alex this is going to kill me if I don't see here um make Am I recording okay looks like we're recording um all right so um I'm I'm Tristan i'm a BDR um much like yourself and I've worked with the company for uh four years maybe a little over four years now um and I handle what we call next level interviews like this one um so what are you going to expect um within this 30-minut conversation uh well first of all um I'm going to dive into the metrics that you shared with us um I
think it was in your portfolio so uh there were numbers that you shared there that I want to unpack uh understand a little bit more about your processes um how how are you generating the leads and so on and so forth um so that's that's the first part of the interview just really understanding where those numbers come from um and and what were the you know the process and systems that you have on the back end to generate those numbers and the second half of this would be um interviews or would be interview questions around
um your experience um and it's going to touch on you know skills mindset um all the good stuff right there may be some repetitions along the way it depends but I will try to um avoid those as much as we can so um that's what you're going to expect uh in the next 28 minutes of our conversation here um do you have any questions uh before we begin um I think that's it i I I don't have any for now just to be honest got it yeah yeah absolutely um and and by the way John
I'm just just out of curiosity uh totally not part of the interview questions but where are you from um like right now I'm currently residing here in Bulahan Bivhahan Philippines okay I see got it got it um and and and I'm imagining you're you speak Tagalog as your native language um 100% 100% i even speak some dialect here in the Philippines bolano 100% okay there we go yeah yeah i always ask that i always curious like I always assume so I'm in I'm in Pakal city i'm I'm ilongo obviously um but it's it's just that
you know we have this misconception that everyone who lives up north just speaks Tagalog and and then I realize that there are so many different languages in the north so um so yeah it's fun um cool so Piculano Tagalog okay that's that's interesting awesome all right brother well um let's dive into your uh next level or technical interview here um and my first question would be um so you mentioned your portfolio uh something about lead generation and uh the metric that you have identified here is uh you were able to generate 500 leads a month
so I want to I want to start there and I want to anchor the rest of my questions from that uh particular metric because um you know I may I may be missing something here so um or maybe that we can start with that um are the metrics that you shared from lead generation to lead conversion so I'm talking about 500 leads per month and then you converted 15 of these are are these correlated in some way yeah um and and and just to be transparent and you know fully honest with it it's not really
the uh the accurate ones to be honest like back in the days when I was still with V7 um I was I was able to gener like 300 leads or 400 leads per day so it's more than that and let's say it's it's just you know the the average so let's say out of 500 leads I was able to book 50 of them realistically or sometimes uh 60 of them and then 15 of them will will uh basically buy what we sell mhm so that's basically it okay got it got it all right so um
how would you define a lead so just so you understand your context here how would you define a lead um on your portfolio so lead is um you know it's it's like a prospect mhm right so cold leads I'm talking about cold leads no interaction yet yeah so it's it's purely cold leads i see i see okay and when you say you generate cold leads um when you say just so I'm clear when you say generated um 500 leads are you referring to 500 cold leads that you have started to warm up or are we
talking about using a software to create a lead list of 500 leads which one is it are you talking about how I generate leads like am I doing it manually or I'm using a tool for it yeah yeah yeah i'm I'm definitely using a tool for it okay because it's it's going to be very time consuming so just uh to be specific I'm using this um tool called Insta Data Scraper or sometimes Zoom info that's how I get my leads and then Yep totally cold leads no idea about what we do got it got it
um so at least now I have context like where where the 500 leads came from excellent it's too much right well it depends uh I I guess that's why I want to understand context because I think it's a little different it's a little nuance um like for me in my case when I say I generate leads and when I say lead in the context of the clients that I'm representing for I don't necessarily mean the thousands of leads that I scraped when I say generated the lead um they already entered the sales pipeline so I
I want to make sure we're on the same page like when you say lead like we we're clear what that lead means actually so um so yeah I think I think we're we're clear now on kind of where we're at so um for for my next question um you mentioned that you you uh were able to convert like 15% um of these leads into sales opportunities now we're looking at pipeline movement right um so and then you mentioned the specific result here uh 10 opportunities per quarter so I guess what I'm curious um uh is
on the area of um what what were the activities that actually um led to these conversion points like from from your cold lead from being a cold lead uh being into a sales opportunity like what exactly did you do to move a cold lead into a sales opportunity got it yeah so the main thing that we do uh it was basically cold calling we did uh email sending email automation for more chances uh cold link messaging sometimes Instagram reach out link messaging mar emailing we did it all but mainly focusing on cold calling yeah and
LinkedIn messaging i would say those are the two most successful ones i see okay um cool and and um so we're we're looking at um so you mentioned sales opportunities um just to know more about your pipeline and how it operates um what would you qualify or how would you define an opportunity um in your pipeline so an opportunity is it's when you talk to a lead and there's a chance of um there's a chance of them buying what you what you offer so once they agree to an appointment that's already an opportunity i see
i see okay so there's there's there's already that micro commitment of a of a booking or an appointment got it all right good good so now now these numbers are starting to make sense to me because just at the onset I'm like so what do these numbers mean okay cool all right um so in the outbound engagement section of your uh portfolio you did mention cold emails here um and then uh you also mentioned a response rate of 10% um tell me about the uh uh the process of of your code outreach um I I
want to understand uh how you are able to produce this response rate specifically so we kind of did some AB testing you know um we tried to um make our email or or or our template or messaging moreformational by which I mean putting more information to it and we did try to uh make it as concise as possible as short as possible to make them reply so we did a lot of you know of testing so it wasn't really that that stable not not everything works for everything right so that's how we do it peer
testing in terms of emailing but just like what I said it's mostly the most consistent one is a code calling so who are the people you're usually reaching out to what are their job titles yes so before when I was still in V7 we were targeting um pharmaceutical companies you know healthcare providers and the life sciences organization we talked to them and you know send them emails and call them as well got it but um so are you speaking to like a director uh like is there a specific job title you're targeting yes so marketing
directors digital marketing managers brand managers and other senior level executives in the the marketing department i see okay got it um cool so you email them um you call them uh would you say that or let's say for you know for a particular lead in in a company uh would you say that you're using a combination of both to get them to respond a combination of u combination of a call and an email 100% yes okay so so walk me through the the sequence um what would that look like yeah so uh the first uh
uh the first um we call it the attack the first one is the call and then the email and then call and then two emails and then last call and then break up email right wow okay that's a lot of calls in a in a sequence um yeah do you have you used LinkedIn for this you mentioned LinkedIn outreach is that part of the sequence if so which part was Yeah um because it really depends we tend to change the sequence uh we tend to use more platforms but before we started off with just call
and emails and then we we we added LinkedIn we added you know Instagram reach out yep okay and what would you say was the most successful sequence that you have run and what platforms were you using it was a combination of calls emails and link Lincoln reach out okay got it and then would you can you share a little bit of the the process what what's the order of the sequence for you to produce results call uh call email and then uh LinkedIn LinkedIn reach out and then email again and then calls and then one
last break of email but you know just just to be fully honest uh back in the day when I was still V7 it doesn't really matter I would say because it really depends you cannot say that for this month this is the most successful ones it it it varies every week every month so if if we're talking about success I would say it's really the call it's really sometimes just one message because it's it's not really going to matter so after I talked to this lead and then he said um what do you call this
i would like to book an appointment and then it will be taken off the sequence after the call I wasn't able to talk to them and we'll be sending a a link in or a an email let's say and then they they responded to us it will be taken off list so I mean it's I would say it's not really the success didn't rely on the order of the sequence I would say to be honest it's more of the way we do calls and then the way we construct our emails interesting okay Got it um
did you write the emails yourself or did you have a copyriter in the team there are these instances where I tried to construct my own um but sometimes the company get uh uh gives that to us okay got it um cool so you also mentioned that you were um booking meetings and you were also um uh doing demos right um so how long is the demo and uh what what's usually the flow like what are the main stages would you say uh you take the prospect um to in these demos okay so the first thing
so let's say you are the lead right and then I called you and then you agreed to an appointment so I would be officiating that so when I was still let's say the appointment setter it's not just really appointment setting I was obligated to do this so we call an introductory call where I would show you the basic uh the basic solutions that we offer the products that we have and then uh let's say the challenges the problems that we solve and then take time to listen to your challenges and know what amongst our products
or our stuff interests you the most or suggest the most applicable one for you for for that certain challenge and then gather all of those information then forward that to the account executive and that's and that would be the end of my job so couple of let's say after a year I would say I was promoted as an account executive that is when I was doing demos so after the demo so once they decided to buy what we offer and then that's going to be forwarded to another department and that's going to be the end
of my uh my job as as an account executive okay interesting um so I I noticed that there's a section here um in pipeline development where you closed 40k of sales every quarter so really this is an amazing number so it's really really impressive and then I really want to understand um what product um it was a you uh sold um uh is it you know multiple companies multiple products is it just one um just to close uh this amount and then secondly oh um no uh and I guess I also wanted to clarify um
when you were closing these sales were you doing just appointment setting and you were closing deals or were were you already an account executive when you were doing this yeah um so so just to clarify that number it's not really just my own effort all right i I based that on on our team back when I was promoted as a sales team leader and our company so it's like a combination of I I just took the credit of it just to you know just to look good on the paper i want to be brutally honest
with you uh I can't see your name well Jen right jen yep yeah but it's it's not it's not really just a oneman effort it's a combination of of of the teams effort so it was it was a composition of a multiple companies right there so uh different companies but a lot of packages because in V7 we were targeting the global organization and then the the local organization so there's going to be a lot so once you let's say uh what do you call this if it's Christmas we call it a Christmas and then you
get to hit you get to close a global organization that's a banger I would say because there's a lot of local organization involved and that's a big deal and there's a lot of that but there are times I would say that the reason why I I put that because I I did most of the demos in that as as a sales team leader because as a sales team leader I don't do the lead generation anymore i don't do the uh appointment setting it's mostly uh guiding the team to its success and then officiating or or
doing the demo for for for them so I see uh if a demo is successful do they buy on the spot or is that like the the the closing call is a demo the closing call they I would say they just say yes to it they just you know decided and then another team will will do the uh prep uh prepare the contract and then basically handle it after they said yes I want to buy that I want to buy this so I want this that's going to be automatically forwarded to a different team I
see okay got it wow um so so you're already leading a a team uh that's that's that's how the num the numbers add up interesting excellent yeah and I really appreciate you um breaking it down for me uh because it really does provide context um and and you know again the numbers just make complete sense now that we're we're talking about them um Okay cool cool cool um so let's talk client retention and uh satisfaction you you mentioned 85% client retention rate um were you also I mean are was your team in charge of uh
the retention metric or was it another department the one who gives who gives the contracts like can you tell me about the uh the retention rate metric yeah so this is really uh where it gets interesting right there's another uh we call it a client uh management team they're the ones who's uh regularly talking to these clients but I I I got the approval of the company and I told this is what I uh I tell my team always make it personal always make it personal so once in a while our team members or me
we got to just have a casual talk to these leads how is it going sometimes they are you know uh they feel that these client success peeps that we have it's it's um it's more of like a professional talk you get what I'm saying they're just there to you know um get the challenges or help them with with our software let's say but we we we tend to talk to them once in a while hey how's it going are you satisfied hey you can always say no can always back it up just just to make
them feel that we're we're just uh there for them so I don't want to take the credit for that it's really the uh client success team but I would say our in our initiative adds up the uh uh what the good chance for them to stay more and yeah just because sometimes these client uh success uh people client success manager they don't get enough information sometimes we get information they don't know information that wasn't told to them and we we we forward that to them Yeah I see okay so that explains why you you had
a part in the the retention um because uh in most structures uh after the uh appointment setting team has set the appointment after the sales closing team has closed um the deal usually it's handed off to um an account executive or an account manager yeah and they have the retention metric not the not the setters not the closers 100% yeah but but but just to add some information about that me and my team was really obligated to do so but it's it's just related to how we do calls how we how we do the initial
approach we tend to make it a bit personal that I once say well it's not really a regular on a regular basis we tend I I tend to you know request to my team hey shoot a message to Steve to John ask ask how is it going and they just feel good about it we we um we did some survey and they were happy that you know um somebody from from that team somebody who who uh who they first talked to is still somewhat engaged them you know checking on them and it makes them feel
good and it's it's one of the reasons why they stay as well so we're not but just to be clear we're not it's not part of of our professional responsibilities gotcha but but it it helps build and foster the relationship and hence leads to retention so I think that's that's quite impressive um okay uh I'm guessing that the revenue impact that you shared here uh 160,000 closed sales annually is also a team effort am I understanding this correctly yep okay got it and um can you can you share some um I would say interesting conversations
uh when you were doing the demo when you were closing deals like what what kind of objections were you handling and uh how were you handling those so let me start off with the appointment setting because I would say it's really the hardest part of the sales uh process I would say and unlike when somebody will attend to a demo they're in this state of listening to what you're about to say right unlike you know calling them randomly on a phone especially English is not is not your first language and they might be doing something
else they might be in a good condition or state to listen to your stuff then the the the most common is that I'm not interested i'm not interested right i don't have a time right now so um but I would say the most interesting is that um hey John I I still need to think about it so how I handle it is I want to keep it real hey of course Justin of course you need to think about it why not um let me get my let's say discovery um um analyst or my account executive
give you more information for you to have something to think about and then let's take it from there but hey Jason why are we one of those people who's going to call you 10 times a day you can always say no to it but you can't really decide whether you're interested or not if you don't have enough information so why don't we give you enough information first and then you decide that's how we do it you're you're authoritative and you're basically doing a real talk you're not going to say you're not interested okay thank you
so much no let me give you enough information before you say you're not interested and sometimes it's uh because because I I've talked to some leads and they said "You know what John we're receiving tons of calls from these tele marketers is scammers trying to scam us." And this is the very first somebody stood up and call us out because they tend to say yes bow down to us and I said that's a very good point why don't we be brutally honest with them show care to them be more considerate but you know upfront upfront
agreement we call it and it was successful i would say it's a very interesting conversation because because that's uh that's the most common thing let me talk to my wife first let me talk to my manager first we're not interested blah blah blah and yeah it's it's very interesting it it gave way for us to change the approach how we do calls how we do the messaging and basically it pushes toward success okay that makes sense wow man uh thanks for sharing that i I personally do not do cold calling um I hate it i'm
more of a a DM email social media guy um but but yeah it's it's you know um I think it's a it's a it takes some some uh it takes a lot of risk it takes a lot of uh courage to walk up to the phone every day and then you know dial those numbers um yeah I I'd rather have my conversations um on email and whatnot um but dude uh that's that's really that's really cool thank you for for sharing that um all right so I I know we're pushing up against the clock here
um like five minutes um so I'm going to try to squeeze in a few more questions uh I think most of these were answered like um you know the tool that you were you mentioned earlier in in finding leads um and uh I guess just one other uh question on on lead qualification i'm just curious um when you were using that tool to look for your lead um how would you usually decide just by looking at the lead look at the software that this company this lead is actually worth pursuing um what I personally do
to be honest because if you're going to you if you're going to be using let's say instant data scraper and in an instant it's going to give you 500 leads right you don't have the time to search for them to look for what they do on their website it's really time consuming so what I do why don't we call them and then the way we do calls is really a front hey uh Jerson can I just tell you can I just tell you what we do for like 27 seconds I'm John I'm really doing call
right now so if it's not of if this is not making sense please hang up the phone anytime you want or just call me out that'll be okay this is what we do this these are the challenges that we solve and they say "No don't really do that it's it's not really making sense and I'm going to ask some questions." And after I realize "Hey this is not really for them no problem thank you so much you have one." That's how we do it you know um Okay just Just call them up wow wow that
that's that's an impressive league qualification tactic just give him a call right excellent um love it um okay do you do any kind of um nurturing um or preheating before you call these leads or just just literally you get a number then you just dial along what do you mean by by nurturing sorry okay sorry uh so so preheating is probably it's probably a jargon in in the space that I'm working in so so preheating is uh you do certain activities before you actually do your first outreach whether you call them you send them an
email send them connection requests and preheating usually is um stalking them on social media liking some of their posts getting in the radar um so from a cold lead you kind of preheat right you preheat before you actually go for the kill and say "Hey um here want to talk to you or I'm sending you an email now telling you about my services whatever." Uh It's it's a little bit of nurture step um are you do you have any experience with that at all if not no worries i I do have a lot of it
but let me tell you this uh we did a lot of testing before about it so we tend to back then you know during my but but let me be honest with you right because you might think that hey this guy is doing good and all that stuff during my first month at V7 I wasn't able to make any appointments trust me I wasn't it was a total mess so during the second during the first month we were asked to um uh stalk them on their link account because they they they sometimes link service their
Facebook professional Facebook right they put some personal stuff there they walking dogs or they're out with their family and we use that to to personalize the way we do calls hey hey Jen um yeah i've I've I've checked your Lincoln account and and I saw that you you walked your dog out you you were out with your family i thought we thought it it was going to be it was going to be successful but you know what it it came out negatively it seems like you're a freaking stalker i don't know you why the hell
are you uh going through my my link account i don't know you and then you will talk about my family like who the hell are you so it didn't end good it didn't end good so when we we did if we can call it preheating yes I did a lot of that but it really I'm not say it's it's it's a worse process but it's just a matter of what works or not for a certain product so we did change that and we just you know don't do any preheating or some research just call them
up say what we do if it's not making sense for them move on to another one i see got it all right um well yeah I totally get that it may not work um and and that's what makes sales so interesting right because not every trick in the book is applicable not every worksense not every trick makes sense so um yeah and and and actually it's it's the good thing about it you know you you tend to what to neutralize your ego sometimes you think this is this process is the best well try that to
to some other company let's see if it's if it will still work so it's a matter of being so open-minded to let go of the things that you were previously doing and accepting new ones but get the ones that are working that can be integrated to that present uh process and then make it work you know it's it's a good it's a good industry to be honest yeah totally get it um I I guess just one other question um or well maybe two more questions here um so you mentioned that uh in your first during
your first month uh you were really struggling right you were not uh generating appointments or whatnot um can you can you tell me a little bit more about that like what what actually moved the needle right what what did you do what did you have to go through for you to actually start generating appointments okay so during the first month because all the call calls were recorded so after that first month I wasn't able to get appointment so I tried to uh talk to the uh the supervisor i asked who's the uh top sales guy
here in the company mhm i took I got their names and I scheduled one-on-one appointments and then asked them tips hey here's my problem how can you help me i did oneonone with them i begged for their tips and I watched a lot of videos on YouTube on on how to do an appointment setting i practice a lot let me show you this this mirror is actually I'm not sure if this is allowed if this will get you in trouble this mirror is is now five years with me look okay okay yeah i see the
mirror yeah tell me about it so this you know I did a lot of things i did a lot of tactics to basically make the cold calling work make everything work so every time I do cold calling it's right in front of me to check how I how I sound you know how how I express things that's how how intricate it was for me i tried to put style to make everything work and then after that first month I was able to make one you know two per day three sometimes one and it was it
skyrocketed I would say you know with the help of every person who helped me videos on YouTube we made it work nice wow good you're you're you're persistent um and then the the mirror trick uh I like it i love it um I you know I I I probably could not imagine myself doing that so you you know pulling it off talking to yourself in front of a mirror wow uh that's that's totally next level um awesome and it makes complete sense um I'm glad to see that you're um you you acknowledge that you needed
to help um and you actively reach out you begged for it according to your words so um I think that's that speaks a lot to how hungry how bad you really want to be you know to be in the industry um cool man um let me just see if I have other questions here um I think you've answered most of these um let's see um you you mentioned earlier that you were testing out preheating didn't quite work out um and you mentioned changing your messaging uh did someone tell you to change your messaging did you
come up with it on your own like what what was you know what's the story behind that was the what did it look like uh when you were changing the whole thing so you know during the first month we were instructed you know the good thing about a company is they're they're versatile they're very open for changes it's not really very ego-driven company so if it's working do it if it's not let's change it so I said during the first week second week third week it's not working at all let's change it okay john how
do you want to change it let me you know uh send this proposal email uh proposal template I would say and then uh script that's how I did it and they just ma made some a bit of revision about it in it and then yep it was good to go okay gotcha um so you were free to kind of mix things up and see what works okay yes cool all right well um uh you definitely demonstrated adaptability there and Um I think in this phase we always need to be testing um and just to see
cuz what what what can work today may not work tomorrow and we don't have to be we shouldn't even be one trick ponies so I love it i love that that mindset um cool well um Don I think I have everything that um um I I need from you um we got clarity on the numbers i asked the questions I should be asking about your experience and whatnot um and and I think this has been a very meaningful conversation um I enjoyed it i love the tricks that you shared i like your your process and
your mindset and just the the fortitude to you know um to just to push push through obstacles handle objections i love it um the next steps here will be for me to uh get your interview results over to our car team and they'll be communicating with you as to you know what the result was uh what the next steps would look like so uh keep an eye out for um the communication packet from either Alex or Beth uh they're both from our HR team and then um we'll we'll go from there uh any questions for
me before we end um I just got two um you know the first is that um what do you like and what do you hate about this is recorded right it is recorded yeah all right so yeah so the first is that what do you like and what do you don't like about this company and number two I would like to know the uh uh the salary range for this uh position that's it uh okay so um let me address salary range uh because that's something that I literally don't have access to so I really
don't know um honestly uh that will be a good question for uh for for Beth or for Alex or HR team but I will say this i will say this because I work directly with the CEO of the company James Olman um I will say this uh James is a type of uh person who would want to pay people based on uh whatever their desired payment is so long as number one there's the portfolio to prove that and then number two there's the communication skill uh that could communicate that effectively and then number three uh
there's the ability to generate results proven tested um and documented results so literally what I'm saying is and that's probably a long answer but what I'm saying is what um James is more than happy to pay you whatever you want so long as it can be backed up with results portfolio and that's why we're we're asking for it so that's a salary range um and if you want to ask me personally um I I I gave out a number to the company this is what I want to be paid this is my experience this is
what I can do this are the results that I can bring this is how I want to be paid and then they they accommodated it so you you you know uh keep keep that in mind um there's a range somewhere i I don't know what the exact range is but um again it's really just all about uh showcasing the value that you you bring and then the salary that you're asking for and if it makes sense right so um uh but budget is real um usually James would have to negotiate with a client um specific
to your asking rate and that's why we're heavily reliant on the portfolio that you're bringing to the table because we will be using that to present a case um if you know if it if this type of experience this type of result actually warrants this type of salary if that makes sense okay so that's the answer to salary range now what I love and what I hate um what I love number one is the culture um and it sounds cheesy but really uh we are striving for a culture of what we call accountability and positivity
and it has to go both ways right um I love that because um we every one of us everyone of the team is held accountable um at the same time we nurture um a culture of positivity um how does that translate to how we operate number one we hate time trackers because if we if we want everyone to be accountable why do we need to install time trackers watch whatever you're doing on your screen as opposed to um just you producing results right so instead of time tracking we have win tracking and if ever you
get hired um I'm going to be scheduling catchup calls with you and tell you a little bit more about the frameworks but the idea here is we don't track time we track wins i'm an appointment setter so James would ask me "How many hours did you render today?" he would ask me how many appointments did you set today win tracking versus time tracking and that's how we foster that culture right so I love it um now what I hate and I know this is being recorded um it's it's um the negative I would say the
negative of having a culture of positivity and accountability is that you're leaving a lot of room for abuses and when I say abuses um I'm talking about people just not on board with the culture so they're less accountable they're less positive they don't show up for meetings and because we're too kind um sometimes people would abuse that kindness and that's the part that I hate because I understand being kind and and James generally is a kind person like I I I know him i've met him personally he went to the Philippines last couple years uh
he's kind and it's just that it breaks my heart for others to kind of take advantage of that kindness especially other Filipinos and I know it sounds kind of bad but it it's it's the reality of things so that's what I love i love it at the same time I kind of hate it it's I don't know where you draw the line there but that's that's that's my my sentiment it's really just I don't know man um yeah some people will just take advantage of you if you're if you're too nice um and I feel
that sometimes it because of our drive to be really really positive it's just you know people people just tend to take advantage of it so anyway um did did that answer your question 100% 100% okay yeah it's it's really good that you know because because the reason why I asked that before I I told I thought before that if you if you want to be successful in sales you need to be u so hungry you need to be uh result hungry driven you know fired up masculine and um it's really true you mean like Grant
Tardone yeah oh no no uh Grant Cardone is is just a bit mellow let's talk about Andy Iliad okay okay yes the the bald mascular guy fitted jeans and everything he's so hardcore it's it's really true it's really true at the beginning of your career when you don't have money but once you got money you know the fire is not going to be there so the that's the first thing about why I ask about the salary range because of of course at the end of the day it's all about money we work for the people
we love right the number two why I ask about your the things that you like about a company because I I realized that above being money hungry or results driven it's really the love for the company it's like loving family right sometime there's toxic co-workers toxic supervisors but if you love the company you will make everything work uh to to help them generate more money to keep the company alive and that's the concern that's love for the company and I'm willing to love a company i'm willing to stay to be loyal to it as long
as I'm being um taken care of I would say so that's the reason why I asked that and I love everything I heard so yeah well uh well yeah um 100% brother um and and I really hope uh that that the next stages for you go well um because you know uh I think you really have um the right attitude uh I think the the skill set is there um and you know I wish I was a decision maker here but I'm not um after this there's there's still James and then there's still the clients
uh that you're going to be representing us for because we the you know how agencies work right uh whatever the client or the agency is they're not our clients uh our client is the agency and then we just represent the agency for our clients and that's really that's the beauty of it because we it relieves the pressure of us looking for our own clients the agency the company does it for us and we just have to deliver the results um so there's there's still a few more hoops that you need to go through uh but
I wish you well uh with your application um and uh hope we'll have this conversation uh in the next few months here weeks maybe even so all right brother thank you for your time we went over I talk a lot obviously um and that's always a good thing u but appreciate you appreciate your time and you have yourself wonderful thank you so much man have a care bye
