appearance which is more parallel to the ground now in the long run two things happen that gives you a more Square shaped face one your facial muscles are repeatedly pushed down with this facial posture and number two with age your face loses volume it plumps up and shifts that facial fat downward so now what happens features that were formerly round up here up here may start to sink and settle down here when you constantly smile while it's like kneading and pushing what's already sinking down furthermore and the skin in the upper part of your face
in your cheeks around here that was smooth and lifted and tight starts to get loose and sags all these put together your lower face completely starts to change face now when you have weak muscles in your cheeks they cannot lift this whole part up and your smile continues to widen and group your face now before before this damage is irreversible I suggest you learn to engage the muscles in your upper cheeks notice that when you engage the muscles in your upper cheeks when you smile your smile actually lifts up easily like this it's like The

never before I am 44 and I have reversed some signs of aging and changed my facial symmetry in so many ways just by following about seven to eight minutes of face yoga per day and I've seen the same results with hundreds of my clients okay so here's the exercise so to perform this exercise I want you to first smile and then freeze and isolate that smile between your fingers so don't start from here this is not your starting position foreign position now notice when I'm doing this I'm isolating all the muscles in here that naturally
get used when you smile naturally this also means your lip Corners your nasolabial folds your like typical smile lines and your cheeks are completely isolated and when you first smile and isolate them you are basically working on reversing the smile so understand that your skin and your muscles are attached together when you typically smile your skin and muscles move together but when you smile and isolate all of your muscles and your skin you will notice that underneath your finger your skin is not moving it is only those underlying muscles that have to work hard to
go back and forth within about 20 to 30 repetitions of this exercise you will literally start to feel that your muscles are developing and don't worry it's not going to give you a muscular face it just tightens and lifts those muscles I have been doing it I don't have a muscular face a lot of my clients have been doing it none of them have experienced any adverse effect but understand that it has to be the right exercise for your face so only if you're experiencing a droopiness in your smile or it is Haggard looking face
then this will really help in lifting and creating that nice rounded lifted up turned v-shaped whatever you call smile and slowly as you start to develop the muscle strength in your cheeks and it starts to lift your lip ends up and your cheek muscle up it has no option but to give you a nice curved smile foreign I need to take a break before I talk anymore when you consciously make an effort to lift your cheek muscles higher with your facial exercises and create a more rounded U or a v-shaped smile don't think that this
