what's up OD doers and welcome back at stealthy wood we prioritize taking care of our customers as business continues to thrive however managing all of our customer relationships can quickly get out of hand in ODU CRM the activities feature allows us to easily track and schedule follow-up activities for every stage of the pipeline ensuring no customer gets forgotten we've already done a quick howto on scheduling activities in our CRM Basics video which I'll link Down Below in case you need a refresher in this video we'll go more in depth on scheduling and sharing activities as
part of our smooth CRM flow that keeps us connected to all of our customers and keeps our customers happy let's jump into Odo to see how activities can make your sales team much more effective we'll start here on the CRM dashboard where I can see the entire stealthy wood pipeline each opportunity card has icons to indicate any activities that have been scheduled let's go over what we have on this docket a gray clock means there are no activities scheduled yet a cluster of people represents a meeting a phone represents a call an envelope represents an
email a piece of paper represents a quotation and lastly a check mark represents a to-do item you might have also noticed that the icons can be different colors the CRM app makes it easy to get a quick idea of how your to-do list is going by using these color indicators green activities have deadlines in the future yellow activities have upcoming deadlines and red activities are past du now at the top of each stage you can also see a sum of the expected Revenue alongside with a multicolor bar that goes with the colors we just went
over the colors of the bar mirror the colors of the activity indicators in the opportunities directly below giving you a quick visual summary of future upcoming and past do activities now if I click on one of the colors in that bar ODU automatically displays all of the opportunities in this stage that have activity scheduled under this color code now let's schedule an activity for one of our new opportunities if I scroll down we have a five chairs opportunity and to schedule an activity all I have to do is click this clock icon and click schedule
an activity you can also access this popup activity window by clicking into the opportunity but this ways a bit faster from here I can choose from a list of activity types through this drop down window but for now I'm just going to select call we already went over how to set up the activity in our CRM Basics video so I won't bore you with those details for now though I'm just going to write a short summary let's say go over quotes for the chairs all caps to just to prove that we're extremely serious about this
and we're going to change this due date to Friday and now let's say that we wanted to share this call with our co-workers or client and make it easy for them to add it to their calendar from the activity we'll just click on the open calendar button which opens the ODU crm's calendar from here we have an overview of our calendar that shows other events that might have already been scheduled and this is useful to avoid double booking so I'll just click and hold the time slot for the day that I want want to start
my meeting and drag the box down to make sure the meeting is a full hour this reveals a new event popup where we can edit the event details and invite attendees since we came directly from the opportunity the opportunity's name is automatically the meeting subject I've already configured the date and time but this can also be modified here if needed and we also have the ability to add our attendees through the add attendees dropdown but what if we don't know our client's availability if we still need to check in on everyone's availability we'll just click
the share availabilities button at the top of our calendar then all we have to do is Select some times that were available to meet let's do some Friday as well and now all we have to do is click the copy link button to get the video conference link and I could share this call link with anyone I want to schedule this with we can also do this in Odo by clicking back to the CRM pipeline through the breadcrumbs here in the top left clicking on our five chairs opportunity page and from here all we have
to do is scroll down click Send a message paste our link as well as a message for further context so they know what this link is then once this looks good we'll just click Send now if we click this link it takes us to another page that shows the available times that I selected from my calendar and all the client has to do is select a date or time that works for them then the following page is pre-populated with my contact info because I'm signed in but from here Abigail can just add their contact info
and click confirm appointment so easy no more sending multiple emails back and forth trying to find a time that works for both parties you can schedule meetings much more effectively with Odo and of course your ODU calendar easily integrates with your Google or Outlook calendars as well with all of its thoughtful Integrations and features ODU makes it easy to schedule activities and keep track of my deadlines on the CRM app G are the days of switching back and forth between pages with Odo the stealthy wood team could stay a breed of all business opportunities and
