m. she went with two Junior colleagues of hers to have dinner and while all the Juniors and Hospital staff left she chose to stay in the seminar room to have some rest in the middle of her call shift after this period no one knows what happened and right about at 7:30 a. m.
while people were looking for her they opened the seminar room and found her semi naked dead body 3 hours later at about 11:00 a. m. her parents receive a call telling them to come to the college because their daughter was sick 15 minutes later they receive another call from the school staff stating that their daughter had committed suicide the worst part is when they arrive to the school at about 1:00 a.
m. they are not allowed to see the dead body of their daughter for about 3 hours only after when many students come and protest for the parents to see the dead body of their daughter is the father allowed to go in and see the condition to his horror his daughter was found semi naked with her legs at 90° angle implying a pelvic bone fracture and just to your knowledge the pelvic bone is the hardest to fracture and it would require multiple people to do the same and this is how the family describes the condition of the daughter right angle right this for the students and the parents was not actually a suicide which the administration was first implying this was a gang rape and murder case students also pushed the police and administration into doing a magistrate inquest which reveals the following information I'm going to show you it found multiple injuries throughout her body from bleeding from her eyes due to her glasses being smashed into her eyes bleeding from her mouth injury all over the body bleeding from vagina injury to her lips and the pelvic bone fracture they also found 151 mg of semen inside her uterus just so so that you know it is impossible for one person to ejaculate about 151 mg of semen generally it is about 10 to 15 mg per person so this could mean that there were multiple people involved the postmortem was also problematic because it was done in arj Medical College itself which is not according to protocol it should have been done in a separate Medical College and kolata has so many medical colleges where it could have been done so there have been questions raised on how accurate this postmortem was on the same day on 9th of August in the evening the parents were pushed into cremating their daughter principal of the college Drsuep go had the audacity to say that this girl who had apparently committed suicide was psychotic this news about this being a gang rape and murder spread across the college like wildfire leading to a big protest by arer Medical College the next day on 10th of August due to this protest there was a lot of pressure on the Kolkata police to change this case from suicide into murder and rape case on the 11th of August one suspect was found his name is Sanjay Roy this person is actually a police Civic volunteer which means that he helps low ranking police officers with different tasks from taking care of traffic to taking care of sick police officers in the hospital he has been married about four times with three of his marriages ending up in divorces with him having multiple domestic violence cases against some of his wives and not only that just a few weeks before this incident he had another case where he assaulted another female the way they figured out that this person was involved was on the CCTV cameras he was seen going into the hospital at about 3:00 a. m.
