So, I recently found out that people are making thousands of dollars selling digital products on threads and nobody is talking about them. Like, we're all focused on Tik Tok, Instagram, and Etsy. Meanwhile, there's this whole marketplace happening on Thread that's barely saturated.
I'm talking about 5,000, 7,000, and even 10,000 a month. And by the end of this video, I'm going to show you exactly how they are doing it, the types of products that are selling like crazy, and the exact step-by-step process that you can do it, too. So, you can start doing this, too.

So, let's get into it. Okay, so first, why Threads and why is this working so well right now? Here's what most people don't realize.
Thres launched in 2023 and while most people was hating on it at first, it quietly became one of the best platforms for actually making sales. And I'm going to tell you why. Number one, the algorithm is insane right now.
Posts are being shown to thousands of people that's not even following you. I'm seeing people with 200 followers getting 10,000 impression on a single post. That is insane.
That doesn't happen often on Instagram anymore. Number two, people on threads are actually looking for solutions. It's not like Tik Tok where everyone just scrolling for entertainment.
People are asking questions, looking for resources, and wanting to learn things. And that's your ideal customer. Number three, the good thing is still early.
We're going into 2026 and most creators still have not figured out how to monetize the thread. That means less competition for you and more opportunity to stand out. And the best part, you can use AI to create both your products and your content, which means you can do this even if you're starting from zero.
I'm going to show you real example of what's working. But stick with me because the strategy at the end is what making people the most money. Let's talk about what products are actually making money on thread right now.
The number one thing I am seeing is courses, templates, and guides. Think of social media template, Canva templates, content calendars, and caption guides. anything that saves people time.
Anywhere from $7 to $47 and people buy them every single day. Number two, niche planners and trackers. Fitness planners, meal prep guide, business planners.
If it helps someone stay organized in a specific area of their life is selling. Number three, educational guides and ebooks, many courses in PDF format, and niche specific tutorial. People will pay for condensed actionable information.
And here's what's interesting. The products that do the best aren't the prettiest ones. They are the ones that solve a very specific problem for a very specific person.
That's the key. Now, you might thinking, how do I know what niche to choose or what product to create? I actually covered exactly how to use AI to figure that out in my complete beginner guide video.

But assuming that you already have your niche and product idea, let me show you the strategy that's actually getting these products in front of buyers on threads. All right, here is the strategy that people are using to make consistent sales on threads. And it's so simple that you're going to be mad that you didn't even think of it.
They're not just posting buy my product over and over again. That doesn't work. What they're doing is posting valuable content that naturally leads people to want their product.
Here is an example. Let's say that you're selling social media templates. You would be posting things like five types of post that always performs well or the posting schedule that got me 10,000 followers, mistakes I see small businesses making on Instagram.
That content gets engagement. It gets shared and in your replies you can mention if you want this template I use link is in bio. People are also using threads to answer questions.
Someone may ask what's the best way to plan content and you will give an helpful answer and then say I actually have a a full content planner that breaks this down link and bio if you want it. You're leading with value building trust and then offering your product as the solution. Here's the thing.
Thread shows your replies to tons of people. So even when you're answering someone question, you're getting in front of a new audience. The people that's making the most money are posting two to three times a day.
Now wait, I'm not telling you that you have to post two to three times. Make sure you post consistently on whatever schedule that you can follow and post a mixture of educational content, engagement post, and soft promotional post. And they're using AI to help them create all of this content faster.
Now, let's talk about actually creating a digital product using AI. Now, I went super indepth on the product creation process in my beginner guide video. I showed you exactly how to use AI to outline your product, what tools to use, how to design it, and all of that.
So, I'm not going to repeat all of that here. If you need that full breakdown, go back and watch that video. The link will be in the description, and it will be linked on this video.
But let me give you the quick version specifically for threads. Go to chatbt or claude. Type something like I'm creating a put your product type for and you put your niche that I'll be promoting on threads.
My audience is and describe your audience. Give me a detailed outline of what to include to make this irresistible to them. The key here is being specific about the platform because threads users have different needs and attention span than say Pinterest users.
Now, we're going to take that outline to Canva, customize a template, and create your product. Use the AI outline as your guide for every page. This whole process should take you three to 5 hours max for your first product.
Once you get good at it, you can create product in under 2 hours. Save it as a PDF and you're done. Now you have a digital product ready to sell on thread.
Now you need somewhere to actually sell this product and collect money. The easiest options for threads are stand beacons or gumroll. Stand store and beacons are great if you want that link in bio style where you can list multiple product.
Gumroll is super simple and takes literally 5 minutes to set up. Upload your product, write a description and use AI if you need it. Write a compelling product description for it and put your product that explains the benefit and why someone should buy it.
Keep it short and punchy for a thread audience. Set your price for your first product. I recommend pricing it between $9 through $27.
It's low enough that people will impose buy, but high enough that you're making real money. And here is a pro tip. Offer a launch discount.
Say something like, "Usually this is for $27, but for the first 50 people it's only $17. " This will create urgency and get you those first sales faster. Once your store is set up, copy that link and put it in your thread's bio.
Make your bio clear about what you offer. You can put social media templates, guides for small businesses, and put a emoji pointing down to direct them to your link. That's it.
Your selling system is live. All right. Now, the most important part is getting people to actually see your content and buy your product.
Here's the content mix educational post. You can share tips, tricks, and quick wins related to your niche. These get the most engagement and shares.
Engagement post. You can ask questions, start a conversation, do polls. These build community and show the algorithm that you are active.
Another type of post is soft promotional post. You can share results in testimonials or casually mention your product. You can say something like, "This content calendar template has saved me 10 hours a week.
" You can use AI to help you create this content. You can ask AI, give me 30 thread, post ideas for promoting a tool and you'll add your audience without being pushy. Include a mix of educational engagement and self-promotional post.
The key is consistency. Reply to comments. Engage with other people threads in your niche.
The more active you are, the more the algorithm pushes your content. And here's something that most people don't do. Search for questions that is related to your niche and answer them with value.
Then mention that your product exists. Those replies can get thousands of views. So, you made your first sales.
Yay. We're talking into the existence. So, now, how do you scale this to a consistent $5,000, $7,000, and even $10,000 a month?
Number one, you would create product bundles. Number two, expand your product line. Number three, build an email list.
Number four, you will collaborate with other creators on thread. the people who's making $7,000 through $10,000 a month or one best-selling product and they are consistently creating content to drive traffic. It's not luck.
It's a system. So, let me be real with you. You probably won't make $7,000 your first month.
Most people I've seen their first $100 through $500 in month one, $1,000 through $2,000 in month two or three, and then it scales from there. But here's the beautiful thing. Every product that you create can sell forever.
You make it once and you sell it over and over again. That's what's called a real passive income. And with the help of AI, you can create products and content faster than ever before.
The people who is making the most money aren't the ones with the biggest following. They are the ones who have started staying consistent and kept creating valuable products that solve real problems.
