and night
elders casting down their crowns a scene of unimaginable glory but now something changes in the right hand of the one who sits on the throne there is a scroll not drifting through the air not lying on an Altar held firmly gripped intentionally as if it carries the weight of eternity it is written on both sides front and back no space left empty every line filled with divine purpose the script of the ages and it is sealed seven times this is no ordinary scroll it is the plan of redemption and judgment the record of wrath and
reward the final unveiling of justice and mercy intertwined it holds the story of everything to come then a mighty angel Steps forward with a voice that reverberates through the heavens he cries "Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?" It is not a casual question it is the cry of all creation the longing of the cosmos wrapped in a single plea and the answer is silence no one responds no figure steps forward no hero emerges heaven searches but finds no one not among the angels not among the elders not in heaven not
on earth not even under the earth no prophet no Patriarch no priest no power john looks and sees nothing no savior no messiah only stillness only silence and he begins to weep not a quiet tear the Greek reveals deep uncontrollable sobbing a broken cry from the soul because if no one can open the scroll history remains locked justice remains delayed the curse remains unbroken the kingdom remains out of reach this is not about curiosity this is about crisis if no one is worthy then evil goes Unpunished pain goes unhealed hope fades into silence have you
ever felt that kind of ache have you ever stood in front of a future that looked permanently sealed have you ever prayed and heaven felt full but silent then you know what John felt that deep spiritual anguish that sacred frustration that holy anticipation that trembles between despair and belief because if there is no one worthy then who will make things right and maybe you've asked that same Question when nothing in your life made sense when no door opened when the scroll of your story felt locked shut but what John didn't know not yet is that
heaven's silence is not rejection it is preparation because when God delays he is not hesitating he is setting the stage he is quieting every voice so that when the worthy one appears there will be no doubt no distraction no confusion only glory all eyes fixed on the one who alone is Worthy and the silence will give way to a song that shakes the heavens worthy is the lamb redemption in the hands of the slain king the book of Revelation 5:es 5-14 the throne has been revealed the worship has begun heaven is no longer silent it
is singing but now something shifts john sees a scroll in the right hand of the one who sits on the throne it is sealed not with one seal not with two but with seven this scroll is not ordinary it represents the fullness of God's redemptive plan it is the climax of history the fulfillment of justice the answer to every soul that has ever asked the question "When will things finally be made right?" But there is a problem no one is worthy to open it no one in heaven no one on earth no one under the
earth and John the man who walked with Jesus the apostle of love begins to weep not out of curiosity but out of holy sorrow because if this scroll stays sealed redemption stays Unfinished the pain of history remains unresolved hope remains delayed and the promises of God remain locked away have you ever felt that before that ache when nothing moves forward when it seems like healing is just out of reach when the story feels stuck that is the moment Jon finds himself in but then a voice one of the elders says "Do not weep behold the
lion of the tribe of Judah the root of David has triumphed he is able to open the scroll and its seven seals the lion The king the victor." John turns to see the lion but what he sees is a lamb not roaring not towering but a lamb standing as if it had been slain this is the gospel in its deepest form the one who conquers is the one who was pierced the one who reigns is the one who laid himself down the lion has triumphed by becoming the lamb and the lamb steps forward he takes
the scroll from the right hand of the one seated on the throne and at that moment heaven erupts The four living creatures fall down the 24 elders bow low each one holds a harp and golden bowls full of incense and those bowls they are filled with your prayers not forgotten not discarded but presented before the Lamb as worship have you ever wondered if your prayers reach heaven right here they are seen they are heard they are held then heaven sings a new song worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals because
you were slain and with your blood you Purchased for God people from every tribe every language every people and every nation you made them a kingdom you made them priests and they shall reign on the earth john looks again and what he sees overwhelms imagination angels not hundreds not thousands but 10,000 times 10,000 a sea of worship encircling the throne the creatures and the elders and in one voice they declare "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and Honor and glory and praise." And then every creature
joins in every creature in heaven on earth under the earth and in the sea they cry out "To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power forever and ever." And the four living creatures say "Amen." And the elders fall down and worship this is the center of heaven not a battlefield not a courtroom but a throne and beside that throne stands a lamb he is not lying Down he is not defeated he stands scarred but alive wounded but victorious he is the only one worthy
to hold the scroll of history to open its seals to unfold the will of God across the ages revelation does not just tell us how the world ends it shows us who reigns and he does not reign through violence but through sacrifice not through domination but through surrender not with swords but with scars not as a tyrant but as a savior he is worthy worthy to redeem Worthy to rule worthy to receive the worship of all creation and in his hands is the scroll of redemption so the question is not who can open the scroll
the question now becomes will you worship the one who did will you trust the lamb who triumphed through love because everything begins here not with fear but with a throne and a lamb who still bears the marks of your rescue he is worthy forever and ever the beginning of birth pains the real meaning of Judgment the book of Revelation chapter 6 the scroll is in the hands of the lamb not sealed anymore now it begins to open with each seal broken a new reality is unleashed but these aren't just random disasters they are strategic they
are purposeful they are the beginning of birth painans the first seal breaks and a white horse rides out its rider holds a bow and is given a crown he rides out as a conqueror bent on conquest many see this as the spirit of false peace the Illusion of control a world that crowns power without truth peace that does not come from God never lasts the second seal breaks and a fiery red horse appears its rider is given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other this is war not just
between nations but between neighbors it begins with false unity and quickly descends into bloodshed the third seal opens and a black horse comes forth its rider holds a pair of scales and a voice Cries out "A quart of wheat for a day's wages and three quarts of barley for a day's wages and do not damage the oil and the wine." This is famine scarcity inflation basic needs become luxuries the world begins to starve not just physically but morally then the fourth seal is opened and a pale horse rides its rider is named death and Hades
follows close behind authority is given to them over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword famine plague and wild Beasts this is not fiction it is the unraveling of a world that has rejected its maker but this judgment is not the final judgment it is the beginning because now the fifth seal is opened and what John sees is not war but worship under the altar in heaven are the souls of those who were slain for the word of God and the testimony they held they cry out "How long sovereign Lord holy and true
until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood." They Are not demanding revenge they are longing for justice and justice is coming each one receives a white robe and they are told to wait a little longer because more will be killed more will suffer but none will be forgotten then comes the sixth seal and now the earth itself begins to shake a great earthquake the sun turns black the moon becomes like blood the stars fall the sky receds the mountains move and the people of the earth kings generals rich And poor slave
and free all run for cover they hide in caves they cry out to the rocks fall on us hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wroth of the lamb for the great day of their wrath has come and who can stand do you hear that the same people who once mocked God now tremble at his presence the same world that rejected the lamb now hides from his holiness this is not random destruction this is God answering the prayers of the martyrs This is justice rising and yet it
is not the end because even in wrath God remembers mercy judgment is not the final word it is the necessary tearing before the healing the seals show us what happens when God allows humanity to follow its own desires when restraint is lifted when grace steps back and truth steps forward but through it all the Lamb still holds the scroll he is not surprised he's not absent he is sovereign even when the world shakes and When the voices cry who can stand revelation chapter 7 will answer that question but for now we pause in the tension
not in fear but in faith because these aren't signs of a God who's out of control they are the signs that the king is preparing to return among people protection praise and the multitude in white the book of Revelation 7 sometimes the most powerful thing God does is to pause in chapter 6 the world is unraveling war famine death cosmic Terror the sixth seal ends with a desperate cry who can stand and then everything stops before judgment continues before the final seals break heaven answers the question john sees angels four of them holding back the
winds not just breezes but the winds of destruction it's as if the whole universe is holding its breath because mercy is not finished then another angel appears rising from the east carrying the seal of the living God and he cries Out with a loud voice "Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads there is a ceiling before the shaking god marks his people not with ink not with chains but with identity with ownership with love they are his they will not
be lost in the chaos their pain is not forgotten their destiny is secure john hears the number of those sealed 144,000 12,000 from each tribe of Israel Symbolic literal that's not the point what matters is that God knows his own he numbers them he protects them he seals them for what's to come but the vision isn't finished john looks and suddenly he sees something far greater a great multitude too vast to count from every nation tribe people language they are standing not fleeing not hiding standing before the throne and before the Lamb they are wearing
white robes they hold palm branches in their hands And they cry out with a loud voice "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the Lamb all around them angels elders living creatures they fall down they worship they echo the cry with thunder and stillness amen praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God forever and ever amen." Then one of the elders turns to John who are they these in white robes and where did they come from john replies "Sir you know." And
the elder says "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb." It is not a metaphor it is the cost of faithfulness they were not spared from suffering they passed through it and now they stand robed sealed safe no longer refugees now residents of the throne room therefore the elder continues "They are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple he who Sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence never again
will they hunger never again will they thirst the son will not beat down on them nor any scorching heat for the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd he will lead them to springs of living water and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes this is not poetic hope it is promised reality because revelation isn't just about the shaking of the earth it's about the Anchoring of the soul and in this interlude between seals and judgments God reminds us what he sees while the world watches only collapse he sees
the sealed he sees the faithful he sees the multitude in white not forgotten but forever his and maybe when the noise of the world is loudest what we need is not more action but to listen again to the silence between the seals where mercy still speaks where grace still marks where worship never ends when heaven Goes silent the calm before the storm the book of Revelation 8 in the beginning God created through speech but in the end he judges through silence the scroll that held the destiny of creation had six seals opened each one tore
through the veil of comfort releasing visions of wrath war famine and cosmic disruption but when the seventh seal is opened you expect thunder you expect lightning you expect heaven to roar instead everything stops there is Silence for about half an hour not on earth but in heaven heaven where angels never stop singing where thrones echo with eternal praise where elders fall and living creatures cry out without rest now there is nothing not because heaven ran out of words but because heaven understands the weight of what comes next this is not confusion it is reverence it
is the kind of stillness that falls over a courtroom before a sentence is announced the kind of hush That settles over a battlefield before the final trumpet sounds this is not the end of sound it is the beginning of the last word can you feel that kind of silence not empty but full not absence but anticipation seven angels step forward each one is handed a trumpet these are not instruments of background music in scripture trumpets mean something they are divine announcements trumpets signal war trumpets call to worship trumpets awaken the sleeping They bring walls down
they summon kings they warn cities but before the first note sounds something interrupts another angel appears he stands at the altar he carries a golden sensor and inside it are prayers not fire yet but prayers prayers that have been rising for generations the cries of the martyrs from chapter 6 the intercessions of the saints the soft aching groans of every heart that has whispered "How long Lord?" These prayers rise like incense And why incense because incense rises in silence it fills the space between what has been spoken and what is about to be done it
is sacred smoke it carries memory pain hope surrender before judgment falls heaven makes space for remembrance have you ever prayed and felt like the answer was delayed what if your prayer was not ignored but held offered prepared for a moment like this then the angel takes fire from the altar he fills the sensor and throws it toward The earth and then comes the storm thunder shakes the sky lightning flashes the ground quakes this is no longer symbolic this is cosmic response the silence is over the reckoning begins the first four trumpets sound and creation trembles
each trumpet affects onethird not total destruction yet God is still giving space the first trumpet fire and hail mixed with blood fall from the sky trees are consumed grass burns away green life scorches under judgment the Second something like a great mountain crashes into the sea the waters turn to blood a third of the sea dies a third of the ships sink commerce collapses order unravels the third a star falls its name is wormwood it poisons the rivers and springs and many die from the water it is poetic but it is also prophetic because what
you drink spiritually shapes whether you survive physically the fourth trumpet darkness a third of the sun a third of the moon a third of The stars go dark time itself fractures the rhythm of heaven and earth begins to falter creation groans the beauty once called good now breaks and then an eagle soarses across the sky its voice pierces the atmosphere wo wo wo to the inhabitants of the earth because what is coming next is even more severe not a cry of rage a cry of mercy a cry of warning because the door is still open
the window of repentance is not yet closed so what do we do with the silence This chapter is not only about what God does it is about what God hears the angel does not act until the incense the prayers rise before judgment begins intercession is received what if your silence was sacred what if your stillness was a space for prayer what if nothing happening around you meant something was happening in the heavens because sometimes when nothing moves on earth everything is shifting in eternity sometimes when heaven feels quiet God is Simply listening longer than you
expected because the silence of heaven is never the absence of God it is the pause before justice it is the breath before glory it is the calm before the storm and in that calm mercy still waits demonic locusts unrepentant hearts and the trumpets of terror the book of Revelation chapter 9 when the fifth trumpet sounds heaven does not just release a message it unlocks a prison not every darkness rises from the earth Some come from far below it john sees a star fallen from heaven to earth not a meteor not a symbol but a being
once bright now fallen not stolen given a kill the key is for the shaft of the abyss a place sealed a place restrained a place filled with terrifying potential and when the key turns when the lock clicks open the world changes forever smoke erupts from the abyss thick black suffocating it consumes the sky it darkens the sun it poisons the air and Then they rise locusts but not the kind that eat leaves these do not feed on trees or grass they are creatures with faces like humans hair like women teeth like lions tails like scorpions
their wings sound like war horses thundering into battle they are not sent to destroy they are sent to torment but even their torment has a limit they can only harm those without the seal of God and even then not to kill only to torture for 5 months five months of agony of confusion Of anguish so deep that people will long for death but death refuses to answer have you ever wished the pain would just end and it didn't have you ever looked for escape and found none over these creatures rules a king the angel of
the abyss his name is Abaden in Hebrew Apolon in Greek it means one thing in any language destroyer this is not merely a nightmare this is a picture of spiritual judgment of hell unleashed of torment given permission but only for a Time this is the first woe but the sixth trumpet follows and it is even more devastating john hears a voice from the golden altar the place of prayer now speaking command release the four angels bound at the great river Euphrates these are not protectors they are restrained powers held back by God's hand until a
specific hour day month and year and now their time has come their purpose to kill a third of humankind and behind them comes an army not counted by sight But heard 200 million whether physical or spiritual and this army is unstoppable its impact is real the horses breathe fire smoke and sulfur their tails strike like serpents and with this triad fire smoke and sulfur a third of the Earth's population dies it is catastrophic it is global it is unimaginable but then comes the most haunting moment of all the survivors do not repent they do not
turn from idolatry they keep worshiping gold Silver bronze stone and wood things that cannot see hear or move they do not turn from murder from sorcery from sexual immorality from theft they suffer but do not surrender they feel the weight of judgment but reject justice they taste the edge of hell and still choose it have you ever witnessed someone harden their heart even as everything around them crumbled could it be that the greatest judgment is not torment but a heart that can no longer feel revelation Chapter 9 does not exaggerate it exposes it reveals what
happens when mercy is ignored long enough and truth is rejected too many times but if you are still reading if your heart still trembles if your soul still wonders then there is hope because the door is not yet shut the scroll is still being opened and the one who holds the keys does not just hold the key to the abyss he holds the key to life so do not ask only how to avoid the trumpet ask how to Respond in the silence that comes before it because even in judgment heaven still receives prayer the altar
is not empty the incense still rises and the lamb still reigns he is not finished he is still calling and those who call on him will not be forgotten the bittersweet scroll why truth nourishes and burns the book of Revelation chapter 10 after the silence after the trumpets after the shaking of heaven and the refusal of earth to repent God does something Unexpected he doesn't send another plague he sends a pause chapter 10 opens with a mighty angel not just another messenger but one wrapped in symbols of authority and awe he is robed in a
cloud the mark of God's presence a rainbow above his head echoing the covenant with Noah his face shines like the sun and his legs are pillars of fire and in his hand is a little scroll open he places one foot on the sea and one on the land he raises his hand to heaven and swears By the eternal God the creator of all that there will be no more delay because the time for mystery is closing the moment has come for God's plan to move forward without interruption but then the scene narrows the thunder fades
and once again we return to John the apostle the exile the witness a voice tells him "Go take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel." He obeys and then comes the command "Take it and eat it." This is not the first time a Prophet is told to eat a scroll ezekiel once did the same but in Revelation something striking happens john eats the scroll and it is sweet as honey in his mouth but turns bitter in his stomach this is the experience of every true prophetic voice the word of God is
beautiful it is rich pure holy it tastes like life when received but when digested when it sinks into the soul when the weight of what it truly means takes hold it brings burden because Truth is never neutral it comforts but it also confronts it reveals hope but it exposes sin it builds faith but it costs something to carry the sweetness is in the clarity the bitterness is in the cost john has seen heavenly visions he has heard worship no human words can contain but now he is reminded this is not for observation it is for
declaration he is told you must prophesy again about many peoples nations languages and kings the scroll is not Just for him to savor it is for him to proclaim and what he carries will challenge rulers it will expose systems it will break illusions of safety and religion this is the prophetic call not to impress but to interrupt not to predict but to reveal not to escape the world but to speak to it with eyes opened by heaven many want revelation without responsibility glory without grief insight without obedience but the angel does not hand John a
sword he Hands him a scroll and the scroll must be eaten because truth must become part of you before it can flow through you this chapter reminds us God doesn't only use those who speak loudly he uses those who digest deeply those who don't just admire the word but are marked by it there will be moments in your walk with God when he gives you a message that delights you and then breaks you don't resist it because that bittersweet truth it's what makes you ready to speak for Heaven on earth the two witnesses prophecy persecution
and power the book of Revelation 11:es 1-14 heaven has spoken earth has trembled and now the tension turns toward the temple john is given a measuring rod not to weigh gold but to measure worship measure the temple of God measure the altar measure the people who worship there but leave the outer court do not measure it it is given to the nations they will trample the holy city for 42 months this is not Just symbolic time it is a season of pressure resistance and purification because in every generation true worship is tested under fire and
right in the center of a world that mocks truth God raises up two witnesses they are not anonymous they are not invisible they are prophets and he gives them power they will prophesy for 1,260 days clothed in sackcloth a sign of urgency repentance and confrontation they are the two olive trees the two Lampstands standing before the Lord of all the earth and their words are not mere suggestions they are fire fire comes from their mouths and consumes those who try to harm them they are given authority to shut the skies to turn water into blood
to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they choose this is not a fable this is divine testimony this is what the power of God looks like when it confronts a world at war with truth but Even those chosen by God are not spared from suffering when their testimony is complete the beast rises from the abyss and he declares war he overcomes them and he kills them their bodies lie in the street of the great city the place figuratively called Sodom and Egypt the place where their Lord was crucified for three
and a half days people from every tribe language and nation look upon their lifeless bodies they refuse to bury them they celebrate their deaths They exchange gifts as if silencing truth was a cause for joy because when truth is buried the world throws a party but truth cannot stay buried after 3 and 1/2 days breath from God enters them and they stand up and terror grips the world a loud voice from heaven calls "Come up here." And the witnesses ascend in a cloud as their enemies watch then the ground begins to shake a massive earthquake
strikes the city one/tenth collapses 7,000 people perish and the Survivors finally give glory to the God of heaven it took judgment it took fear but repentance came and this marks the end of the second woe but the seventh trumpet is about to sound the two witnesses are not just part of prophecy they are a picture of what it means to stand for truth in a world that celebrates silence they remind us that real power is not escaping the fire but finishing the mission that even when the world laughs at our fall God is not Finished
because resurrection still belongs to him and heaven still speaks so the question is not whether the beast will rise but whether we will remain faithful until the day the voice calls us home because the world may laugh at the truth today but soon it will tremble when that truth rises again the kingdom declared forever the book of Revelation 11:es 15-19 the earth has shaken the prophets have risen the enemies have watched in Fear and now the time has come the seventh angel lifts the trumpet and heaven resounds with a sound that splits history in two
but unlike the trumpets before this one does not release torment it does not summon plagues it does not carry warning it carries proclamation not from a prophet not from a throne on earth but from the heavens themselves loud voices rise and declare "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ And he will reign forever and ever." This is not a metaphor this is not a hope this is the announcement of final reality not a shift in policy a shift in power in ownership in destiny the world is
no longer in dispute it is no longer ruled by passing kings or manipulated by temporary crowns the kingdom is no longer near it is here and it is not shared it is not voted in it is not up for negotiation it belongs to Jesus completely eternally do you live like That is true is he just your savior or your sovereign as the voices echo through the heavens the 24 elders fall on their faces not gently not politely they fall with reverence that shakes the soul and they worship they cry out in gratitude we give thanks
to you Lord God Almighty who is and who was because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign it has begun not someday now and then a truth few want to hear the nations were angry and your wroth Has come because when the true king takes his throne every false power trembles there is no neutral ground you either worship or you resist and those who resisted will now face the fullness of divine justice but those who feared his name both the great and the small will be rewarded because the kingdom does not
just bring a crown for Christ it brings vindication for his people and then the heavens open wider god's temple is revealed and inside it John sees Something no one has seen for generations the ark of the covenant not the lost ark of Israel's wilderness not a symbol carved in stone this is the true ark the sign of a covenant that never failed a promise that was never broken a faithfulness that outlasted every failure and as the ark is revealed lightning flashes thunder rolls the earth trembles hail falls from the skies because when the eternal breaks
into the visible the earth must respond what was Hidden is now unveiled what was promised is now fulfilled this is the final trumpet it does not bring a new warning it brings the final word the end of rebellion the silencing of Babylon the lifting of every veil the kingdom of God has come not just in part but in full dominion and now only one question remains will you live as though the king is already on the throne because if Jesus reigns in heaven he must also reign in your worship in your priorities In your voice
in your resistance to evil in your perseverance through trial because when the trumpet sounds there is no more hiding no more pretending no more delay the lamb who once opened the scroll now sits upon the throne not waiting not hoping reigning forever and ever the woman and the child god's plan from the beginning the book of Revelation 12:es 1-6 before the beasts rise before the bowls are poured heaven opens a new window not into the future But into the beginning behind the battle john sees a sign a great sign not on the earth but in
the heavens a woman clothed with the sun the moon beneath her feet a crown of 12 stars on her head she is radiant she is royal but she is also crying out in pain because she is about to give birth this is more than a woman this is a symbol of Israel of the people of God of the covenant that carried the promise through slavery and exile through wilderness and waiting through Every attempt of hell to stop the lineage of redemption and now the promise is about to arrive but she is not alone another sign
appears a dragon massive fierce red like blood and war with seven heads and 10 horns seven crowns upon his heads and his tail sweeps onethird of the stars from the sky and throws them to the earth he does not stand beside the woman he stands before her waiting not to witness birth but to devour what is born this is the War behind every war the hatred beneath every genocide the resistance under every promise before Herod gave the order before Pilate signed the sentence before Rome raised the cross there was already a dragon this war did
not begin in the manger it began in eternity and Revelation pulls back the curtain because the enemy is not flesh and blood it never was and still the woman gives birth a son a male child destined to rule all nations with an iron scepter This is not any child this is the child the Messiah the fulfillment of every prophecy the seed promised in the garden the son given to reign and as soon as he is born he is caught up to God and to his throne it is a fast forward from cradle to cross from
resurrection to ascension from the pain of birth to the seat of ultimate authority and the woman she flees not in fear but in obedience to a place prepared by God a wilderness yet not desolation for 1,260 days she is nourished not abandoned not defeated because even when the church is pursued she is preserved even when the people of God are scattered they are sheltered even when the enemy attacks heaven provides have you felt like you've been pushed into a wilderness could it be that God has prepared that very place to sustain you because Revelation 12
is not just about what is to come it is about what has always been it is history from heaven's Point of view the dragon waited but God moved first the enemy struck but the throne was already secure and this is only the beginning of the vision because the dragon will not give up but neither will heaven stay silent the next move is about to shake the heavens and every believer must decide will I see the world through fear or through the lens of eternal victory because the lamb still reigns the child still lives and the
woman is still protected by the hand Of God the war in heaven victory through the blood of the lamb the book of Revelation 12:es 7-17 the woman has fled to the wilderness the child has ascended to the throne and now the enemy turns his fury elsewhere what he could not devour he will now try to destroy through war and John sees it not as a metaphor not as a vision of the mind but a real war in heaven michael and his angels rise to fight the dragon and the dragon with his Fallen army fights back
this is not mythology this is spiritual history the unseen war that determined the fate of everything we know heaven is not attacked because it is weak heaven is attacked because Satan still believes he can take what was never his but he is not strong enough not anymore he is hurled down not escorted not reasoned with thrown cast from heaven with all who followed him and in that moment something shifts forever he no longer Has access he can no longer stand before God to accuse because one of the most devastating truths in all of scripture is
that before this moment Satan could appear before God day and night to accuse the saints but now his voice is silenced in heaven and a cry erupts a loud voice breaks through the silence of glory now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ for the accuser of our brothers and sisters who Accused them before God day and night has been thrown down and then comes a verse that echoes through every generation they triumphed over him by the blood of the lamb and by the
word of their testimony they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death this is not just poetry it is the pathway to victory heaven is not one by sword or strategy it is one by surrender victory does not come by conquering others but by being willing to lay Everything down for truth this is the power the enemy cannot match because Satan can accuse he can deceive he can stir fear but he cannot overcome the blood and he cannot silence the one who refuses to deny the testimony they know is true have
you felt that pressure to shrink back to silence your voice to play it safe then hear this you do not overcome by winning you overcome by standing by enduring by holding fast this is how the dragon is defeated not By talent not by applause not by platform but by worship that bleeds faith that holds truth that refuses to bow and now Satan is cast down to earth and his fury only grows because he knows his time is short he goes after the woman again god's people but she is given wings like an eagle she escapes
to the wilderness once more a place prepared a place preserved a place of divine provision even as the dragon releases a flood to sweep her away the Earth opens its mouth and swallows the waters even creation protects those whom God has sealed but the dragon is not done furious he goes to make war with the rest of her offspring with those who keep the commands of God and hold fast the testimony of Jesus that means us this is not just prophecy this is our reality the war is not future it is now the accuser has
been thrown down but he is still raging still whispering still seeking those who will bow to fear so How do you overcome by the blood of the lamb by the word of your testimony by refusing to give in even when it cost you everything the dragon is real the battle is intense but the victory has already been declared so do not be surprised by the pressure do not be shaken by the storm do not be silenced by the fear because your king is already reigning and the clock is running out on your enemy stand firm
speak truth worship boldly because the time is short But eternity is coming the system of the beast deception control and endurance the book of Revelation chapter 13 it won't always look like evil sometimes it will look like stability like safety like a solution the beast doesn't rise from shadows it rises from the sea and the world watches revelation 13 doesn't introduce a monster it reveals a system a structure that seduces the masses with power unity and counterfeit authority john sees a Beast coming out of the sea it has 10 horns and seven heads a mirror
of the dragon from chapter 12 its crowns represent dominion its blasphemies deception it looks like a fusion of past empires a leopard a bear a lion each image connects back to Daniel's vision of oppressive kingdoms but this beast receives something terrifying the dragon's power throne and great authority this is not just politics it's spiritual manipulation clothed in Influence the world is astonished they marvel they say "Who is like the beast who can wage war against it not out of fear out of fascination the beast speaks proud words and blasphemies it is allowed to wage war
against the saints and to conquer them that word stings the people of God aren't spared from pressure here they are pressed hunted and seemingly defeated but the chapter is clear their endurance is their victory this calls for patient endurance And faithfulness on the part of God's people and then a second beast rises this one doesn't come from the sea but from the earth it looks like a lamb but it speaks like a dragon deception now with the appearance of innocence this beast performs signs even calls fire down from heaven it mimics the miracles of Elijah
it builds an image and tells the world to worship it then comes the mark a system of allegiance a number without it no one can buy or sell this Isn't just economics it's a forced loyalty disguised as progress the number of the beast 666 a number of man a system that always falls short of perfection just one step under seven repeated three times it is man exalted man enthroned man at the center this is not just a vision of the future it's a warning for every generation because the spirit of the beast has always existed
in regimes that control through fear in religions that Manipulate with signs in systems that seduce with promises of peace at the cost of truth and the church is caught in the middle not shielded from suffering but called to discernment because not every voice that calls for unity is from God not every miracle confirms truth and not every system that promotes order leads to life the saints endure not because it's easy but because their allegiance is not for sale this chapter ends with a number but behind That number is a choice worship what shines on the
surface or follow the one who was pierced in silence one leads to comfort the other to a cross but only one leads to the throne the songs of the redeemed and the judgment of the earth the book of Revelation chapter 14 not all battles are fought in silence some are fought with a song after the rise of the beast after the deception the marking the pressure John looks again and he sees something someone standing Not hiding not falling standing on Mount Zion it's the Lamb and with him not 12 not thousands but 144,000 marked not
with the number of man but with the name of the Father on their foreheads they are sealed and they sing it's a new song one that only the redeemed can learn not because it's complicated but because it's personal it's the song of those who were not defiled by the seduction of the beast the song of those who followed the lamb wherever he went they are called First fruits a glimpse of what God will redeem across all the earth they are not perfect by performance but by purity of devotion and their song rises not from stages
but from scars not from comfort but from commitment then come three angels each carrying a message not just for the church but for the entire world the first cries out "Fear God and give him glory because the hour of his judgment has come worship him who made the heavens the earth the sea and the Springs of water it's the call to return to recognize not just a god of grace but a creator and judge the second follows fallen fallen is Babylon the great which made all the nations drink the maddening wine of her adulteries babylon
the system of seduction empire pride and idolatry will fall it always does no matter how high it rises God brings it down then the third angel speaks a message as serious as any in scripture he warns that those who worship the Beast who receive its mark will drink the full cup of God's wrath there will be no rest for them day or night the warning is clear but it ends with a phrase not of fear but of hope this calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints those who keep God's commands and remain
faithful to Jesus because faithfulness is not just resisting sin it's holding fast when the world spins out of control then a voice from heaven says "Blessed are the dead Who die in the Lord from now on." Yes says the spirit they will rest from their labor for their deeds will follow them in a world where death is feared God calls it rest for the faithful then the scene shifts again john sees a white cloud and seated on it one like a son of man with a crown of gold and a sharp sickle in his hand
another angel calls out "Take your sickle and reap because the harvest of the earth is ripe." And he swings the sickle and the earth is Harvested but then comes another sickle and this one is for judgment angels reap the grapes of the earth symbolic of rebellion of corruption and throw them into the wine press of God's wrath the press is trampled and blood flows for miles it's a picture not meant to terrify but to clarify there will be a final separation wheat and weeds sheep and goats song and silence this chapter is about two sounds
the sound of those who sing and the silence of those who Resisted every warning it's about two names one written on foreheads in devotion the other etched in the system of the beast it's about two destinies rest or wrath and in the middle is the lamb still standing still calling still worthy to be followed wherever he goes the sea of glass and the final witness of worship the book of Revelation chapter 15 before the final bowls of judgment are poured out heaven sings again but this time the tone has changed It's not celebration it's not
chaos it's not silence it's a witness john sees another sign great and marvelous but not because of beauty seven angels appear each carrying the final plagues of God's wrath and with them the wrath of God is completed there is a finality here a sense that time is no longer stretching forward but collapsing into fulfillment and yet before the judgment falls God gives space for one more thing worship john sees a sea of glass glowing with Fire a surface like crystal reflecting holiness and judgment at once and standing beside this sea are those who overcame the
beast its image and the number of its name they are holding harps given by God they didn't buy them they didn't earn them they received them because worship is always a gift before it is an offering and they sing but not just any song they sing the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the lamb old and new law and grace Deliverance from Egypt and deliverance from the beast this is the song of the overcomers great and marvelous are your deeds Lord God Almighty just and true are your ways King of
the nations who will not fear you Lord and bring glory to your name for you alone are holy all nations will come and worship before you for your righteous acts have been revealed this is not distant theology it's the heartbeat of heaven and it rises before the final judgments descend Why because worship isn't about avoiding wrath it's about bearing witness to who God is even when the world rejects him as the song fades the temple in heaven opens the tabernacle of the covenant law smoke fills the sanctuary not from incense but from the glory of
God and his power and no one can enter until the seven plagues are finished the door is closed not forever but until justice is complete this chapter may be short but its silence is heavy its beauty is Weighty it shows us something the world forgets that true worship often comes before the hardest moments that those who overcome don't escape the fire they sing beside it that the sea of glass glowing with fire is not a place of destruction but a place of testimony and when you stand there when you lift a song even while judgment
stirs you join a greater story you echo Moses by the Red Sea and Jesus before the cross and the saints who chose faithfulness over Comfort because sometimes the purest worship is not when the battle is won but when it is about to begin the seven bowls and the weight of final justice the book of Revelation chapter 16 justice delayed is not justice denied the God who waited through centuries of rebellion who warned through prophets who offered grace after grace now acts not out of rage but out of righteousness chapter 16 opens with a voice "Go
pour out the seven bowls of God's wrath on The earth." These are not symbolic they are physical specific final each bowl is a declaration god has seen God has remembered god will not ignore evil forever the first bowl painful sores break out on those who bear the mark of the beast this isn't random it is targeted a visible sign that false allegiance has a price the second bowl the sea turns to blood not partially but completely every living creature in the sea dies it is the reversal of creation Where water once gave life it now
signals judgment the third bowl rivers and springs turn to blood and the angel of the waters declares "You are just in these judgments oh holy one for they have shed the blood of your holy people and prophets and you have given them blood to drink." And another voice affirms "Yes Lord God Almighty true and just are your judgments in the midst of wrath heaven does not flinch god is not overreacting he is responding with Precision and holiness the fourth bowl the sun scorches people with fire heat that once nourished now consumes but instead of repenting
they curse the name of God that phrase repeats again and again they cursed and did not repent it is not just judgment falling it is rebellion hardening the fifth bowl darkness over the kingdom of the beast not metaphorical but real suffocating darkness and people still refuse to turn the sixth bowl the Euphrates River dries Up preparing the way for kings from the east armageddon begins to form not with swords but with spirits of deception sent to gather the nations this is not just military conflict it's spiritual manipulation a world being drawn into rebellion's final act
and in the middle of it Jesus speaks a single piercing sentence look I come like a thief blessed is the one who stays awake and remains clothed so as not to go naked and be shamefully exposed even now he Calls for watchfulness even in wroth he speaks as a shepherd to his sheep then comes the seventh bowl the earth shakes like never before islands vanish mountains collapse hailstones the weight of a 100 pounds fall from the sky and again people curse God they do not cry for mercy they raise their fists this chapter is not
comfortable it's not meant to be it shows us that there comes a point when divine patience becomes divine response and even then God does Not lose control his justice is measured his voice still calls his promises still hold but the cup is full and the time has come and if the bowls of wrath feel overwhelming it's because sin should feel heavy grace is amazing because judgment is real and revelation does not shy away from either it shows us a lamb who was slain and a judge who is holy it reminds us you cannot understand the
cross unless you understand what it carried so when the final bowl is poured And the earth groans and heaven closes the door for a moment we are not left without hope but we are reminded the God who delays justice will never abandon it the mystery of Babylon seduction empire and the fall of false glory the book of Revelation chapter 17 not all enemies come with swords some come with perfume with gold with glamour some don't attack the church they seduce it in Revelation chapter 17 John is carried away in the spirit not to see another
beast but to See the woman who rides it she is called Babylon the Great a symbol a system a seductive power that stretches across centuries and cultures she sits on many waters which the angel later reveals are peoples multitudes nations and languages this is global not local not limited to one city or age she is dressed in purple and scarlet adorned with gold precious stones and pearls in her hand is a golden cup but it's filled with abominations filth and immorality and on Her forehead a name mystery Babylon the Great the mother of prostitutes and
of the abominations of the earth john says he is astonished when he sees her not just by her appearance but by what she represents because Babylon is not just immorality she is idolatry institutionalized she is spiritual unfaithfulness turned into policy culture and empire she is Rome she is Babel she's every age where power replaces purity where wealth silences Justice where religion is used to serve self and she rides the beast the same one from chapter 13 full of blasphemy and deception she doesn't fight the beast she partners with it because seduction and domination often walk
hand in hand the angel explains "The seven heads are seven hills." A clear reference to ancient Rome but also seven kings rulers systems epochs of history five have fallen one is another is to come and the beast itself is described As one who was now is not and yet will come again this is not just history it's a cycle of rebellion returning in new forms but rooted in the same spirit but here's the twist the very beast she rides will turn against her the kings of the earth those who once drank her wine shared her
luxury partnered in her politics will hate the prostitute they will strip her consume her and burn her with fire why because evil is never loyal empires built on ego always turn Inward those who use others eventually destroy themselves sin consumes its own servants and then comes the conclusion the woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth this is not just geography it's ideology it's a world view that seduces through success disguises pride as power and replaces the presence of God with the performance of man this chapter is a
warning not just about what's coming but about what's already here because Babylon is not just a future entity it's a present temptation it's in the craving for applause the obsession with image the gospel that promises prosperity without purity the religion that entertains but does not transform and it's seductive even John was astonished even the church can fall for her perfume that's why this chapter matters not to fill us with fear but to wake us from fascination because one day Babylon will fall the beast will betray her the Nations will mourn and only one kingdom will
stand babylon has fallen lament wealth and the end of the illusion the Book of Revelation chapter 18 imagine a city that never sleeps the streets shine with gold music flows from every hall merchants trade in luxury kings dine in hidden rooms and prophets are nowhere to be found this is Babylon not a name a spirit a system built on seduction on power on pride on wealth that blinds and pleasure that dulls the soul chapter 18 Does not whisper her fall it shouts it "Fallen fallen is Babylon the Great an angel comes down from heaven shining
with glory illuminating the earth and with a voice that shakes every empire he declares "She has become a dwelling for demons a haunt for every unclean spirit her sins have reached heaven her luxuries were soaked in blood her influence infected kings and nations not with truth but with intoxication and now God says "Come out of her my people not Stay not argue not try to reform her come out." because participation in her comfort leads to contamination in her judgment she said in her heart "I sit as queen i am not a widow i will never
mourn but in one day death mourning and famine in one hour fire and the world watches from a distance the kings mourn they stand far off afraid of her torment the merchants weep not because of her soul but because no one buys their goods anymore gold silver jewels fine linen Cinnamon horses slaves human lives she traded in souls and called it economy and now it all burns the shipmasters cry out the trade routes go silent the harps and candles go dark and the voice from heaven says "Rejoice over her you heavens rejoice saints and apostles
and prophets for God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you a mighty angel throws a millstone into the sea and declares "With such violence the great city of Babylon will be thrown Down never to be found again." And suddenly the music stops the lights fade the voice of the bride and bridegroom is no more because this was never a love story it was seduction and now it's silence this chapter isn't just about the fall of a city it's about the exposure of an illusion babylon always promises beauty but never tells you the
cost it wraps greed in elegance pride in confidence and compromise in comfort and God says "Enough." This chapter is not Just judgment it's mercy for those who still have ears to hear come out of her my people because the wealth of Babylon will vanish but the treasure of the kingdom remains and when the systems collapse and the towers fall and the songs are silenced what will remain is not what we built on earth but what we invested in eternity heaven rejoices the wedding of the lamb and the rider on the white horse the book of
Revelation chapter 19 at last the silence breaks But this time not with thunder not with judgment with joy for the first time since the scrolls were opened since the trumpets sounded since the bowls poured out heaven sings without sorrow John hears it clearly a great multitude not moaning not warning praising hallelujah salvation and glory and power belong to our God for his judgments are true and just the smoke of Babylon's fall still lingers below but above the sound is louder than ever because something Greater is coming voices rise like waves of celebration the 24 elders
and four living creatures bow and echo amen hallelujah then a voice like rushing water and roaring thunder fills the heavens let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory for the wedding of the lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready clean linen bright and pure give and gout not earned the bride is the church the faithful across every age every culture every sacrifice those Who resisted Babylon's wine and wore the name of the lamb instead of the mark of the beast they are now invited to the wedding supper of the lamb
the table is set the seats are eternal and the invitation comes with a declaration these are the true words of God john falls in worship but is quickly corrected do not do that i am a fellow servant with you worship God for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy then the heavens open again but Not for a song for a king a white horse a rider called faithful and true eyes like fire a robe dipped in blood a crown upon crown upon crown he does not speak empty poetry his name is the word
of God he rides in righteousness he judges with justice he strikes with the sword of his mouth his name is written on his thigh King of Kings and Lord of Lords and he is not alone the armies of heaven ride with him not dressed for battle but in white linen unstained by blood because The battle will not touch them the rider goes alone his robe is already soaked because the war was already won on a cross an angel calls to the birds of the air not with music but with mourning because while the wedding feast
is being prepared in heaven another feast is about to unfold on earth the feast of judgment the beast the kings of the earth and their armies gather to make war but there is no war there is no battle there is only the word the beast Is captured the false prophet with him the one who performed signs who deceived with wonders who marked the masses they are thrown alive into the lake of fire and the rest struck by the sword that comes from the mouth of the rider there is no negotiation no debate only justice this
is not the lamb in silence this is not the Messiah in meekness this is the return of the king not to suffer but to reign and the chapter closes not with fear but with finality the voices that Once mocked him are silent the powers that opposed him are shattered and the one who is called faithful and true now rides in full glory because heaven does not just wait it prepares and when the king returns he does not need permission he carries the title of every crown and the judgment of every lie the thousand years the
reign the release and the final defeat of evil the book of Revelation chapter 20 no more symbols no more illusions now comes the reckoning The beast has fallen the false prophet is no more the rider reigns but one enemy still remains the chapter opens with an angel descending from heaven holding a great chain in one hand and the key to the abyss in the other there is no army behind him no drama just authority he seizes the dragon that ancient serpent who is the devil Satan and he binds him not symbolically literally for 1,000 years
during that time Satan is locked away no schemes no Deception no power the world breathes differently the war is paused but the throne remains john sees thrones and those who sit on them they are given authority to judge he sees souls those who were beheaded for their testimony those who refused the beast who denied the mark who loved not their lives even unto death they come to life and they reign with Christ for a thousand years this is the first resurrection and blessed are those who share in it over Them the second death has no
power this is not mythology it is the promise of reward that those who endure reign that martyrdom is not the end but the inauguration of rule but after the thousand years are finished something unexpected happens satan is released for a short time one final attempt one last rebellion he deceives the nations again from the four corners of the earth Gog and Magog a symbol of global resistance they surround the camp of God's people The beloved city but there is no battle fire comes down from heaven and consumes them the devil finally fully and forever is
thrown into the lake of fire where the beast and false prophet already burn and he will be tormented day and night forever and ever evil doesn't just collapse it is judged it is removed it is done then comes the moment history has awaited the great white throne the earth and the heavens flee from its presence no place is left for hiding and The dead are raised small and great known and forgotten all stand before the throne books are opened and then another book the book of life each is judged according to what they had done
not by fame not by good intentions but by truth and if anyone's name is not found in the book of life they are thrown into the lake of fire this is the second death and with that death itself is thrown in the grave is gone the curse is crushed the war is over this chapter doesn't Just end an era it ends everything that once stood between God and his people and that changes how we live because if evil has an expiration date then compromise loses its charm if the dragon's roar will be silenced then the
lamb's whisper becomes enough if judgment is real then so is grace and if there's a throne coming then every knee will bow either in surrender or in terror but today we choose because the book of life is not closed yet and the King still welcomes names a new heaven and a new earth god dwells with his people the book of Revelation 21:es 1 to8 after all the shaking after all the bowls the beasts the battles and the brokenness John looks again and he sees something new not something repaired not something patched something completely new a
new heaven and a new earth because the first heaven and the first earth have passed away and with them the sea is no more at first it may sound poetic But in the language of scripture the sea represents chaos separation and death no more sea means no more distance no more instability no more fear of being pulled into the deep and then John sees it the holy city the new Jerusalem not rising from the earth but descending from heaven prepared like a bride adorned with beauty ready for union this is not just a city it
is a declaration a vision of restoration not of buildings but of relationship and a voice comes from the Throne not from an angel not from a prophet from the throne itself behold the dwelling place of God is now with humanity he will dwell with them they will be his people and God himself will be with them and be their God this is Eden reversed what was lost through rebellion is now restored through redemption he will wipe every tear from their eyes there will be no more death no more mourning no more crying no more pain
because the old order of things the One we've lived under since Genesis is finally over and the one seated on the throne speaks again behold I am making all things new not improved not cleaned up new then he says write this down because these words are faithful and true when people speak of hope it can disappoint but when God declares hope it is sealed forever and then the phrase that silences all fear it is done not someday not almost done the same voice that cried from the cross it is finished Now cries from the throne
it is done i am the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end to the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life have you ever felt thirsty for something deeper something this world could never satisfy this invitation is for you those who are victorious will inherit all this and I will be their God and they will be my children this is not just heaven this is home but then a sobering reminder not Everyone enters this city the cowardly the unbelieving the vile the murderers the sexually immoral
those who practice sorcery the idolattors and all who love and live in lies their place will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur this is the second death because what is pure cannot be mixed with what is corrupted what is holy must remain holy and the invitation though freely given must be received with reverence this is not a casual promise this is a holy Inheritance the new heaven and the new earth are not religious fantasy they are the fulfilled plan of the eternal God he is not just rescuing souls he is restoring
creation he is removing sorrow he is rebuilding everything that sin has shattered and above all he is coming to dwell with his people so if your world feels like it is falling apart if your story feels like it is ending remember this the end of this world is not the end of your story because the throne is Not silent the voice still speaks and it says "Behold I am making all things new the holy city beauty covenant and eternal light." The book of Revelation chapter 21:es 9- 27 one of the seven angels who had poured
out the final plagues now approaches John again but this time with a different assignment he says "Come I will show you the bride the wife of the lamb." But what John sees next is not a person it is a city because in the kingdom of heaven God's People are not just a crowd to be gathered they are a place to be inhabited they are a temple they are a home the angel carries John away to a high great mountain and from there he sees it the holy city Jerusalem not rising but descending coming down out
of heaven from God radiant like a precious jewel clear as crystal it shines with the glory of God this is not human construction this is glory descending this is the blueprint of eternity Finally made visible and every detail means something the city is surrounded by a great and high wall it has 12 gates each guarded by an angel and on each gate is written one of the names of the 12 tribes of Israel there are three gates on the east three on the north three on the south and three on the west because access to
God is no longer limited it is open in every direction the wall of the city has 12 foundations and on those foundations are written the Names of the 12 apostles of the lamb do you see it old covenant and new tribe and testimony patriarch and apostle Israel and the church united forever in one dwelling this is not just a reward this is the ultimate covenant fulfilled then the angel takes a golden measuring rod and measures the city it stretches 12,000 stadia in length width and height that is about 1,400 mi in every direction a perfect
cube why does that matter because in the temple of the Old Testament only one room was a perfect cube the Holy of Holies now the whole city is the Holy of Holies no more curtain no more separation no more outer courts no more distance between God and his people there is no temple in the city because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple the city is made of pure gold as clear as glass its foundations are decorated with every kind of precious stone jasper sapphire emerald topaz amethyst 12 stones in Total just
like the 12 gems on the breastplate of the high priest of Israel because now the city itself wears the garments of the priesthood this city is not just inhabited it is consecrated set apart holy the 12 gates are made of 12 pearls each gate formed from a single pearl and the streets pure gold so clear you can see through them but what shines brighter than the walls or the gates or the stones is the light because there is no sun no moon no lamp the glory of God Is its light and the lamb is its
lamp can you imagine a place where light is not cast but personified where day never ends not because of the sun but because God himself dwells there the nations walk by that light the kings of the earth bring their glory into it the gates are never shut there is no night no fear no hiding and nothing impure will ever enter it only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life this is not a dream it is not a Myth it is the final fulfillment of God's promise to dwell with his people have
you ever longed for a place where you belong fully finally forever this is that place not just heaven home and the light never fades because the lamb never leaves the river the tree and the final invitation the book of Revelation chapter 22 the story began in a garden and it ends with a river but this is no ordinary stream john sees it the river of the water of life clear as crystal Flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb not from mountains not from rain from the throne itself this is life flowing from
authority it is purity sourced in sovereignty and the river flows down the middle of the great street of the city on each side a tree but not just any tree the tree of life the same tree that was once guarded by angels in Eden now stands freely bearing 12 kinds of fruit one for each month there is no drought no offseason no more Delay and its leaves not for beauty for healing not just for individuals but for the nations because God is not just restoring people he's restoring everything there is no more curse no more
death no more divide between heaven and earth no more separation between us and him his servants will serve him they will see his face and his name will be on their foreheads no more night no need for lamps or the sun because the Lord God will give them light and they will Rain forever and ever john is told "These words are trustworthy and true." And then look I am coming soon three times in this chapter Jesus repeats that phrase not as a warning as a promise behold I am coming soon blessed is the one who
keeps the words of this prophecy john overwhelmed tries to worship the angel again but is told clearly "Do not do that worship God." And then comes the final seal let the one who does wrong continue to do wrong let the one who Does right continue to do right because there will come a moment when the door closes when what we chose is sealed when the invitation ends and that's why this chapter ends not with silence but with a voice that still calls the spirit and the bride say "Come." Let the one who hears say "Come."
Let the one who is thirsty come let the one who desires take the water of life freely this is the final offer of the Bible not a threat a plea a gift and it comes with a Warning don't add to these words don't take away from them because what has been revealed here is holy true and eternal then the voice speaks again "Yes I am coming soon." And John answers not as a theologian but as a bride amen come Lord Jesus the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people forever this was never just
about the end of the world it was always about the end of illusion the fall of false glory and the rise of a kingdom That cannot be shaken revelation reveals what's behind the curtain not just in heaven but in us because if Babylon can dress itself in religion if the beast can look like a lamb then we need eyes that see with more than sight this book is not about escape it's about endurance not about speculation but about surrender it calls the church not to decode the future but to be faithful in the present because
the king is coming and he is not coming for buildings not For systems not for applause he is coming for a bride dressed in righteousness trimmed with oil ready so the question is not can you interpret the seals the real question is will you worship when they break will you love the lamb more than the world will you follow the rider even if the road leads through fire will your name be in the book or in the system because every chapter of Revelation cries out "Choose your allegiance not someday now." And if Your heart is
trembling good that means you're listening it means the spirit is speaking it means the door is still open so come come out of Babylon come into the light come to the river come to the throne come to the lamb because he came he died he rose and he will return not in weakness in glory and the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ and he will reign forever and ever if this journey through revelation opened your eyes Share this video with someone who needs truth not just hope
