thing you did that one time will surely come up and be thought of or talked about it's important for you to dread and ruminate about this so that you avoid doing or saying anything risky different or hard moving forward five worry often think about every little detail of every action and choice you make as well as every moment that occurs no matter how big or small then think about them again more importantly think especially long and hard about the uncertainty of the outcomes of your actions and choices and the events that happen regardless of your

All Else rationalize your pitfalls as positives you are a good person a great person you would never do anything wrong or bad bad practice affirmations to remind yourself of this but just stop there so to avoid any sort of self-reflection or work that might be hard or painful guided or internal affirmations work equally fine listen to or think things like the following I am powerful I am fierce I am beautiful I am special I am great I make healthy choices I will do amazing things today I know my worth I am proud for the avoidance
of any confusion here note that you don't have to be or do any of these things you just have to think them the more delusional in fact the better Nine always assume the worse than others whenever someone gets in your way does something wrong or is inconsiderate to you in any way know that it's because they are a uniquely Dreadful selfish person and they are singling you out it's like a sport for them they are inherently bad they have all the right information about the situation and about you and they have no reason to ever
be impatient foolish short slow inconsist in the way or defensive there is nothing going on in their lives that could possibly justify any mistakes or behavioral lapses people are always considering and treating you as an important distinction from their lives refer to step three and so it's best that you expect this and be short defensive and impatient toward them 10 avoid confrontation no matter what anyone does be extremely nice all the time to just about everyone of course don't always mean your niess use the niess to avoid conflict confrontation and difficult things refer to Step
One this helps ensure that Everyone likes you and it helps you avoid doing anything wrong or risky this works great in conjunction with step nine because now whenever someone does something wrong to you like crossing your boundaries misunderstanding you and so on you can blame them and not you because you're extremely nice 11 don't reach out to people your isolation is a superpower embrace it as a good thing as part of your identity you're alone because you're so unique and complicated refer to step seven if you haven't heard from someone in a while don't reach
out they haven't reached out to you after all sure they haven't heard from you either but that's different ultimately an endless game of hideand-seek with friends and family is a great way to increase the distance and isolation you've already Justified to yourself as a positive and now identify with as a part of who you are 12 disregard time don't acknowledge or respect time don't waste energy getting ready early so to ensure you're on time for things that you agreed to be at by a certain time be late if you have to how you handle your
time is your own choice and it doesn't affect anyone else better yet don't even try to schedule things be halfhazard and careless and refer to this as going with the flow don't make commitments that might be annoying even if they might be important and don't follow through well on the commitments you do have having little to no responsibilities and obligations and not caring much about the ones you do have makes it easy to not do anything wrong or feel negatively about yourself 13 don't ever think about death death is far too unsettling to think about
