the future of artificial intelligence is agentic and that could not be more clear after going to San Francisco and seeing what Salesforce just dropped which is agent force 2.0 there were a number of really interesting things that they decided to do with their agents and let me tell you a few of them now number one text is the interface they are moving so much of the interaction between the user and AI to slack slack is where business communication happens and so that is the front line of user interfaces between the user and AI not only
do you actually interact with the agents there but you actually create them as well so you could start to see a future in which the traditional interface that we're used to kind of Fades away and it's all text or Voice number two these are agents that actually accomplish things on your behalf Mark benof the CEO of Salesforce has not been shy taking Jabs at Microsoft's co-pilot product because he says that even their company is not using it and it's more like clippy 2 .0 and last giving these agents access to company information is critical for
