source in reality because emotion is energy emotion if they can cause you to have an emotional reaction your energy is up for grabs their graps without awareness of the tricks of these entities you will fall victim every single time with awareness of the tricks of these entities you will rise to be the Victor every single time when something all of a sudden goes wrong or something frustrating or triggering happens this is more than likely an entity that's just trying to play with you it's just trying to get your energy because it needs your energy because

driven by the ideas of just anyone because that's what most of the world is doing right now their mind their reality is being driven by the ideas of anyone because they're not selfish enough to make their mind border patrol I'm talking UK border Force nothing to declare all of them I have reason to believe that this man is a Nigerian scammer I am not Nigerian you have to limit the ideas you expose yourself to you have to limit ideas that people can discuss around you when people are having certain conversations that just aren on your

of living you need to master a skill that many will never Master non reaction typically as human beings when we react to something we react with a particular action thought and emotion to be in a state of reaction for the average person means to be caught off guard unexpecting or even shocked you must Elevate above reaction and move into response I'll give an example of what I mean reaction is to allow the external to imbalance the internal and imbalance balance of the internal ultimately leads to an imbalance in reality responding is to allow the internal
to balance the external and a balance of the external ultimately leads to a balance in reality to truly respond you must frame whatever frustrating upsetting or emotional situation through the lens of how your desired self would respond how would they look at this how would they feel what would they do and what you'll find is that those on a lower frequency view as an obstacle but those on a high frequency use it as a stepping stone to practice self-control and emotional resilience which allows them to control their energy which allows them to control their frequency
