estimated taxes and net after taxes I can always come right here and see my cash flow what's coming in the next 15 30 60 90 days that right there I would say probably 98% of real estate agents have no clue what their cash flow is this shows you income and your net that you're gonna put in after after your cost of sales and next thing that shows you is your income I guarantee you most real estate agents have no idea what's coming in next month the following month we can see that we've already developed income
for October and December of this year even though we're only in March right now you have a GPS right here on your home page showing you what you've closed where should you be at based off of the year-to-date this is through March you should be here we're surpassing that shows you what's closing this month what's closing this year and what is our gap remaining this year to hit our financial goal and then all key areas of our goals where are we and where should we be at are we ahead of pace this right here is
