I made a Tik Tok that has well over a 100,000 views now. And it was basically every single thing that I learned from Jodispensza that allowed me to manifest my dream life. That helped me find the love of my life, get married, help me build a multi-6figure business, helped me speak on TEDex stages, write a bestselling book, move to Florida, get my dream car Mercedes.
So, I figured I'm going to create this long- form video showing you every single strategy, every single method that I learned from Joe Dispensza over the course of the last few years reading his books, watching his videos, watching his seminars. Now, if you watch the Tik Tok video, you know, every single thing that I basically shared in that was from my notes section on my phone. I found this and I think I made this maybe like a year or two ago, but specifically in this video, I pulled all of the best strategies, the most implementable things that I actually did to once again manifest, change my life, change my self-concept, really go from my old self, my old beliefs, my old thought patterns to becoming this new version of myself that was actually able to once again manifest and attract every single thing that I wanted to.
So, the way I'm going to break this down is going to be in three sections. And I took all those notes and I put it into pretty slides because I want to make sure I go through every single thing. And it's also much easier for me to make sure I don't miss anything when I have it on slides.
But what I'm going to do is I'm going to break it down into three sections. I'm first going to talk about what's actually creating your reality. Because in order to change your reality, you actually need to know how you're creating it in the first place.
Then we're going to go through what changes your reality. And then finally, we're going to go through how to manifest your desires into your reality. So, let's just get right into the first part.
What's creating your reality right now? The first thing I really learned from Jodispensson, once again, this was me implementing this a few years ago, but your environment is what is actually creating your reality. And that is also what is keeping your emotions the same every single day.
If you're looking at your reality, you're looking at your environment, you're looking at the people around you, you're looking at the things that you do have, all the things that you don't have, that is basically reaffirming how you are feeling every single day. Now, for me, when I first learned about personal development, mindset, manifestation, I was living at my dad's house. I was going to college, and every single morning when I woke up, I would basically scan my reality for lack.
I would scan the house I was in for lack. I would scan my bank account for for lack. There was no money there.
I would scan my friends that didn't necessarily align with who I wanted to be, who I wanted to become. I would scan, you know, going to classes. And I would always reaffirm with the same emotions of I don't feel good.
I'm feeling anxious. I'm feeling stressed out. And day after day, no matter what I did, I would always experience the same reality because once again, my environment was keeping my emotions the same.
Now, the other part of this is emotions. remember the past, not the future. So, every day we have an automatic set of programs from our environment and our emotions.
Now, there was probably something that may have happened to me in the past that allowed me to always respond the same way when I was in college. Now, of course, eventually I changed that, which is why I have a completely different reality than I do back then. But you want to keep in mind every single moment of every single day, you have a choice of how you're responding and how you're reacting that is going to dictate your future.
Now, something that I have written down that I really wanted to talk about is for an example, in the past, I mean, I'm married now to the love of my life, but in the past when it came to dating and finding partners and men, I always experienced the same basically relationship over and over again because I already had an automatic set of beliefs of how relationships and men would be every single time I entered a new relationship. Now, a lot of the times we do this very subconsciously because something happened in the past. It probably didn't go well.
It might have hurt us. Therefore, we're now going to protect ourselves by basically having a guard up. We're going to see, okay, does this person have this, this, this, and this quality.
I need to make sure I don't experience the same thing again. Therefore, I'm going to respond in a safe way. I'm going to respond in a way that doesn't allow me to get into danger, into the unknown.
Now the last thing I want to touch on is if you stop identifying with your problems then you are no longer them. Your problems are actually keeping you I mean not even your problems you identifying with your problems are keeping you in the same place and keeping you in the same environment. Now Joe Despensza he says this all the time if you change your personality every single thing around you changes.
So for me, once again, when I was in that place and I was looking at, oh my gosh, like I have the problem that I don't have enough money to move out. I'm still still at my dad's house. I have the problem.
I used to be a very shy, insecure, introverted person. And I used to identify myself as someone who doesn't know how to communicate, doesn't know how to talk. But I had to stop identifying with that problem if I actually wanted to make my own money.
if I want to build a brand on social media, if I wanted to do all of these different things. So, one key part about what's creating your reality right now is you identifying with basically how you're victimizing yourself. And sometimes this can be I'll tell you this can be very, very hard to do.
And I actually don't have this in my notes, so I just thought about it. But one thing I actually did that helped me identify all of the things that my old self was doing was actually make a list of all the things that I was associating myself with that I was basically using it using either as excuse I was blaming this person I was blaming this thing or blaming this situation. I made a list of all of those things because when you can consciously see what you are blaming it is much easier for you to change it.
So now let's get into what actually changes your reality. This was crazy when I learned this. Your body is actually your subconscious mind.
And this is one of the main reasons every single time we want to do something new and different, our body starts to go like this. Our heart starts to race, we start to get sweaty, we start to feel anxious, fearful, scared. It's not the fact that we are not meant to do the thing that we're going after.
It is just because our body is trying to keep us safe. Our body is designed to be in safety, to be insecurity. So the minute the body feels something that is in the unknown, feel something that is unfamiliar, it is going to go into panic mode.
So what you want to do is you want to catch yourself from going unconscious and back to old programming. One thing um that I used to do in college, this was when I was really in that stage of like putting myself outside of my comfort zone. I used to volunteer myself to speak in front of the class for like different things.
And once again, I used to be very very shy, very insecure, very introverted. I didn't really know necessarily even how to speak. But I would intentionally put myself out there because I wanted to become more confident.
I wanted to be able to build a brand on social media, speak on stage. It's basically do every single thing that I'm doing right now. So the minute I would put myself in front of the classroom, my body would go crazy.
It would go out of whack. I honestly sometimes felt felt dizzy because of how unfamiliar that feeling felt. But consciously, I would always catch myself and realize, okay, the only reason I feel this way right now is because I have never done it before.
But over time, my body is going to catch up with the way that I feel. So this is where I actually don't have it in my slides, but this is where you want to do nervous system regulation. When you can calm your body and start to train it with the new reality that you want to create for yourself, that that anxiousness, that nervousness, that's actually going to go away.
Now, the other thing is the stronger emotion trauma we feel, the stronger we identify from that. So our body starts to become dependent to that thought because the emotion gives a rush to the body. So, I'm sure girlies, we have all experienced this.
Every single time we go through a breakup, we start to basically reminisce in our mind, what if we get back together? You know, he made a big mistake. What if I run into him?
And our body, like we literally start to get that rush of emotion because we are programmed to basically get that dopamine hit from that specific person. So once again, even though that person may not be good for us, constantly our body is going to go back to the same thing because that's what what it's familiar to. However, once again, if we can consciously catch oursel from going unconscious and we can shift into a new thought pattern, a new belief, our new action, it's much easier to change that way.
Now, the last thing, this honestly stuck with me and it still stays with me the minute I heard Jonas Spenda say this is we're seeing reality as a memory from the previous program and emotion. You want to train the body to feel safe in the new energy instead of the old one. So, I kind of jumped ahead, but that's what I was talking about.
The fact that sometimes if we want to once again try something new and different, maybe we want to start a new business, maybe want to post on social media, but the fact that we can't even see the new opportunity opportunity in front of us because we're we're drowning in fear. We're drowning in anxiety. We're drowning in stress.
We're drowning in is it even worth it? What if it doesn't work out? Is this a waste of my time?
That is all based on from our previous programming. that is based from our memory. It's not even from the present moment.
So when we can train the body once again to feel safe right now in the present moment once again nervous system regulation, meditation, you guys know I do this every single morning. Um breath work that really helps too. Going on walks, moving your body when you can catch your body up with the new identity you want to create for yourself, that is when the shift actually starts to happen.
So the last part of how we actually manifest the desire into reality. So this is where like how I actually manifested the love of my life, how I manifested like physical money, how I manifested speaking on stages is in the 3D there is an illusion of separation. Okay, we are trying to manifest like physical matter, physical objects.
Therefore, we actually end up working a lot harder than we have to because there's a separation between our identity, how we're feeling based on what we're actually trying to get. So, if we can actually shift our intention, body, and personality to match the desire instead, it is much easier for us to manifest that physical thing into reality. So, think about it.
Now, I'm not going to go so deep inside of this video because this can literally be an entire video on its own when it comes to quantum physics, matter, how we actually like once again physically manifest real matter into reality. But you want to keep in mind when you have the identity that matches the desire that you want, you are vibrating on the same frequency. You're not vibrating on a lax frequency when it comes to anxiety, stress, um fear, doubt.
You're not vibrating at that level. You're vibrating at the level that you actually want to attract. However, if you start going back to the old self, you're not on the same vibrational frequency of the desire that you want.
Therefore, there's there's a lack, right? There's a big gap between what you're actually trying to manifest. So, a lot of the times when you try to manifest and when you're in the feeling state, even if it's for a week, and you start to scan your reality and you're like, "Okay, I don't see the million dollars.
I don't see the desire yet. " It's not the fact that it's not working. It's just because it hasn't gotten you haven't given it enough time to actually catch up.
And this is one of the biggest reasons why people will look at manifestation and they'll look at identity transformation work and they'll be like, "It doesn't work. " It's not the fact the concept doesn't work. It's the fact that you gave up just way too soon.
So, you also want to feel the emotion of the desire before it happens to manifest. You never feel lack when you're in the feeling state. So, think about it.
I always love to use an example. If you know you're going on vacation next month, you're already in the feeling state. You're getting ready to go on vacation.
You're getting your swimsuit. You're getting your suitcase ready, maybe getting your nails done, your hair done. Like, there's no question whether or not you're going on vacation because you just know you're in the feeling state.
So that is the key. You want to tap into the feeling state as if your desire it's already set in stone. The when the how that is not your problem.
You're going to figure it out as you enter the feeling state. So for me one thing um let's say like for me one thing I really wanted to manifest a few years ago was speaking on TEDex stages. I didn't know how.
I didn't know when it was going to happen. I wasn't even a speaker. Once again I was very shy introverted.
I wasn't even great at communication, but I just knew. So, I started to tap into that feeling. Say, I knew there was um a TEDex event maybe 6 months out.
I put the date on my calendar. I blocked it out. I was like, "Okay, I'm going to be speaking.
" And every single day, I acted as if that was already my reality. All of a sudden, I get an email. You are chosen to be a TEDx speaker.
So, you never feel in lack when you're in the feeling state. Now just one quick thing that I came across once again in my notes. It's not matter creating the field but field creating the matter.
Like this is something that basically literally rewired my brain cells. Matter is not being created. Okay?
You are actually creating the matter by your mind. And if you want to learn more about this, I highly recommend reading things on Newtonian physics and quantum physics because in the Newtonian world, once again, it's basically cause and effect. If you work harder, then you get something.
In the quantum field, it's not necessarily if you work harder, you get something. It's more about once again vibrational frequency and alignment. So, if you want to learn more about that, highly recommend just reading more into like Newtonian physics versus quantum physics.
But the last thing I want to talk about because Jod dispense is very big on meditation. I'm very big on meditation is meditation that helps you slow down brain waves to tap into that field. Now I meditate every single morning every single day.
I personally actually don't do jod dispensa meditations simply because his are a little too long for me. I think his are like 20 30 minutes sometimes even an hour long. But when you slow down your brain waves something magical happens.
your brain actually starts to tap into the neuroplasticity where you can rewire your brain to actually visualize and see the desire before it happens. So your inner world actually becomes more real than the outer world and that is when your reality begins to shift. So, if you've ever, and honestly, I don't even want to say if all of you guys have manifested something in your life and you will look at it as kind of like a coincidence, like, "Oh my goodness, I was just thinking about this thing.
I didn't even really want it that bad, but all of a sudden, I got it. " That is not a coincidence. It is because your inner world just knew that was possible for you.
And then you detached from it and all of a sudden the people, the opportunity, the experiences, they just aligned in your favor and that desire became yours. You can tap into this frequency a lot faster when you're meditating because once again, your body is your subconscious. If you can make your body basically asleep, but your mind awake, that is how you can actually reprogram your mind and start to tap into the frequency of what you actually want to create.
So once again, this is basically every single thing that I learn, every single methodology, strategy, concept that I actually practice daily to manifest every single thing that I want in my life. So I know I went through a lot here. I recommend going back, re-watching this thing, taking notes, and actually making kind of like a non-negotiable list of every single thing that you want to check in for yourself with every day if you actually want to change your identity, you want to change your reality, and you want to use this practice to do it.
Because let me tell you, after tapping into the world of your brain and realizing how powerful it actually is, you don't have to do all of the actions. You don't have to burn yourself out to get what you want. You can actually do it by tapping into the frequency of it first.
