Strange Experiences Of Consciousness That I Have No Scientific Explanation Or Proof For But Thats OK

hello today I'd like to talk about some interesting things that I've experienced with my Consciousness over the last couple years because a lot of stuff happened and U there was some strange things that happened that I'd like to talk about because I don't I don't really understand them and um um I was a neurosurgeon so I studied the brain a lot I understand um neuroanatomy and uh fair amount of Neuroscience I mean there's a bunch of stuff I don't understand that I never learned but um you know I knew a fair amount um and I've

always been interested in Consciousness um and I know that there's a lot in Consciousness that we don't understand uh I'm going to eat an orange while we uh while we talk this is a naval orange um oranges are in season I think they're winter winter fruit they're they're very yummy right now we live in a time where people believe that science can explain everything and it can explain quite a bit um but it can't explain everything because to do a science experiment you need to repeat things there needs to be repeatability uh what you do

is you form a hypothesis and then you um do multiple experiments where you control for things so that you can make the experiment repeatable but the problem problem with Consciousness is that well there's two things um it doesn't repeat everything's new every moment is new so you can't really repeat exactly the experiment again um and then the other thing is that we're using Consciousness to study itself so um it's different if you're using Consciousness to study something else like some atoms or uh a tree or a frog but when you use Consciousness to study Consciousness

you run into a problem here's here's a orange and here's an orange with a little baby Slice on it that's yummy so I did want to talk about some strange things that's happened in life uh well first before I go into that I I really feel like I'm in in a better a better place now better head space I'm going to adjust the camera a little bit there we go yeah I've spent the last year and um four months since I quit my job really focusing on healing and learning about myself and understanding how I

think and how what choices I've made and what patterns of choices I make that uh the patterns continue in my life um well they have been and uh I spent a lot of time thinking about that trying to understand myself trying to find myself trying to love myself love is interesting love is an action love is wishing for the well-being of yourself or other people uh the spiritual well-being so it's not really a feeling it's an action and I've been learning to love myself and other other people and beings uh duie is one of one

of those uh beings that I love uh I've learned a lot and I feel like I'm in a better place I can love myself now which I don't think I could say that for the majority of my 40 years of being in this body on this earth now the things I'm going to talk about today are some of the strange occurrences that's happened primarily in the last couple years two or three years from me um with Consciousness that I cannot explain and um they Boggle my mind I can't explain them from my science part of

me um I I trained at MIT and studied biology part of that I took some ecology courses um and then in medical school I spent a year doing cognitive Neuroscience uh studying perception and then in residency uh I focus more on like kind of the nuts and bolts of how the brain works like uh uh how deep brain stimulators can change the circuits and things like that and of course learning how to do brain surgery and spine surgery but what I learned was um that uh uh our understanding of Consciousness only goes so far and

when people go when people try to understand things that everyone experiences when people try to go there and they try to understand it and communicate it um it goes beyond the ca capabilities of science uh for the limitations that I already mentioned and then uh people uh very aggressively even violently oppose talking about it they say it's woooo they say uh it's demonic they say um all sorts of things that it's fake is it's a fraud now there are people that defraud people trick people charlatans um there definitely are people that claim things and they're

just not true or Cults or things like that but I would say that everyone experiences some of these things and some people experience more uh than others and I think that uh when we are children we probably experience this quite deeply but as we get older we learn to turn it off or not think about it um but not not all adults I think some adults still retain some of that I think children especially are very much more sensitive to to um these things that I'm going to talk about U and um I I'm emboldened

to talk about these things even if people will say hey Gooby kooby really went out into the wooo and uh uh uh he he's lost his mind U and he he's schizophrenic or or or um you something like that uh you I say a lot of stuff on this channel and and I I try to just say what I am experiencing as true to my experience as possible I think that's how this channel has grown so big because I'm trying I I I'm trying to communicate what I'm experiencing and I think because we all come

from the same Consciousness I think it resonates with a lot of people um and that's why this channel has grown so much um and I'm going to keep doing that um one of the things and here in this video I'm taking a little bit of a risk because there's a lot of people that get uh uh very defensive about what I'm about to talk about because it doesn't make sense in our current framework of science materialism um science and materialism explains a lot about the universe but it doesn't explain this so at the risk of

alienating some people uh who might think that I'm crazy I'm going to ex share what I have experienced and the weird things that have happened over the last 2 to three years um now the reason why I'm emboldened to talk about this is because I I just finished listening to an excellent podcast called the telepathy tapes which is about uh non-verbal or minimally verbal autistic children who have the capability to communicate telepathically uh and the podcast talks about this and it's sort of a question of well does The Listener believe that this is true or

not because this really um changes the Paradigm that we how most people can understand the universe now listening to that podcast was fantastic for me because there are things that I've experienced in life that that um I know other people have experienced there's a few people I've talked to in my life that experienc these things or open to talking about it I know that um and so when I heard this telepathy tapes I uh I was very happy to hear that because it it helps me know that um people are talking about despite it not

being accepted by the majority of people so let's see um I well I don't really want to talk about the telepathy tapes because that is those people's conscious experience uh Consciousness experiences of Consciousness and um the funny thing about sharing a story about your experience of consciousness is that you can't really prove that you experienced it you can only tell the story and The Listener uh has to decide whether you're telling the truth or not um and there's not really a way for them to know for sure whether you're telling the truth or not um

so I'm not going to uh spend time talking about other people's experiences of Consciousness because I can't prove whether they actually experienc them or not but I can share what I've experienced and that is uh well I'm going to try to stay as close to the truth well the the truth as I can um in describing this as best as I can remember from my memory and memory can be faulty um but as best as I can I'm going to just share what I've experienced so starting with dreams um dreams are interesting um in the

last episode uh the last yeah the last video I made it was a hiking video where whiskey Ry and I went into a magical forest um and at the end we talk about a dream that we had about two years ago where we shared a dream space on the same night uh even though we we were sleeping in our separate homes um but we met the next morning to go on this backpacking trip and we we talked about the strange dream that that we had and it turned out the other person was in that dream

I mean well in both of our dreams we were both there together and we were both in this place and he dreamed about it and I dreamed about it on the same night very strange um makes me wonder how many other dreams are shared between people yeah last night I dreamt I was talking to um well I was talking to a bunch of people uh I was talking to Meg Ryan we were in a bus and she was telling me uh about uh about well she just telling me about something and um now saw my

med school friend well one of my med school friends um saw other people they saw strangers that I didn't know one of them came up to me and said hey did you know about that bridge that collapsed and 78 people died it's like no I didn't know that strange um could those have actually been other people dreaming in the same dream could I have been dreaming with Meg Ryan I don't know it's so strange um but Dreams yeah dreams are very strange um let's see there is a dream that well this happened a long time

ago I don't even remember it but my parents talk about it they talk about um before my brother my biological brother not not the brother that had been in um some of my YouTube videos uh uh that's my brother-in-law but my biological brother um he's 5 years younger than me and um my parents were trying to have another child for a while um but one day I they said I came down from uh my bedroom and said I had a dream that um I'm going to have a baby brother and his name is blah blah

blah I'm not going to say his name for his own privacy uh and he's going to come in 10 days well that dream wasn't quite accurate because it takes longer than 10 days to have a human baby uh but 10 months later U my little brother um came came into existence into this Earth and um his name is the name that I said in the dream uh that that I heard in the dream um dreams are funny like that U how how does that happen is that just a weird coincidence I don't know um I

mentioned a dream in one of the help your body heal series about one night I went to some place that seemed like a ruined um Temple but it wasn't the gravity didn't seem to be working like it does here uh they were white like marble stones but in an arch but the arch wasn't like this it was like going off like that like it didn't seem to be quite working with gravity and when I look in the sky there's like purple big purple planet and and it's dark and it's not blue like here and then

but there's there was grass and water and then there was this old man taking care of this uh ruined Temple and he was surprised that I ended up there and said oh how did you find this place and I said I don't know and he said well you could have found this place if you knew these coordinates in a different dimension and I didn't say anything because I had no idea what he was talking about um and then the caretaker said well the the the being of this place wants you to reincarnate it and he

put a burnt rabbit head in my hand with Ash or soot and I I agreed to reincarnate it and the the black dust started swirling around the rabbit's burnt head this black head and then these ears started forming and they started twitching and I knew that the rabbit had come back alive in the palm of my hand um and I stopped and then the old caretaker said no you got to keep going and and make him into a man and at that point I got a little scared because I didn't know who I was reincarnating

and if it was a good thing or bad thing to do um or if I would regret reincarnating this man so I but I kept going and then I woke up that was before I quit my job and so I I was very confused by that dream and I wrote it down and I I looked up stories of uh burnt rabbits uh and the only story I could find was a a Buddhist story uh about the creator of the universe coming down to earth and then walking around amongst the animals and asking them for food

he was came down and then he was in the form of a man and the man asked the monkey could you spare some food for me and the monkey said yes have some of the mangoes that I have and the man ate the mangoes and then the man went along and found a jackal and asked the Jackal for food and then the Jackal said well yes i' I took some fish from the hut down the river uh you can have some of you can share some of the fish with me and so the man ate

some fish and then the man came to a rabbit and then the rabbit only eats grass and the rabbit was ashamed that all the rabbit could offer the man was grass and so the rabbit told the man well build a fire and I will I will give you food so the man built a big fire and then the rabbit seeing that the fire was made shook itself so that all the bugs in his fur fell off and it leaped Into the Fire to sacrifice itself uh to be food for the man but the man which

was the creator of the universe knew what was happening and prevented any hair on the rabbit from being singed by the flame brought the rabbit out and said you don't need to sacrifice yourself for me and honored the rabbit with uh making the rabbit uh rabbit's image visible on the face of the moon so all the other animals can see like if you look at the Moon you can see a rabbit or an old man one of the two or both um so that story was about not sacrificing yourself and I've spent my whole life

I think sacrificing myself uh uh for something else us other people um I I was a doctor for many years um and I I I help people but also at the cost of my own well-being um and taking care of myself and loving myself wasn't really my priority um so that dream told me I needed to not sacrifice myself to to take care of myself and love myself and love others but I had to start with myself um and I didn't know how and so it it took me a long time it took me I

finally feel like I understand how to do do that now um at the age of 40 and relatively recently too I mean like in the last couple months I've been really figuring this out um and I've been documenting this in these videos um a lot of them are talking videos of me trying to sort this out uh and I got help from well my lovely wife um uh and also therapy went to therapy for the last four months and I feel like I'm actually going to stop therapy uh because I um I really feel like

I've figured out what I went to therapy to try to figure out um and that dream was me reincarnating myself uh I I was a the rabbit that jumped in a fire and got completely burnt to soot uh I sacrificed myself and I didn't love myself uh but now I've reincarnated myself both into the rabbit and then now into a man and I'm here I'm here I'm I'm alive you're watching me on a video that I'm making I'm sharing that I've reincarnated myself that's pretty pretty darn cool um I'm glad to be here uh that's

the power of a dream there are other dreams some dreams are all I dream all kinds of things um uh interestingly I cannot dream I I well I I have a hard time dreaming if I've had a weed gummy and actually I've stopped taking weed gummies because um actually a while ago I think September uh is last time I was regularly having a weed gummy I had some over a winter break but then I I it confirmed that weed gummies make me dream less and they also disconnect me from the Universe I feel like it

disconnects me from time I uh it disconnects me from the past and it disconnects me from possible Futures I I think that there's many Futures they all depend on the choices we make in fact there's probably many universes uh and we choose which universe we're going to go into um so it's like a Multiverse there's like multiple possibilities but you only live in one um but weed marijuana or cannabis uh THC uh it disconnects me from being perceiving from from perceiving the past and the future and the present all connected together and I can't dream

very well with it after I had stopped taking weed I I was having such intense dreams uh so I I don't I don't do that anymore I don't I don't drink alcohol uh because I I just don't think it's good for me and I don't drink caffeine because that makes me anxious and kind of disorganizing my thoughts um but uh we mushroom gummies have been interesting I feel like they connect me more and I think I can pay attention more to these things in Consciousness that are I think helpful so there's something called that I

call a glowing guide um well we'll come trying to decide how to talk about all these strange things that happen um well glowing guide I'll talk about and then we'll go back to dreams and Visions um glowing guide is the gut feeling the intuition the um thing in your heart or your stomach that tells you hey this is good or this is not good it kind of tells you nudges you oh hey keep going that direction or hey don't go that direction something's not right uh or maybe you know hey that person's that person is

important uh uh watch out for that person even though it may not even make sense um in my life when I have paid attention to those things it's usually turned out well and if I I ignore those things because it doesn't make sense at the time I usually regret it um and that's played out many times uh it's particularly uh memorable with um like my the job I used to do when I used to take care of patients uh um uh their stories well this is this is someone else's story my part one of my

partners he told me the story of one patient that came in and right before surgery she said I have a really bad feeling about the surgery uh but um my partner he's very talented and very good surgeon he said you're going to be okay I'm a very I've done this many times and then the patient went in and there was a freak accident and she died on the table terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible my my partner was very distraught about it and um he counted to me the feeling that this patient had that they were

going to have a that something bad was going to happen happen and I've seen that happen before with my patients um and it got later on in my practice if a patient would say that right before surgery I would say okay we're going to just cancel surgery and we're going to do it another time uh or not do it at all and and the patients would usually agree to that um so there there's something that tells us it tells us stuff before it happens um but I I don't think the future is decided we we

choose well we have choice in number of things um not everything but we have choice and so I don't think the future is completely decided um there are some things that we can't change um but yeah there there's something I call the glowing guide uh or people call it intuition um and I try I've been trying to listen to that more pay attention to that now going back to dreams dreams and Visions um I'm just describing things that I experienced in the last couple years that are very weird but they happen uh let see one

day I was um I was laying in bed and I was awake it was early morning and I was looking at the ceiling and then all of a sudden the ceiling just became like a portal and I could see a man looking at me smiling and he had whiskers like he hadn't shaved in many years and he had a kind of hood or orange and red kind of hood and um it looked like his clothes were handmade like old old and then there was a big Cliff there's a big Cliff here and blue sky and

then green here and he just star he stared at me and smiled uh and then I finally said hello to him and then he turned to the left and went away and I didn't know what that was um because I was awake and but I could see very clearly this man looking at me smiling and it was kind of a cryptic smile too like he knew who I was I didn't know who he was and he had been waiting for me to do something for a long time and then I I had done it and

he was smiling smiling at me I had no idea what it was um and then I uh woke up that morning and I came out and I sat on this couch with uh my wife and I told her this strange Vision that I saw and um while I was recounting this um dubie was standing uh over there near the printer over there and she was smiling the same smile that the the man was the cryptic smile that the man was doing and she just was staring at me uh and um my wife and I were

like doie are you okay well her name is baby he said baby baby are you baby hello and she just kept staring that same smile was like I can't really do it but she was doing that and then um eventually she turned to the left just like the the man did and then she snapped out of it and was herself again like you know sniffing and running around and very very very very very very strange I don't know what that was about and my wife was there she saw that that was really weird uh oh

but the the next the next day dubie and I had gone gone hiking uh near the ice capes and um uh I was going to make a video which I think it was called I felt bad doing what I was told to do so I blame myself or some something like that it uh yeah I think that was the title um and I was looking for a place to make the video and uh we had gotten to the end of the trail but I saw these waterfalls to the right in these this cliff and I

was like I want to go over there cuz I bet there's a good place to make a video so dubie and I went that way and I was like okay wow this so pretty here there there was like this Cliff side and many waterfalls running down it like I think three three or four waterfalls coming down this cliff and then there was green over here and blue at the time I didn't make the connection with the background of that Vision but uh I sat down and I made I made the video and um I mean

you can look at the video yourself but it it's still up here on YouTube um but after the fact when I was editing I was like oh my gosh that is where the man who was looking at me in the vision and smiling was and that was like a couple days before dubie and I went to make that video so it I don't know what that I don't know what that's about um yeah so Visions Visions I I've had other visions of thinking about somebody who um had been hurtful well had been hurtful to me

in my life and there going through a hard time and and when I thought about them one day and I was talking with my wife about it it's just like my wife is sitting at the the dinner table and right next to her just like in that Vision with the man but this time it was like this big black hole just like sucking light and everything into it I felt like I was being sucked into it and it really frightened me um um and then uh and then the vision stopped and um yeah I I

that that person I don't I don't I don't talk to anymore um uh yeah so that there's just strange strange things about Consciousness that you know I can't do an experiment on I can't say I can't record what my mind is experiencing because there's not a way for the GoPro to see this Vision I can only recount it and when I recount it people can think I'm crazy uh or they can choose to say okay maybe Gooby did really experience that that's really strange um well that that's what I'm that's what I'm sharing here because

um it is my truth it is what I experienced and I think it's true and I think it really happened because I experienced it and I can't explain it uh I'm going to continue with these weird stories um there is a time that I became I think somehow maybe quantumly entangled with ducks okay now I know that sounds really really bizarre some people are like oh God I got to just unsubscribe from this channel because this guy thinks he's quantumly entangled with ducks okay let me explain what happened I was bicycling to work very early

one morning cuz as a surgeon you got to start very early uh surgery starts at 7:30 so you got to see the patient like by 7 or earlier um and I was I was bicycling uh to work and it was uh Twilight uh The sun hadn't come all the way up but it was light outside um and then all of a sudden three Ducks flew right in front of my bicycle and they were quacking really loud quack quack quack quack quack quack quack and it sounded really distressed and I I stopped my bicycle CU I

thought I I almost hit one um and I looked over and there was one female duck and two male ducks and one male duck was looked all beat up with mud all over him and then there was another male duck that was trying to mount the female and I thought oh my gosh that's a couple a male and female doctor that's a couple and then there's an aggressive male trying to essentially rape the female duck and I like I looked around and I was like oh my gosh I'm I'm the only one here why am

I what am I what am I supposed to do I I there's there was no one else on this bicycling Trail no one driving by and I I and then there's these ducks screaming at each other and I'm right there so I was like well I don't know what to do so I put my bicycle down and I walked over to the Ducks and I yelled at the aggressive duck and I said leave her alone go away and then that duck flew away but all three of them flew away and then they flew further down

the path that I was going to bicycle down and so I was like shaking at that point CU I I was like feeling all the feelings that these ducks were feeling like uh the anger and fear and the uh uh aggressive like wanting to you know um mate with the female was feeling all those feelings all mixed together all all very intensely and I was like shaking I was like oh and like I got on my bicycle and I started bicycling but I only went like 50 yards and I ran into them again cuz they

were fighting again now on the other side of the path and and I put down my bike and I yelled at that aggressive duck and I said you leave her alone like as loud as I could and then that um aggressive duck flew away and then the other two ducks um they just they they W waddled together to this little puddle and they started cleaning themselves off and the maale was all covered with dirt and mud and they started cleaning each other off or themselves off and then shaking off the dirt and stuff um and

uh I was was going to be late to work so I got on my bicycle and I I went to work and then I you know signed up the patient and I did the surgery and while I was doing the surgery I was telling the operating room staff like the nurse and the scrub tech and the anesthesia Doc and the the PA I was working with I told them the story and I was like I think I saved a duck from being raped today and they're like what and I was like I know it sounds

really crazy but this is what happened and I told them and they said wow that's really strange but that's not the strangest thing this kept this this story continues um many months later I uh was very distraught about U my life and I I finally came to the conclusion this is after I had the rabbit dream um I finally came to the conclusion that I have to leave that job because it was killing me um and I I had a very serious discussion with my wife uh and and we both agreed that okay I'm going

to quit this job at that time I thought I was going to go part-time and um I had never reached that decision point before um and it was the afternoon and we went out for uh uh we went out for a walk on the trail and um soon as we got to the top of the trail there were two ducks sitting there and there's not usually Ducks there uh because there's not much water up there um they're just sitting there on the side of the trail a male and a female and they're staring at me

and we walk by and so he hears me walking by and here's the two ducks and they just they just look at me walk by like that and my wife was like that's strange what are ducks doing here why are they looking at you like that I was like I don't know but I remember the ducks that I had saved I'm like I wonder if those are the Ducks I saved and then uh we walked further down the trail and we ran into deer and usually we don't see that many animals on this this Trail

and then the deer also stared at me as we walked by and then we ran into rabbits we see lots of rabbits but they they stared at me too and then there was some other animal I don't remember if it was a raccoon or something but it was strange to see this many animals on the trail and I don't think the raccoon stared at me but the the deer the rabbit and the Ducks stared at me it was very strange uh and I thought I said to my wife maybe the Ducks came to like encourage

me to go through with this decision that we that we just discussed and she was like okay uh and then later on this was like this was months later um I had come to the conclusion that drinking alcohol uh regularly like you know a couple drinks a night was hurting me more than any help that it gave me and also that I was escaping uh I was escaping the feelings and I was escaping myself through playing video games excessively um and I I come to that conclusion and I decided that I'm going to stop drinking

alcohol completely and playing video games and uh I again I was discussing with my wife and but this time it was at midnight and uh we had to go to bed and uh dubie had to go potty so I took her out it like 12:30 now and um I just made that decision and then in the as on the asphalt outside my home there were two ducks sitting there a male and a female looking at me but there's never Ducks there but these ducks were there I took a video of it and I showed it

to my wife like look these ducks they're just sitting there how strange coincidence maybe synchronicity probably that's why I say I think I became somehow entangled quantumly entangled with these ducks I think my interpretation of the events which may not be correct but my interpretation is I helped those Ducks out uh the male and female and when I had these important decis ision in life they showed up and were like a sign from the universe that hey I know that's a really hard choice but you're you're making the right choice CU I mean to leave

a job that's very well paying and well respected and I was I think I was good at it um and I was helping people while I trying to help people um to leave that job is like most people be like whoa you are crazy like why would you do that um uh but these ducks helped me so the Ducks helped me leave that job I know that sounds really strange but that true um and it's even stranger the story continues a little bit more and this is this is really strange um so I had stopped

drinking and I stopped playing video games uh but uh many months later I I was like oh I'm going to play video games again because I I don't know what to do with my life this was before the YouTube channel started and a couple months after I quit and um I didn't know what to do with my life so I was like I guess I'm going to play video games and and stream on Twitch again cuz I had done that in the past and I I I had started for like a week and then one

day duie and I went up to the trail and she wanted to go in like a shortcut that we never go down under this tree and she started sniffing something and it took me a while to realize what it was I looked at it it was a sever duckhead uh it was a male duck and his neck was torn off and you could see like the bone and all the the blood vessels and muscles and stuff it was just L laying there and I was it was like there was no body I didn't see any

feathers anywhere just the duck severed duckhead and I was like what the heck is a sever duckhead doing here uh I mean there's there's an eagle that lives nearby um but I don't know if eagles eat ducks um but some something ate something killed the duck and and left its head there and duie found it and I found it and that's after I had gone back on a decision that was pretty important in my life so what's that all about I don't know um so that is dreams visions and um uh synchronicity and glowing guide

intuition um and there's a couple other things that are a little maybe scary um well there's three things two of them are kind of scary uh and I I will leave the non-scary one for last so I don't end on a scary one um so we'll talk about two scary ones one is uh at the time that stranger things that the TV show on Netflix was out I I became very interested in this character 11 who is able to um remote View and communicate uh telepathically uh if she's laying in a quiet place with usually

floating in water with a blindfold and earplugs uh and uh she also has powers of telekinesis and things U uh but I was more interested in her remote viewing capabilities and uh I had heard that the US government had programs focus on remote viewing and uh even people were able to locate like lot down aircraft uh like in the Carter Administration um the down aircraft that were lost in the jungle and no one could find it but remote viewers could or a remote viewer could um so I I've always been kind of curious about that

and I watched that show and I was like I wonder if I can do that and so um there was a place here in Seattle that has sensory deprivation tanks where you you lay in a uh water that's got a very high salt concentration and um it's almost like you're floating without gravity and it's dark and quiet so um I went there and I was laying in the water and I was like what should I try to remote view to see if this actually works and later that day my wife and I were supposed to

go visit um a colleague uh of mine that I've never been to their house and so I said well I um I'm going to see if I can see the inside of their front door um nothing like well at at the time I didn't think about how intrusive this was U I was like oh well I'm going to see the inside of the front door in a couple hours on the I'm going to see if I can remote view what it looks like on the inside of the door um and so I was just laying

there and emptying my mind and then focusing on seeing what's inside the door and all of a sudden I could see this door with Windows and I could see the wall and the the little runner on the bottom I can see the color of the wall and the the the little Runner and and um uh and then I saw an eye a single eye just looking at me and I got scared and then I like covered it in ink and a cloudy cloudy ink and then I I I left that place um and I told

my wife about it and and I said I'd be very curious to see if it really is that way when we get there and so I described the color of the paint and the runner and how the door looked with the shape of the glass and all that stuff in the wood and we got there and it looked like that and I was like what the heck this is actually this this actually works uh but it was also very concerning to me because um I I didn't really think that it was going to work but

it did work and I feel like I had invaded the privacy of my colleague's home and and that eye that was looking at me I felt like was my colleague or something and I was like okay I I'm never going to do this again because I think this just something off about this uh could be dangerous and what if someone does that to me um [Music] uh yeah at that time I I I I decided not to do that anymore but I did do it one more time when I was uh we had moved here

about 3 or 4 years ago and um I was I lost something in one of the boxes that that we kept in storage and I couldn't figure out which box it was it was a smaller item and I had opened up a lot of different boxes and I looked all around the apartment I couldn't find it and I was like gosh I really need this and I don't know where it is maybe I can remote view where it is so I sat down on this couch and I just really focused on trying to feel that

object and then I got this uh I saw on my head me putting it in this very big box which is way bigger than the actual object and I was like oh it's in that big box and so I went to the garage and I opened up the big box and I had to take out some objects and then I saw it at the bottom um it was there so yeah I I was like man this this actually works I'm going to go buy a lottery ticket and I bought a lottery ticket and I didn't

get the lottery U because it doesn't doesn't quite work that way um uh oh that reminds me of the rock paper scissors so it's it this thing is strange this is not a scary story that um this is how strange things get U so one thing that my wife and I used to do when we couldn't decide whether we're going to like if we're going to get some food from out outside and we'd have a trouble deciding between two options like Mexican or tie or something we would do rock paper scissors and uh rock paper

scissors SC you know I'm sure everyone's played that you have the choice between rock paper scissors and rock beats scissors and scissors beats paper and then uh paper beats Rock um but when we play this this game my wife would always almost always win for some reason it wasn't a 50/50 probability like it should be it was a kind of a running joke between us that um I would always lose um like it wasn't always but I would say like maybe like eight or nine times out of 10 I would lose which was strange because

it should be five out of 10 over the long run um and so usually whichever one she had picked we would end up eating um but one day I said you know what maybe I'm losing because like uh one of us or both of us know what is what each other are going to choose and uh either I'm choosing to lose or you're choosing to beat me and um uh something something's happening there so uh maybe I maybe maybe we could reverse this outcome if I focus really hard on choosing the opposite of what I

feel like I should choose and so my wife was like okay because it is really strange that you lose all the time and so we um so I I just I would say okay hold on I got to think about what I feel like I should do and and then we're going to play um and so I would think about what I would normally feel like I should play like should I play the paper or the rock or the scissors but let's say let's say I felt like I feel like I should play paper but

then my wife is probably going to beat me so she's probably going to choose scissors so if I want to be her I actually have to do rock so then we would say rock paper scissors and I choose Rock and she choose scissors and I would win and we're like wow I won and she's like what you won and then she was like do it again and we we do it again and I would think there act same thing I was like what should I what should I do and then no I got to do

the opposite and then we do it and then I would win and then she'd be like no way do it again and then we would we did it like five or six times and I won every single time and both of us were like what the heck since that time we don't play Rock Paper Scissors anymore to decide um uh what if we're deciding between two options we just flip a coin uh because that seems to be more 50 50 chance um cuz it seems like one or both of us are somehow uh knowing what

the other person is choosing beforehand um it's very strange uh now we've tried to play Rock Paper Scissors uh one other time since that weird occurrence like couple years ago and it seemed like I I was trying really hard to do replicate it and I couldn't it seemed like it was more closer to 50/50 which is different than before where I was losing all the time but it seemed like it was more 50/50 now um again strange thing I don't think I could prove I I don't think I could prove what happened um but but

that's what happened um all right so what's left is one scary thing and a cool thing um I was doing a really really really long trail hike 20 miles in the mountains I was going all the way over a mountain down the other side and then back up over and come back so 10 miles one way but 20 miles down over and then back and um uh around mile 14 I was back up near the top of the mountain and I was on this Trail there's no one else there and um all of a sudden

I got I felt scared and I had goosebumps all over my body and when I looked straight ahead I didn't I just saw the trail but in my mind's eye I saw this this man-shaped Shadow standing there looking at me except its head was more kind of like triangular instead of round like our heads but it was more dark it didn't it wasn't like it was like darkhaired it was just darkness like a shadow but I felt like it was looking at me and standing there in the path that I was supposed to run and

I got scared and I was like oh man what what what is this cuz like I can't see it with my eyes I can see with my mind um and my body was reacting to it and uh um I just told that being I was like hey I'm I'm sorry I'm in your home and um please let me pass safely and uh I don't mean you any harm and that shadowy figure went away and and then I I ran through where that whatever it was was standing that happened and like a month later I I

was thinking about it I'm like you know maybe I didn't have to be scared of that thing but it did make my body feel scared but maybe maybe it's not actually a scary thing and so uh one day I just decided to hike back up there and I brought some strawberries with me and um this time it was all foggy cuz the first time it was all Sunny uh but this time it was foggy and I I I went back to where I thought was where I had seen this uh and I picked the best

strawberry I had and I put it on a tree stump I think there was a stump or a rock some some flat surface I put the strawberry upside down it looked very pretty and and then I just sat there with my legs crossed my hands on my knees and uh my eyes closed and you I just spoke to that thing and said um I'm sorry I was so scared of you um I don't know if I was supposed to be scared of you but I kind of feel like I I'm not supposed to be scared

of you and I'm sorry um and here's a strawberry that I give you and then I had my eyes closed and I just felt like there was there was a dark hand placed over my hand uh kind of like this except it was another right hand uh placed over my right hand but it was over my knee and um and I felt that hand and then I opened my eyes to look and then there was no hand there so U then I uh I just came back down the mountain um so that that's kind of

strange too I don't know what that is now you probably think I'm really crazy um but that's that's what I experienced um now I will end this weird talk and I'm not going to be talking about this stuff that much I'm talking about I'm literally cramming all these weird things that I've experienced into one video because I don't want to make a whole series of them and people think I just went insane um I don't think I'm insane I think that I actually am the most in touch with myself and being alive than I have

ever been in my whole life uh and this is part of that that's why I'm talking about it even though people might think that it's crazy um the last thing that I wanted to talk about was um is something that's cool when I take the mushroom gummies I feel very connected with the universe and uh I can ask the mushroom gummy questions uh or I can ask the universe questions but the mushroom gummy somehow helps connect me to the universe and I get answers um most of the time well I think all the time um

but it's not like yeah it's like um like the in the help your body heal series the first three or four episodes no first yeah first three episodes were about um food choices uh and sweat and salt in the microbiome and oh boy that is such a complicated topic and I knew that that there was some connection between all of them and I couldn't really figure it out but I took the mushroom gummy and I asked the mushroom gummy well what's the connection between sweat salt and and uh uh the microbiome and your health and

and human health and food choices and then I just started speaking the answer it just comes out like blah blah blah blah blah this is the connection and then I made those videos um so where did that come from I mean I did spend a lot of time reading up on those things so these ideas were kind of floating around in my mind uh but I couldn't make the connection because it's so complicated there's so many facets to that but um if I ask the universe I'm going say what's what's the connection and then it's

like blah blah blah blah blah it just comes out very strange that's cool so in a video that I made at the beginning of this year so like five or six videos ago I had this light bulb that's burnt out it came from my car my tail light went out but I did a do it yourself I like at a do-it-yourself video and I got this light bulb replaced now I have this broken one it's on my desk but the glass is still intact so there's a vacuum inside here that um contains no matter I

mean there's the broken wire but around the wire and between the wire and the glass there's no matter there's no atoms there's no gas it's empty emptiness nothingness but it's encased in glass um and that really is bizarre to me like what is outer space what is a vacuum what is in it because it's technically nothing um and so uh one one day when I had a mushroom gummy I asked the mushroom gummy hey what what's in what's in the light bulb and immediately the answer was you like what me and the more I think

about that answer is I think it's right I think that Consciousness is in everything I think it's in our bodies Our Consciousness inhabits our bodies while our bodies are alive it's in duie who is passed out right behind me um there's Consciousness in this vacuum inside the light bulb there's Consciousness in this desk this wood and and this furry thing on my microphone uh there's Consciousness in the sky outside the window and in the window itself I think Consciousness is in everything and um I think that we're more connected to everything than we can even

imagine or even like to think that we're connected I think yeah we get into this um illusion that you know we are our body and we're separate from everything else and that everything else is an other but I think in reality we and everything are one we're all part of the same Consciousness the Consciousness that is in everything uh and we are more connected than we can imagine and I think that that that's actually pretty cool because that means that well that means that all these things that I talked about today remote viewing uh the

um glowing guide the dreams the Visions the um well running into beings in in don't seem human um being able to connect with other people's minds um when you're playing rock paper scissors and uh accessing information that just seems to be like floating around in The Ether somewhere um all that kind of makes sense if Consciousness that that we are Consciousness if Consciousness is everywhere and connected with everything it makes sense now um can you prove that with science I don't think so uh am I making stuff up well I don't think I'm making stuff

up you might think I'm making stuff up but I'm just trying to describe what I've experienced the strange things I've experienced you know as a a sciencec trained person I studied biology at MIT studied neuro Neuroscience cognitive Neuroscience um in medical school and I was a neurosurgeon so I studied brain stuff and spine stuff uh yeah I I as a person that has done a lot of Science Education I can tell you that I can't prove these things and I don't think anyone can I don't think there is a way to prove it but I

experience it and I know other people experience things like this because I've talked with people who have talked about it that they've experienced this um and I think some people experience it more than others because they choose to uh or they had life experiences that open themselves up to uh these things more than other people and I think some people don't exp hardly experience this at all because I think they've closed themselves off um but I think that's also a choice that you could open yourself up too so uh yeah that's that's what I wanted

to share life is Stranger Than Fiction we are more connected than you can imagine actually we're all one um there's no hiding the truth is is here I mean the our Consciousness our existence is open to everybody to everything um that's both comforting well and it could be concerning to people that want to stay separated from other people U people that want to hold on to power over other people uh uh that would be concerning to them if um if there is no hiding there is no hiding the truth that we're all connected and we

can all feel we can all feel the truth what's we can all feel the existence we can feel each other so I think that that's actually pretty cool um yeah well that's my that's my talk on weird experiences of Consciousness and I I I probably won't talk too much more about this because um uh people would probably think I'm crazy so uh but if something interesting happens uh in my life and I feel compelled to share it I will uh I'll keep talking about other stuff and um I've been practicing some songs on the guitar

to sing uh and the days are slowly getting longer so that means hiking season will come back but in Washington the snow in the mountains doesn't melt until July 4th that's a long time but I'll probably be doing some backpacking and Hiking uh before then at lower elevations beneath the snow line um maybe with dubie she she's missing U going outside because it's been too snowy for her in the mountains so yeah I'll continue doing that and I am continuing to write um I'm writing this novel of the story that I feel compelled to write
