you're not alone and that's perfectly okay when you are about to take on a challenging work or Journey you should be alone sometimes it is the time you deeply Ponder and know yourself better it takes a lot of courage to be alone and that's why not many people have been able to explore their inner selves deeply it's easy to overlook the importance of being alone many people fear being alone and actively seek constant company or distractions to avoid it however time alone can be a powerful and transformative experience when you are alone practice this meditation
take a few deep breaths to relax then breathe naturally and bring your attention to the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body notice the rise and fall of your abdomen or the feeling of air passing through your nostrils as you breathe thoughts and distractions may arise don't worry or judge yourself for them simply acknowledge them and gently bring your focus back to your breath stay present in the current moment observing each breath without trying to change it your mind May wander and that's normal when thoughts arise gently let them go and refocus on

just follow others you have the potential to be a leader but your upbringing may have prevented you from realizing this being alone allows you to look inside yourself which is important for personal growth when you're by yourself you have to face your problems and find Solutions on your own it can be hard because it means dealing with past traumas and changing your thinking but the universe has given you this chance to create the life you want by making you be alone remember that change is necessary to become the person you want to be start a

family many spiritual people grow up thinking they have to give their energy away to be accepted which can lead to people pleasing and being overly empathetic but once we reclaim our energy and learn to control it we become incredibly powerful throughout history Seekers have sought Solitude to confront themselves it's easier to do this alone because relationships with others can complicate things when their problems and difficulties are also present your true nature is one of being alone but the habit of being part of a crowd has become so strong that you may not even realize it
fear of being alone comes from not knowing who you are if everyone were to leave you as it's the opinions and perceptions of others that shape your identity even though you may be physically alone you will discover a deep connection that will transform your life through this process you will connect with your true self and realize that you don't need anyone else to feel complete the emotions and feelings you once sought from others are already inside you you are loved and you don't need validation from others your happiness and contentment will come from within standing
