it looks like a little dough now I'm going to transfer the dough to another bowl and I'm going to open it here inside this bowl to cool down a little faster now I gave the eggs a light tap I'm going to put them here on top of the dough this dough can't be very hot, so as not to cook these eggs and we are mixing them here now with the spatula, if you want, you can beat the dough at this point using the mixer but for that your mixer needs to have the hook or the racket you cannot use the globe, okay? This dough is very heavy and it will ruin the globe if you test it with it. If you want, you can use your hands to help mix.
integrating If you use the mixer you will have a very smooth dough but if you do it by hand like I did your dough will look like it is full of balls but in reality it is not, its texture actually makes it look like a glue, you can see that when I run my finger here it sticks slightly, this texture is excellent because we are going to use the piping bag now to shape the churros, I am going to use a piping bag and also piping nozzles, here there are two models that you could use nozzle 4B and nozzle 1m it is important that the nozzles have a more open tip so that the Churros dough passes through it a little more easily now I put my pastry bag here inside the glass and I will deposit the churros dough In here, being careful not to overfill the sleeve, the dough is very firm and if you fill it too much you will have a lot of difficulty shaping your churros. And then to shape the Churros, just place the sleeve here in the mold, press and pull the dough. It's really firm, so you need to make an effort with your wrist.
I'm going to use a mold to shape the churros. But you can shape them wherever you prefer . churros in the correct size now I'm going to use the 4B nozzle and you can notice that the shape is a little different from the shape of the churros made with the 1m nozzle and if you don't have the nozzles for piping no problem, you can use the sleeve without the nozzle Just use the fork to make small markings and it will look like traditional churros.
Now that the churros are already shaped, let's fry them. I'm going to put soy oil in the pan. But you can make these churros in the Air Fry or in the oven if you prefer.
I'm going to add enough oil for the churros to be dipped, now I'm going to Turn on the heat and observe the temperature The oil is already full of balls and to know if it is ready, just take a small piece of dough and put it into balls because the oil is already ready. Be careful not to let the oil overheat because this way we will have churros that are very toasted on the outside, now just put the dough in the oil, being careful not to burn yourself, keep turning it over, always using a slotted spoon so that all sides get golden brown now the churros are already golden brown, look how beautiful I'm going to shake it a lot to drain the oil and place it on a plate lined with paper towel to drain all the oil. Now that the churros are ready and golden brown, we're going to finish them.
I'm going to put refined sugar, cinnamon powder, I'm going to mix these two ingredients now just pass the churro in sugar and cinnamon remove the excess look how golden on the outside and super soft on the inside it is important to pass the churros in sugar and cinnamon while they are still hot so that the dust is well adhered to the churro these churros are super crunchy, delicious and very easy to make you will love them now tell me this delicious churro is worth your like in the valley don't forget to leave your thumbs up here in the video huh And then after the churros are ready just enjoy com and a very tasty dulce de leche I'm using industrialized dulce de leche but we have a delicious recipe for smooth dulce de leche here on the channel I'll leave the link to it below in the description and also in the cards at the end of the video for you I'm using dulce de leche but you can also use brigadeiro or nutella I prefer churros with dulce de leche do you prefer dulce de leche brigadeiro or Nutella tell me here in the comments and you can make the churros to eat with the family or to sell for packaging you can use this cup here, which is the bubble cup, then just place the churros inside, fill the bubble of the cup with the dulce de leche or the filling of your choice, place a small piece of plastic in contact so that the dulce de leche doesn't leak and So now just cover the cup, put your label on it and it's ready for delivery.
