tension drain from your muscles [Music] relax be at [Music] peace feel the pulse beat of your life that nourishes your child night and day whether you are asleep or [Music] awake feel it flow through your body powerful and [Music] gentle [Music] send Loving Thoughts to your [Music] baby in your mind speak to [Music] them imagine a beautiful white light flowing from your hand through your stomach to your child see the light surround the child with its [Music] radiance your child has so much potential they will touch this world in many ways but here and now
it all begins with [Music] love with [Music] nurture Let Your Love flow into [Music] them imagine your child born a new Star of Life how will they grow and learn seeing you and the world with love and wonder think about what you will do where you will go the Fulfillment you will [Music] feel from approximately 23 weeks old your child can hear you if you speak but even if you are not so advanced in your pregnancy talk to your child it doesn't matter what you say as long as it is loving and [Music] encouraging [Music]
