am genuinely sorry with what has happened along with correcting the mistake I immediately fired the agent and contacted YouTube to reinstate the video and make things right with enen but at the end of the day it is my name on the channel I hired the agent and I take full responsibility Manny made no excuses and this this honest approach got him forgiveness I appreciate him making a genuine apology you can tell he meant it this is possibly the greatest apology I've seen on this app including from penguin zero legitimately this is a really good response
