before we pray I'd like to share a short message with you and then we'll pray together Luke 8: 43-44 tells the story of a woman who had suffered for 12 long years with a condition that no doctor could heal she had spent everything she had searching for a cure exhausting every Earthly option only to be left with disappointment and despair but then in a moment moment of faith and Desperation she reached out and touched the edge of Jesus's garment and instantly she was healed now imagine if she had never been sick would she have ever
sought Jesus with such unwavering Faith would she have known Beyond any doubt that he is the Healer it was her suffering that led her to that miraculous moment the very thing that had caused her years of grief and isolation became the reason she encountered the power of God in a way she never would have otherwise her story reminds us that sometimes the greatest breakthroughs come through our deepest struggles Joseph's story in Genesis 37: 23 to 24 is similar his own Brothers filled with jealousy stripped him of his robe and threw him into a pit leaving
him to be sold into slavery the Betrayal was devastating he was taken far from home falsely accused and imprisoned yet years later in Genesis 42:6 we see a transformed Joseph standing as the governor of Egypt the very man his brothers unknowingly bowed before in desperate need of food if Joseph had never been rejected never been betrayed never been thrown into that pit would he have ever known that God can take the most broken and abandoned person and raised them to a position of power and favor his suffering was not the end of his story it
was the process that led him to his Divine Purpose Paul and Silas two men devoted to spreading the gospel were arrested beaten and locked in the depths of a prison yet instead of falling into despair they worshiped they lifted their voices in Praise And in that dark prison cell something Supernatural happened the Earth shook the prison doors flung open and their chains fell off if they had never been arrested if they had never sat in that prison would they have ever experienced how God's power can break the strongest chains and set the captives free time
and time again throughout scripture we see God allowing his people to walk through painful Seasons not to destroy them but to to reveal his power his love and his ability to turn even the worst circumstances into testimonies of his greatness the trials were never the end of their story they were the pathway to their Destiny and Beloved the same is true for you the season you are in is not for nothing it may be difficult it may feel like everything is falling apart but God is still at work he is shaping you strength ening you
and preparing you for something greater than you can see right now there is a purpose in the pain a testimony in the trial and a victory Beyond the Valley trust in him he has never failed and he will not start now now let's take a moment to pray together King Jesus my Lord and my refuge teach me to trust you more when my heart is heavy and my mind is filled with questions remind me that you are the author of my story you see the end from the beginning and nothing in my life escapes your
knowledge strengthen my faith when I cannot see the way ahead when the road before me feels uncertain help me to walk by faith and not by sight Holy Spirit remind me that the trials I face today May may be the very things that lead to my breakthrough tomorrow when I feel rejected remind me that I am never abandoned in your presence when I feel like I have lost everything help me to believe that you are The God Who restores far beyond what was taken you are my portion my inheritance my Everlasting reward no loss in
this life can compare to the fullness of what I have in you help me to understand that sometimes the struggle is not a punishment it is a setup for something greater you could be preparing me for healing for restoration for a future beyond anything I can imagine just as you lifted Joseph from the pit to the Palace just as you turned job's sorrow into double restoration just as you brought Beauty From the Ashes of those who trusted in you I believe you are working in my life in ways I cannot yet see Lord give me
the wisdom to see my trials Through The Eyes of Faith let me not be discouraged by what I see but instead be strengthened by what I know to be true about you that you are my deliverer My Savior My Redeemer My Hope in every storm even when I do not understand and even when the pain is overwhelming even when I feel surrounded by uncertainty help me to trust that you are good you are faithful you are in control you will never leave me nor forsake me even when it hurts help me to trust you your
word in 2 Corinthians 4:1 17 says for this light momentary Affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of Glory beyond all comparison Lord help me to remember that what I am facing now is temporary but the reward of trusting in you is eternal Give Me A Heart That Remains hopeful let me not be consumed by my troubles but instead let me find peace in knowing that every hardship I face is refining me preparing me shaping me into the person you have called me to be Jesus you have already won the Victory and because I
belong to you I am victorious too I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper I declare that I am not defeated by my struggles I am not crushed by my afflictions I will not drown in my worries as long as I hold on to you I will rise I will will overcome I will stand in faith and in Victory no attack of the Enemy No scheme of darkness no storm of Life can take me from the shelter of your Mighty hand open my spiritual eyes father so that I may see beyond my problems
and recognize your hand at work in my life when fear tries to grip my heart remind me of your power when doubt Whispers that I am alone remind me that you are with me when discouragement tries to pull me down Lift Me Up with Your Truth let me walk in the confidence of knowing that the battles I face are not mine to fight alone you are fighting for me as your word says in 2 Chronicles 20 verse1 17 you will not need to fight in this battle stand firm Hold Your Position and see the salvation
of the Lord on your behalf so I will stand firm I will stand in faith I will trust that you are working everything together for my good I will not fear the storm because my hope is in the one who calms the winds and the waves I will not fear the fire because I serve The God Who Walks through it with me I will not fear the valley because you are my shepherd guiding me to Green Pastures and Still Waters Lord with you by my side how can I be defeated how can I be overcome
by the enemy's schemes when your word says in Romans 8: 37-39 that nothing absolutely nothing can separate me from your love no trouble no hardship no power in heaven or on Earth can take me from your hands I am yours and in you I am more than a conqueror father I thank you for the victory I thank you for the peace that surpasses all understanding I thank you for the restoration that is coming I thank you for the breakthroughs I have yet to see and above all I thank you for your unfailing love and mercy
