Okay, module two. Now, ladies and gentlemen, I must inform you that we are now getting into the [ __ ] nitty-gritty. Okay, so it's time to lock in. All right, if your girlfriend's yelling at you or some [ __ ] babe, come over here. [ __ ] me with your tiny dick. Guess what you need to do? You need to tell her to shut the [ __ ] up cuz Blake speaks of speaking and He's about to teach you how to [ __ ] ascend and you're going to leave that [ __ ] anyway. So,
who gives a [ __ ] right now? This module, second module, I have my notes out right here. Going to be pulling up studies and [ __ ] Obviously, like I said, unlike the other look max, I mean, I'm not trying to throw shade, whatever. trying to be positive, but you know, we be backing [ __ ] up scientifically, okay? None of this. Oh my god, it just [ __ ] works, bro. Just Just trust me, bro. So, um, this module is going to be facial aesthetics chapter 1. Um, there's going to be multiple chapters
in this subsection of facial aesthetics. And um this chapter is going to be hormonal effects on bone mass and how to optimize them for facial attractiveness. Now first things first, we just all have to come to agree come to the agreement that Um higher bone mass in a man is just more attractive. if it's a sign of um health and optimal hormones because hormones like we're we're about to get into discussing the effects that hormones play on bone mass and uh masculine viralizing facial aesthetics. And there's also been studies done that show I believe um
I don't know the exact studies or exactly What the ins and outs of the studies but basically like women who were ovulating found more masculine men with bigger jaw lines and [ __ ] more attractive. I mean I I'm just kind of stating the obvious like we all know this shit's [ __ ] true but uh just kind of the intro. So firstly we need to discuss some various hormones that have a big impact on bone growth, bone mass, bone density and increasing your overall facial aesthetic. Um number one is Testosterone. Number two is DHT,
dihydrotestosterone. That is a downstream conversion of testosterone. And also when it comes to testosterone, estrogen does play a big role in uh preventing bone reabsorption. So uh whereas testo that's estrogen. Okay. And then testosterone, DHT, growth hormone, IGF-1, that kind of stuff promotes more of the actual bone growth and uh osteoblasts and whatnot. So, um, firstly, let me pull up a study Talking about the effects of testosterone. We'll start out with testosterone. Testosterone possesses strong androgenic and anabolic effects that are important for both women and men, despite the fact that men produce significantly more testosterone
than women. For example, bone growth and maintenance are significantly influenced by testosterone. Previous studies showed that testosterone admin administration increased the width of epi epi sorry I Can't pronounce this [ __ ] growth plate of growing rats directly. This effect was independent of growth hormone and insulin like growth factor which is IGF-1. The effects of testosterone and maintaining bone mineral density BMD in elderly men are wellknown and have been summarized by previous authors. Thus, androgens take part in building the skeleton of young men and help to prevent bone loss in elderly men. Furthermore, testosterone is
metabolized Via cytochrome P450 aromatase enzy enzyme into 17 bestradile. Um B, I don't know what [ __ ] it looks like a B. We're just going to say a B estradile. Um the aromat estradi estrogen. Um the aromatization process is also important for bone. Several case reports indicated that men with mutations in the estrogen receptor or aromatase genes suffered from severe osteoporosis which is like basically very weak bones suggesting That at least part of the activities of testosterone on male skeleton are exerted by its aromatization into estradiol. So testosterone acts as an androgen. Obviously we're
going to it converts downstream to dihydrotestosterone which is an even more potent androgen. um a very very potent androgen. Um but also estrogen does play a very important role in bone growth. So for example, like some people talk About taking aromatase inhibitors and inhibiting estrogen when their growth plates are open in order to grow taller because testosterone will increase uh your height, increase your uh clavvicular width, all these kind of things. um an increased bone mass and estrogen actually and aromatization of testosterone into estrogen is what actually closes growth plates. So that's a reason why
people use aromatase inhibitors like arimedex aromatase Um [ __ ] like that um to prevent testosterone from converting to estrogen. um you know obviously to keep growth plates open longer but a bad side effect of that is your bones can become less strong less dense so ideally like if you're going to obviously I'm not promoting listen none of this is like medical [ __ ] advice okay I'm just giving you information if your growth plates if you wanted to prolong the Opening of your growth plates by using an aromatase inhibitor to stop testosterone from converting
to estrogen in order to obviously stop your growth plates from closing and keep them open longer, then you just need to know that a risk that comes with that is number one, aromatase inhibitors are just not healthy for you. Like estrogen, I know you think of it as like some [ __ ] horrible thing. Estrogen is very important in multiple different aspects Throughout the male body, okay? Like you need estrogen. Um, it's very neuroprotective. Helps protect your hair. um obviously helps protect uh and stop protect and prevent your body from reabsorbing bone faster than it
is producing it which will lead to osteoporosis. So estrogen is very important um along with testosterone. So next study we're going to be next study is going to be on [ __ ] DHT. Okay. The result the Resulting data revealed that 5 alpha reduced DHT exhibits promising potential promising potential particularly at a dose of 0.1 nanog per n no nanogs per milliliter in promoting the growth of bone cells compared to the control group. Moreover, a significantly higher ALP activity was evident in the experimental group treated with five alpha reductase DHT compared to the CN group
at various time intervals. Um, cells treated with DHT also Expressed remarkably higher collagen disposition and mineralization, calcium and phosphate contents compared to the control group at various time intervals. Conclusion in uh conclusively we suggest that five alpha reductase DHT exhibits outstanding potential in promoting proliferation and differentiation in osteoblasts. Osteoblast is like the formation of new bone cells which could be it be the in vitro basis for the efficacy of five Alpha reductase DHT in the treatment of androgen deficient male osteoporosis. So like basically if you don't have enough androgens as a male this is what
happens to elderly men. This is why what happens to elderly people in general women who hit menopause and stop uh producing as much estrogen bones become more brittle and weak. This is why grandma's on [ __ ] calcium pills and [ __ ] right? Old men who have very low testosterone levels, therefore have lower estrogen, Have lower DHT because testosterone converts. So basically testosterone converts downstream to in two directions, dihydrotestosterone, DHT as well as estrogen. Okay? And they both play significant roles in bone mass. And people, elderly men who don't have enough testosterone, therefore downstream
don't produce enough estrogen or DHT. And this results in osteoporosis, very weak bones. This is why grandma and grandpa whenever they Fall down the [ __ ] stairs cuz their old ass is clumsy, they break their hips and [ __ ] And that's why they got to take their [ __ ] calcium pills and whatnot. So this is just going to show like the importance and the effect that just having normal levels of these hormones have. Not even talking about pushing these hormone levels into super physiological ranges which super physiological if you've watch [ __
] more plates more dates and [ __ ] He says That all the time but super physiological ranges is like outside of the normal reference range. So like I testosterone for example I think the normal reference range is anywhere from like 250 nanogs per deciliter blood concentration to like I think a thou 950 or 1,000 NOG per deciliter. So if you're pushing your testosterone levels outside of like past 950 nanogs per deciliter, you would be now considered uh you would have now pushed your testosterone levels Into the super physiological range. And having a higher testosterone
level is going to mean that more that testosterone converts to DHT, more that testosterone converts to estrogen. This is why bodybuilders, they have to take [ __ ] aromatase inhibitors cuz the extra estrogen starts giving them [ __ ] mantits and and gyno and whatnot. This is also why people who blast high doses of testosterone uh get hair loss faster. It speeds up The process of hair loss. Okay? Because the more DHT you have in your system because of the higher testosterone, the more hair loss you're going to increase. But DHD does play a significant
significant role in the formation and masculineization of the human male face. Okay. So, moving on. Next thing we're going to cover is GH and IGF-1 because they're both on an axis. They're both very closely linked. So growth hormone effectively when increased stimulates The liver to produce more IGF-1 and GH through the mechanism of IGF-1 binds to receptors on the bone and increases bone bone mass and bone density. So we're going to pull up another [ __ ] study of that. um couple of studies actually because growth hormone and IGF-1 have in my opinion the most
significant effect on bone growth and bone density. So um findings in this study Uh the GH and IGF-1 axis has pleotropic effects on the skeleton throughout the lifespan by influencing bone formation and resorption. GH deficiency leads to decreased bone turnover, delayed set uh statural growth, statural so like height growth in children, low bone mass and increased fracture risk in adults. GH replacement improves adult stature and GH deficient children like Lionel Messi for example, the [ __ ] famous soccer player. He had a growth hormone Deficiency. Also, Hazbula, if you know who Hasbullah is, the little
[ __ ] Russian dude who's like 23, but he's like this big. He has a growth hormone deficiency. That's why he looks like a [ __ ] child. Lionel Messi actually had the same condition as Hasboula, but he started taking growth hormone therapy when he was a child while his growth plates were still open and he was able to grow to I don't I think he's like 57 or so. He's a normal adult size now. Looks like a normal [ __ ] adult. If Lionel Messi had not started GH therapy, he would look like [
__ ] Hazbula today if you [ __ ] didn't realize that. So, shout out to Messi. Um, where was I? GH deficiency leads to decreased both bone turnover, delayed statural growth in children. Low bone mass and increased fracture risk in adults. GH replacement improves adult stature and GH deficient children. increases bone mineral density in adults and helps Optimize peak bone acquisition in patients during the transition from adolescence to adulthood uh in patients during the transition from adolescence into adulthood who have pos persistent GH deficiencies. Observational studies suggest that GH replacement may mitigate the excess excessive
fracture risk associated with GH deficiency. Acromegaly, a state of GH and IGF-1 access. So acromegaly, I'm going to talk about that in a second, but acromegaly Is effectively either caused by like a tumor on your pituitary gland or just some kind of something is causing your pituitary gland um to produce much more growth hormone and IGF-1 than natural. And this this is where you get people like [ __ ] Robert Wadllo who was 9 feet tall. He had um a I I believe a tumor on his pituitary gland caused him to Produce hella growth hormone.
That's why he was [ __ ] what eight or nine feet tall. Uh Andre the Giant had acromegali. Okay. There's this other boxer. Um I forgot his name. It's like VA something VA love or whatever. Uh, he's been in some [ __ ] PSL edits and [ __ ] because the bone mass on this [ __ ] guy, bro. He was like seven feet tall. Look at the bone mass on this dude. I'll put pictures of all these people on the screen. So, if you're listening, look, Open your phone and look. Look at the [
__ ] bone mass on this guy. And the funny thing is, I'll talk about these guys later. Anyways, anyways, that's acromegali. So, that's basically over production of GH and IGF-1. So obviously you can see how big of an impact this has not only on height but also on frame width and just facial bone mass. So um acromegia state of GH and IGF-1 excess is associated with increased bone turnover and decreased BMD in the lumbar Spine observed in some studies particularly in patients with hypogonatism. Anyways, GH therapy also has beneficial effects on statural growth in several
conditions characterized by GH insensitivity including chronic renal failure, Turner syndrome, Prder Willie syndrome, post-natal growth delay in patients with intrarine growth retardation who do not demonstrate catch-up growth, ideopathic short stature, short stature, homeobox Containing gene mutations and nunan syndrome. Summary of this study is that GH and IGF-1 have important roles in skeletal physiology and GH has an important therapeutic role in both GH deficiency and insensitivity states. So, I'm going to pull up one more study on growth hormone. I know this is a lot. I know you're like, "Dude, stop talking all this [ __ ]
nerd shit." I'm just I'm doing this for the sake of it. Um, just goes to show the effects that growth hormone and IGF-1 have on bone growth so significantly that like somebody with a growth hormone deficiency literally turns into an adult that looks like hasbula, looks like a [ __ ] child. Like that's how significant GH has of an effect GH and and various hormones have on just masculineization as a whole, but as well as just overall bone growth, including the face. Okay. Uh this study from Oxford Academy, GH affects several tissues including liver, muscle,
kidney and bone. GH effects on muscle and kidney have recently been extensively reviewed in endocrine reviews blah blah blah whatever. Since GH has important effects on skeletal tissues, our focus in this article will be on understanding the effects of GH on bone. A large increase in bone mass occurs occurs during during childhood and puberty via endochondrial bone formation. A gradual Increase in bone mass is then seen until peak bone mass is reached at 20 to 30 years of age. Subsequently, bone mass decreases with an accelerated bone loss seen in females after menopause. Because usually elderly
females, not only do they not produce as much estrogen, um they also don't produce as much growth hormone. Same with elderly men, they stop produc their testosterone levels decline, their overall hormones decline, whether it be testosterone, Estrogen, DHT, GH, IGF-1, it all goes into decline. And this is where you see a rapid mark in bone density. And obviously, they're not growing any more [ __ ] bone. And that's why if an elderly person breaks one of their bones, like if if [ __ ] grandpa falls down the stairs and breaks his goddamn foot, like my
grandpa for example, broke his foot. He was like uh literally last year. Shout out to my grandpa. He's a [ __ ] G. He's like 70s something. I forgot how old he is, but he was up there on a ladder like trying to cut down this limb on this goddamn tree. Fell, broke his [ __ ] heel. like hit his heel on a goddamn rock, bro. Broke that [ __ ] And it took him almost a year to heal. Almost a full year for the fracture in his uh heelbone to fully recover. Whereas like somebody
else, a normal person like me for example, dude, I'd Probably have healed maximum of 3 months, bro. Maximum 3, four months. So that just goes to show the effect of uh you know not it just makes lack of these hormones makes your bones more brittle as well as decreases new bone formation uh makes the healing process if you injure bones or fracture break whatever much longer. Um subsequently bone mass decreases with an accelerated bone loss seen in females After menopause. Bone remodeling is regulated by a balance between bone resorption and bone formation. In this process,
GH is known to play a role. A net gain of skeletal mass due to new bone formation caused by GH was first shown in adult mongrel dogs. After treatment with GH for 3 months, a 2% increase in cortical bone mass as assessed by history was found. So, anyways, back to my [ __ ] notes. Um, now I'm going to put on the screen some pictures of people with um, acromegley. So, an overp production of growth hormone and IGF-1. So, I'll put up Robert Wadlo, for example, tall as [ __ ] Next person, Andre the Giant.
Let me I'll throw up some other people with Acromegley on the [ __ ] screen so you can see just like how big these humans are and the effects that it has on their jaw jaw growth. Um overall face growth. And the last but not least, this [ __ ] This Valov dude. This boxer from Russia. Dude was 7 feet tall. And look at the goddamn bone mass on this [ __ ] guy, bro. Now this will go into my next another module on uh mechanical stress and tension placed on the bone in combination with
elevated hormone levels as seen here. This guy was a boxer. Now so he was getting hit in the face a lot. Now there's a lot of controversy around bone smashing which I'm actually Currently testing on myself right now if you've seen on my Instagram. I am going to be I'm doing bone smashing every day to see if it has an effect as well as I am elevating my hormone levels. Um, now this is where my theory kind of comes in on like the bone mass on this dude. I think the added stress possibly caused by
boxing and the continued trauma to the face combined with acromegaly and an overp production of GH and IGF-1 Literally led to this guy having like the [ __ ] highest facial bone mass of all goddamn time, dude. Like it's in this guy's bone mass is insane and he had acromegaly. So, and I'll also put up pictures on the screen of this guy when he was younger. So, a picture of him when he was younger. This is a old army picture of him. Um, I don't know, he's probably like 17, 18, 19. Here you can see
obviously the acromegaly and increased GH made him Grow a lot taller while his growth plates are still open. But as you can see, he kind of still looks normal. Like his facial facial width is very comparable to the other people, right? In the picture, he looks like a normal dude that's just really [ __ ] tall. But then over time, this is another picture. I'll put up another picture on the screen of him as he started to box when he was after his growth plates had already fused um and he started boxing Or whatever. Then
the access in GH instead of making you grow upwards now when your growth plates are fused and there's not any more added stress vertically or uh directional growth forced growth vertically then now you start to grow wider. Now you can see his bone mass is starting to increase in his face. He's also starting to box. I don't know if boxing had an effect on that. Like look at this [ __ ] zygos, bro. I don't know. Bone smashing effectively Might have an effect. I I'm going to give my opinions on that later once my own
uh experiment on myself when it comes to bone smashing concludes. And I think I do think there's a high likelihood that bone smashing actually does [ __ ] work when combined with an overp production of bone growth inducing hormones. So maybe a person who is has natural hormone levels if they bone smash they're not going to see results really. Whereas if you have Superphysiologically elevated levels of these bone growthinducing hormones, you might see a significant significant change which I am currently my hormones are currently super physiologically elevated my GHIGF-1 and testosterone. So we shall see.
Um but what was I going to say? Oh yeah. Um, moving on. So, so, okay, so now we know the effect that these hormones play on, um, bone growth and bone mass. Now, let's discuss like ways that you can Actually optimize these things um, and push them into super physiological ranges outside of, you know, the ranges that most people normally [ __ ] produce. Um, oh, and I'll also put on the screen pictures of people who have, sorry, I I skipped too too far forward. I'll put on the screen pictures of bodybuilders before and after
using steroids. I'll throw up a few on the screen. Um, you can see significant changes in their facial cranial bone Structure after exposure to elevated testosterone levels as well as a lot of them utilizing growth hormone. So, you can see like bro before and after like their bone mass in their faces has [ __ ] increased. Their jaws are bigger. a good video. Um, you can go look it up. I'll I'll screenshot it, but this guy talks about the effects of testosterone. He's a bodybuilder and the other effects that testosterone and elevated GH have had
on him. um besides Just extra muscle mass which you can see clearly not only has his voice deepened and whatnot. I'm going to get into all the other viralizing effects of these hormones in later modules but um one of the things he does discuss is he looks more masculine. His bone mass has increased. His jaw has jaw sizes increased and whatnot. Um so you can go watch that video if you need some more proof. But like I said, bodybuilders are a great example of the increases in bone Mass due to elevated hormone levels, super physiologically
elevated hormone levels. And then next, I'll show pictures obviously of people with growth hormone deficiencies as well as low testosterone. You look at a guy with low testosterone, uh, low hormone levels, the bone mass is not really there, bro. Bone mass is not there. And then obviously with people who have severe growth hormone deficiencies, you know, obviously that's Self-explanatory. Um, so now moving on to my next theory, one more theory, and then we're going to discuss actual applicable things you can do to elevate your hormone levels, whether you want to go about this the natural
or unnatural route in order to increase the attractiveness of your face and specific things that I've done and protocols that you can implement. Um, so my next theory is actually something that I've come up with at to explain why hunter Gatherers have um had on average a much higher uh much taller average height as well as increased bone density. And science has not really been able to, I guess, explain this. they've kind of just like chocked it up to guessing of like, oh, they ate more animal-based proteins and whatnot, which I think probably does have
some some form of a role. I'm not saying that's completely negligible, but my theory as to The significant decline in average height over a population as well as decrease in bone mass and bone density when you go from a huntergatherer societies to agricultural agricultural societies like deevolution cannot happen that fast. And this is why, you know, scientists have been like, "Oh, well, it's probably something related to do with the diet and like the proteins and whatnot." I think it does have something to do with the diet, but it doesn't have It's not just because hunter
gatherers ate more meat necessarily, even though it's kind of correlated. So, which this theory I'm actually I want to bring this in front of a board of I don't know I guess anthropologists and see if I can literally get a [ __ ] honorary doctorate for this [ __ ] cuz I'm so goddamn genius because I think this perfectly explains why the kind of the un unexplainable thing as to why hunter gatherers bone mass and height was on Average much higher than agriculturalist. Well, the the thing is, let's imagine you're a hunter gatherer. Your diet
is going to consist of, first of all, very low carb, low amounts of carbohydrates. And usually the only carbohydrates that a hunter gatherer is going to get are going to be from fruit, scavenging, hunter, hunter, hunting, and gathering. Obviously, really the only Carb source you're going to have is going to come from fruit the majority of the time. The carb source in fruit is fructose, which if you know anything about fructose, it does not spike your insulin nearly as much as all other carb sources. That's important. Remember that. So my theory and also another thing
is if you're a hungry gather, I'd imagine due to the low carbohydrate diet, carbohydrates make You hungrier. So the more carbohydrates you eat, the more hungrier you're going to be. If you've ever done like a keto diet, for example, it's pretty hard for the first few weeks, but then afterwards, it's like quite easy to go a long time fasting without eating. And if you're thinking from huntergatherer perspectives, like let's say you're a nomadic tribe, like you're not harvesting crops. You're not putting things into storage That you are going to have like constant access to to
where you can eat like more frequent kind of scheduled meals. Basically, it's just like you eat whenever you can [ __ ] kill something or gather something. And due to this, I'd imagine two things that have an effect. Hunter gatherers probably fasted on average more over an average. Hunter gathers fasted more than agriculturalists. Number two, hunter gathers on average had a lower carbohydrate diet than agriculturalists cuz you know agriculturalists corn, wheat, you know they're starting to make bread and [ __ ] All these things are like high carbohydrate higher carbohydrate foods and also higher on
the glycemic index spiking your insulin. So insulin getting to the [ __ ] point insulin has a huge impact and it is on a teeter tottering axis when it comes to Insulin and GH. So usually the more elevated your insulin is the lower your body secretion of GH is going to be. So if you think about it, agriculturalists when they start farming and all of a sudden have this introduction to their society of higher carbohydrate foods, which obviously, like I said, eating more carbohydrates is going to make you want to eat more. Um, as well
as they probably just had more constant access due to planning of These carbohydrates. So what this led to is in my opinion more ele chronically elevated insulin levels in agriculturalist societies. If you compare an agriculturalist society versus hunter gatherers, I would almost guarantee almost [ __ ] guarantee. I don't see why agriculturalist societies wouldn't have on average a much higher chronically elevated insulin level than hunter gatherers. This is going to get into things that you can do to elevate your GH, but I think that this lower blood glucose level, lower blood sugar, and less spiking
of the insulin that hunter gathers had caused their bodies to produce more growth hormone, which over time led to a higher uh uh taller average height as well as more bone density and mass. If you look at modern hunter gatherers, I'll put up some pictures on the screen. These [ __ ] have some high ass bone masses, dude. You look at these guys compared to your average goddamn Redditor who stays inside and has his insulin spiked all [ __ ] day. Even though the Redditor eats more calories, probably on average gets more macronutrients and pro
maybe more protein. Who the [ __ ] knows? more calories in more energy that you would think would be uh you know directed towards growth and bone Growth. You look at these people who eat a very high carbohydrate diet and constantly have their insulin elevated versus these modern hunter gatherers who definitely don't have their insulin spike nearly as high as modern agriculturalists or even agriculturalists from thousands of years ago. That's when I was comparing. But even just comparing modern-day people to current living hunter gatherers, look at the [ __ ] bone mass on these People.
The the look at these guys cheekbones. Now, you could be like, "Oh, well that's due to the they're more lean and whatnot." I still think, bro, uh, these hunter gatherers have a much on average much more developed facial characteristics than and I would argue probably a much higher bone density compared to modern humans uh, who live in cities and eat a very poor diet. Okay, so with that being said, that's my theory on explaining why hunter Gathers had higher bone mass and were taller than agriculturalists. Now, how can we apply this to our own cells
and increasing our own bone masses? Some things that you can do to increase um growth hormone. First of all, saunas, okay, saunas and stud it studies have shown that sauna exposure, heat exposure um in dry saunas especially in short intervals like 15 the the protocol that I use and that was demonstrated to increase GH a lot was Like a 15minute session in a dry sauna. uh you take a 5 minute cool down period and then you go in again for one more 15-minute sauna session and you do that every day that is shown to increase
growth hormone. Um interestingly enough when you do this in a fasted state the effects are exacerbated. Okay, another theory, some more dots that I [ __ ] connected cuz I'm so goddamn genius and I'm literally a [ __ ] pioneer of this [ __ ] is Dutch people and Finnish people. Obviously, Finnish sauna. Saunas are literally called Finnish saunas because they were popularized and they're literally such an integrated part of Finnish Dutch culture that it spread to other places in the world. Um, most Finnish people and and and Dutch people that area uh this is
like a normal part of their lives using sauna. They use this [ __ ] every day, every other [ __ ] day. Like it's a they have gatherings and saunas. Like you go and chill in the [ __ ] sauna. Like this is normal for the majority of people in these societies. And guess what? A lot of people do other thing. Uh, did you know that Dutch people and Finnish people are on average some of the Dutch people are the tallest people group in the [ __ ] world? I think their average height is anywhere
from like 6 foot to like 6'3 or something for males falls into that category. And I think for Finnish People, their average height is like 5'11 to 6'2 or some [ __ ] for males. Um, some of two of the tallest people groups in the [ __ ] world, bro. And interestingly enough, and nobody's been able to explain this. You look it up on Google. Why are Dutch people so [ __ ] tall? It's like, oh well, genetics and access to better health care and you know, more it's a whole bunch of [ __ ]
Basically, nobody [ __ ] knows except me cuz I'm a Genius. If you didn't know, Dutch people, we'll take them as as an example because they are the tallest people group on average in the world. Have the tallest men on average in the world. Um, a little over a hundred years ago, they were one of the shortest populations in Europe. Dutch men were one of the shortest statural w stature-wise populations in all of Europe. And then 100 years later, they're now the tallest population in The [ __ ] world. And guess what was directly correlated
with that height increase? the popularization of sauna use. It's directly [ __ ] correlated. You look at the upward trend in sauna use and the upward trend in Dutch and Finnish people's average height directly correlated with sauna use. These are some [ __ ] dots I've connected. So in my opinion uh sa this is a direct example and proof Of the effects that sauna use and that becoming a part of their culture has an impact on growth hormone secretion because how do you explain Dutch people going from one of the shortest populations in Europe to
the literally tallest population in the world in a little over a hundred years. How the [ __ ] do you explain that? You explain that through higher uh higher on average elevated growth Hormone levels due to I would argue sauna use. So funny how that checks out. Sauna use. So sauna protocol if you want like I said the 15 minutes 5 minute break 15 minutes. Again I do this every day. Um do it in a fasted state. Next fasting and low carb diet every day. So, every day I fast for minimum of 20 hours a
day. And I'd suggest you do the [ __ ] same. There's a lot of benefits of fasting and eating a lower carbohydrate diet. Um, tons of benefits. And I'm not going to lie, dude. I feel so much [ __ ] better on this diet. Obviously, there's a lot of like controversy regarding diets. If you try this diet and you don't [ __ ] like it, great. You don't have to do it. I'm just saying this diet is perfect for optimizing your growth hormone production and downstream uh stimulation of IGF-1 as well as just maintaining insulin
sensitivity. So when you do eat Carbs, bro, if you fast every day and you eat a low carbohydrate diet, like dude, when you do eat carbs, bro, those carbs are going straight to the [ __ ] muscles, dude, cuz your insulin sensitivity is going to be so goddamn high. Um, so basically I'm not saying eat any less food. I still eat the same amount of [ __ ] food as a normal person. I just get all my calories in to a short uh 2 to 4hour window every day. Um, and As well those calories that
I'm getting in are usually uh the only carb source I have is from fruit. Fructose doesn't spike your insulin as much. Otherwise, I eat a lot of stuff like I'll I'll have a whole other module on uh my diet recommendations for ascension. Um but point is fasting has um a tremendous effect on growth hormone production. Uh there's been studies showing this people water fasting, so basically only drinking water and um not Eating any food showed obviously a decrease in insulin and drop in blood sugar levels which um increases your growth hormone and IGF-1 production significantly.
Like I said, back to the hunter gatherers, they probably fasted more. Their blood sugar was on average much lower. Therefore, their height was on average taller, higher bone mass density due to the elevated GH and IGF-1 levels. Um, so my suggestion if you want to optimize your GH production, fast a Minimum of 20 hours a day. Me, I pretty much fast like 22 hours a day. Um, now if you are like I take that back sometimes I do have protein shakes throughout the day just because obviously there's like windows and whatnot for muscle building and
your body can kind of like only digest a certain amount of protein at one time. Um, but still like protein shakes just get like a [ __ ] keto friendly protein uh or whatever. Just something that has Very low low carbohydrates. just basically all protein, which I mean that's most protein powders anyways. Um, so even though it will spike your insulin a little bit, it's not going to be that much and it's not, you know, it's a liquid form of calories. It's not going to uh it's just not going to spike your insulin as much.
So, I do have some protein shakes throughout the day every now and then. Uh, but I mean, dude, Like [ __ ] fast, bro. like my meal, my actual meals that include carbohydrates, my insulin is really throughout the day only, I guess, actually significantly elevated um for 2 to three hours because like insulin usually if unless you're insulin resistant, it's going to uh your insulin is going to be elevated for like anywhere from 1 to 3 4 hours after you eat a meal. Um, so that would be my Suggestions, which honestly like probably having protein
shakes throughout the day is not a good idea if you really want to optimize GH. I just also go to the gym and whatnot. So like I'm trying to build muscle at the same time. Um, but yeah, if you want to just optimize facial bone growth by optimizing your GH, um, then fast and don't eat any less food. food. Like I'm saying, don't [ __ ] starve, Max. Don't be a dumbass, but fast a large majority of the day and your growth hormone will significantly increase your natural growth hormone production. Um, another thing that a
lot of people do when it comes to sprinting, uh, a lot of people say when it comes to GH elevation is sprinting. Um, I think the studies on that are quite mixed. I don't know. I personally don't do sprinting mostly because I'm [ __ ] Lazy and I go to the gym and I train martial arts every day anyways. I'm already tired enough. Uh I don't really do sprinting. I guess like training martial arts and doing like highintensity rounds is I guess a form of sprinting even though whatever it's highintensity interval training. Um so I
guess maybe I'm getting sprinting through that. But when I looked at the studies, I'm not going to lie, it to me it wasn't that that Convincing. There was some like conflicting stuff. So, I don't know if you want to do more research on sprinting. Me personally, I don't implement actually going out to a field [ __ ] sprinting every day or every other day. I don't do that. Um, but that is another option of something that is supposedly going to increase your GH production. Um, next is the secret [ __ ] weapon which everybody on
looksax.org shits on because they're Retards. [ __ ] looksmaxing.org or looksmax.org, whatever the [ __ ] it's called. Bunch of idiots on there who say MK677 is complete cope. Guess what you dumb [ __ ] Whenever you take MK677 because it activates your ghrelin receptors and makes you more hungry and everybody views MK677 for whatever [ __ ] reason as a bulking compound because they're just mentally weak. What happens when they take MK677 is they eat a whole bunch of [ __ ] food, Which usually includes a whole bunch of thing carbohydrates that are high
on the glycemic index and basically chronically spike their [ __ ] insulin all throughout the day cuz they're just hungry and they're a fat [ __ ] and they can't control themselves and therefore their insulin is chronically spiked while they're using MK. And this leads to uh decreased insulin sensitivity as well as not very impressive uh growth hormone Production results from the MK. Listen, I'll I'll show you [ __ ] you dumb [ __ ] how to run MK. MK is the most underrated goddamn compound on the planet. And I'll stand by that, dude. My
literally go me increasing my [ __ ] bone mass from this to this. what you see. I know I'm sexy. Literally all came about through testosterone, elevating my testosterone and MK677 use. MK677, bro, [ __ ] works. You just need to use it while on A low carbohydrate diet and while fasting. And also, if you want to throw in sauna on top of that, bro, like your growth hormone levels, my growth hormone levels when I got my blood work done while on 25 milligrams of MK677 combined with um fasting and a low carbohydrate diet, combined
with sauna every day, dude, my growth hormone levels were around the equivalent of what it would be if I was injecting four IUs of growth hormone a day. Like, That's [ __ ] insane, bro. That's [ __ ] insane. Like, and it's expensive as hell to inject four IUs of GH a day. I've only ran actual GH one time in my life for about a month. And I was like, I ran it at like two IUs a day. Basically saw no [ __ ] differences and didn't feel any different. And I was like going broke
and I was like, "Yeah, this is not sustainable. I'm not going to get any more of this shit." And uh MK677 has Done [ __ ] wonders for me. You just have to not I know it's a little bit hard because obviously MK677 makes you hungrier, but if you just power through it and watch the first module on the goddamn ascension mindset needed to succeed and become a [ __ ] PSL slayer, then guess what? Don't be a little [ __ ] and fast while you're on MK677. Eat a low carbohydrate diet while you're on
MK677. Get good sleep and do sauna every day. And bro, trust me, your your GH Production naturally will be pushed into the acromegaly ranges. Like the acromegaly ranges, I think an average male uh adult male produces about equivalent of like 0.6 IUs a day if I'm pretty pretty sure of growth hormone. Um, and acromegaly officially I think starts at like 2.6 six to like 3.5 IUs of growth hormone produced per day. Um, so dude, if you're pushing your GH levels, I mean, even if you don't get as Significant GH increases as me from doing this
protocol, um, like even if you push your [ __ ] to like, like I said, 2.5, the equivalent of injecting 2.5 IUs of GHA or like three or 3.5, whatever, that's still, bro, you're that's putting yourself essentially in acromegaly ranges, bro. low acromegaly ranges and you will see bone growth increases by doing that. I guarantee you. So anyways, um yeah, MK677 severely [ __ ] underrated. Most people just don't know How to run it properly. So don't say it's [ __ ] cope until you've ran it in combination with fasting and low carbohydrate diet. uh
MK677 doses just 25 milligrams preferably before bed. Um your body produces a large amount of growth hormone while you are asleep. So uh optimally I I just think it's better to take MK right before bed. Hopefully you know elevate your levels while you sleep. And then lastly to increase GH Obviously you can just straight up inject HGH. Like I said um acromegaly patients usually produce the equivalent of like three IUs per day. So, if you want to push yourself into that acromegaly range where you're going to get significant bone growth increases, you're probably going to
want to do a minimum of minimum of like three IUs a day. Minimum of three IUs a day. Two 2.5 3 IUs, something like that. Doing like one IU a day, bro. Or like 1.5 2 IUs in my opinion. like maybe over the long term you might see some changes, but it's going to be quite slow and not that significant. Um, yeah. And then for testosterone, uh, if you want to produce more testosterone naturally, there's a a lot of things like lowering your cortisol, getting good sleep, uh, hitting weight, going to the gym, resistance training,
um, a lot of compound movements and Whatnot. Um, eating a healthy [ __ ] diet, getting in all your micronutrients, macronutrients. Um, but to be honest, I make sure you're make sure you're getting in like a lot of eggs and cholesterol is actually very good for cholesterol is one of the [ __ ] building blocks. I I believe it's cholesterol and zinc. Uh I this is not my specialty because I take exogenous testosterone, but uh if you do want to Naturally optimize your testosterone, then you know, make sure you're eating a lot of eggs, getting
your cholesterol in, zinc, zinc is also very good. Take a ze zinc supplement. Uh things like boron, whole bunch of [ __ ] you can do try to lower your cortisol levels. Basically, um that's how you can optimize your testosterone naturally. If you want to go that route, there's you can look up ways to optimize your Testosterone naturally. Obviously, there's a whole bunch of other [ __ ] that you want to stay away from. You know, you get down the rabbit hole like don't touch receipts and [ __ ] Me personally, like if you want
to do that, if you want to basically rain dance your way through life in order to optimize your [ __ ] natural testosterone to a 700 nanog per deciliter, even though like literally everything nowadays has basically like a negative effect on natural testosterone Production in your indocrine system. This is why testosterone has declined significantly generation by generation since I believe it was what like the [ __ ] 50s or 60s. Dude, if you look up a p pictures of like college football team rosters from like the 60s and 70s, those [ __ ] look like
30 year olds, bro. Because they had some high ass testosterone, dude. It's insane. Uh testosterone is on the decline. There's definitely a war on testosterone. And my Way of combating that is just to [ __ ] take exogenous testosterone. Um so if you're dosing when it comes to taking exogenous testosterone uh aroundund anywhere from like 100 to uh 25 maybe 140 milligrams of testosterone per week of like testosterone and testosterone cipionate is going to put you in the high end of the normal reference range. Um but some people respond differently and that puts Them way
out of the reference range. Um, so I would say if you really want to if you want to be relatively safe, um, and not just, you know, push the doses higher than you need to. A good like cycle dose, I guess, for you to, especially when you're first starting out to get some good gains in the gym as well as have your testosterone like basically double if not more than the natural reference range in most in most people. like 250 Milligrams of test per week. Pretty [ __ ] safe ass dose in my opinion. Run
that [ __ ] 16 20 weeks. Take take a few months off. Like in my opinion, dude, it obviously before you take exogenous hormones, you should go and get like an echo cardiogram and [ __ ] Make sure you don't have any heart conditions or anything that's going to limit you. But like in general, if you are a a normal healthy individual without any [ __ ] genetic predispositions to heart or heart conditions, whatever, a normal healthy functioning individual, um 250 mill a cycle of 250 milligrams of test per week is going to be a
okay, bro. Like the the in my opinion, the dangers of testosterone especially are way [ __ ] overblown, dude. Especially if you're living a a very healthy diet, like a very healthy lifestyle. Like, dude, if you're getting In your cardio, you're going to the gym, you have a very clean, healthy diet, whole foods, organic, um, you know, low, not a super high sodium processed or like oily oily food intake. Dude, like you on cycle, even if you were like on 500 milligrams of test, bro, most of the time you on cycle doing that [ __
] are going to be much [ __ ] healthier and have healthier biomarkers than the [ __ ] who stays in their basement on Reddit and looks.org all Day, [ __ ] has their insulin chronically spiked. uh eating high a high sodium diet, vaping, [ __ ] drinking alcohol multiple times a week and um you know not getting any goddamn sunlight, not getting in their macronutrients and micronutrients. Like dude, even you on exot uh super physiological at super physiological levels of testosterone, most oftent times you're Going to be your biomarkers are going to still be
healthier than those [ __ ] people. Uh, but just to be safe, I would recommend, dude, a very mild cycle for your first cycle of testosterone is 250 milligrams of testosterone. Dude, if you have your diet on lock and you're training good, 250 milligrams can get you a long [ __ ] way, get you some serious gains and as well push your testosterone and therefore DHT and estrogen into high enough ranges to Result in masculine viralizing effects. Um, but at the same time not really give you a whole lot of side effects. Um, like most
people if they're running 250 milligrams test, they're not going to need they're not going to get gyno, bro. Like you're most likely not going to get gyno. Uh, you're not going to be like super [ __ ] bloated. Your hair loss is not going to be super [ __ ] insane. And I I have a whole thing on I'm going to make a whole thing on hair, which is Something that I'm currently in the process of restoring my [ __ ] hair. Um, but anyways, yeah, that would be my recommendations. And uh I'm not going
to lie, like dude, if you're going to hop on testosterone, basically just blast and cruise, bro. Do higher doses and then come down to like a TRT dose. Doing PCTs is just putting unnecessary stress on your body. Um, and introducing more drugs to your body than need be. Um, Unless you're planning on just coming off forever. Like if you're going to come off a testosterone forever and never take exogenous testosterone again again, then by all mean then yeah, do a [ __ ] PCT. HCG, Clomid, all that good [ __ ] Um, but like going
on a cycle and then doing a PCT in my opinion is completely [ __ ] unnecessary. Just lower your testosterone dose to like what a natural testosterone level would be. Give your body time to recover. even Though most often if you're going to if you're on 250 milligrams of test and you're a [ __ ] younger dude like you're going to be okay. Um but yeah, anyways, that's that would be dosing protocols um in order to get elevated DHT levels, elevated estrogen levels, elevated testosterone levels, and elevated uh GH and IGF-1 levels, and different Protocols
you can use to go about doing those. Um what else? What else do I need to cover? Let me look back at my [ __ ] notes. Um yes uh lastly my one of my next modules is going to be about combining hormone administration with tension on your face through the form of facial exercises and your facial musculature as well as uh various tensions on the directly on the bone. Um, and dude, doing these two things in Combination is the [ __ ] way to go, bro. Um basically you can think of like the hormones
as like the driving factor of additional bone growth and doing various facial exercises and applying tension to the bone is going to shape the way in which that additional bone grows if that makes sense which is what I've done to dramatically change my [ __ ] facial structure over the last few years. And another thing like dude, so I've only really been I guess Actively like looks maxing and using pharmarmacology specifically for the point of looks maxing in combination with applying mechanical stress and tensing to the face for the last less than a year. It's
been about like 7 8 months now. Um, I accidentally came across the and noticed the effects that various hormones had on like my bone mass kind of by accident because like I started taking testosterone and MK677 and [ __ ] multiple years ago just for the Point of like at first I I was doing a bit of like powerlifting and [ __ ] Um, and then it just got to the point of of for martial arts because I was training martial arts so much and competing so [ __ ] much. Like, dude, martial arts, you
pick up injuries and [ __ ] And uh, it was just hard as [ __ ] to recover from multiple martial arts sessions a day, just putting your body through hella stress. So, I took hormones essentially just for aiding in recovery. Um, and Then over the time over that time like people were like, "Dude, you look so much [ __ ] older and like you're like people commented on like my face changing and shit." And then this went into like my whole like cold approaching phase when I was approaching women and then came to the
I guess black pill of like, "Oh, women actually do [ __ ] care about looks." Then I started getting into looks maxing and obviously like forward growth and bone mass Increases is a big aspect of looks maxing and that's when I was like holy [ __ ] I basically by accident increased my bone mass in my face over the last multiple years of hormone use now let me try to continue elevating my hormone levels as well as applying mechanical tension and stress and facial exercises and stuff to see if I can I'll get in more
increases in bone growth and like kind of shape the direction which [ __ ] works. So Anyways, more of that will be covered in next modules. Um but yeah, next I am creating a [ __ ] Discord community. Uh this is my [ __ ] upsell. Holy [ __ ] you [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] Oh my god. He's [ __ ] selling me something. Listen, dude. I got to fund the [ __ ] Lambo somehow. If I can get a Lambo in a [ __ ] condo somewhere next to a beach, I'll
be happy. So anyways, uh basically why I'm starting this [ __ ] community, there's not going to be any Information like I guess gatekept behind there unless you just want to ask me specific questions. You want to join the [ __ ] Discord, ask me specific questions, I'll answer them. But the point and why I'm creating the dis the discord is because listen in these modules in this full looks maxing course I can tell you everything you need to do to ascend. All you have to do now is just actually do it and stay consistent
with It. And here's the reality, bro. Most of you [ __ ] people, like 99 out of a hundred of you who are listening to this right now, what's going to happen is you're going to try this [ __ ] You're going to get all real excited. Bro, he's just giving me the sauce. Holy [ __ ] Thank you, bro. You're going to go and try this [ __ ] And then when it gets a little bit difficult, when that initial newness wears off, you're going to [ __ ] quit after a few weeks or
a few Months, not long enough to actually [ __ ] ascend. Essentially, if you think about it from this perspective, like when you were a kid, whenever you would get a new toy or something, just I'm using this as an example, something new. You got something new. It was exciting for a few days, few weeks, maybe a few months, maybe even a few years, whatever. Probably not that long. Maybe a few days, few weeks, few months. And then, you know, the Excitement of it, the familiarity of it, it just kind of lost its magic and
it wasn't as fun anymore and whatever. And it was just, you know, you're moving on to new things and you start playing with that toy less and less until eventually you're playing with it less days uh less days than you know you're not playing with it until eventually you stop playing with the [ __ ] toy altogether and you only pick it up every once in a while until Eventually years go by and it's never been touched. So, that's essentially the same thing when it comes to like implementing good habits is like it's very easy
to get a burst of motivation at the beginning um when you're really excited about this [ __ ] But like the deciding factor is you doing the things you need to do every day and staying consistent with it. I can give you all the [ __ ] information in the world for free. It's Not going to matter if you don't [ __ ] do it and implement it. Okay? If you quit after a few weeks or a few months or you start being more inconsistent with it and then eventually you have more off days than
you have on days until eventually it's been [ __ ] 3 weeks since you had a good on day and then now it's like a just [ __ ] give up, right? I don't want that to happen to you [ __ ] So the point of the community is going to be a place Where people can post their wins. I am going to be posting motivational content in there every [ __ ] day on top of all of you guys' asses. Making sure that you are doing the positive things and implementing the things that I'm
telling you every day to [ __ ] ascend, bro. Because that's what it comes down to. That's what it boils down to. I can give you all the information. It's up to you to [ __ ] do it. And when you have a community of people around you who are Also doing it and who are motivating you and when you have an off day, dude, if you have an off day and you're feeling zero [ __ ] motivation and you're like, "Dude, this [ __ ] sucks and it's hard. I'm not feeling like doing this,
bro. Does this [ __ ] even [ __ ] work?" Shoot me a [ __ ] message on the Discord and I'll send you a David Gogggins ass motivational [ __ ] voice note. Okay. Um, think of it like this, dude. Like How often, like genuinely think to yourself in your life, what is the longest period of time that you have stayed consistent with a very good habit that was somewhat difficult? It required some effort that you weren't being forced to do. genuinely think whether it be the gym, whether it be a good a skincare
routine, like how long consistently every day have you stayed consistent with a good habit like that? Most of you have not Stayed in your entire life consistent with a good habit for longer than a few weeks to a few months. Okay, that's just the [ __ ] reality. Now, on the contrary, think of things that you had external motivation and people on your ass to do like going to school. If you had like supportive parents who were a bit strict, who you respected, you know, when they told you to go to [ __ ] school,
you went to school. Like, if you were in bed, they were waking you up in Bed. Listen, [ __ ] we got to go to school. And you went to school every day for how many [ __ ] years? 12 goddamn years. Because there was people on your ass making you do it. It's the same concept with the community. I can give you all the information. To think that you can do it alone. Some people will be able to do it alone. Majority of you will not. And even those of you who could do it
alone, it's going to be so much [ __ ] easier On those hard days when you're a part of a community of people who are on the same [ __ ] mission to ascend. Um, so anyways, the I don't know. I'll put either the link to the Discord. The Discord is going to be $10 a month. Cheap as [ __ ] That's the price of what, like two McDoubles. So next time you're driving by [ __ ] McDonald's and you're like, "Holy [ __ ] let me get some [ __ ] two McDoubles and a
large fry, bro." Keep driving past the [ __ ] McDonald's and take that $10. Join the [ __ ] community. It will change your life. Um, that's where I'm going to be most active. If you have any questions you want to ask me, whatever. Like I said, community is going to be a [ __ ] sick ass place, bro. Um, $10 a month, very [ __ ] affordable. Uh, obviously you don't have to join it. I'm giving you all the information for free. If you if you want to, I I encourage you Try all the
[ __ ] that I'm telling you, do it by yourself with no external motivation and not being part of a community of like-minded individuals who are pushing each other and posting their wins and you get to see that and [ __ ] Um, and me and you know, no [ __ ] David Gogggins ass voice notes for me. Go and try to do it on your own. And when you quit in [ __ ] a few weeks or two months, I want you to remember what I just said. And I want you to take your
[ __ ] $10 that you found in the parking lot in Walmart and join the [ __ ] community. I guarantee you won't regret it. Like this [ __ ] ascending, bro, could literally be the deciding factor on whether you reproduce. Like whether you pass on your genetic legacy could literally hinge on this [ __ ] Okay? I'm giving you all the information for free and I'm telling you your odds of staying consistent with it if you join the [ __ ] community are going up By goddamn 25fold for 10 [ __ ] dollars. So
that's I guess that's my [ __ ] upsell. Is there any secret knowledge in the Discord? Oh, bro, secret [ __ ] Superman method, bro. No, but the value of the community and helping you stay consistent is going to be far far [ __ ] uh greater than the $10 per month that it costs. So, anyways, that's what I'm selling. Holy [ __ ] The link to the Discord if You want to join, I'll try to put it in the description of this YouTube video. I don't know. I might not be able to put links
in the description of my YouTube video yet. If the link is not in the description of this YouTube video, um, I'll create a link tree or something on my Instagram. Just go to my Instagram, Blake, BlakeSpeaks007, and the link tree will be uh in my bio, which should have the link to like my YouTube and the Discord When it's live. So, anyways, join the [ __ ] Discord. I'll see you boys inside. And the next mod module uh should be coming out within next few days to a week max. So, I do have a life.
I am [ __ ] busy. But yeah, anyways, hope you enjoyed uh this second module and let's [ __ ] this in, bro.
