all right guys welcome to the beginning of this Vlog now I wish I had my phone with me it's 4 o' so um let's explain why I'm starting this Vlog off so late I literally got out of bed at 12:30 from 12:30 until what it is right now 4:00 I have like no recognition of what I've even done like guys I think what you need to understand is for every six days that I am just like so on it just a complete Beast like just a champ like killing everything I'll have one day where I
am like just so off of it now I went to bed at 4:30 last night and uh that's I'm not even going to call that like I was hustling hard like I was just stupid like you know I was editing yesterday's video yesterday's Vlog was a really good one um but I was just like lazy like I I just wasn't I took too long like I could have gone and done much earlier and from the point at which I woke up until 4:30 in the morning there's so many things that could have been done way
quicker but that weren't honestly guys I feel as though like I'm slightly burning out um and burning out basically just means like you know you're stressed out anxious um working hard combination of all those things or just one of those things and uh it's getting to you I guess you know the start of this new year is something that's you know going to be interesting like I have so much to do and now school's starting and that's just such a big obligation like basically the only reason I started this Vlog and it's 4:00 the only
reason I started this Vlog is I was going through through my videos I was going through you know videos of other people and I mean this like in no disrespectful way I was going through videos of other 16year olds uh and then I was going through my own videos eight like 6 months ago when I first started and I was going through my videos now and I just looked at holy [ __ ] look at everything you've worked for and look at where it's gotten you in like 6 months and look at where you are
compared to where other people are who aren't working as hard or putting in as much effort or work as smart that's the reason I'm Vlogging right now because you know it's a days like these when you just I literally just want to be in bed and do nothing that you have to push yourself in all facets of life so we're going to the gym now the gym is really not that hard of a place for me to go to um but it usually does get me amped up I've already done my meditation like certain things
like going to the gym meditation reading like these are giv like they're they're given to me like those are habits I don't need to think about those things at this point so I've done reading done meditation going to go to the gym and then we'll get this day freaking started all right guys we're in the gym now uh this place is like super busy super packed I just have my Joby gorilla pod uh we're going for leg day um I just have my jooby gorilla pod so I'll see what Clips I can get with that
but for today's I'll just leave you with the clips and then slow it down show you exactly what I'm doing we're going to go for 140 kilo squat today so nowhere near my PR but you know like comfortable one rep max so let's get into this in 3 2 [Music] one [Music] [Music] [Music] all right guys so once 30 went pretty good um honestly I do miss the days where I was doing like squat every day and I could hit 160 you know 155 like consistently um as I said working up to 140 today for
like what should be a pretty pretty not easy but uh you know it shouldn't exactly be a grinder um a very manageable one wrap Max for today so let's let's see if I'm full of [ __ ] or whether it's actually going to be like that so let's get this 140 [Music] going yeah guys looks like I was right pretty easy so uh we'll jump into some a 3X3 and then I'll let just the let the the rest of the workout run I'm happy with that 140 that was that was pretty [Music] quick [Music] all
right guys so I want you to try the next Super set if you're having trouble with your glutes or your hamstrings um first of all it's like a kettle ball uh deadlift uh and really push through and squeeze through at the end and then you're going to superet that with a um it's like a half kettle ball squat so basically the purpose of that is just to engage the portion that um you know that utilizes your glutes and your hamstrings the most and it leaves your butt and hamstrings on [Music] Fuego [Music] all right guys
