Let's go ! Every morning, I wake up around six thirty. I know it's very early, but I love it because it gives me time to wake up gently.
I'm an early riser. This means that I am a person who is used to getting up early. The opposite of an early riser is a late riser.

After breakfast is finished, I put the dishes in the dishwasher and sweep up a bit because there is litter dust everywhere. This is the type of sand where cats do their business (pee and poop). Afterwards, I brush my teeth.

These are conversation courses, preparation courses for the DELF and DALF exams, courses for beginners, for students who have an intermediate level, but also for those who have an advanced level. It makes me feel really good. It's great for removing all the accumulated stress. Sometimes I also go to the gym, but I prefer to go running to see the beautiful landscapes of Toulouse.
In the gym, the atmosphere is a little different and you only see weight machines. It's not my thing, but it's good for your health. It's not my thing, that means it's not my favorite, I don't really like it, it doesn't interest me much.
At lunchtime, I always take a break to eat. I like going on the terrace when the weather is nice. It allows me to tan a little.
But when it's cold, I prefer to stay bundled up on my sofa. Being bundled up means being well wrapped in warm and comfortable clothes. Once lunch is finished, I return to work immediately afterwards and continue until the early evening.
