They removed the lump, sliced it open, revealing hundreds of tiny teeth [music] inside. You see, when the boy was three, a tumor appeared in his jaw, and as he got older, it only got larger. Now, the tumor was made of the same [music] cells that usually grow teeth.
But unlike his gums, it didn't know when to stop. So, it kept making more and more. [music] And when the dentist dug into it, they found over 500 teeth crammed inside with some as small as a grain of sand.
So they removed every extra tooth, giving him a [music] normal smile.
