Praise God you know the second most important part of every Sunday service is when the word of God is shared who knows the the most important part come again yeah when we praise God that's the the most important part that's when we have the opportunity to actually give something to God all right every part of the service is God giving something to Us so it's the most important part which is so important for the growth of any Christian and I thank God for all of you because in many churches when it's time for preaching is
when people think of sleeping or some think of going out especially instrumentalist not our instrumentalists our instrumentalists are full of the Holy SP spirit I can't even leave I can't even leave this puppet for them they're going to scatter the whole Place they are full of the word you should hear them you should hear them share the word of God you'll be so yeah I I remember when uh imia was sharing his testimony he said when he came to church first he was uh he came to the in instrumentalist stand and he when it was
time for the word of God he thought oh okay it's time to go out now then he saw all other instrumentalist are taking their books to write he said Ah then he also get got his book and began to write that's a very good thing anytime is it's time to hear the word of God it's the most important time one of the most important times in the service the scripture says acts 20:32 say I commend you to God and to the word of his grace which is able to build you up it is the word
of God that builds us up yeah he said it's able to build you up and give you an Inheritance among them that are Sanctified so God's word gives us also an inheritance and it also builds us up when you see weak Christians they are word deficient when you see weak Christians they word deficient now we've been on a topic for the past few weeks uh raised to fight yeah I'll say this many people are not good people they are just innocent naive or Fearful we mistake many people for good people because I would we would
look at what it means to be a good man being good is not a passive thing being good is active it's not passive because you know how we perceive people who are timid and fearful we see them as good people but God looks on the heart sometimes internally such people are not really good people and people see people who are Active doing something as bad they see them as um wrong or they are not good Christians and I've mentioned that whereas Christians seek to do good one of the core things you see about anybody who
seeks to do good is that he must know how to fight because evil men are Rel ENT lless in their pursuit of evil so if you're going to do good you Cannot depend on the fact that you have good intentions must know how to fight that's why the scripture says in Acts 10:38 he says how God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power who went about doing good and healing all them that were oppressed of the devil for God was with him so he has to be be Anointed with the
Holy Ghost and with power so that he can do good so you see being good or doing good is Active sure you've heard that evil prevails when righteous men do nothing evil prevails when righteous men do nothing but you see the posture of many Christians is this I'll give you an example a very good example why I say many people are not necessarily good they are just innocent now an innocent man man doeses not necessarily pass for a good man interesting and an example of an Innocent man Adam but when he was given the opportunity
to choose we all know what he chose yes sir so many people are not necessarily good they've just not been given the opportunity to do bad and some cannot also fund their sin [Music] some people cannot find their sin and that's the only reason why you see them not doing something they can't find it I told someone said never say you are Humble until you have money money will show your humility level and the amount of money also matters in showing your level of humility when you can fund that sin and you don't fund it
then we will know you're truly good you're truly a good man one of the things you find about a lot of Christians is the Passivity very passive with your convictions very passive all right very passive with their their beliefs because they either are innocent or naive or they are fearful for example a lot of countries um um have experienced some level of chaos because of the general temperament of the people the average G ghanian before we Started preaching the gospel before we made Headway with you know penetration of the Gospel the average Gan you can
you can actually employ him or her in your in your off office will not be Rowdy but will be stealing they are calmly poisonous go to the book of Acts let's see something about Barnabas you know the scripture says the heart of Man is desperately wicked so sometimes um you look at certain people and you think these are good people but their heart is wicked and sometimes it spills over to some Christians who are not even conscious of spiritual things you know well I'll bring your mind to a couple of things so so that we
can book of Acts acts 11 I'll read verse 23 and 24 it says who when he came had seen the grace of God was glad now I'm talking about a man called Barnabas in the Bible he says when Barnabas came the preaching of the Gospel was going on there and um they had started winning some soul so the Apostle sent Barnabas there to go and sort of consolidate the work so he says who when he came and had seen the grace of God was glad and exalted them all now a little thought to pick from
Here you know when you see the grace of God working people's lives don't be jealous be glad he says when Barnabas came and saw the grace of God he was glad do you see that are you hear you've gone home yeah he said when he came he saw the grace of God he was glad you know when people have their testimony when people have testimonies don't say mine is coming Soon you are not glad when you when you when you hear people's testimony be glad and the word exalted there is encouraged all right you see
the people sharing their testimony you say wow you were able to do that wow I know God is going to do greater things with you you see was glad and exalted don't say wow is that your testimony mine is on its way Hello can we not make it about you at That point when you see the grace of God and some people see the grace of God and um in their heart say this is nice but they never go to the person to say wow this is amazing God bless you for doing that that's not

have to tip in somebody else so that it can look legit all right so then the boss based on the information he has because he has the audience of this other guy is making decisions that is hurting the company you know what you all you are saying is we all know that guy is not a good guy me I've decided that I want talk hey now what about someone say if I talk It will bounce back on me so you start lobing your way there because you are a good man if your voice gets there
it will be good for the company or you don't think you're a good man so most people actually not as good as they think they are just innocent naive or fearful now someone say should a Christian Lobby is way there what did Jesus say I I I don't want to preach on that Today but most Christians are the reason for the evil in this world why because they are passive they are laidback no input in society no and and when I say no input in societ I mean no conscious input in society no conscious input
because for them they have a life and they have a Sunday life they don't represent thank you they don't represent the purposes of the Kingdom holistically all right all right For example and and I'll come to that this is a uh uh a section of this message is actually on uh some kind of activism is part of fighting but we we're tackling the spiritual part of it first protagonism you know good people always expect things to be fair but things are not fair so bad things happen to good people Now the serious thing to think
is to think that things will be fair it's it's almost a joke evil men are are are consciously you know dragging it with you I heard a story of how a man who owned a land went to court he was taken to court by the squats can you imagine he was taken to court by the squats he was in the witness box he was asked a few questions he says The land is not mine the land is his he says the land is not mine so they rule against him he goes out he said what
happened he goes out and and remembers what happened have they finished the court the squatters have used diabolic powers on him is the land his yes is he a good person yes has a bad thing happened to him yes Now he says no so you can't be a good man and not have power that's the point that's that's the point you you you can't be a good man and don't know how to wield power not only for yourself but for everyone around you because wicked men evil men are Relentless in their Pursuit the Bible says
a good man out of the good Treasure of Heart Bring It forth being good is active it's not passive it's not oh I'm not doing Anybody anything to anybody I'm not doing anything to anybody I'm just sitting down now one time I was even telling some people I said do you realize I said do you realize that some of the most intelligent people in school don't end up as the most successful in life and let me tell you one of the reasons let me tell you one of the reasons most intelligent people in school Always

manager because when it comes to the managerial role your intelligence will not suffice you know you need to know how to drag people and pull people in and work together with people so in real life in actual life the templates are quite different so while you a good man you must know also how to wield power how to wield influence how to be good so that That good heart you have will cause the righteousness of God to Prevail in the place being good is not passive being good is active we must be actively good men
think about if all police said they are good so they will not carry their weapons do you get it remember the story of a man who had a gun then robbers came to the house the robbers did not even climb the stairs Poor all of them just finished they didn't know he has a gun would you call him a bad man you see you called him a good man how what is a good man doing with a gun you see your understanding of being good has been programmed by Society in a way to make you

there's a a position of of weeping and tears that Wells up on your inside that drives change I'm not talk I'm I'm not talking about crying yourself to to to stoer I'm not talking about cry crying yourself to to to depression no I'm talking about you you you are so uh uh full of discontent for mediocrity full of Discontent for your current level it might not be something bad but you know that I'm not supposed to be here again sometimes you have un lived your current testimony oh go back there and as he did so

prayed unto the Lord and wept so this is the poster of a fighter this the poster of a fighter this is the poster of a Fighter is the post of a fighter next verse next verse and she vowed so two things she did she prayed and she vowed sometimes when all hope is lost let this be your last card you pray and you vow Lord if you do this for me I will do this she prayed she wept so and she Ved vow do you know what it means to vow you also put your integrity
on the Line she vowed and said oh lord of hosts if thou will indeed look on the Affliction of thy handmade and remember me and not forget thy handmade but will give unto thy handmade a man child then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life and there shall no razor come upon his head at this point Hannah is praying she said saying Lord I know I've been trying to have a baby now I'm going to connect this my prayer point to you and your agenda so over Here God was
looking for a prophet Hannah was looking for a son that Junction where God's desire and your desire meets is the place of miracle all this while she's been wanting a son because she just wanted to have one at this point something has come up to her she knows that if I don't tie my desire to God's desire I will not have it if I'm going to get God to respond I'm going to tie my desire to God's desire that Junction where my desire and God's Desire meet that's the place of the miracle next verse and

praying someone was wondering what's wrong with her I remember one time as a little boy boy I'm praying like this this like my second year of being a Christian I'm praying like this in my uncle's room my father comes there and sees me I'm on the ground I'm crying I'm praying tears are coming out of my eyes I'm praying my father is looking at me he's wondering what's happening to this boy does he need anything there something wrong with him but I was in bitterness of Soul something had happened to me and I needed to
come out of it and I knew that if I make my case before God with this continuity in Prayer and I tie what God wants with what I want I'm going to find something over over there because nobody could help me at that point I was owing a lot of money Lord how was I going to come out of it I was praying I was praying I was praying I was praying You're The God Who want his praise You're The God Who Never Fails us you're the god of everything I am that I am I

a testimony from last week's service what I shared last week I didn't pray for anyone I want you quickly read a testimony I just thought I should read it thank you sir for the opportunity to share my testimony on Saturday I woke up to a bad report from home my mom called me to inform me my grandfa of my grandfather's demise and that my dad had also been hospitalized for a severe sickness that morning meanwhile he had Not even informed he had not been informed of his dad's demise yet and I know how much my
dad loves his dad I Was preparing breakfast when she called but sir I had to put it aside and attend to the issue I told the devil this is my house and if he wanted to fight I was in for it I started with 3 hours of Prayer and before the day was over my dad was [Applause] Discharged thank you sir for the series race to fight sir I know there are many more victories yeah there are many there are many testimonies I could share with you how things drastically turn but the last verse I
read there was one more verse I wanted to read the last verse now Hannah she spake in her heart only her lips moved but her voice was not heard therefore Eli thought she had Been drunking next verse and Eli said unto her how long will thou be drunken put away thy wine from thee verse 15 she said and Hannah answered and said no my Lord I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink but I've poured out my soul before the Lord count not thy hand made for a
daughter of Bal for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken her to then Eli answered and said now This is where your man of God comes in after she has prayed prayed prayed the man of God said to her go in peace and the god of Israel Grant thee th petition that thatou was asked of [Music] him then this is how you know when the prayer has been answered the word first of all that's verse 17 the word then next verse you see and she said let thy handmade find Grace
in thy sight so the woman went her Way and did eat and her countenance was no more sad so the how you know two ways you know your prayer has been answered I tell you I said prayer is not guess work you will know whether You' have been answered or not number one is the word it can be a word given by a man of God it can be a word you receive in prayer it can be word you receive in your quiet time number one the word number two is your spirit how her countenance
was no more Sad once that sorrow is still in your heart you are not done stay in prayer remember as she continued you see the the the secret is in the continuation as she continued but the moment Eli gave her the word her countenance was no more sad so that means she brighten up it's one of the ways that I know when someone is healed it doesn't always start in the body it first of all starts in the person's countenance all of a sudden the Person and feel some life that is the process I started
then all of a sudden the person's face changes and her countenance was no more sad she went into prayer sorrowful when she was coming out her countenance was no more sad not long after she had Samuel and she named she had a boy named him Samuel Samuel means God has heard me God has heard you lift your hands and Thank him thank you thank [Music] you God has heard you just thank him he has heard [Music] you thank him thank you her countenance was no more sad her countenance was no more sad the countenance was
