The driver at fault, later identified as 31-year-old Brian, had fled the scene immediately, but the officer was quickly able to get a description that might help him track them down. Out with a four vehicle 1050 ran to the gas station, the guy that drove the Mini, he did it. What does he look like?

Did you stop your vehicle? It's It was so debilitated that I just stopped anyway. You know, according to the report, the next day, Brian made a recorded call from jail and tried to explain what had been going through his mind.
He told her calmly that he was sober, but was going through psychosis or something and that he must have schizophrenia. He'd also told her he'd been hearing voices in his head for a while now. He was in a delusional state and doesn't remember driving to Wisconsin from his home in Chicago.
and he thought that the officer who initially tased him was actually someone trying to kidnap him. In the end, Brian was eventually charged with felony hit and run involving injury, battery threat to an officer, disarming a peace officer, secondderee recklessly endangering safety times two, misdemeanor, owi causing injury, resisting obstructing an officer, and operating with controlled substance causing injury. He was later released on a $50,000 cash bond.
Eventually, he was found guilty of battery threat, disarming, one count of secondderee reckless, and owi causing injury. Remaining charges were dismissed. Ultimately, he was sentenced to 10 months in jail and four years of probation.
If he violates the conditions, he will be required to serve two years in state prison followed by 2 years of extended supervision.
