brands grow by specialization okay specialization means carefully choosing a target market and developing your products and services in business model to meet its needs so if everyone is your customer nobody is your customer okay we want to select a very effective in the marketplace who you want to serve who do you want to serve so remember sells includes marketing and branding exclus repeat after me sells includes marketing and branding exclus so in sales we all learned that more presentations you make more sales pitch you make more sales you too close in marketing and branding the
exact opposite is true okay the more focus your audience the more focus your energies to more business to generate way more powerful and say you know what here's what I do versus our I'm a creative genius no film video cinema okay you just narrow that you can even narrow that even further very very powerful because when you're talking with a potential client when they can see that you specialize in this when they interact with you all you are exactly who I'm looking for because you serve my niche so let me give an example if I
have a time management program let's say an online program on time management download some videos and stuff like that how much can I sell that for how much can i sell therefore online training time management huh $97 it's their fair yes 97 bucks okay so what about time management for entrepreneurs how much can i sell their $4.99 maybe 209 maybe $4.99 but a little bit more right what about Kai management for dentist how much can i sell therefore how much you've been to my heart ticket workshop anyway no but seriously how much thousand buck 995
is that fair what about time management what the hell just happened time management for dentists with multiple offices now we're talking five grand same it's the same content if I'm making if I'm creating a program I just add dentists with multiple offices at the end of whatever I'm saying I can sell what five grand versus two hundred dollars that's the power if of specialization they're getting it very powerful so locker is on there more often you reject clients you don't really want you attract the clients you really want if you try to create your brand
being all things to all people they'll end up being nothing and nothing to anyone often you reject the clients you don't want I'm very clear of who I want and I'm very clear of what I don't want yes question what do they Bryce hi Bryce let's meet you man yes give more to your marketplace who's the market you want to sell to yes yes yes can you sell a non profit outside of the Coover okay so if the niche you're choosing you have to consider how big is that niche right if you do thinking local
