hello everyone and welcome to this video this is going to be a very short video but a very helpful video for you guys um in case you're having problems with your Facebook ads campaign you're not getting conversions your ad account is acting up very weird you know anything that comes to Facebook ads and you've launched your ads and things just aren't working out right um so in this video we'll show you how to add North flow to your Facebook account so we can viewer ad manager and help you with any problems right so we have
a ton of Facebook ad experts that can help you with conversion problems uh landing page problems you know you're not hitting your kpis right we can actually get into your account and see exactly what's up and give us really a really good inside look at your account and make sure that we can fix those problems for you and this is a completely done for you service and we'll just you know fix the issues and get your ad account up and rolling and make sure that your ads are converting it's a very simple step um very
simple process which I'm going to show to you right now so what you're going to want to do is you're want to go you're going to want to go to business manager right this is a completely fresh business manager um and this is kind of what we use for clients accounts um and helping you guys with it so we've just set that up and make made sure that everything is um compatible and very simply you're going to want to go um to if whatever uh wherever you are on the business manager you're just going to
want to press um business settings in the top left or you know just the catalog setting in the top left and press business settings and then go over to ad accounts and then you want to press the ad account that is actually running the ads that is actually you know the ad account that you're having problems with right so make sure that you're selecting the right ad account that's actually running the ads um then you're going to want to go to add account press that add account you should come to a screen like this where
partners and people and stuff like that you're going to want to press assign Partners okay so um this way that you're going to be a you're going to be able to assign us to an ad account um and give us access to that account so we can have a good look and fix the problems right so we've put our business manager ID that is made for client accounts um right here you're just going to want to copy and paste this and you're going to want to press business ID and you're just going to want copy
and paste this enter uh in the enter bus uh partner business ID right this ID right here that's it what you're going to want to do is you're going to just want to um press manage that accounts and press next so I'm not going to do that right now because this business ID is the business ID that were the business account that we're on right now um but that is really that simple so if you're in your own account that's running the ads copy the business ID press manage ad account just give us full access
um and uh you know we'll obviously remove ourselves once we fix the problem if that's what you want um just to be clear on that and you can press next then what you want to do is just step two email us at support norf consulting.com letting us know you've added us to your ad account and giving and giving us a detailed report of the problems you're having and what you need help with after we fixed the issue we'll give you a detailed report we'll just reply back to that first email with the detail report and
telling you what we've done and what we fixed and the problems that you were having so you can um the next time that you're running ads you won't make the same mistake again right or you won't um face the same problems and that's really that simple um and that's really honestly this video but it's an amazing tool um because we can really you know we have a ton of Facebook ad experts we have so much experience on Facebook that we will um be able to help you with that issue so very simple step add us
to the ad account with the business manager ID right here step two emailing support letting us know what the problem is letting us know what you need help with um because if you miss out on step two we won't actually know that you've requested help um we won't be able to you know we you know we won't realize that you actually have added added us to your ad account all right guys I'll see you in the next video and goodbye
