Justin tell us about your race uh I was in I was in lane eight so I couldn't really feel us saying or Christian with Lane four and five so I had to make the best of it I was like it's either going to be a good thing or a bad thing for me either they won't be able to feel me or I definitely won't be a be in the race so I just got all the blocks I ran as hard as I could I know the second half of the race you know um is a
