hell by now you've already heard this word before it's somewhere in your life hell but what is hell exactly is it a real place what is hell like will it be tormented in hell forever and ever if you end up there will there be demons in hell and what kind of people will end up in hell now these are just some of the questions that i'm going to answer in this video and it's very important that you watch the whole video because you know in the day and age that we live in a lot of
churches and pastors preachers they don't want to talk about hell anymore they only want to talk about things that people in the church want to hear what their fleshly natures want to hear but you see we need to preach the full gospel of god the whole bible not just the part that we want to talk about why because it is only the full truth that can set people free you know jesus he warned us a lot more about the reality of hell than he ever talked about in heaven listen to this matthew 13 verse 40
just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire so will it be at the end of the age the son of man will send his angels and they will gather out his kingdom all causes of sin and all lawbreakers and throw them into the fury furnace in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their father he who has ears let him hear if you are unsafe please watch this video all the way to the end because it might be the
most important video that you will ever watch in your whole life because it can save your soul from hell now what is hell well let's take a look at what jesus himself says about hell first matthew 25 41 then he will say to those on his left depart from me you cursed into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels here we clearly see that hell will be an eternal place a fire and it's a place that was originally created for the devil and his demons do you know what that means it means
if you go to hell you're not going to be alone and you know many people who had near death experiences like belois they said that when they experienced hell they saw demons let's go to verse 46 and these will go away into eternal punishment by the righteous into eternal life so hell is an eternal place for punishment so a lot of people say no it's not eternal no it's not going to be an eternal place of punishment well that's not what the bible says the bible says it is an eternal place of punishment and that
is for those people who wanted to live their life here on earth this temporary life in sin who chose the darkness over the light who rejected the truth of jesus christ jesus also says in matthew 13 49 so it will be at the end of the age the angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fury furnace in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth wow what a terrible place whipping and gnashing of teeth do you know how bad hell is going to be like
if people are going to do that for all eternity i can't believe that there are even christians who say no hell is not real because their faith is based on what jesus says it's based on jesus and jesus himself says that it will be an eternal place of punishment where they will be weeping and gnashing of teeth hell is real and is not a place that you or i want to go to jesus himself warned us about the reality of hell mark 9 43 jesus warns us and if your hand causes you to sin cut
it off it is better for you to enter life crippled than with two hands to go to hell to the unquenchable fire and if your foot causes you to sin cut it off it is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell and if your eye causes you to sin tear it out it is better for you to enter the kingdom of god with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell it is very clear that jesus warns us about the absolute reality of hell
and you will go there if you don't turn away from your sin if you don't turn to jesus christ who is the only savior you know it's so strange we human beings we get life insurance car insurance we even get a house insurance in case of fire which probably won't even happen and yet we don't even protect our souls from the eternal fire which will definitely happen for all eternity a place where they will be whipping and gnashing of teeth jesus says this again in matthew 25 verse 30 and cause the worthless servant into the
outer darkness in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth so what does jesus say here that it will be a place of outer darkness because god is light and you won't feel god's presence in hell in 2 thessalonians 1 9 we read they will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction away from the presence of the lord and from the glory of his might now this world this world it's already got its problems right but it's no match for hell a place without god's presence just imagine what hell is like truly what it
is like for just a few seconds with the devil and his demons lurking around where the worm does not die and the fire is not quenched with wailing and gnashing of teeth of thousands of people that never ever stops and if you go there you will be tormented for all eternity and it is a place without god's presence and then jesus says further in matthew 10 28 i do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell hell is not a
place that you want to go to one day it is a terrible place and it is the righteous judgment it is a place of punishment for those who rejected jesus christ the light who wanted to live in sin for those who do not accept that jesus christ already took their punishment on the cross they rejected it so now they have to go through the punishment which is hell hell is a place for people who want to live in sin to kill steal lie rape drink gossip sleep around who gave in to their fleshly desires of
lust envy greed wrath gluttony and pride now let me just make something clear here a lot of people think that when the bible talks about hades or sheol that it is hell but it's not the same thing let me explain this the realm of the dead is called the hades in the new testament greek and sheol in the old testament hebrew it is not a hell it simply means the place of the dead or the grave so hades in shoal is just a temporary place of torment when you read the example of the rich man
in lazarus it's just a temporary place of torment where people will wait for the final judgment day the final resurrection when god will judge all people and then throw them into the lake of fire into hell and then hell will be permanent because death and hades will be thrown into hell revelation 20 verse 12 and i saw the dead great and small standing before the throne and books were opened then another book was opened which is the book of life and the dead were judged by what was written in the books according to what they
had done you see you will be judged according to what you have done on this temporary world verse 13 and the sea gave up the dead who were in it death and hades gave up the dead who were in them and they were judged each one of them according to what they had done then death and hades were thrown into the lake of fire this is the second death the lake of fire and if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life he was thrown into the lake of fire the confusion here
comes when some translations translate scripture wrongly for example the old testament used hell instead of sheol or the new testament use hell instead of hades for example the king james version says in psalms 16 verse 10 for thou wilt not leave my soul in hell neither will thou suffer thine holy one to see corruption the hebrew word here is not hell it is hades other translations got it right like the esv it says for you will not abandon my soul to sheol or let your holy one see corruption if you're still confused you don't know
the difference between hades and hell it doesn't matter actually that much because the point is this all evil doers will eventually end up in hell for all eternity if you choose to continue to live in sin if you don't want to accept jesus christ as your lord and savior then you will end up in hell revelation 21 verse 8 but the cowardly unbelieving abominable murderers sexually immoral sorceress idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone which is the second death so the bible is very clear that
those who choose an emphasis on choose because it is a choice you've been given the opportunity to make your own choices in this temporary world and the most important choice that you have to make is to choose the light or the dark so you have to make your choice and after if you made your choice you will have to deal with the consequences of that choice and if you don't want to choose then that is also still a choice because you chose not to choose jesus christ and even if you just choose half-heartedly just to
get your ticket into heaven god sees right through you and that goes for all the lukewarm christians as well god says in revelation 3 verse 16 so because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold i will spit you out of my mouth now i'm not telling you this to scare you i'm telling you this the reality the truth so that you have time to come to jesus christ so they don't go to hell because thousands of people as we are talking right now thousands of you that are watching this video are slowly walking towards
hell and you will end up there if you don't choose jesus christ you know 150 000 people die every single day and how many of them are going to hell jesus says in matthew 7 13 enter by the narrow gate for the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction and those who enter by it are many for the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life and those who find it are few you know i've lost two brothers both of them in their early twenties i've lost
my dad i've lost my father-in-law i've lost all my grandparents i've lost a few other people and you know it shook something within me to see the reality for what it is that i will to one day die that you will also one day die it's a fact and you can't run away from it and i'm telling you this because i love you and i don't want you to end up in hell you need to know that god is love and he gives you time a time of grace to come to him but his time
of grace is also running out choose before it is too late acts 17 verse 30 says the times of ignorance god overlooked but now he commands all people everywhere to repent because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead if you read the context here you will understand that by a man he means jesus god in the flesh who came to earth god the father sent his son to
earth to die in our place to take our punishment because our punishment is hell for our sins but he came to take it already on himself and he knew no sin but he became sin for us on the cross that's why he came to die and god is just one man brought sin into the world adam and one perfect man came to free us from our sin from the punishment of our sin which is hell a lot of times we say i'm saved i'm saved he's saved he'd be saved what does it mean to be
saved saved from what saved from the punishment of hell and jesus already took that punishment on the cross that's why he died in your place he took my sins he took your sins he took the world's sins upon himself while he himself knew no sin 2 corinthians 5 21 says for our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin so that in him we might become the righteousness of god you need to understand that god is the ultimate judge and he will judge the whole world he will judge it righteously he will
judge you based on the way that you lived your life all your actions your thoughts your deeds everything that you did in this temporary world will be judged by god you know those things that you did you thought nobody saw you those secret things the things that you sometimes think that you think no one else sees god sees everything and he will judge your heart romans 2 verse 16 says on that day when according to my gospel god judges the secrets of men by christ jesus you got to remember god knows everything he is holy
he is perfect and he is righteous and even just one sin is still sin not one of us are perfect we are all guilty of sin romans 3 verse 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of god you know if god is just which we know he is then he will judge all unrighteousness all that is wrong with this world that is causing so much pain and suffering people sometimes ask what is wrong with the world it is because sin came into the world people want to blame god but they need
to blame other people their sin according to huffpost.com every 98 seconds someone is sexually assaulted in the u.s that is only in the u.s and god will judge them let's look at murder i live in south africa did you know that we have 58 murders per day according to business tech that's here zere you know my oldest brother was also killed murdered here in south africa and god will judge the murderers god will judge all sinners he did not even spare the angels when they sinned against him so he's not going to spare you if
you don't turn away from your sins 2 peter 2 verse 4 says for if god did not spare the angels when they sinned but caused them into hell and committed them to chains of gloomy darkness to be kept until the judgment and in this part we clearly see that there are already demons in hell in chains of darkness so what else is going to happen in hell what is hell really like well we know that there are different degrees of punishment for example revelation 20 verse 12 says and i saw the dead great and small
standing before the throne and books were opened then another book was opened which is the book of life and the dead were judged by what was written in the books listen to this according to what they had done and the sea gave up the dead who were in it death and hades gave up the dead who were in them and they were judged each one of them according to what they had done did you get that they will be judged according to what according to what they had done jesus talks about this when he talks
about the wicked servant but if that servant says to himself my master is the lady in coming and begins to beat the male and female servants and to eat and drink and get drunk the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know and will cut him in pieces and put him with the unfaithful now just in case you missed it jesus is talking about his second coming here the day of judgment verse 47 and that servant who knew his master's will
but did not get ready or act according to his will will receive a severe beating but the one who did not know and did what deserved a beating will receive a light beating everyone to whom much was given of him much will be required and from him to whom they entrusted much they will demand the more so here we clearly see that certain people will be judged according to what they had done will be different degrees of punishment and just a a word of warning here to preachers and pastors out there that do not preach
the full gospel you will be judged as well be very careful because if you don't preach the full gospel as it is written then god will judge you you cannot just preach motivational messages only that god is love only prosperity you have to preach that god is holy righteous and you have to preach hell as well the whole bible because if you don't you will cause people to stumble or to understand the gospel wrongly in a skewed way no preach 100 the truth and if you are a false prophet a false teacher whatever you call
yourself you need to know the worst punishment of hell will be waiting for you you who must lead thousands of people in matthew 18 verse 6 jesus says but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea now let's go to 2 peter 2. the whole chapter talks about false doctrines and false prophets teachers and then 2 peter 2 verse 17 says these are waterless springs and mists
driven by a storm for them the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved for speaking aloud boasts of folly the entice by sensual passions of the flesh those who are barely escaping from those who live in error they promise them freedom but they themselves are slaves of corruption for whatever overcomes a person to that he is enslaved for if after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our lord and savior jesus christ they are again entangled in them and overcome the last state has become worse for them than the first
for it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them what the true proverb says has happened to them the dog returns to its own vomit and the soul after washing herself returns to wallow in the mire the worst of hell is reserved for false prophets and teachers and there are many of them especially the word of faith movement prosperity preachers who deceive people to want to come to jesus just to be rich wealthy and healthy in
this temporary world instead of coming to jesus because they are sinners in need of a savior jesus died not so that we can continue to live in luxury according to our own fleshly desires no he died so that we can die to our own fleshly desires and to live now through the spirit who has given us because it is the spirit that has set us free now you know john 3 verse 16 right it says for god so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but
have eternal life it is true it is beautiful and it is it is amazing but you know most of us just stopped there that's all that we know we don't continue to read but let me just read a little bit further verse 17 says for god did not send his son into the world to condemn the world but in order that the world might be saved through him here again that the world might be saved through him saved from what what are you saved from let's continue verse 36 whoever believes in the son has eternal
life whoever does not obey the son shall not see life but the wrath of god remains on him when jesus took your sins on himself on the cross he took god the father's wrath on himself that is what he spared you from and if god the father did not spare his own son he's not going to spare you in hell because he is righteous romans 8 says he who did not spare his own son but gave him up for us all how will he not also with him graciously give us all things who shall bring
any charge against god's elect it is god who justifies god is righteous i really hope he's starting to sink in the importance of understanding god's righteousness and his holiness yes he is also love it's amazing because god is love a lot of people say it god is love god is love god is love and they focus on that too much and then they say the following they say oh god won't throw me into hell just because of my sin because he's a god of love that comes from the preaching of lukewarm churches who preach only
a one-sided gospel they preach god's love without also preaching his holiness and his righteousness so what do you get you get lukewarm christians that are not really christians at all remember even if you are lukewarm he will spit you out of his mouth revelation 3 verse 16 so because you are lukewarm and neither hot nor cold i will spit you out of my mouth yes god is love but he is also holy and he is also righteous and so he cannot just let you go into heaven if you haven't become a reborn christian ask him
to forgive you for your sins you might say but daniel i'm a good person it doesn't matter if you've done once and you've done them all let me ask you have you ever lied well then you're a liar have you ever stolen something well then you're a thief if you've sinned against god if you've broken one of these laws you've broken all of them according to james 2 verse 10 it says for whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it it is important to understand that no
one can save themselves your actions your good deeds cannot save you none of us can be saved by ourselves we are only saved by god's grace through real faith in jesus christ when he come and he declares us as righteous because we accept what jesus did for us on the cross that he died for our sins in our place and then we are changed he gives us the holy spirit and then we won't continue in sin because now if we truly have the holy spirit in us if we are reborn christians a new creation you
will automatically produce good fruit good deeds because god changed you you need to understand this all of us have sinned go and read the first few chapters of romans it talks about how god declares us as righteous you need to understand it and the amazing thing is is that god gave us a way out a way out of hell and that is only through jesus christ romans 3 says the righteousness of god through faith in jesus christ for all who believe for there is no distinction for all have sinned and fall short of the glory
of god and are justified by his grace as a gift through the redemption that is in christ jesus whom god put forward as a propitiation by his blood to be received by faith this was to show god's righteousness because in his divine forbearance he had passed over former sins it was to show his righteousness at the present time so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in jesus how amazing is that that the blood of jesus christ that he paid the price for your sins already he's already done
it so you are already saved from what saved from the punishment of eternal hell because of the blood of jesus but only if you accept it and jesus warns us of eternal punishment with the story of the rich man and lazarus listen to this luke 16 19 there was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day and out of his gate was laid a poor man named lazarus covered with sores who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table moreover even the dogs
came and licked his source the poor man died and was carried by the angels to abraham's side rich man also died and was buried and in hades being in torment he lifted up his eyes and saw abraham far off and lazarus at his side and he called out father abraham have mercy on me and send lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue for i am in anguish in this flame but abraham said child remember that you in your lifetime received your good things and lazarus in like men are
bad things but now he is comforted here and you are in anguish and besides all this between us and you a great chasm has been fixed in order that those who would pass from here to you may not be able and none may cross from there to us and he said then i beg you father to send him to my father's house for i have five brothers so that he may warn them lest they also come into this place of torment but abraham said they have moses and the prophets let them hear them and he
said no father abraham but if someone goes to them from the dead they will repent he said to him if they do not hear moses and the prophets neither will they be convinced if someone should rise from the dead this story gives you just a little bit of an idea of what it is like to be in hades right now at this moment waiting for the eternal judgment day and then to be thrown into hell as you're watching this video there are currently people now just like the rich man being tormented in hades and let
me tell you they are full of regret and i don't want you to be one of them one day they used to be normal people doctors musicians kings rugby players actors presidents normal people famous people and now it doesn't even matter what they were here on earth all the generations before us they're not here have you ever been to a graveyard take a look at all the graves there people who once lived this world where are they now and where will you go to when you die you are still here you still have time and
every second that you have breath in your lungs is another second that god is giving you time and grace to come to him and to accept him as lord and savior he made you he created you and he wants you to choose him so that you will be with him in the new heaven and the new earth it is your choice heaven or hell and you know he's not far away from you acts 17 verse 26 says and he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth
having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place that they should seek god and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him yet he is actually not far from each one of us for in him we live and move and have our being you're still here because god is giving you time you have to make your choice and we make it so complicated sometimes but it's actually just easy you have to choose the darkness or the light jesus christ make your choice repent from all your sins and god will forgive you romans
10 verse 9 says if you confess with your mouth that jesus is lord and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead you will be saved for with the heart one believes and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved god led you to watch this video right now and as we're speaking he's waiting for you he's knocking at your door the door of your heart and he wants you to open the door to let him in he says in revelation 3 verse 20 behold i stand at the door
and knock if anyone hears my voice and opens the door i will come into him and eat with him and he with me god is waiting for you to open your heart don't you think it's time to let him in because apart from being safe from the eternal torment of hell you will also find your real identity in jesus christ because he created you you are not here on earth just for no reason at all just because of a bunch of chemicals mixed and then boom there you are with no purpose no accept him accept
the truth and find all the answers that you're looking for because all of the answers are found in him you'll never find the answers of life and material things like drugs money relationships travel alcohol or even your hobbies you can only find it in jesus christ that emptiness deep inside of you in your inner man that hole that you have you never feel full doesn't matter what you do you try new things and then just a few days later you're still the same nothing has changed that is because only jesus christ can fill it only
god can change you because that part of you that is spirit but you are still spiritually dead but you feel something is missing and that is god because god is spirit john 4 24 says god is spirit and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth let me tell you i used to be a very different person i used to just live in my own fleshly desires i used to drink a lot he used to party a lot i was not a good person at all but jesus christ opened my eyes to the
truth and i couldn't run away from it and then when i accepted him that is the moment i actually really started to live to have spiritual life he gave me his spirit i started to see things differently i started to see the reality of life of what it truly is and i started to love life don't you think it is time to turn to your creator to turn to god and let him change you accept him as lord and savior of your life if you do want to do that then pray with me now god
i need you you are the way the truth and the life come and change me give me new spiritual life make me a new creation i know that i have sinned against you and the punishment for it is hell but god i don't want to go to hell and i know i can't save myself but only you can so please lord forgive me for all of my sins wash me clean with your blood that was shed on the cross for me jesus thank you for taking my punishment on the cross i accept that you took
my punishment in my place so that god the father can declare me as righteous i submit to your will and accept you as my lord and savior so come lord jesus and make me a new creation a new person i open the door of my heart please come in and start a fresh relationship with me thank you jesus amen if you just prayed with me and you really meant it from a genuine honest sincere heart then you are now a child of god welcome to the family but it doesn't just stop here now your journey
