hello guys demondux here welcome to this youtube videos and today we're going to many focus on how to find a pattern to trade in 2021 so right here i'm going to give you two categories that is worth for you to trade and to stay consistent as i talked about how to use swing trade to be consistent and don't have to worry about intraday trades and also the very safe trades that you can place on today as well so the first point i want to recommend to you guys to do will be track the similar behaviors
that you want to track and you want to track at least 150 samples to find an average winning percentage for this specific action now you can't really call it a pattern yet because a pattern needs consistency in the last at least two to three years to be profitable and have at least 15 percent reward from that pattern so due to the 2020 volatilities we do have a lot of samples and also a lot of outliers so personally for me according to my performance in 2020 i do want to go into all those low floats and
to see okay is it really worth it to place all these trades on the low float in the course of a year to see if i'm actually profitable or not because of the low flow that is considered very dangerous to trade stocks can move 20 in one candle that's very dangerous for beginners to really get hands on that so for future recommendations if you want to trade low floats i would recommend that you will track for the entire year to see if you actually have a positive net profit of that specific pattern so going into
2021 i would category all of the patterns in different spreadsheets to see well for this specific pattern it's performing very well for this specific pattern the only performance well seasonally so some of the pattern what i noticed in 2020 works in the early of the year but it doesn't really work later of the year because of that you can't really judge your pattern actually has a consistency or no here will be the method of how you can track all the patterns to see if you're actually working details or not so first of all what i
will do is i will separate low flow mid float and higher float which will be flow between 0 to 2 million 2 million to 10 million and 10 million or above those are the three general sections that we trade in this day training industry second thing i will do is i will separate different patterns under each different float to see okay under what flow condition the stock works the best or your pattern works the best and i will select the highest winning percentage pattern to put into a different spreadsheets for me to keep my consistency
in the course of the year and the next thing i will do is i will separate all the patterns into very detailed factors because every single stock is different you kind of have to categorize them with similar cap similar float and some interaction also with similar volume so after you build this tree of statistics and also to filter out what factors is not very viable for this pattern my patterns is very crucial for its pattern as well then you will be able to produce a very profitable pattern based on on the condition of what flow
you should choose what cap you should choose and under what factors to make the pattern has the highest winning percentage also include with very high reward going into 2021 we do have a lot of volatility we're going to get a lot of samples so it's very easy for beginners to track all these statistics all together to find a very easy edge back in 2016 2015 there's not enough samples you kind of have to go back into uh two to three years before to find the correct data for you to be able to find a consistent
pattern but for 2021 i think will be great for traders for you to gather your data and it's much easier to find a pattern for you to trade and also it's much quicker for you to be profitable as well so that will be all of the recommendations i want to give you guys especially if you are just in the first six months of trading if you have any questions please leave a comment below thank you very much for watching and i will see you guys in the next one [Music]
