alright guys good morning I am just right beneath my dream right now waiting on my friend we're going into the gym to film a nice little project for my youtube and my website and then take a couple photos later so right now I'm just waiting with all the essentials alright guys so I'm in the process of actually just filming right now he's over there to the Canon 70d filming this exact scene what you'll see pretty soon because he'll double magnitude I really have to act right now for the camera alright guys I just got off
the gym got some really good clips which you'll see I'll really take my time to edit it read did an amazing job well at filming wanna see just such a good videographer really glad I sent him a text to set this whole thing up now we're gonna go with eat and take some photos as I said I'll leave all his social media info in the description how is it so good alright guys at a different location now for the next segment of the video and got my pal here no not you alright guys so I
just hit 500 subs that may be a small deal to other people that but that is so so impressive to me all right so just go back home I'm so tired that was way more tiring than I thought it would be we probably out filming and taking photos for like six hours today so spent a long time I still can't believe I have 500 subscribers just to think that 500 people looked at my YouTube channel and they're like okay this guy has something to offer is pretty crazy and it's only been like three months so

book on that guys I wrote an e-book on the first month in your first month in the gym which is gonna be in the description I get a lot of questions have you grown so quickly on your social media I have a photo where it's like three four hundred words and I outline everything how do you stay so motivated I have an Instagram post where once again for 500 words I outlined everything so guys please take the time to read through my Instagram if you're gonna ask a question because I end up getting a lot
of the same questions and if you are going to send a question remember that there's whatever like 1520 other people in my DM box at a time or especially my snapchat I got a lot of snapshots try and make it an interesting question you know interest me and if I'm interested I'm gonna be more likely to force or respond and then respond in detail and follow up I will get to every single question but just try to do that little thing for me because I really am putting in that effort for you guys so next
time you go to send a snapchat or idea just think about that alright guys so today is a strength-based chest and tricep workout I think we're gonna go for a commentary today there's a topic I want to talk about so I'll leave you with a commentary no all right guys so it's funny because going into this commentary I knew that I want to talk about patience now I wanted that to be the topic of today patients and readjustment because going into this workout for all the hours before this I was working on my website and
working specifically on the e-commerce section of it as I said I'm offering online coaching there's gonna be a fundamentals package there's gonna be so much product out there in conjunction with all the free stuff that I'm giving as always you know I want to show you guys what I have to offer and then if you guys want that extra bit for me if you want to see what I really can do for you then obviously there's the paid products but what you're gonna see right now is me failing 90 kilos it dropping and I have
to put it down because I was an honor today guys I explicitly said this is going to be a strength day and I'm gonna try and move a lot of weight and I didn't and I think it takes a lot of patience and you have to be able to readjust when things go wrong such as this and you know the guys relating back to my website I'm 16 it's not easy to start a business when you're 16 you can't have a paypal account it's hard to get the public documents to become an official company because
technically that's what I would have to pull myself under as even though it's a service I'm technically still a company and my website has to be registered as such and it's so hard when you're six being guys it's so hard it's near enough impossible so I have to involve my parents and even that makes it hard because there's conflicting names and we have to stay calm you have to stay patient and you have to understand that this is you have to think a really long term is I understand this is something I want to do
for the rest of my life and I want to be something where I'm making a living off it if you think I'm gonna quit after three days so many people when it comes to working out they go for a month they don't really see results and they quit does that mean you're gonna quit on health and well-being for the rest of your life no guys let's start thinking long-term let's understand that thing anything worthwhile is a marathon rather than a sprint there really is no quick fix to this to these things you can cram a
lot of information in but the application is always gonna be long term whether you're starting a business working on your relationship trying to get good grades at school trying to achieve your fitness goals it's always about what you habitually do and it's about staying patient and in those times when you are so angry as I was this morning working on my website it's about in those times staying positive and being patient and if you have to readjust first I will start off on WordPress that thing is very very hard for a beginner such as myself
so I moved over to a new platform which is known as Shopify all these things are so frustrating and I just want to set the platform for me to pull my content out there and it's annoying that it takes this much effort but you know guys I want to do this thing for the rest of my life or for the foreseeable future so I'm not gonna sit here and pretend that it's going to take three days and I want to leave you with that message I just want to say that if there's something that really
matters to you and understand not everything has to matter to you like Fitness doesn't have to be your thing if you want to just run a couple times a week and stay healthy that's cool like I understand but if it's something that really matters to you stay patient because it's gonna take a really really long [ __ ] time and it's gonna take a really long time and understand that understand that is a marathon it's not a sprint so stay patient and readjust if you have to I hope you guys have enjoyed this video please
