[Music] [Music] [Music] good hey what is up welcome back thunder rc have the traxxas max v2 such a beast i want to go over a few things that i've done to the truck okay so i put an x-max servo in here and i'm still running a stock motor changed my gearing gearing's toned down a bit and i find that i like it better on this gearing uh it's a 20 tooth pinion and a 54 tooth spur actually is perfect on 4s it's very balanced it's a good gearing i really like it the motor doesn't get
hot at all i also took the extenders off that i had and i put on some hot racing front hubs those are awesome i don't like the extender so much i've noticed at higher speeds when you're going for clean ramp hits the extenders cause the truck to wobble a lot and so without the extenders the truck sits a lot more planted and it handles a lot better so i took the extenders off that i had i am running a 4s lipo 100c and it's a 65 milliamps um hobbywingmax6esc now a lot of you are going
to laugh by the way i mounted my esc in here i just didn't have any 3m tape and was lazy about it but what i did was i drilled two holes through or three holes through the chassis there and zip tied the thing on there i know it looks ghetto whatever but it's it's a basher and it's going to get bashed that's all i can say i did order a metal bell crank brace with the bell crank stuff i just haven't put it on so i'm excited to do that hopefully that'll resolve the popping out
issue there everything else is pretty much stocked except for the suspension i do have 90 in the rear and 80 in the front and i am running the pro-line badlands 2.8 of course we're here with the terminator as always at a beautiful spot in rockport texas and it doesn't get any better than this y'all you got perfectly mowed grass look at this spot this is the middle of january and it's 72 degrees out here and sunny that's why you gotta left texas right so we're gonna send this thing let's do it [Music] wow ah [Music]
