first ever over-the-counter birth control pill in the US has just been approved by the FDA thousands of people will now be able to get the most common form of birth control used in the US without a prescription the FDA says it cleared perago once a day pill but the medication won't start getting shipped out until next year researchers are using AI to help determine whether a breast cancer patient's disease will spread while the technology is still being fully developed AI is giving scientists new ways to analyze patterns in medicine knowing whether a cancer will spread
could potentially save thousands of lives by helping doctors more precisely Target treatment the important thing to emphasize here is that these are not a cure for Cle cell disease the patients will still have CLE cell disease on the other side of the intervention the hope is that they will just have a milder form of the disease where they can see a lot less pain and hopefully fewer complications and Hope even a longer life pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in America and researchers are hailing this as the first demonstrated success of
its kind these vaccines were customized by scientists to provoke an immune response in patient cells attempting to train the immune system to fight back against cancer in a recent study published in the journal Nature researchers found women who were really nauseous during pregnancy had a significantly higher level of a hormone called gdf15 now what's really cool about this discovery is that while there is no cure now it may give us new treatment options in the future as researchers look into if targeting that hormone could effectively help women suffering with nausea and vomiting during pregnancy good
