hello everyone and welcome to this bonus video that we're uh what we're going to be talking about in this bonus video basically is manual appointment booking um and yes manual appointment booking right there's sort of a big no no which we've been advocating and which is you know technically very true um you know the sort of the standard way that all gym owners um in this industry are you know currently booking Employments and following up is really just not the way that you're supposed to be doing it however manual appointment booking implemented correctly can require little to no work and also really with this increase your appointment booking rate by an extra 10 to 20% easy right so say you're generating 100 leads through Facebook ads right I know we're only on module 2 so we haven't really jumped into Facebook ads but it's good to get this thing out of get the get this in there um so when you are starting Facebook ads that you know exactly what to do and you have all this in place and you're ready to go right so this can be really powerful and it can and does require less work than you would usually um do for manual uh for appointment booking only it isn't a must this is just a way if you're really you know if you really want to you know just get the best you know better than optimal numbers um on your appointment booking rate then this is an absolutely amazing thing to add in there maybe you have a team member who does who has experience with sales calls and who you know who does calling maybe you have some extra time or maybe you just are so dedicated um to your business and your to results that you um you know just want to get the best results possible and you don't care if it requires a little little B little bit more work right so manual appointment booking so here's what we're going going to cover in this video the manual followup process um so you basically so you can get crazy appointment rate results right so we already we're already getting industry um we're already getting the best appointment booking rates in the industry like I can tell tell you that right straight up right now we get the best appointment rate booking um appointment rates in the industry but I'm going to show you now in this video and how to make them even better right um and it is actually a very easy easy thing to do and it can really and really it does only take around 30 minutes a day um so we're going to discuss the phone script the script um that comes with this manually um you know manual um manual followup and manual appointment booking we have it all uh we have it all written down for you it's a really stepbystep process super easy to follow phone calls usually only take like 2 minutes um why manually book appointments when I have high level right that's probably a question you might be asking yourself right like you've been advocating high level and all this you know amazing automated stuff um why should I even do this and I'm going to get into that um and the power of using both right why using manual and automated will Skyrocket your results as you know using the process that we've given you is going to give you amazing results but this using this just this little thing is can improve them even more okay so the manual follow-up process so the manual followup process is very easy we're not going to do any texting you know the texting is been is being done by high level it's that's being automated that's and the messages are um the messages have been tested they work right we're not going to touch texting we're also not going to touch email we just don't believe in email email doesn't work anymore you know email email marketing is a great sort of added thing to your business that you can get definitely get some members from but it's not it shouldn't be your go to messaging system right so we're going to use calling as calling does still have a lot of power um if you actually get some answers and the way that you get answers now day nowadays is by oping up the volume of your connection attempts basically your calling attempts so you're going to do five days of calling to prospects who aren't answering their who aren't answering um on their uh on the first message right the first message that we sent out um which is the Facebook lead nurturing campaign right the first messes thanks for signing up when would you like to stop by this we're going to implement if they're not answering to those types of text messages right so if they immediately answer and they give you time then don't even bother with this you can just keep everything within the text platform this is for the people that are ghosting you that aren't answering and that you still like to actually that you still like to convert and still like to get into the gym right so day one day one is going to be a massive amount um a massive amount of calling um and yes this might seem very spammy but trust me this works um and this is just the way to do it okay so you're going to do two calls without leaving a voicemail 45 minutes after the first opening message of the lead nurturing campaign right the hey thanks for signing up to this offer you're going to do two calls right you're going to wait you're going to do the first call you're going to wait if they don't answer you're going to do another call right make it seem like the call is very important usually a lot of people especially nowadays never even if if it's from family and friends never actually answer the first call the second call answer skyrockets right so two calls right after that message okay no answer that's fine they are going to do another two calls with no voicemail 3 hours after the first opening message of the lead nurturing campaign no answers that's fine too you're going to from all the all the people that you're calling I'm going to say around 20 to 30% has already answered and you've already booked an appointment with them so that's great right this is only for the real the people that are really being you know you know tough to get to right then 6 to 9 hours after the first opening message do another two calls okay that's six calls on a day and that might seem crazy but you you really have to up the volume here when it comes to calling otherwise people are just simply not going to answer the phone and that can be very frustrating um but you just have to realize you know this is that's just that's just the way the world works that's why we've implemented texting and that's why texting works so well it's because people feel comfortable Tex T in but if you still want to get them on the phone which is obviously the best way you know if phone if phone calls were answered um you know all the time then we would obviously show you just do phone calls because it just works but phone calls only really work if you up the volume on this stuff so don't text them as we have high level taking care of that right we have follow-ups in high level all scheduled out and all automated right don't use the texting system the texting system is running in the background for you you don't even have to look at it right so day two another two calls you can spread them out or you can do them s uh you can do them at the same time I always recommend doing them at the same time because again what I just mentioned right people usually tend usually they have their phone on them all the time and they get called they won't answer and then if another call happens your your answering red is going to Skyrocket so I always recommend just do two calls at the same time day three another two calls and again all know voicemail by the way then day four another two calls and this only applies if they're not answering to the text as well if they're answering to the text they're talking to you they're asking questions they're giving you scheduling times leave this you can leave this behind this is only for the people that haven't shown any um that haven't given you any sort of message at all through phone or through text day five another two calls sorry all right and then you kind of just want to leave it there they've clearly we've we've almost called them uh We've called them 10 plus times they haven't answered any they haven't answered our text we're going to leave them sitting for a little bit and then day eight the last chance Last Chance call to get them to book an appointment another two calls and that's that all right that simply doing this step by step per client that isn't answering which isn't going to be a massive amount say you're getting 100 leads there's going to be around 20 to 30 people that are going to be in this category right so it's not a lot of people this is a great um this is this this system very simple like it isn't rocket science here guys this this is what you want to implement for those people and really get even you know those people to book an appointment right and you want to stop manual follow-up if they are replying over a text like I said okay so we have a phone script it's super easy super straightforward um and really isn't uh very fancy or anything but it just gets the job done um so appointment uh booking phone script Prospect says you know you call them and they actually answer yay right you say hello uh they say hello and you just tell them hi this is uh this B with a little bit of an enthusiastic tone don't be salesman like he don't you know make it fun because people can sense tones really fast um and it's going to it's going to matter a lot um and you're just going to say hi um hi Prospect name this is this is B from North Consulting um in the London area I was calling because you opted into on our Facebook earlier today for our uh 10day free trial and I'm going say yes that's right especially if they answer on the first day they're going to remember if you you know they answered 4 days later you're going to tell them hey you know 4 days you signed up to our 10day free trial and I haven't heard from you since um I just wanted to give you a quick call right and say oh yeah yes that's right I did sign up I'm sorry I didn't respond right most people are going to be apologetic they will have seen your text they will have seen your phone calls A lot of people are just very lazy and you're going to just tell them great I was calling to see what time you could stop by or stop on by tomorrow today or tomorrow so you can start your first free class right if it's early in the morning then just say today because the best uh um this is going to help you um with show bre as well if it's early in the morning and they're answering you can schedule them in for today you're going to get a great show break if it's a little later in the day um and the same day a Same Day schedule isn't really possible just do tomorrow right and just tell them hey you know just want to schedule you and for your first free class right this isn't anything we're not even trying to sell them most people it's a free class like it's a no-brainer right um and we can do quick orientation session and give you your quick tour of the facility right and I'm going to say yeah that would be good when are you guys open oh so we'll be here from 7:00 a. m. till 8:00 p.
m. tonight when works best for you right oh um you know my work ends in the evening so probably 600 p. m.
if that's possible right and this can be anything you know maybe some people work the night shift maybe some people like to do mornings this is kind of just you know a template in there everyone's going this answer is always going to be a little bit different you're just going to tell them great how about I book you in for 6:00 p. m.
