What people see versus what people carry. In this particular palm, he is exposing a tension between what people see versus what they carry. It is survival language. crowded arena right now, I can see in this place that people really got your life twisted because they think you have it all together. THEY THINK YOU HAVEN'T BEEN through nothing. THEY THINK YOU AIN'T HAD NO TRIALS. BUT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT I CARRY. WHICH IS WHY WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME IF I'M COOL, ALL I CAN SAY BACK IS I'M FINE. BECAUSE WHY WOULD I EXPOSE TO YOU WHEN YOU CAN'T HANDLE ALL THAT GOD HAS PUT in my life? And I don't know who I'm preaching to early in this little

NOT BECAUSE YOU GOT PROBLEMS, BUT YOU MATURED TO A PLACE IN YOUR LIFE WHERE YOU ARE STARTING to realize the weight of what you carry. And the reason people want to be you is because YOU MADE THE MISTAKE OF MAKING WHAT YOU CARRY look so easy when IF THEY HAD TO WALK A MILE IN YOUR SHOES, THEY WOULD UNDERSTAND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW YOU GOT OUT THE BED THIS MORNING. And that's why this particular text we're in today is dangerous because as we tiptoe into the corridors of Psalms chapter 118, we see SOMETHING THAT IS DIFFERENT.
