Once again, she is in an Orphanage where she has to steal food from random mansions to eat. Well, not much of a happy life if you ask me. While she's about to take some more food, she feels a strange presence nearby. She casts an invisibility spell before sneaking around to see some guy trying to open the owner of the mansion's safe. Suddenly,

a blade is pointed at her. A man behind him can sense that she's Using the invisibility spell. When the man demands that she show herself, she kicks him right where the sun doesn't shine. Ouch, that got to hurt. There is no way that she'll let herself get caught, so she quickly makes her escape. The next morning in the orphanage, Diamond is awakened by the matron who tells her that there is someone there who wants her. The orphanage is no ordinary one, nor is it a safe one. In Truth, this is a corrupt place that sells

children to wealthy families. She has planned to run away when she is older, but she hasn't expected to sell this soon. As soon as she's introduced to the one buying her, she realizes that the man is using an illusion spell hiding his identity. This was the man who pointed a sword at her last night. The man then tells her she needn't be afraid for he will take care of her. Naturally, Diamond is Skeptical of this, but she tells herself she'll go along just until she gets a chance to bolt. The man suddenly picks her up

and smiles brightly at her, asking if he can call her by her nickname, Dia. Diamond becomes even more wary of his kindness and she vows to not be fooled by that smile. Eventually, they leave the orphanage and travel through the forest. Diamond remains suspicious about the whole Thing. Suddenly, a man appears from the sky greeting the man she's with familiarly. The man is obviously quite adept with magic as well. The man greets her pleasantly and upon realizing that her cheeks are so soft, the man goes on squishing them until an annoyed Diamond bites him. She

then learns that the two are actually father and son. She asks them what their names are, but she forgets that she still has a missing tooth. The Two laugh at her obvious lisps and can't resist her cuteness. Can we blame them? She's so adorable. Diamond recalls her horrid past life. She suffered in a horrible orphanage. The warrior's powers only awakened during a sudden monster attack, but it was too late. Her friends already perished before she could save them. After that, she was placed under the care of Cardinal Maggiore and went through harsh training to fulfill

her Duties as a warrior. After winning against the demon king, she was murdered by the same cardinal who raised her. We are yet to meet this guy, but I already hate his guts. In this second life, she refuses to let anyone use her ever again. When the man eventually stopped laughing upon seeing her anger, they introduce themselves. The jet black-haired guy is called Giuliano and his brown-haired father is called Hilarius. They are from The Leocardia ducal family, known by all as the empire's defense as well as its greatest offense. She once again demands to know

why they came to get her. Hilarius reasons that it's because she is a talented child. The two men continue praising her much to her bewilderment. They even declare her a genius when they find out she is self-taught when it comes to magic. Heladius formally asks her to come with them, making it clear that she will not Be harmed and that they only intend to keep her safe until she's an adult. Diamond is assessing them quietly, and she concludes that the two don't seem to be lying. Heladius even promises to save the other children in the

orphanage and ensure their safety and education. Finally, she gives in, and with a bright smile on her face, she agrees to go with them. Giuliano excitedly tells her that she'll get to eat all kinds of yummy food at their home. He then introduces a Piece to her, much to Diamond's fascination. She then learns that Giuliano is actually just about to turn 13. The members of the Leocardia family physically mature faster than others, so even though they are still in their teens, they look at least 20. Yes, we all thought he was older. Our bad. Heladius

then tells him that it is dinner time. As she follows them, she Knows that she's physically too young to make it on her own. For now, she plans to make the most of the knowledge she'll learn from being with them. Diamond is now looking even more adorable dressed in a cute pink dress after finishing a meal. The men have had a hard time getting her to clean up since she refuses any kind of help. For now, only Giuliano is with her, so she inquires about the duke's whereabouts. He tells her that he is dealing with

Something dangerous. He also informs her that his father is actually not a duke, but a count. It is his mother who is the duchess. Suddenly, Giuliano comments that his father's location is getting farther according to the tracking bracelet. Diamond suggests finding him, but Giuliano reminds him that the count told them to stay put. Not one to sit idly, Diamond drags him along. Using his power of flight, Giuliano carries Diamond to look for his Father. When she senses danger, Diamond makes him land and runs to approach the danger alone. Casting her invisibility spell, she wanders until

she sees the count being held captive by some men. Determined to rescue him, she uses her small yet powerful form to fight off the bandits who are bewildered that they cannot see their opponent. Look at our girl go. Watch out there, guys. She's adorable, but she's a Menace. Meanwhile, the count is not at all impressed because it turns out that he was only pretending to be hurt. Nonetheless, he still treats Diamond kindly, glad that she's not injured at all. Aw, he really is a perfect father figure for our Diamond. When Juliano manages to catch up

to them, he tells them that they are reckless and should have waited for him. He is there to obtain something from those men, a poison from the Urali family. After that whole ordeal, Diamond's little body can no longer handle any more excitement, so she eventually falls asleep in Juliano's arms like the adorable little baby she is. Look at the potential sibling moment. Later on, they settle into the Gappo territory, the closest land before they get into the Leocardia estate. Diamond Washes before bed, and after marveling at the cute face goddess thankfully given her, Hilarious offers

to dry and brush her hair for her. This is the first time anyone has done such a thing for her. As she thanks the count, she realizes that this is not such a bad feeling after all. Juliano insists on giving her a life-size bear, and Diamond, being a grown woman on the inside, is far from amused. He convinces her that the bear Actually has a magical compartment to store things. When he mentions that the count really wants her to have it, Diamond reluctantly agrees, much to Juliano's immense joy. Before bed, Juliano tells her stories about

the Leocardia family and how their lands are blessed by God. As she listens to him, she recalls how the cardinal in her past life made sure to keep her ignorant so he could control her better. Ugh, how despicable. When Juliano broaches the topic of the prophesized hero, she can't help but react when he mentions that the defeat of the demon king happened 17 years ago. She has reincarnated 10 years after she died. A lot of things have changed. Unsurprisingly, Juliano admits to not knowing much at all about the warrior's past. After all, people did not

know much about her, especially since Majorie instructed her not to talk to anyone, even the soldiers she fought with. The following day, Diamond is pretty tired. She did not manage to get a whisper of sleep due to the horrid memories she couldn't shake off. Giuliano ensures that she is comfortable during their travel, but she insists that he tells her more stories. Determined to entertain her, the boy tells her about the time he tried to run away to become a warrior. His father caught him at the front door, and his mother cried because of his actions.

She Begged him never to become a warrior, telling him how warriors never have a happy life. His mother always looks sad when the warriors are mentioned. This makes Diamond think that maybe the duchess knows something about her past life. OMG, his mother probably knows her. Is this fate? Curious, Diamond asks for the duchess's full name. After all, she needs fierce allies. She made a vow in this life to Live for herself. To do that, she must first get revenge on the man who wronged her. We totally support you, girl. That man better prepare himself. The

duchess and head of house Leocardia is called Abdorisa Leocardia, a name she has never heard before. The duchess is known for her skills at wielding a two-hand sword. Seeing her all serious, Giuliano lifts her and asks her if she's being suspicious again. Diamond answers that she is worried that his mother will not like her. He laughs good-heartedly and assures her that his mother is a good person and that Diamond is too cute for anyone not to like her. That's totally true, Giuliano. It is entirely impossible not to love her. Suddenly, the carriage shakes due to

a crash. Palladius is quick to check if they are all right and informs them that the third post has been attacked by monsters. Palladius assures Diamond that he will protect them and gives her a shield artifact to keep her safe. She is in disbelief as to why he would give such a rare and top-grade magical item to someone like her. She questions him if he is doing so much for her just so they can use her powers in the future. However, the count is taken aback by her suspicions. He is about to address them, but

Giuliano informs him that more monsters have Appeared. Heladius tells him that he'll go ahead of them. Before he leaves, he tells her that they'll speak about this issue later on. When she insists on going with him, he explains that the reason he gave her the ring is so she can learn to value herself more. He merely wishes that she lives safely like other children do. Later on, while Diamond and Giuliano are traveling again, the carriage is stopped once again. Suddenly, Giuliano shouts at Her to get down. A harpy is attacking the carriage. It is trying

to get little Diamond, but before it can get its claws on her, Giuliano grabs her and gets her out of the carriage. The two fall to the ground, and Giuliano quickly puts up an invisibility spell so they're safe for the moment. Diamond speculates that the harpy followed her scent since they love to eat young children. They try to get away, but they realize that the lone Harpy has actually called out to his companions. Soon enough, more harpies descend on their location. Giuliano draws his sword, so Diamond asks for one herself. They argue about it like

children even though a monster is literally in front of them. Guys, there are better times and places to squabble. Of course, the harpy hears their bickering, and it is quick to attack them. Fortunately, a mighty swing of a woman's Sword vanquishes the insidious creature. The woman with glowing yellow eyes and jet-black hair is Duchess Abdorisa Leocardia, Giuliano's mother. She is so awesome. I want to be as cool as her. Seeing her now, Diamond is startled that she's remarkably similar to a girl she once knew, Risa. Giuliano happily introduces her to his mother. Diamond knows that

she can't possibly tell her about her previous life. Even if she believes her, nothing Good ever comes from being involved with the warrior Devota. What worries her, however, is the fact that the Duchess doesn't seem so happy to see her. She wonders if she has offended her somehow. Meanwhile, Giuliano is only now realizing something. The Duchess then tells him to go ahead, for she still has to take care of the remaining harpies. She turns away and apologizes, telling Her son that they will discuss Diamond later. Seeing Diamond upset, Juliano explains that there is a reason

behind his mother's treatment of her. Diamond also meets Tandy, the deputy chief of the Leocardia's third post, who is instantly besotted by her cuteness. When the carriage arrives for the children, the Duchess watches them leave, marveling at how familiar the girl seems to be. Oh, this is getting exciting. Does she remember her? In the third post, Juliano explains to her that his mother is probably awkward around her because of something that happened in the past. He tells her how he has a younger sister who went to heaven at a young age. It was 7 years

ago. If she was alive, she would be a couple years older than Diamond. When the Duchess sees girls that age, she feels sad. What he doesn't know is that Diamond is actually 7 years old, too. She's just small for her age. How heartbreaking. The pain that the Duchess is going through is unimaginable. When the count arrives, Diamond witnesses firsthand just how loving the relationship is between the count and the Duchess. Juliano has warned her beforehand that his parents are quite lovey-dovey with each other, so she better get used to It. Goals. These two are so

Heladius informs them that Marciana is eager to meet their adorable guest. In the carriage, Diamond inquires who Marciana is. Juliano tells her that she is his twin sister, the official heir of their house. When she asks if only

females inherit the title, he explains that it is passed down to the strongest among them. He admits that even though it annoys him, his sister's power is pretty much surpassed his. He describes that the stronger the power, the more clearly the hair and eye color of their bloodline appear, which is why his Sister looks more similar to their mother. When they arrive at the mansion, they are instantly called upon by Marciana. They get to ride the elevator, which fascinates Diamond to no end. When they meet her, Marciana gives her a warm welcome into their home.

Diamond's first impression of her is how cool she is. Eventually, the siblings begin bickering about who gets to spend time with Diamond. She can't get over how strange The nobles are, but as the eldest, she knows she has to break up the fight. She calls them up for fighting like kids before deciding that each of them will get a turn holding her. A very diplomatic approach, but one that comes with a prize, because in the end, she has to deal with them constantly outdoing each other just to entertain her. They just can't resist her cuteness,

so you just have to be patient with them, Diamond. She is totally exhausted by the time Rabina, the maid tending to her, bathes her. She tells the maid that she is a commoner and that she doesn't have to tend to her. However, the maid will not have it, stating that the little miss is a guest and that all children deserve to be treated with respect. Diamond realizes more and more that the people in this house are strange to her. Majiyuri hated that she was a commoner. The people she's around now make her feel important and

it feels good. I am so glad that Diamond is healing one step at a time. As she is falling asleep, the Duchess comes to see her. Abdorisa apologizes for waking her up. When she notices that the Duchess's eyes are red, she sleepily tells her not to cry, wiping some of the tears off her face. However, she is quickly taken over by sleepiness, leaving the Duchess smiling fondly over Her. The following morning, Diamond has an adorable breakfast with the entire family. They are all so fond of her, ensuring that she eats to her heart's content. Even

the Duchess laughs at her cute expressions. After that, Abdorisa requests that the two of them speak about something. The twins escort her to their mother's office, telling her that it may be about something important. After asking her to Play with them after, the two take their leave. She meets Galliotole, the main butler of the house. The first question she asks is if she did something wrong. The Duchess instantly dissuades her from the notion, for she merely wants her opinion. She doesn't want Diamond to feel like a replacement for the child she lost. At least she's honest and treats her like an adult. Diamond tells her that it is okay and that the Duchess doesn't have to feel sorry because she intends to decline the Offer.

She declares that she likes herself as she is now. Even though she is happy living here, her goal has always been revenge. She doesn't want to get attached to this family and put them in danger. After the Duchess gives her a warm hug, she tells Diamond that she can still continue to live in the palace. She'll be taken care of and will get an education. She's incredibly grateful for this, but she asks if she can get a job. Both the Duchess and the butler cannot believe that they just heard a little kid ask for a

job. Diamond explains that she has to earn money to live. The Duchess makes her understand that young kids don't need to earn money. Diamond continues to argue, worrying about the food she will eat and the clothes she will wear. The Duchess is quick to rebut her ideas, even forbidding her of using her powers until she graduates from school, something that Diamond is completely Against. The Duchess wants her to have a strong body before practicing magic, and if she disobeys her orders, she is willing to punish her by forbidding her from having her precious chocolate fondue

as dessert. True to her child nature, Diamond is devastated to hear this, agreeing to the Duchess's condition in the end. After Diamond updates the twins about what she has talked about with their mother, the arch priest of Leocardia, Along with Gallio, comes to see them while they're playing cards. Father Luche has been ordered to give Diamond a checkup. The energetic priest is a quick addition to Diamond's list of strange people. Nonetheless, the checkup starts, and despite Juliana's misconception, Diamond's age has been revealed. Diamond confirms that she is turning seven that year. Marciana is worried that

there is something wrong with her health, but the Priest assures her that Diamond is just naturally small. He tells them that her thinness can be remedied by eating more. Meanwhile, Gallio suddenly turns serious. He thinks how similar Diamond is to Marciana when she is younger. She is even 7 years old. Can it be? By Gallio's account, the sudden news of the count's passing rattled the Leocardia ducal family to its core. More particularly, the lady of the house, Obdorisa, who began to feel a throbbing sensation in her belly. The search for the truth about such devastating

news escaped the minds of the people with Obdorisa, as they immediately called for the house doctor in order to tend to the already collapsed lady. News of the lady's ill health had spread substantially across their territory, and yet, a bit of hope shined through as not only was he alive, Count Hilarius Also rushed home when he heard of his wife's condition. Unfortunately, tragedy wasn't evaded, as by the time he returned, there had already been an attack on his estate, and their newborn child had been kidnapped. Finally, all hope vanished when they caught the suspect, but

all he could say was the young baby had already been killed. Poor family. Really, what a devilish Move to pull off involving a baby. The family concludes that it had been an attack to weaken them, and they might have succeeded when Hilarius starts blaming himself. But with fierce eyes, Obdorisa proclaims that they must stand strong so that they can take their revenge. A mother's love truly knows no bounds. Anyway, back to the present, Gallio the butler makes sure to ask about the young girl's birthday, and although the fact That Dia was born in late autumn

seems to be interesting enough for the old man to keep it in mind. He reminds himself not to jump to conclusions. After all, the reason why he suddenly visited those memories is because of the resemblance of Dia and Marciana. Besides, they have to inform Dia of her duties as an esteemed guest of the Leocardia family. Dia is to enter the milky class of kindergarten for the youngest kids to Start education. And after her classes, she also gets Gallio as her private tutor. Funny enough, she gets teased by Giuliano so much because she tries to not

agree to Dia asking if she looks all right in her dress. Seeing the two young masters together like that gives me a sense of pride to Rabine and the other maids. Anyway, Giuliano again states that he's there to escort his little sister since it's Dia's first dinner party out of affection for her. And the boy couldn't help but asking whether or not Dia likes him as a big brother as well. To her surprise, Dia immediately answers yes, making Giuliano request that she should call him brother. Even though she truly wishes to accept being adopted because

she never had someone, much less a family, to love her This much, deep in her heart she knows they would only get hurt in her search for revenge. But seeing Giuliano's dejected face, Dia surprises him by calling him brother, making him pick her up and hug her tightly out of delight. >> [music] >> And so, the time has come for them to make an entrance to the party. Both Giuliano and Dia's arrival creates much chattering and bustling among the crowd. Equally because of the former's Good looks and the latter's public appearance as the guest of

their house. But if the two have created murmurs by their entrance, the same effect has been doubled by the arrival of Count Heladius and Duchess Obelissa. If elegance were human beings, they would be those two. In actuality, as the party It on, every member of the Leocardia family seems to stand out in the crowd, leaving Daya to become aware of how short she is, quite literally. Worse, she also starts to feel the heavy gaze and murmurs of the crowd, seemingly with malicious intent. It makes her so nervous up to the point that Daya notices her

Still, that little time is enough to leave an impression on the young Daya. It's Daya's first day of school as a kindergarten pupil. How cute. The little girl can do nothing but blush at the awkwardness of having to face her classmates as the teacher introduces her.

She can even feel her pride as a warrior take a big hit. At least her introduction starts off Great. Even a classmate, Jamie, stands up and loudly shouts his name as Daya finishes saying hers. This leads Daya to think that perhaps children aren't so bad after all and they're actually very friendly. But immediately after Jamie's friendly statement, he follows it up by saying that Daya's short. Other than that, the moment that the teacher speaks again, pandemonium breaks out among the kids because they want lunch, leaving Daya to re-evaluate her stand with the Kids. Apparently now,

they're scary instead of friendly. A little while later, she meets Elora, who seems friendly enough to approach her while she's reading. But Elora only did so to warn her about watching out for her in class because she thinks that Daya's there because of her sudden boost in social standing. Thankfully, Elora is only referring to competitiveness in classes, not in Society like Daya had thought. During class, they learn all about monsters when another obnoxious kid manages to get acquainted with Daya, which is the aforementioned Jamie. Somehow, the cute and clueless Daya ends up being invited to

Jamie's house along with Elora. She makes quite a cute fit about kids being immature when Count Heladius picks her up from school. She has seemingly forgotten she is one, too. But, the Count only smiles and muses at how their very mature Dia can only put up with that for now. He did ask her to tell Obelus about the whole invitation thing, though, which Dia does. Upon entering her mother's room, she sees Father Luche there, too, who, coincidentally, is actually Jamie's father, too. More than that, the Tole family gets more complicated when apparently Luche is married

to the head of the magic Swordsmen. Realizing that it is his house that she's going to visit, she suddenly remembers that Rael is also his son, giving her the possibility that she might see the boy again. Despite her very beautiful red dress, Dia is as nervous as one can be when she rides the carriage heading to the Tole house. She even brings a gift, something she hopes perhaps Rael would like. Upon arrival, Elora and Jamie rush out To greet her, and immediately the boy leads them throughout the house because he has something to show them.

He gets scolded almost immediately when he tries to run in the hallway, though, but he still continues to walk firmly ahead, something both Elora and Dia giggle at. It seems that even the servants at the house of the leader of the magic swordsmen are very strong. Anyway, the three kids finally reach the room that Jamie is so excited about, his Mother's trophy room. There, exquisite trophies and spoils of war from her adventures filled the room, from stuffed monsters, large tooth displays, and even magic sculpted objects made by Elora's father, who Dia finds out is one

of the finest magical sculptors out there. However, what catches the old warrior's attention is the claw of a giant wyvern, an almost impossible hunt because it is a level nine monster. Through Jamie, she learns it was slain with the help of the Duchess Obelus, who apparently goes on high-level hunts with his mother around September because she gets noticeably sad around that. And now, even Dia herself starts to connect the dots. She was given to the orphanage around the same time as the duchess lost her child. She even looks like Marciana when she was young. It

quickly occurs to her that perhaps, just maybe, she is the third missing child. However, Dia quickly scratches that thought away from her head. Little does she know though that elsewhere the duchess also reaches the same trail of thought about her, too. She discusses it with Gallio, who also thought it was the case, too, but reminds his master that Dia's magic, though proving her ancestry to be that of the nobles, is very different from the Leocardia family. Nevertheless, the two put a pin on the Topic and Gallio pulls up a report on the orphanage Dia was

in. The butler mentions that one of the main customers is the Marquis of Race and almost immediately It seems she's already quite acquainted with the name. The name of the Marquis of Race rings steadily in Obel de Reese's mind. She knows him as a very ambitious and ill-mannered man that her family has been keeping keeping track of. What's More, the Marquis is heavily affiliated with the Urali family, being their right-hand man. In the entire empire, there are only two duchies, the Leocardia and the Urali. Both families couldn't be more polar opposites. If the Leocardia serves

as the shield of the empire and is the source of high-class mages and warriors, the Urali family has no qualms about their usage of dark magic and questionable methods of experiments on Live monsters to attain their goals. So, kind of like a yin and yang. Anyway, the duchess Obel de Reese deeply wishes they had more incriminating evidence on the Marquis, their rival family, and their ties with Dia's old orphanage. Speaking of Dia, she now finds herself with her friends in a living room with Rael, who has taken the time to join them, sitting his brother

on his lap as Jamie admires Dia's gift. Dia cannot stop thinking about how good He looks though and is a bit giddy that she can see him again. But, it seems Rael is well known even by Alora, who states that Relle works for the audit office of the Duchess's house. Relle, with his casual, laid-back, and formal demeanor, merely states that he has taken the time to see his brother's friends because they are also his guests if that were the case. And besides, he wishes to see Dia again as well. Naturally, this makes Dia giddy to

no End. Unfortunately, she has private classes with Gallio to attend to, so she excuses herself to her friends in order to go home. Gallio states that he would have pushed their lesson back further if the young lady was enjoying her time with her friends. But, Dia assures the butler that she has to be on time because he has already made the time for her. Anyhow, they start their history lesson, and eventually, they reach the part About the godsend warrior saving the world, something that Dia asks for more details about. However, inexplicably, the next thing that

happens is that a maid rushes to Duchess Obelissa about the news that Dia has fallen ill. Obelissa rushes to see Dia, who has just collapsed. Fortunately, both Gallio and Luche are already there, and Dia is already comfortable in bed, albeit with visible redness in her face. The priest assures the Duchess that Dia is in no Form of danger whatsoever. Naturally, it falls on the butler to explain why the girl has suddenly gotten sick, and Gallio makes a strong point that Dia wasn't sick at the start of the lesson. In fact, she seems to be in

perfect health and recounting the very same lesson that Gallio had taught Juliano, recalls that she only got sick when she asked about the warrior Devota. From Dia's perspective, however, it seems that she inexplicably got hurt Whenever Gallio made quite a number of educated guesses about the state of her life before. A

dark figure emerges from the bushes and Dia comes out covered in blood, startling her classmates. She assures Alora that it was not her blood, but a cyclops. She notices Blue's absence after explaining the blood. He was so scared, he ran off. What a scaredy-cat. Where did that confidence in acting like a strong bully go? Fearing the brat's safety, Dia springs into action. She heads in the direction where he ran off, towards Mount Chaos. Luckily, she sees him right away, not far from where they were. Dia proceeds to chastise the boy who is now whimpering. It

seems she has reacted harshly to a child due to her worry. The presence she detected earlier has started moving around erratically due to A raging minotaur. No one in their territory would do such a thing. They know well enough to avoid the dangers of Mount Chaos. She confirms her suspicions, the presence of an outsider. She will not allow any harm to their territory and she will do what she can to protect it, even if it means dealing with this unknown outsider. An outsider has arrived at Mount Chaos and provoked a minotaur by killing its offspring,

leading Dia to suspect a Connection to House Oralie and a deliberate attempt to harm their territory. Despite uncertainty about their culprit's intentions, Dia remains vigilant as panic ensues. When Tania approaches to check on her, Dia swiftly delegates tasks, instructing Tania to evacuate people from the danger zone. His fear intensifies as Daya's injuries miraculously vanish, leaving him unnerved. Frustrated by the man's lack of cooperation, Daya considers resorting to any means necessary to uncover House Urali's Intentions. The man, overwhelmed, deems Daya a

monster, prompting a surprise intervention. Daya feels disrespected, but someone grabs her hair and pushes her to the ground. Just as when he's about to say something, the waiter arrives, serving their chosen food. The waiter is captivated by her beauty and starts introducing her to other menus. Rael feels [music] a sudden anguish at the sight of her smile she shares with Someone else, hoping that he could be the only person to receive that shining gaze. He then slams his hand on the table, startling Dia as

to that, the rest of her family thinks so, too. This was part of the plan years ago, a promise. So, why now? Feeling distraught, Dia excuses herself from her family. At the residence of Alora's family, she stays over and talks out her frustration, confessing her true feelings about not wanting to live under constant protection, but also not wanting to feel despair. Ellora advises her that her family will love her regardless. >> [music] >> If Daya continues to be silent with her turmoil, it might make things worse. Ellora truly is such a good friend. The whole

suggestion reassures Daya as she sought to discuss with her family. Well, up until Ellora jokes that she'll never date with her family's overbearing reputation. Daya does not think too much about it as it seems impossible for them, especially for Marcia, to threaten any potential Love interest. Wait a minute. Rael has been relentlessly avoiding her. Marciana knows how much she likes Rael, and her being infamous for being wary with people around Daya raises more suspicions. Daya can't tolerate this anymore. But will truly talking to Marciana fix the situation? As soon as Daya confronts Marcia about Rael

letting this go, she decides to catch his attention in the best way she knows. She jumps down the two-story balcony. Luckily, Rael catches her. Woo! And then, Dia suddenly asks him to become her boyfriend? You [snorts] go, girl. Get your man. Meanwhile, inside Reese's office, Jules comes in to discuss something about Dia. The matter of stopping their protective tendencies toward her. He reveals that he was afraid with the way they act towards her, she would soon grow resentful towards them. Reese expresses the same thing, but it was quite difficult, especially when they lost her once.

Feeling remorseful of her forceful Actions towards Dia, Jules comforts Reese that it is never easy. But, what matters more is Dia because she is precious to all of them. Heading outside, the mother-son duo are making idle talk about Jules's eating habits since he skipped breakfast. Turns out, he's been spending more time on his research artifacts with Emeraude. At the same time, they see Dia witnessing her confess. Oh my. Everyone was flabbergasted. And when I Mean everyone, I mean everyone present. At a fast speed, Jules grabs Dia and quickly excuses themselves from the crowd of stunned

people. And [music] Rael? Rael's heart skipped a beat with his face all flushed. Before he could even do anything, he was faced by a displeased Reese and the prayers of the staff for his safety. Dia, on the other hand, has no idea what was happening until she realizes that she had blurted out her love in public. Clouded with dark energy, Risa asks Rail what's his response to

Daya's confession, to which he says he would turn her down. Risa is downright in disbelief because she has seen it. She has witnessed it. She observes how the young heir feels more alive whenever he's with Daya. Disclosing his reasons, he didn't have the heart to put more burden on Daya and he fears that he may Be vile like his father since he bore his blood. However, instead of accepting his reasoning, Risa pinches her nose with pure frustration. She believes he's just making up excuses. If he truly cares about Daya, Risa advises him to consider her

of pure appreciation. >> [music] >> Even though Risa is having second thoughts, she did not want to cause a scene for she's a woman of dignity and a mother who does not want her youngest daughter to resent her if she were to beat up the young lad. Amused, Jules had no say as long as Dia was happy. The two do like each other and what else can they do? Changing the topic, there are more pressing matters to deal with. Jules mentions the argument between Dia and Marcia. But before Risa can speak up, Haley abruptly comes

in at shock about the circulating rumors of Dia confessing to Rael. Again, before Risa can speak up, she gets interrupted by Marcia unceremoniously entering in the same manner as Haley. Like father, like daughter, all right. Even poor Risa is having a headache from All this commotion. Later that evening, Dia paces back and forth outside Marcia's room. Anxiety got the best of her and led her there. No matter how upset she feels, she has to apologize due to the harsh words she uttered the other day. However, she lacks the courage to confront her older sister, especially

this late. Hesitancies arise through her mind up until Marcia opens the door, already expecting her presence. The room was in total awkward silence with none of the two sisters speaking up save for Marcia drinking a glass of tequila. Breaking the ice, Dia asks if it tastes any good, even asking if she could try the liquor. It's obviously met with a big fat no. Before it could lead to another argument, Marcia lets out an exhausted sigh, begrudgingly letting her take a sip. Gulping it down like a curious Champ, Dia sprays out the alcohol on Marcia's face.

Apologizing while hastily wiping Marcia's face, Marcia rejects the actions as she finally looks Dia in the eye and demands what she wants from her. Is another argument incoming for them? Or will it finally mend their sisterly love? Tension is present in the room. Having the courage to apologize, it ends up being interrupted with Marcia pinching Her cheeks, [music] telling her she was hurt with her words. But it wasn't out of spite, but rather out of fondness. With the sisters getting along well again, Marcia informs Dia that their mother has given her blessing to Rael and

pretends that she's not bothered by this since Dia seems to be overly pleased with the situation. To change the topic, Dia asks if she has any interest in romance, but it was met with an expected dismissal. Marcia fills her in on her role as heir of the family that she will most likely be in a political marriage and reassures her that the setup isn't a bad thing. Cutting the conversation, the two share a bed together and only sleep with dreams. In a few days, Dia receives a letter from Rael. Not just any letter, but a

letter that intends to ask her out on a date. Ugh, the joy. Dia was practically all over the moon enough that she had Forgotten that she was supposed to be listening to Galio's class. Galio doesn't mind the matter as he soon briefs her about Rael's life. Rael was just 7 years old when he found out his origins and how his walls were high up since everything he knew about himself is not actually accurate. Fortunately, Dia happened and Galio wishes her to take good care of Rael. Us too, Galio. Inside of Dia's inner deep thoughts, she

Expresses that she does not want anything or anyone to tell her what is uncertain because as of the moment, her only desire is to cherish her time with Rael with all the happiness in the world. I'm sobbing. Those two deserve all the love and happiness in the world together. Don't let anything ruin this, author. This is it, guys. It's the day we all waited. On the day of the date, Dia Informs her maids that she'll be having a dinner date at the Tolly Manor. This causes Rabin and the rest of the maids in a state

of panic to prepare for the first ever date. >> [music] >> From scented oil baths, the most beautiful of dresses, and elegant accessories, everything to commemorate their lady's first date as lovely as possible. In no time, Dia arrives at the manor Looking quite gorgeous, as per usual. While she waits for the man of the night with agitated nerves. Her thoughts are shortly interrupted when Rael charmingly arrives, equally as dressed up as her, and compliments her. The date begins with them enjoying a meal that Rael himself cooked, a meal that was full of Dia's favorites. Gosh,

the man that you are, Rael. Dia worries that she didn't prepare anything for him, but the male reassures Her that he didn't do it to gain something in return. Despite not wanting anything, Dia insists. So, Rael requests her to call him by his name instead of adding in his title. With her face all flushed, she accepts his request. Their first dinner together is of stolen glances and blushes that linger a little too long. Each moment wrapped in the giddy, warm feeling of a first date that just feels right for the two. After dinner, the couple

strolls for a walk, sightseeing the manor's enchanting garden. They discuss Dia's mission that is soon approaching, and she receives a gift, a magic string [music] that fashioned from the garment the goddess wore upon her descent to Earth. And it is said that it protects the bearer. Reluctant, Dia protests that he needs it more than her since she has the blessing of the warrior. Instead of arguing back, Rael decides to lend it to her as he Cannot imagine a lifetime without her if she were to be in danger. He only desires for her safety and for

her to come back to him. He wraps the string to her wrist as if it's a promise between lovers. It's the red string of fate. I swear, I'm going to get diabetes from all this sweetness. Days pass and Dia tries to reassure Risa that she is strong and capable in this mission. With her mother telling her That she only worries because this will be a long journey for Dia. What mother wouldn't worry about her beloved child? Dia sets off for the undercover mission feeling more at ease since Risa believes in her now more so than

ever. In Kaini, the merchant city where they'll be staying over for the day before departing to Spargna. Dia and Haley meet up with Haley's father figure and the leader of Black. As much as they Want to rejoice in the interaction, they discuss important matters. They suspect the Empress Dowager is plotting something due to her strange orders of requiring a large amount of new outdoor clothes for Emperor Cassel. Not only that, but she plans to search for a wife for him. From research and evidence, the House Leocardia knows that the Empress loathes her late husband, but

adores their son along with the fact that Majorie was Always at her side. >> [music] >> It may be possible that Cassel is not the rightful heir to the throne. There's only one way to prove that one carries the Imperial bloodline and it is through a magical lake, but it proves to be difficult to decipher as Majorie is of the Imperial house. However, Risa has a hidden card, Rell, the last and closest kin to dethrone Cassel. House Leocardia's one goal is to bring Out evidence of the misdoings of the Empress and Majorie while publicizing Rell's

traditional bloodline, which would serve to be impossible if Cassel's narcolepsy is cured. Dia deduces that perhaps the Empress's actions are related to the case of buying children from Spargna to use as materials. The artifact materials they found from the Minotaur attack were also unusual for healing, which could mean that there is an already existing artifact that can Heal any illness that medicine can't fix. This also means, in order to save Cassel, the Empress is using innocent children as material to produce that artifact. Aside from that, there is a rumor circulating around Majiore. His spiritual power

is fading and the duke relies on Majiore's healing because of his poor condition. With all the information needed, Dia Focuses on completing this mission with her safety in mind >> [music] >> and finding the evidence that could tarnish Majiore for good. Whoa, this has just gotten deep. Late at night, Dia spots the carriage moving at a rapid speed, leaping off from roofs to chase after it. Staying hidden from behind the trees, she watches the orphanage where she used to reside. More run-down than before. The plan is to sneak inside the carriage where the children will

be and break in the lab before the director hands over the drugged children. Nevertheless, the situation isn't in their favor. With Haley deployed to where the first carriage will land, Dia makes her move inside. Slipping inside the carriage with no problems, she sends a signal before they arrive at the lab. The carriage halts at the border between Reese and Spagna, Where the possible lab is located. The only likely proof was the remains of children at the bottom of the lake. Hiding again from the tight security, Dia finds the lake odd, dirty from afar, but clear

once the view is close. They weren't trying to hide bodies at all. The lake is basically like an alchemy tube for them. With security tight, there appears the fifth cardinal, Sharavain, and Marquis Reese. And what makes matters worse is that the director And assistant director of the orphanage were murdered and then burned the orphanage. Utilizing her transfiguration spell as the guards arrange the children row by row, she waits for Haley. However, she faces another obstacle. Duke Aurelie is there and [music] eating the young minotaur's hearts? Shara snatches the heart away from the duke as it

was a crucial ingredient to production. However, the duke was not Having it as he needed it to to alive. He went livid until he was knocked down unconsciously. With the Duke out, they threw the heart at the lake including the children. Yes, even Dia. Deep under the water, the artifacts that Jewels and Amarita made allows the children to breathe under water while she removes the heart. Meanwhile, up on land, the Duke awakens seething, screaming that whatever they were doing is not working. His mind spirals as the Marquess tries to console him. With a huge surge

of dark power towards the bottom of the lake, Dia struggles to protect herself and the children as she blocks it with her powers. Sensing an intruder in the lake, Haley shoots a magic arrow towards the Duke. A battle ensues when Dia appears before them causing the Duke to have his arm cut through. The Duke gets shackled up by chains and attempts to taunt Dia causing her to Taunt him back. But she questions why he hasn't set off her detection spell. Her thoughts soon get cut off when he claims the Holy Father won't let her get

away with this. The Duke senses resentment from her that trying again to taunt her, he gets kicked by Haley and then again by Dia. Saving the children and arresting the vicious men, Dia decides to stay back to restore the lake water with Haley agreeing to leave a guard with her. With the aid of Gene who draws a barrier around the area, she jumps down the lake to see the remains of monster parts that were used to make artifacts. Purifying it, they both find out that the lake is holy water. She had no clue she can

make holy water. Thus, she intends to take it with them using her powers which causes her to lose consciousness. Dia finds herself in a warm, empty space and soon awakens to see Relle in a tent on a temporary base. Relle briefs her in the situation and how she got there with her saying she was perfectly fine. He expresses his worries about her and it almost leads him to kiss if it were not for Haley's interference. Relle quickly escapes leaving the father to inform Dia that he only allows hand-holding. Oh, Haley. Luce arrives and enthusiastically asks

Dia of the holy water she made and the Effectiveness. They also question the possibility of her being the Pope, but it remains unanswered as Maggiore is still standing. In the Vatican, only the Pope chosen by the goddess can enter the room of ascent. Yet, things remain silent in the night sky. Luce admits he has attempted to enter the room, but to no avail. He believes that the goddess will provide them with one all in due time. Someone like Dia, Causing the priest and Marquis to argue. The couple take the opportunity to flirt, to which they

still catch the attention of both their fathers. A few days ahead, Risa interrogates the arrested men, to which to no avail didn't do much. So, they have no choice but to hear directly from the Duke. Luce informs them that his condition is limited to a year despite the divine power he receives, which means they have to go easy on him during the Interrogation. With a hard slap, the Duke awakens from his cell and surprisingly, he has a different personality from before. How strange. He's all confused and looks more light. Risa explains to him the situation

and then he suddenly snaps after a while of screaming and wailing. It was as if he was battling against someone [music] and an explosion happened. Not only that, Risa and the Others face a black smoke that came out from him. What is going on with the Duke? Is it because of his dark magic? Days pass after the mission to capture Duke Arali and his men. Dia and everyone went back to their daily routines, but somehow she's still unsettled. Her father told her she can't be Pope, but Dia's still the only one who can make holy

water. Rael then enters the room guided by Rabin to Dia's delight. Apparently, he longed to see her and wanted to check up on her, but even Rael could tell she's troubled. Dia admits her wish to give holy water to people to make their lives better. Haverel warns that Maggiore, who can't produce holy water, won't take Dia lightly since [music] it'll be a threat to his position. Rel also doesn't want Dia at risk, so he reminds Dia of her wish for normalcy. Now, Dia wonders whether it's because of Her warrior past life that her heart cannot

ignore the plight of people. Rel assures her it's her own kindness that molds her actions, but still he kindly persuades Dia to abandon her plan, which she agrees to. As Dia's walking through the hallway, happy because of Rel's affection, she [music] suddenly senses dark aura magic. Remembering today's her mother's scheduled interrogation of Duke Urali, Dia rushes to the basement. It's an aura Even she finds difficult to disperse. Desperate, Dia summons her wings and sword to cut through, but finds her mother and father Luche unharmed. It turns out the Duke was being controlled and had dark

magic planted just in case to permanently silence him. Not even a body's left. Dia's mom and Luche were safe because of Dia's earlier actions. >> [music] >> Anyway, they conclude only one person could do this, Helena Urali Dioclasean, Heir to House Urali. And truly, it's Helena who released dark magic to silence the Duke. She's distraught how the Leocardias have trumped their plans, and also how they know they've assassinated the late emperor and were seeking a confession from his brother. Helena comes to the realization that Henricus might have had a secret child, one the Leocardias know

of and will use to block Cassel's ascension to the Throne. They now remain resolved to do absolutely everything to prevent this. Confessions finally came from Marquis Reese and Cardinal Vane about Empress Dowager Helena's crimes. The late emperor's assassination, Dia's kidnapping, even Maggiore's cure for Cassel's narcolepsy through child sacrifice. Still, on the New Year Festival, trouble will still emerge. At first, Dia has a happy encounter with Master Emerita. Unfortunately, Rabin calls her when a messenger arrives. Dia finds her family members gathered to hear the recent palace order of Helena. Cassel and Dia's planned marriage about a

month from now. Refusal will be treated as a treasonous act. Not that it matters since Dia's parents outright refuse. They also wisely don't take Helena's provocation to kill the unknowing and unprotected envoy without guard. Instead, they asked him to defect. To plan for this, Dia's Mother calls for a meeting. To relieve her of her anger, Dia decides to cheer her up and their conversation falls to Dia saving her kisses for marriage. Something the grown-ups teased Rael and Dia over. During the meeting, they correctly deduce Helena's figured out their own. So, Rael, wanting not to risk

any more loved ones, offers to reveal his true identity when Helena's invading army arrives. Something they've planned for His 18th birthday to avoid Rael being targeted. Rael has been busy after the meeting. So much that Dia finds him tired and asleep near the gardens. She gives him holy water to boost him up, but Dia gets distracted by his good looks. Somehow, she wonders how soft his lips are. When he offered to have them touched, she asked if she could do so with her lips. So, they share a passionate kiss. Uh, awkward teenage love. Meanwhile, [music]

Dia's mother heads a meeting regarding the situation. The envoy was right. The empire was gearing for war and made contact with the assassin's guild. To counter [music] this, they planned to spread rumors of Rael's existence and to heighten security together. Dia does her part too, noticing a suspicious character. She chooses to attack first and through provocation, she deduces it's the vice captain that Would lead Magiori's troops. Dia gets so mad that she punches the invader's shield clean through and brings her sword down on him. >> [music] >> Still, she missed on purpose to keep him

alive for interrogation. Through the captured vice captain, Dia learns most of his knights are camped right outside the territory. What bothers Dia the most is Helena's next move and her mysterious dark magic. Later, Dia assures the worried Rel of his encounter with the invader. She also shares with him her frustrations of the corrupted holy knights. They note how Helena's magic might control anybody like it did the late Duke Giraldi. Dia plans to combat Helena's dark magic, restore the corrupted priests, all while hiding her past. A spark of idea comes from Rel. Holy water made by

Dia had saved the dukes before. And since it's mostly associated with priests rather Than the warrior, Dia's identity is safe. They also plan to have Dia's mother and House Leocardia distribute it to the population since they're known to provide aid. Dia thanks Rel for his continued overwhelming support. And they might have shared another kiss had Dia's family not barged in hard-headedly also declaring their support. Anyway, soon the family figured out that most of the invading knights that will join with the empress's forces are Camped at Gapo. And Dia and Marcy are deployed as scouts. Marcy

reiterates their observe-first strategy, though can engage if needed. And seeing the sorry state of the town caused by the knights, Dia expresses disgust at the supposed holy army. They also take note of the arrival of the captain of the knights' camp. Apparently, he's a skilled man severely loyal to Maggiore after being saved by him. Still, when Marcy asks if Dia's ready, the latter's really raring To go. Dia starts the ambush on the camp knights, striking down one with her arrows. The camp is thrown into disarray, and the captain emerges, asking his men to relax. It

was only one arrow. The sly Dia, still hidden, then proceeds to release more arrows, taunted by the captain's words. Expertly, the captain of the knights deploys his shield. His men, not so lucky. This time it's the Captain's turn to be taunted. Daya maneuvers gracefully through the trees, just enough for the men to see her and for the captain to give chase. Daya stops near a cliff where the captain catches up. However, Daya asks him who's the one doing the chasing, him or her? The captain has the audacity to proclaim he's a man chosen by God

to protect the weak, making Daya explode with power and anger. With a single strike of her Sword, she brings down the captain, mortally wounding him. As he lay bleeding, he could only wonder about Daya's power and his downfall despite being God's chosen. But ultimately, it's to Maji Ori that he prays for help. Daya expresses disgust at him, but is even more shocked seeing him explode from dark magic, the same manner as Duke Yurali, and the same manner that she died. Seeing the captain's blind allegiance as well as His gruesome end makes Daya remember her own

life and demise. An orphan kid who joined the fight to have meaning in her life. She died the same way, betrayed without a word, exploding to nothingness. The shock is so bad that Marcy had to snap her out of it. Daya's still reeling from it after getting home, though her family does their part in cheering her up by giving her her favorite sweets. Truly, she's not alone anymore and is Without people taking advantage of her. Meanwhile, she finds Raelin Alora calling for Jamie who locked himself in his room. Apparently, Alora thought Jamie's also part of

the Imperial family as is Rael. So, they've gotten depressed on how they'll marry. With the confusion cleared up, Rael and Jamie aren't blood related. Jamie agrees to see his girlfriend, but not Rael. Rael knows [music] Jamie's sadder since they actually aren't blood brothers and That he'll be away for a while to enact their counter plan against the Empress. He notes how he'll spend time with him and Daya before that. So, Daya seeks comfort from Rael as well. To console Daya, Rael offers to escort her to her carriage, which she gladly accepts. However, Daya senses something

through her detection spell. Hoards of people are crossing Mount Chaos to their territory. Immediately, she asks Rail to go and Rushes to the scene. There, she finds the intruders, but curiously, they're unequipped with weapons for an invading army. Even if they're mages, they're still too unprepared. So, Dia concludes they must be on a suicide mission. Dia goes to the people, promising help if they're honest about their purpose. Hesitation initially surfaces, but a man, desperate, fully admits that they are indeed a suicide force. They've been given by the Empress orders to detonate Magical artifacts as small

[music] as fingernails throughout the Leocardia territory. They're all made by Maggiore, the acting Pope, saying it's the people's honor to do so. Actually, they've even got their families threatened. Knowing Maggiore's skill in magic and the fact that explosives get weaker when they're smaller, Dia concludes that this must be gray smoke. So, she acts fast. She asks the people to throw the artifacts off a cliff and Wonders why they've got no magical traits and proceeds to eliminate the gray smoke with her warrior powers. The people's cries are filled with hope as they praise Dia, who blushes

from all their appreciation. She then reports to her mother and Amarita about this, and they speculate that the Empress, too wise to launch a full-scale attack at Leocardia due to its status as the Empire's shield, is probably being controlled by Maggiore. But that dark Magic can only be created by someone from the Yurali house. They [music] also confirm through Amarita of the dark magic's origin, since he's a Yurali as well. However, he speculates that due to dark magic becoming weaker when mixed with smoke, this isn't actually dark magic. That's when Dia stumbles upon a certain

memory from her past warrior life. She's seen this before in the darkest [music] of places. Dia's entire family, along with Rail, enters just as her visions of the past shock her. Amarita's first to check up on her, but Rail blocks him from getting close to Dia. That's when Marsi scolds the two for their behavior. Meanwhile, [music] while the group discusses, Dia makes her thoughts known. She thinks the Demon King's alive. It's met with shock from everyone, but she explains that somehow the Demon King must be alive, at least Partially. Though there are less monsters, the

existence of the mutant monster species says otherwise. Dia also remembers slaying the king with her own hands, but she asks her mother if she'd seen the Demon Sword. She hasn't, so Dia reveals that before she had perished, she used it to stab Majiori's eye. Somehow, a partial entity of the Demon King must have entered him through the sword. This could explain the weakening Spiritual powers and the smoke. This means Majiori's becoming more of the Demon King himself. It also explains Cassel's case. He isn't narcoleptic. He's born without a soul since he originated from the Demon

King. So, all those kids they've sacrificed, it's not for Cassel's cure, but to strengthen the Demon King. And unfortunately, their butler reports that all orphanages in Reese were burned and the children were all missing. This resurgence of the Demon King leads Dia to announce she'll kill him once again. Later, Dia rests in the gardens knowing her emotions were too much during the meeting. Rael visits her and reminds her that this time they're fighting for their happy life together, reassuring Dia. >> [music] >> The two hug, their love stronger than ever. Meanwhile, visions plague Majiori of

how God didn't allow him to be Pope for his evil deeds and how the Demon King in his eye promised him power. He gets awakened by a hysterical Helena. She learns their plan to attack on Leocardia failed. Though annoyed, Majiori lets her live because of her usefulness. He calms her by asking if Rael had the mark proving his lineage. He doesn't, so they have a chance to assassinate him before he marches on the capital. He wonders if Helena's degrading state of mind is because of long exposure to manipulation. He then calls for the cardinal and

horrifically Maj Ori devours him. Regardless, his time pretending will be coming to an end, so he bids the heroes take their best shot. While preparing for their march, Dia notes how unusually without trouble the palace has been. Though she's grateful assassins haven't come for Rael. Speaking of, Rael has removed magic concealing his hair and eye color. So now he bears the look of the Imperial family. >> [music] >> And Dia is starstruck by his handsomeness. Unfortunately, their moment's cut short by Jules, who lets them know how Marcy and their parents are itching to go. Jules

will stay behind while the rest sets off on the journey. The season's last days is when House Leocardia begins its procession to crown Rael emperor. The elite troops are tasked to scout the noble troops amassing on the border as well. Some nobles have approached the envoy and upon seeing Rael, who introduces himself as Diocletian Constantinus Callern, kneel to pledge their allegiance to the true heir. His stance and aura all prove his bloodline. Though Callern blushes when gazing at Dia. Soon The party makes a roadside camp and Dia checks up on Rael. She praises his cool

demeanor while he promises that no matter who he is, Rael or Callern, he'll always be hers. Meanwhile, Rael hears other men praising Dia until they sense danger. The emperor's true heir, rather Dia's boyfriend, is angry. As night falls, the couple takes a stroll through the woods and they're surely having a great time. That is, until an explosion is heard. How dare they interrupt this loving couple? The attacks were caused by three raging minotaurs. And though Rael suggests they inform the duchess, Dia moves to take care of them herself. Before, she used all her power taking

care of one, but now she's improved. To Rael's amazement, Dia's power [music] even envelops the sky. Of course, the The were no match for Dia. >> [music] >> Using her magic bow at first, she proceeds to annihilate the monsters with just her fingertips. Meanwhile, all Rael can think about is Dia being dazzling. Dia expertly took care of the monsters, even shielding them in the forest from the minotaur's explosions when slain. This time, it's Rael's turn to be impressed by Dia, and they go back and forth teasing each other. Well, love is truly undefeated. As they

head back, they deduce the attack is Magiori's design. Being able to send mutants means the Demon King's strengthening. On top of that, there's the Empress doting on Cassel, so Magiori probably has control of the capital. This leads Dia to stress about it, but Rael's there to reassure her that they'll do what they can, and he'll do what he can to help until Dia finally slays the Demon King. They tell Camp about the attack, and they expect more To come, but surprisingly, they weren't attacked just as they reach the capital, where Empress Helena herself is there

to meet them. Rael's council all agree meeting with Helena is a bad idea. Father Luche suggests they take Helena arrested, but Rael says no. He wants her and the people responsible to face their crimes in public when they've taken the capital. Amidst the arguments, Rael asks for Dia's opinion. Surprisingly, she Agrees with Rael's decision to meet with the Empress, noting that she'll protect him. Despite the shocked, unbelievable reaction of everyone, they eventually relent. And so, Rael, along with Dia, enters the room where Helena awaits. Dia is actually glad to accompany Rael, as Helena's truly corrupted

to the roots of her soul, giving her a little doubt if she can cleanse her. Surprisingly, just as Rael asks them to Sit and talk, Helena summons a dark magic ball. Although not expecting Helena herself to attack, Dia reacts in time. Apparently, the ball was filled with poison, which would end even Helena herself. Now, Dia proceeds to try and cleanse Helena. The Empress remembers her reasons for fighting as she did, her son, the man she loves, and her hopes for a family. But just as Dia says, who introduces herself as her past self, Devota, Helena

already knows she's been used by Maggiore, who's becoming the Demon King. >> [music] >> Helena acknowledges this, and realizing Cassel's the only one left she can protect, asks Dia if she can cure him. However, Asrael says they can't promise since Cassel has the Demon King's blood. So, in tears, Helena finally gives her word. She'll do what she can to help for Cassel. With Helena's help, the Leocardia troops were able to enter the capital. Now, Rael walks through the palace alone as Dia had gone to confront Maggiore. >> [music] >> It's eerily quiet though, but Rael

doubts Helena had lied. He then sees blood stains on the wall, meaning the troops were here but had perished. Suddenly, an explosion occurs on the other side of the palace, making Rael worry about Dia. Dia's had traumatic Experiences from her past life with Maggiore, but she willingly stepped up to confront him for her loved ones. So, Rael strengthens his resolve like Dia and goes to finish his goal. Within the palace's center lies a power only the emperor can use, the Emperor's Shield. Despite not being of age, Rael hopes that by praying he can use it

somehow. He kneels and prays wanting to use the power to protect God's chosen warrior, Dia. He even asks God to take a day of His life in return. But all that appears is a cat? Suddenly, the cat bursts forth blue energy and Rael instantly recognizes it. He gets enveloped with magic as marks appear on his forehead and hands. Meanwhile, Dia goes to face the Demon King controlling Maggiore. The Demon King expresses his confusion of the goddess's plans. Although Dia talks back, Maggiore berates her as always being a commoner, a lowborn, and blames her for him

not becoming pope. Yes, Dia Retorts that he's got no one to blame but himself. But upon seeing Maggiore brandishing the black whip used to torture her as a child in her past life, trauma takes over Dia and she froze, unable to stop Majiori's attacks. Beaten and lying on the ground, Dia can do nothing. Majiori plans to attack Dia's family next, so she rises to fight again. Thankfully, Dia gets saved by Rael's emperor shield magic and she faces Majiori with renewed vigor. The demon king and Dia the warrior face off once more. The battle seems to

be at a stalemate until Dia lands a series of slashes enough to kill a man, but she discovers Majiori's beyond a man. Though retorting back to his taunts, Dia becomes worried this might be a battle of endurance. Because of Dia's taunts, Majiori finally releases the demon king's might. Outside, the palace explodes as wyverns Emerge from the basement. Empress Helena watches in horror as Majiori's pets have attacked. Initially, the Leocardia troops were scattered in the confusion, but Duchess Leocardia managed to save and rally the men against the monsters. Unfortunately, she learns Helena had disappeared amidst the

confusion. [music] We see the empress frantically searching for her only son. She knows only Dia, Rael, and Majiori Were in the castle. Fear overcomes her as she realizes Majiori might have taken Cassel. Meanwhile, Majiori and Dia prepare for another confrontation as we ominously see Cassel's body nearby. Dia expertly [music] switches from attack and defense against Majiori. She notices his moves seem to be protecting the altar. When Dia looks there, she notices Cassel. But this momentary pause gives Majiori the chance to attack, Sending Dia flying. Briefly stunned, she can't defend, but suddenly, Helena attacks Majiori's eye

and rushes to Cassel. When Majiori berates Helena and moves to attack her, Dia saves her as well. Though she doesn't like her, Helena's love for her son resonates with Dia's relationship with her own mother. Now, Dia shifts her focus on getting Helena to escape with Cassel as she notices Majiori's unusual persistence With his son. Not out of love, she theorizes. Suddenly, a monster appears to intercept Helena, but Dia saves her again. Wondering why she doesn't escape faster, Dia notices Helena being careful with Cassel, who has dark spots forming on his body. So, she gives Helena

holy water for Cassel, before engaging Magiore in combat again. Now, she puts all her powers as the warrior from the past and as Aleocardia In a last stand against Magiore. However, even this seems in vain, but suddenly, Magiore chokes when Cassel drinks holy water. Finally, Dia realizes Cassel was the demon king's vessel, so she douses him with holy water. For the first time, the arrogant Magiore becomes pitiful. Dia disregards his notions of revenge, as she lifts her sword to end him once and for all. Magiore catches Dia's sword, as he hurls insults at her. Undeterred,

Dia recounts All the abuse she suffered in her past life, all because of the demon king. But now, she can finally face herself again. With confidence, Dia declares she'll be happy to live in a world without Magiore's influence, as she swings her sword for another time. Magiore shakes with fear, not even able to avoid her deadly blow. The sword connects and the demon king finally crumbles to dust. All that's left is the white-haired prince with his mother crying over him. Dia walks away, but she knows the fight still isn't over. Soon, Rel catches up with

her and both are delighted to find each other okay. Dia kisses Rel, as if to impart a final goodbye, as she grows wings and takes off into the sky. There are many monsters attacking the capital and Dia knows even her mother and father might not hold them back any longer. Summoning the last remnants of her Power, Dia conjures arrows of light that strike like lightning to take care of the monsters. Unfortunately, Dia collapses due to this and Rael catches her just in time. But even with Father Luche administering spiritual power healing, Dia can't be healed.

It seems like a piece of the Demon King rooted itself inside Dia in place of her power. Dia loses consciousness as she wonders why Emeraude knows her true name. Dia wakes up dressed in white in a white hallway and wonders if she's dead. Dia thinks the place she woke up in is the same place where she met God when she started a new life. So, she thinks she really did die. Sure enough, God makes an appearance, but in the form of a cat. It's because this is actually the human world and Dia is actually in

the Pope's room in the Vatican. Dia momentarily thinks she's the Pope, But God makes it clear that the real reason she's there is to suppress the remnants of the Demon King that stayed with her. Actually, evil is ever-present and can never truly be purged. And Dia being in the room with the most spiritual power for 3 months is what's suppressing it. But does Dia have to stay in that room forever? Not exactly. There's someone that will help her. And that someone is Emeraude. Suddenly, he enters the room and kneels In front of Dia while tears

fall from his eyes. A flashback ensues from the perspective of Samuel's old life. It turns out he was manipulated into spying and acting as a supposed protector to Devota, Dia's past life, by none other than Cardinal Maggiore. Because of that, Samuel killed the knights that were a close companion to Devota, thinking he's protecting her on the Cardinal's orders. Devota actually saw him do this and she Screamed immensely in pain. Samuel reported this to Maggiore, who in turn killed him since Samuel being discovered means he isn't useful anymore. Samuel dies with immense regret for killing the

knights and ruining Devota's life. With his dying breath, he wishes that if given the chance, he'll give his life for Devota. Back to the present, Amerida reveals That he is actually Samuel. Amerida being Samuel now makes sense in Dia's eyes. He was extremely awkward whenever he's with her. Vouching for Samuel's resolve, God explains to Dia that he's dedicated his life to Dia. And she gets what this means. Dia refuses to let Amerida or Samuel take over the Demon King's fragment within her, as it will kill anyone that's not the warrior. However, Amerida And the God

promised he will not die, as the gold-colored orb emerges from Amerida's body. The God explains that it created the orb to contain and destroy the Demon King's presence. It seems the orb was made as a precaution. Despite being all-powerful, God cannot interfere with human will, and so cannot predict what they'll do. It's why Maggiore became a Demon King's vessel despite being destined to be Pope Due to his greed. Speaking of Maggiore, the Demon King's aspect wasn't fully resurrected in him. It was more like he became the second iteration of the Demon King. But anyway, Dia

realizes Amerida's disease was because of the orb, which he carried all his life. This means he sacrificed his life so that he could repay Dia or Devota when given the chance. And that chance is right here. Dia accepts Amerida's orb and thanks Him. Poor Samuel, who was manipulated, and he still did everything to make things right. With that, the orb glowed brightly, and Dia feels the Demon King's presence has left her and transferred to the orb. The God swallowed the orb while in his cat host, attempting to seal it within the cat until it perishes.

God also wants to grant Dia a reward, but Dia is stumped [music] as of the moment. He instead promises to fulfill it next time They meet. God gives Dia a blessing for her and her loved ones before sending her back to consciousness. Dia wakes up and hugs her family. Dia's family can't help but be tearful at Dia being awake, especially her father. Because of that, Dia feels sorry that she makes them worry too much, and her mother uses this to guilt trip Dia into not visiting her boyfriend soon. At least it's back to the happy

family dynamic. Soon Emeralda arrives and is delighted to know Dia is all right. It seems his identity as Samuel is well known to Dia's mother now. Emeralda actually decides he needs to leave now because he feels undeserving of all the warmth and kindness he received. He says goodbye as if they'll never see each other again. Dia finds that most of the temple in the city have been rebuilt after the monster Attacks. It seems Father Luche became the Pope, too, and now the entire world knows that former Pope Maggiore was using evil dark magic, was the

warrior's murderer, and someone who isn't meant to be respected. How come almost all were accepting of this fact even though Maggiore had tons of followers? It's because the Empress Dowager testified against Maggiore on the investigation for his sins. Cassell was proven innocent but was Stripped of his royal title since he is an illegitimate child. For her crimes, the Empress Dowager is imprisoned in a tower on the southern island for her crimes, and it might be because she isn't under mind control anymore or that she's living with Cassell, but she seems much happier now. Anyway, Dia

notices that some of the people have been eyeing and observing her. Marci explains that due to recent events, she is now recognized as Possessing the same power as the warrior, hence her popularity. Of course, her family is there to protect her. Ah, [sighs] Dia finally found a good, normal life. Suddenly, Marcy asks her if she's going to visit Emperor Calliern. It seems Rael ascended to the throne. Rael stares dejected at the window. His advisors all urge him to push through with the coronation, and Rael, despite Delaying for 3 months during Dia's coma, finally agrees to

get ready, though rather mournfully. All of them in that room know only Dia can make Emperor Calliern smile again. Suddenly, Rael sees something out the window and rushes immediately outside. Meanwhile, Dia attends the coronation with her family, and Jules, her brother, arrives too to see Dia awake and all right again. However, Dia feels her heart thumping, Making her mother ask whether Dia loves her more than Calliern. A nervous Dia, of course, answers her mother. A commotion occurs as Rael, of all people, rushes through the crowd and hugs Dia without a word. He thought he was

hallucinating, but is ecstatic to find Dia is actually awake. Dia panics as she didn't bring a gift for Rael, but Rael says her presence is the best gift he's received. Marcy had To remind the couple of where they are right now. Anyway, Calliern's coronation finally begins. Dia watches with her family, and she can't help but reminisce about her past life, how she had never known happiness. She even dedicated her reincarnation to revenge, but in the end, she even forgave Samuel. Why? It's because now, surrounded by her family who truly loves her and looking at the

man she loves, Dia knows she's finally happy. So ends the main story, but our journey isn't over yet. Yes, after Calliern's coronation, the empire and the people are finally secured, and there's no threat to peace. But there is one on Rael's peace of mind, as he currently observes Dia, mine, he says, being flocked by other men at court. Calliern's jealous brooding moment gets interrupted by Jamie, who informs him he'll be leaving for the territory soon Now that Rael's coronation is over. And that's all because his girlfriend likes it better there than here. Calliern's conversation with

Jamie makes him realize that Dia too is due to leave in two days when her father and mother also return to their duchy. And so, tormented at the thought of not seeing Dia again for a long time, Calliern himself approached Dia to ask her for a dance right in front of the entire noble crowd. Of course, she Accepts just as her brother Jules is looking for her amidst the crowd. Guess who's beside herself because she has a date with Rael. Dia, of course. Dia can't help but imagine all the romantic things that will occur at her and Rael's date. She's even eagerly practicing waiting at her balcony and reserves Rael a seat there.

Jules comes in and finds his sister. He warns Dia of their parents knowing of her date with Calliern, but too late. Their parents enter Dia's room, too. Dia shares the details of her date that night, and all of her family members worry. It seems there are some hoodlums roaming about at night. But Dia says she's the warrior and Calliern's the emperor, and they're both blessed by God. So, Dia's parents agree on the condition that their guards accompany Dia tonight. That night, during the last party for Calliern's coronation, the talk of the Town is unsurprisingly the

Hero Dia. She still isn't used to handling compliments. Somehow Dia spots Calliorn, who's extremely busy. The crowd overwhelms Dia before she can approach him. Dia uses air magic to make a way, but she gets absorbed by Ovum Hoff, daughter of Marquis Ovum. She and another crowd thank Dia for her heroic deeds. Dia spots Marcy in the distance, but curiously it seems Marcy's blushing. Dia finds a balcony to wait for Rail, And is more angry that he's late, aside from the fact she's curious what happened to Marcy. Suddenly, Calliorn's butler arrives and informs Dia that the

emperor can't make it to their date. It turns out a commotion did occur that got Calliorn so busy he couldn't meet with Dia. Some of the hoodlums who followed Majorie had caused a hostage situation, and when they were subdued, they had poisoned the water source for the slums Area. And it's with a poison made from the demon lord's powers, which is why it's potent. Even the new Pope Lucius there helping treat those that were poisoned. [music] With all this, Rail can't help but lament not being able to uphold his promise to Dia, and for not

getting the chance to give her something. But as it turns out, Dia had come to him instead. She pestered the butler, and knowing Rail can't abandon his duty, Dia decided to join him instead to offer her help. They share a sweet moment, but had to be reminded by the others that there's a critical situation at hand. As for the poisoned water source, Dia says she can purify it, and assures Rail she'll be all right. She does ask Calliorn for support, though a special kind. Rail pretends not knowing what she meant, but Dia suddenly pulls him

in for a kiss. For some Reason, she gets too embarrassed about it. Anyway, it's true enough there's no trouble for Dia when she purified the water. But Dia senses that most of the bad energy that originated here already spread to the slums. She knows she'll have to purify the area there, too. And Rael also knows it will drain and weaken her too much. But Daya does it anyway, leaving Rael behind. Rael finds her afterwards, but she's already close to Collapsing. Rael carries her to the palace and assures an embarrassed Daya that she's still the most

beautiful person he's seen. Curiously, Daya asks Rael not to wash his face before falling asleep. Rael knows the reason why when he brings Daya to her family. They're the ones who point out that Rael has a lipstick mark on his lips from Daya. Rael tries to wipe it to save Daya the embarrassment, but gets threatened by Marcy and Daya's father, who thought it's a sign Rael didn't want to marry his daughter. Yep, Daya's happy that she's unconscious for this one. Daya wakes up and is surprised to find herself in her room. Her mother and father

are watching over her, and she feels a little guilty for again collapsing and worrying her parents. And that's something her mother teases her for, too. As to why they're home, it seems the family decided to head home after Daya went unconscious, with Marcy and Jules arriving later by horse. But in Daya's mind, she feels extremely guilty that her promised date with Rael didn't happen, and that all she did was make him jealous. He and Pope Lucius couldn't travel to her because of their duties. But knowing him, he must have been worried, too. And she knows

he won't just leave her with Nothing. Daya successfully deduces that Rael left a letter for her, but her mother is a little hesitant to give it to her. Instead, Dory confronts her daughter about kissing without her permission, making Daya remember that there was a kiss mark on Rael's lips the night she went unconscious. Ugh, the embarrassments. Still, Daya remains determined to proclaim her love for Rael to her Parents. And her mother backs off nicely. She even teases Daya that she's now reading her lover's letter. Before Daya's parents leave, her father reminds her not to push

herself too much in every instance and makes her promise to do so. Soon, Dia reads Rael's letter, which mainly emphasizes him missing her, the same appraises and warning for her actions that night, and wishing she would make choices not as the warrior, But as Dia, his girlfriend. Dia hugs Rael's letter as if it were him. Dia's siblings eventually arrive, and as Dia was having tea with Jules, he reminds her of how worried he was. And of course, how worse it was for Rael when she was unconscious. Dia realizes she isn't the warrior anymore and asks

Jules for help choosing her path forward. Jules tells her it's something for her To discover, but they'll support her all the way. Soon, Marcy comes in and asks Dia for a sleepover. And during that, she discovers Marcy's temperature being hotter than normal. It turns out Marcy has gone down with a bit of sickness and common cold. Even the physician can't heal her as the Leocardia family possesses strong magic that hinders weak divine power. Still, all she needs is rest and she'll Be okay. Dia and Jules watch over their bedridden sibling. Dia is extremely worried that

Marcy's sickness is caused by her, so Jules reassures her that it's perhaps because Marcy's being overworked for quite a while after the recent events. Besides, Marcy might get mad at Jules if she sees Dia's worried face. Anyway, Jules does a good job at comforting Dia. However, he has his own worries about his twin. Ever since they Were little, he was inseparable from her to the point where he could completely understand her without words. Marcy's appointment as an heir made her mature beyond her years, and that separation also caused a distance between the twins. Still, Jules

knows Marcy's suffering from heartbreak and anger. Marcy's all good when she wakes up, but Jules finds a moment to ask her alone about what truly happened at the palace. Marcy lets on that she was rejected, but no more than that. She even teases Jules that he should worry about his own relationship. Turns out Dia's relationship has gone further than Jules's has. Anyway, Marcy reassures Jules everything's all right, but her expression turns solemn when he leaves. Meanwhile, Dia is writing a letter to Relle recounting Marcy's recent sickness. She warns him not to get Overworked, too. Dia

also thanks Relle for keeping his promise not to wash her kiss mark. She is too embarrassed even refer to their kiss and a little bit flirty asks Relle to choose if she'll reward and punish him for [music] it. Rolling around her bed from embarrassment, it's no secret Dia misses Relle. To figure out her passion and choose a path moving forward, Dia meets with her Friends, Elora and Jamie. Elora suggests pottery, but they soon discover Dia doesn't have any talent for that whatsoever. Elora suggests embroidery, but Dia admits she doesn't feel passionate about it truly. Elora

inherited their family's pottery business and Jamie, he does things passionately. Jules knew early on he wanted to do artifact research and even Relle is Working hard as the emperor. Really? Dia feels dejected. She isn't the warrior with a purpose, after all. Time actually flies by faster than even Dia can anticipate and soon it's her birthday. It's a joyous celebration for the Leocardia family as Dia's finally grown into her 20-year-old self. Because of that, the family's entire territory throws a lavish banquet. Unfortunately, Dia is in a sad mood Since Relle still hasn't replied. She knows he

might not attend her birthday, but she expected at least a letter from him. Perhaps her letter was too forward? Apparently not as Dia feels a familiar presence. She runs outside without hesitation and finds Relle. The lovers share a long overdue hug with Relle even admitting not sleeping, just thinking whether Dia will reward or punish him. Rael drapes his coat over Dia, who rushed him not realizing she's in a Nightgown, and says he worked hard and flew three straight days to attend Dia's birthday. He's even staying at the Tole territory for her, so perhaps a reward?

When Dia gets back, Marcy finds her. Dia tries to make an excuse about where she's been, but admits she went to see Rael. She also informs Marcy that Rael had rushed here with his guards, and Marcy gets a rather strange expression. Marcy leaves, even though she wants a sleepover with Dia. The following morning, Dia finds that Marcy hasn't gotten any sleep when the three Leocardia siblings meet for breakfast. [music] Well, according to Marcy, she's been up all night doing work, like wanting to get tourism plans on Mount Chaos now that the monsters are weak. Jules

notes how tiring the work of the Leocardia heir is, and Dia also can't help but realize how much harder it is for Rael to rule the empire. Why is she thinking of this? Well, Dia's already thinking about when she marries Rael and becomes empress, of course. Naturally, this doesn't go well with Marcy and Jules. He also reminds Dia that there's more of restrictions when she becomes the empress, so perhaps she should enjoy her life with her family and friends now. Dia gets a bit dejected after this conversation, so Jules cheers her up by saying Rael

is here at the Tole manor. He also mentions Sir Raton, captain of the sorcerers who guard the emperor. Jules somehow notices Marcy being unusually silent. Suddenly, Jules leaves. Afterwards, Dia visits Rael, and their loving moments yuck Jamie out. Anyway, the lovers head to Rael's room, where despite teasing him first with a small kiss on the cheek, Dia gives Rael his reward of kisses and cuddles on the bed. Funny enough, Dia also mentions Preparing to be empress, which Rael takes as her parents finally giving her permission to marry him. Well, despite being let down by the

truth, Rael gives Dia a ring for her birthday. Not an engagement ring yet, but a promise to show how much Rael loves her. After some time has passed, the emperor's advisers are worried to see Calliern being so gloomy. His butler, however, knows it's because he wasn't able to attend Dia's graduation At the academy. Not to worry, he has a technique to get Calliern back to his good spirits. What's this technique? Well, it's just giving Calliern a letter from Dia. Immediately, the effects are visible as Rael literally glows with happiness. Anyway, Dia's letter details her graduation

from the academy with her friends. Also, due to Lady Hoff, Dia learns that there's a summer program at the academy, and she readily joins. Of Course, this means that Rael can see her often since the academy is close to the palace. It seems Dia enjoys her studies, and actually, there's also a winter program. Although, Dia doubts her parents will allow her to stay away from them longer than necessary. She even only got to attend the summer program because Jules was with her. Dia also feels slightly guilty getting Jules away from his girlfriend Tandy. But seeing

how sweet they are, she's excited for the same thing with Rael if she stays during winter. Rael adores Dia's letter very much, but curiously, he finds Captain Raton outside. Back to Dia, it seems she's got a knack for teaching as stated by her friends Jamie and Allora when they asked her for help. They enrolled also because of Dia. Although, perhaps teaching could be a career Dia wants. Dia's parents also receive letter updates from her, and initially, Dory, her mother, is annoyed at the idea that Dia is going on more dates with Rael. It might end

up in marriage. Their topic of Dia's love life bridges over to Marcy, who apparently decided to have an arranged marriage. Of course, they're opposed to Marcy's decision as the Leocardia couple wants their children to experience being with someone they love. With that, they plan to have Marcy attend the flower festival that Dia mentioned in her letter in hopes [music] of finding her soulmate. It seems Dia's talents at the academy didn't go unnoticed as she gets called to the academy vice president's office to be offered a professor position. Clearly, Dia has a knack for teaching and

since this is a serious offer, she's asked to take time to think it over smoothly. But, this only puts Dia in a Sad mood as she's already under a lot of pressure trying to decide what her career will be. Alora asks if Dia has reached out to her parents or Terrell, but all they said was Dia's decision and they fully support her. Alora knows why they answered like that. Dia has always put her loved ones above herself, so they want her to use her own opinion and not get swayed when deciding things like this. As

for Alora, she's also experienced a similar situation. Apparently, she knows she isn't as skilled as her father in the pottery business, so she accepted Marcy's offer to become a member of the Black working overseas selling pottery while gathering intel. Dia asks if it's all right to tell her this, but Alora notes that Dia is part of the Leocardia family and they're known to get along well. After a minor flashback of her and Marcy fighting, Dia Proclaims the family will never shout and fight at each other again. Unfortunately, Marcy did just that when she's informed that

she will be Dia's guardian during the flower festival. It gets to the point where their mother has to order her to do so, resulting in Marcy storming out. She does eventually cool down when Dia finds her slaying monsters at Malchaos. When Dia tells Terrell all about this in her letter, he is not at all pleased That Marcy might be getting in the way of their date. So, he writes to Duke and Duchess proposing Marcia company an expedition to the South instead, as it better suits their goal of finding Marcia a man to fall in love

with. Naturally, Dory and her husband don't like it, but they know Relle is right. Right as they're discussing it, Dory finds Tandy sneaking about with papers in her hand. Tandy had proved herself, unlike her traitor father, so much so that Dory had taken her in and trusted her completely. But seeing Tandy with a letter detailing her accepting someone's offer and leaving it in a suspicious place [music] convinces Dory that she betrayed her, too. Tandy couldn't deny it and says that now it's no use denying it. And so, in anger, the Duchess of Leocardia raises her

magical swords Toward Tandy. Did Tandy really betray the Leocardia family? However, Tandy's confession takes a different turn, as she confidently asks Dory for permission to marry Jules, just as he and his father enter the room to tell Dory that the letter was meant for Jules. It seems Tandy can't reject Juliano's offer for marriage any longer and wishes to be married to him, as she's fallen Head over heels, too. Tandy ends up being the one to propose to Jules, and of course, he accepts. With their love now official and public, they share a tender embrace and

some romantic words. This leaves Haley and Dory quite surprised at the events that transpired leading to their son's engagement. Anyway, Jules' and Tandy's marriage date is quickly decided, meaning everyone is quite busy preparing for it. While discussing their gifts to the soon-to-be newlyweds, Dia comments how her mother was surprisingly lenient at accepting that Jules is getting married. But when Dia mentions marrying Relle, it's clear her mother isn't ready to discuss that. Dia relays this to Relle during tea time and also some good news. Dia has accepted to be an ad hoc professor at the academy

with Lady Hawth as her assistants. To change the topic, Dia mentions Wanting to invite a lot of guests to Jules' wedding, including Amaranta. However, according to Relle, Amaranta's been searching thoroughly for his girlfriend, who was long thought to be dead. Relle assures Daya that he's extended help in any way he can, and asks her to go present shopping with him for the wedding instead. On a beautiful day, Jules and Tandy's wedding is about to begin. Everyone's gathered for the celebration, and Jules, Though he looks mature and handsome, is so nervous and awkward that Tandy had

Daya looks at her family members and sees her mother with a bittersweet expression, and her father balling his eyes out. As for Marcy, she seems rather lonely. Then and there, Daya understands, as her own tears start to flow, that this is Truly a happy moment, like the scent of flowers, but it is also bittersweet. Anyway, Daya is really bothered by Marcy's expression that she worries about it during her date with Relle. It also seems

that the expedition she was in wasn't successful in finding her a lover. Daya concludes Marcy must like women, but Relle assures her that Marcy certainly doesn't. It seems Relle knows what happened to Marcy, but he won't tell Daya, as he knows Marcy wouldn't Admit it herself to her, too. This makes Daya walk out abruptly, and she's even guilty about her behavior when she's with Hofoday Academy. However, Hofoday assures her that it's her and Relle's first love fight, and that it's normal to act childish with someone you love. And so, the two ladies pair their conversation

with wine. Afterwards, a visibly drunk Daya stumbles her way to Relle's room, and finds him fresh out of a bath. Daya, being under the influence of alcohol, doesn't care that Relle is wearing nothing but a towel, despite him continually being embarrassed about it. He tries to keep his composure, and asks Daya to wait outside while he gets dressed. But drunk Daya is persistent. Soon afterwards, Rael finds himself cornered, lying on the bed with Daya on top of him. Immediately, Daya starts bawling her eyes out, saying she knows what she did Was wrong, but she feels

disappointed Rael was keeping secrets from her. Rael, of course, apologizes to Daya, and the two finally reconcile after their first love fight. Unfortunately, Daya immediately dozes off to sleep with an awkward Rael with nothing but a towel on, unsure of what to make of her. The following morning, Daya gets super embarrassed of her deeds last night that she hides under Rael's sheets. Oh, well, at least Daya finds it worth It that she now knows Rael's figure is hot. Oh, Daya, you sneaky girl, you. Anyway, Daya's main concern is her family finding out she spent the

night at Rael's room. Frankly, they're not even happy about her dancing with Rael during his birthday palace ball, too, especially since all the rumors are about the two getting married. But it seems they don't know about Daya's drunken episode. Speaking of marrying, a noble asks Marcy when she will choose a partner to be wed to, and Marcy immediately makes it known about the qualifications to be her groom. Not status, but ability and competence. Marcy declares Jules will rule in her place if she's away, much to his shock, and that she needs someone who can support

her and not just look for nobility and status. And so, she asks the crowd if they're willing to send Their applications to the Wind Palace. Sure enough, a lot of applications from young bachelors have arrived for Marcy's hand in marriage. Marcy also surprisingly asks Daya to pick which one she prefers, making Daya conclude she isn't taking all this seriously. But actually, Daya knows some of the applicants, but not to the extent that she knows their character. Suddenly, Marcy approaches and hugs her little sister, as she is happy that Despite being initially hidden away by the

family at such a young age, Dia still managed to find her way. Dia's happy and all, but even though Marcy looks fine, Dia can't help but shake the feeling that this all feels rushed. Anyway, after Rael's party concluded, the rest of the Leocardia party had to head home, except for Marcy, who's still searching for marriage applicants. Naturally, Dia also decides to stay, Although it's also to have dates with Rael. Speaking of, [music] Dia rants about Marcy's marriage situation to Rael on their date. She mentions one applicant, a certain Caion Hesitans, which makes Rael's expression change.

Rael reveals that despite being a stand-up guy, Caion's father was a corrupt noble who sided with Maggiore. Even after Maggiore fell from power, Caion's father never showed remorse, nor did he change. Still, Caion is widely known to keep his distance from his father, so Rael reassures Dia with that. It's because Marcy actually likes Caion as a candidate. For Rael, he's just happy that this entire situation has allowed him and Dia to go on more dates. They've even planned another one this evening. Dia is happily waiting for Rael by their chosen cafe on the academy grounds

when she comes across Captain Raton. It seems He's here cuz he demonstrates magic once in a while. It's awkward for them because Dia is Raton's superior's girlfriend. As for Raton, Dia knows he's an excellent swordsman and magician, but it's too awkward between the two of them. Upon Raton's query, Dia explains she's waiting for Rael at this cafe for their large glass walls for couples to publicly display their relationship. Suddenly, Dia sees Marcy on a date with Caion. More curiously, Raton's face takes on a terrified expression. He quickly approaches Marcy, and despite her subtle hostility, he

asks if she set on marrying Caion. Marcy asks what right Raton had to ask her such a question. Yet still she humors him. Yes, it seems Marcy plans to marry Kiyon, but there's one more thing. Marcy has promised Kiyon some secret information, so she reveals that Ratan Is actually Kiyon's half-brother, a bastard of Baron Hesitans. Knowing the evil man, he definitely sought to delete all his errors, even if it meant killing. So that means Ratan survived being hunted. But for Marcy, it seems Ratan still isn't happy with himself. >> [music] >> In fact, he hates

himself so much. Ratan isn't like his father, but he is too stupid to understand that. It's why he's Still confused even after he did something bad to Marcy. Still, Marcy gives Ratan one last chance. While she's in the capital, Ratan should stop his stupid deed and come to Marcy so she can call him hers. So Marcy and Ratan were a thing. Get ready for a flashback. Marcy first met Ratan when Dia saved the sorcerers and magic men before. She thought he had it rough because he was too disheveled. At night, she observed Him going out

alone. Marcy decided to follow. She finds Ratan at Mount Chaos spending the night retrieving the bodies of his men from the monster's bellies one by one. Ever since then, that red-haired, tall, broad-shouldered image was burned in her head. During one of the palace's balls during the coronation, Marcy was again badgered by the young men wanting her hand in marriage. She excuses herself for some fresh air and finds a handsome but Awkward Ratan trying to practice dancing. Amused, Marcy teaches him to dance and the two toil away under the starlit sky. Ratan's face blushes afterwards and

he suddenly suggests they go back inside. Marcy knows what Ratan's look meant, yet she still accepted his offer to dance. They danced once, yet Ratan's face was one of longing, one of wanting to touch her. So the next time Marcy planned to tell him it is impossible for a Relationship. But when that time came, the two embraced their love with passion and spent the night together. Oh my. But in the morning, Marcy finds Ratan had left. And when he returns, Ratan's being unlike himself. Marcy had told Ratan of a possibility of a life together, but

he quickly shut that down. Even said some words that pushed her away even more. Ever since then, Marcy had been having Nightmares about the two of them, which pushed her even more to meet other men. However, Marcy always compared them to Ratan unintentionally. This made Marcy go on a rampage on the palace training grounds, destroying the equipment as she's lost in thought with her feelings. What comes as a surprise is that Kalianna had come to see her. Marcy never did trust Rael, as his dark-hearted and unyielding personality is exactly her own. Anyway, aside from telling

her that the men were scared to train with her now, Kalianna also revealed that he knows why Marcy's rushing into marriage, and that Dia now knew Marcy had someone special to her from her own conclusion, that is. Kalianna advised Marcy to tell Dia to not disappoint her. Also, Kalianna informed Marcy that Ratan had been secretly acting as a creditor to increase [music] Baron Hesitant's gambling debt. Kalianna himself also got curious when Ratan requested information on the evil Baron one day. Ratan was also clutching a ring box. In truth, Ratan's mother, a maid, was banished from

the Hesitant's estate because she got pregnant by the Baron. As is tradition, those carrying a bastard child were given jewelry to keep them quiet. But Ratan's mother's ring, given by the Baron, had a faint trace of poison. This led to her death. Marcy asked Rael when Ratan figured out that the ring was poisoned. It coincided with the morning after Marcy and Ratan spent the night together. It seemed he had gone to get his [music] mother's ring repurposed to propose. What? Oh, this is such a twist. Ratan got caught up in revenge. Now, back to the

present. It's been weeks since the cafe encounter with Ratan, and Marcy still finds herself waiting for him. It's night, and She laments the irony of not getting what she wants. Suddenly, after admitting she missed him, Ratan makes his appearance and tells Marcy he missed her. To check if Ratan is real and not a dream, Marcy pinches his cheeks. Now, it's Ratan's turn to talk. He has decided to abandon his pursuit of revenge against his father and has come to Marcy, just as she asked. Ratan gets on his knees and pulls out his mother's Ring that

he had redesigned. Ever since they separated, not a day goes by without Ratan thinking about it and Marcy. And so, Ratan asks Marcy to marry him. And she replies with a resounding no. Oh god, Marcy, why? It seems Marcy wants to punish Ratan for leaving her. So, she offers to have him work for her instead. And after some time, she'll forgive him and then think about marriage. Of Course, Ratan accepts, and the two spend the night together with passion once more. The following morning, Marcy introduces her new slave, Ratan, to the family. She'll promote him

to fiance in 6 months if things are good. Of course, her family had a rather harsh reaction to Marcy's announcement. Dia most of all, but seeing as Ratan makes Marcy happy, and he agreed to do this, too, Dia lets it slide. With Marcy's engagement, that means Dia had to go home, too. So, she and Rel can only communicate by letter again. She gets excited when one arrives, but Rel's letter contains a call for help. It seems Amarida had found his girlfriend collapse on the sewers Dia purified before, and they need Dia's healing powers. Father Luche

has already diagnosed Este's poison as being the same as what the Empress Dowager had used. But worse Than that, it's with the Demon Lord's power. So Dia makes the decision to bring Este to the Pope's room to communicate once more. Apparently, even with Dia's purifying light, since a Demon Lord fragment has been embedded so well within Este due to the experiments performed on her, she might disintegrate with it when the fragment is purified. Oh, God is still in cat form, BTW. Dia recalls the wish she never asked, And without hesitation, she tells God that her

wish is to make Este well again. God is amazed Dia will use her wish for another person and asks if it's okay, since God will interfere with the world's laws if he does so. Dia is adamant, so God grants it. >> [music] >> Este wakes up without any pain in her body. However, when informed that she can now go back to Amerida, Este gets Depressed and refuses. Este reveals she's infertile after all she's been through. And Amerida, being the last of the Lorelei bloodline, needs someone to help him make a family. But God reveals that

the problem is taken care of, too. Without the Demon King fragment, Este's infertility will also be reversed. Knowing she and Amerida can get their happy life, Este bursts into tears, and Dia is so happy for them. However, God also decides to give the Selfless Dia a [music] gift, which makes her forget and lose consciousness again. When she wakes up, Dia finds Rail at her side, who fills her in that Amerida came immediately upon hearing Este's okay, and he extends his deepest thanks to her. As Dia and Rail walk outside, she suddenly brings up the topic

of them having children. It seems it made her happy, too, when she saw Este's joy at the thought of Having kids with your loved one. What's lovely is that Dia and Rail settle on having four kids, [music] so that there's more chances of them looking like one of their parents individually. Witnessing Este's determination, this fuels Dia's own desire to get married and promises Rail that she will be aggressive in convincing her family to allow the two to marry. But sure enough, Dia's mother remains adamant that Dia Should not marry until she reaches 18. Dia tries

to suggest a lot of alternative reasons, but still Dory refuses to grant Dia's request. This makes Dia cry immensely and she lashes out at her family as they approach to comfort her. And so, Dory asks her children what they think about Dia marrying right now. Jules and Marcy agree, though Marcy is still hesitant. Hayley reminisces about the times when Dia was still young and Dory, Remembering her promise not to be overprotective, finally agrees to Dia marrying early. But when they went to tell Dia the news, it seems she had run away. The Leocardia family went

into a full meltdown when they noticed Dia was missing. But where could she be? It turns out after her tantrum, Dia got hungry and went to a pastry shop. Dia does go back to try and convince her parents calmly this time, but finds her Entire palace in chaos. When she lands, Dory is the first to hug her and the two exchange apologies. And more importantly, Dory agrees to Dia marrying at 17. It's a win-win for them both, really. Afterwards, Rail takes Dia on a date to the cottage his father built for the honeymoon with his

wife. There, Del gets to try Dia's cooking, but maybe it isn't that good based on his reaction. Rail also summons flowers from books and From one of them, a purple rose representing eternal love. Rail finally proposes to Dia. Of course, she accepts. The passing of the years is evident due to Jamie's and Allura's growth, though Jamie is much taller. Jules and his wife Tandy make an appearance, too. It seems Jules is working on a communicator orb with Amaranta, who finally married Este. Marcy, who who now married and pregnant with Raton's child, also arrived. However, it

seems Raton is the one Experiencing the morning sickness rather than Marcy. What might be the joyous occasion that made them all gather here? None other than Dia and Rael's wedding, of course. Finally, Dia and Rael's union is finally here. Every hardship from her past life to the new one has finally been surpassed. And now all that's left is marrying the person who loves her truly. Although, Dia's father is so sad his daughter's getting married that he Wished the wedding to be moved one more day. Anyway, with their friends and family in attendance, Dia and Rael's

marriage is sealed with a kiss. Years pass again and Dia and Rael have four children: Violet, Blanc, Bear, and Rose. Two boys and two girls, each resembling a different parent just as they wished for. Curiously, Dia's two boys brought in a Cat and when discussing it with her husband, Dia vaguely remembers being with God in the Pope's room. Rael reassures her that God was the reason they met her as the reincarnated warrior, so she shouldn't worry about it. And so, remembering her troubled past life and all the people she gained and loved in her current

one, Dia drifts to the bottom of her consciousness where she meets God again. God allowed her one more wish when she Saved Este. When she finally knew her heart's desire. Dia's wish? It's to be happy with her family in this life and the next. Of course, God grants this and asks her if she's happy with her life. Dia, with a smile, says yes. That serves as the end of our journey with Dia in Devoted to Diamond. Woo! That certainly was a long one. If there's one lesson from Dia's story, it's that in life we need
