what's going on everyone today we are taking a look at the dreo Solaris Max which is a 25 in ceramic space heater I've been eaing a new portable heater and this one checked all the boxes I was looking for so let's go over everything about it and see how it actually performs so taking a look inside the Box you have your quick start guide your manual a very nice and good quality remote control and then last but not least you have the actual heater itself taking a look at the heater itself this is definitely a
very Nic looking heater it looks and feels very well made and honestly from its overall design it looks like it should cost a lot more than it actually does as you can see it's all black on the front and back side but I really like the gold trim that wraps all around it this just makes it look a lot more premium and overall gives it a nice and classy look coming around back you have a built-in carrying handle but what I like about this is it's also Al a slot to hold the remote so when
you're not using it you can just tuck it in like that and now you don't have to worry about the remote getting lost as you have a nice and convenient spot to store it so coming up top this is where you have your control panel everything is nice and bright very easy to read and it even has an ambient light sensor that adjust the brightness of the screen depending on the light in the room so as you can see there are no actual buttons on here but instead you have these nice touch sensitive buttons and
as you can see they're also very responsive as well so turning it on even on low mode this heater definitely puts out a lot of heat my old heater had a similar heating element but it didn't have the fan so while it did put out heat it kind of just hovered around the heater and it didn't really do much for the room this one has the fan so it's really going to help push it into the room and kind of get the whole room uh warmer instead of just one small spot then you have the
oscillation as well which is also going to help spread spread out that heat another thing I really like about this heater is this fan is very quiet like right now in H1 it has the fan on I can barely hear it at all it's a very very very low buzzing sign of H2 a little bit of noise but still very very silent and then H3 it picks up and gets a little more noise but it's comparable to like a house fan the fan doesn't actually have any noise but it's just inevitable wind blowing out of
the actual heater itself so overall definitely a nice and quiet unit just standing in front of this right now this is definitely putting out a whole lot of heat I'm about a maybe about a foot away from this and I am getting very very hot this is definitely way more heat than my old heater put out so so far I can see this heater is definitely going to work very well so picking it up this is definitely a good and lightweight heater as it only weighs 8.83 lbs definitely a large plus as the last thing
I want is a heater That's Heavy and inconvenient to move around with that being said even even though it's lightweight it does have a nice and solid feel to it all right so I got my portable power station I plugged the heater into it so we can see what kind of power this draws right now I have it set on H1 mode which is low when I first started it up it Drew about a little over 1300 watts and then slowly climbed down as it heated up I guess and now it's hovering right there about
760 Watts let's go ahead and crank that to H2 see what that does all right so it jumped up to about 1300 Watts now let's see if it settles back down like H1 did all right after about 30 to 40 seconds it settled around a little under 12200 Watts let's go ahead and put it on the highest mode H3 see what that draws go ahead and turn this heater away again getting very hot pointed at me so it looks like we stopped around 1,370 Watts it is climbing a little so I'm guessing it's going to
stop somewhere around 1400 Watts for that H3 might even climb more but it looks like it's going to stay somewhere in this area that it is right now so this heater also has a few different safety features as well the heater is made from a v0 flame material so you don't have to worry about it ever catching on fire this is ETL listed which means it went through several tests to make sure it was up to National standards while ETL isn't as common it's basically the same thing as being UL listed so you can rest
assured knowing this heater is completely safe beside these the heater also has a reinforced plug tip over and overheat protection and a child lock as well overall this is definitely a very solid heater despite its small size this thing definitely puts out a lot of heat and even better it's also very affordable as well so if you have going to be shopping for a new space heater I would highly recommend this one here which again is the Solaris Max from dreo all right with that about wraps up this video as usual if you have any
questions at all feel free to drop me a comment and let me know otherwise thanks for watching and I'll see you all next time
