[Music] hello everyone this is Eric LaRhonda and I'm we're here with energy intuitive and channel early Harris and the spiritual catalyst teal Swan and we're here to just talk about 2016 and all the things that we've been experiencing this year and what we can expect leading into 2017 along with many other fun topics so let's just jump right in and let's start with teal teal what are some things that You've been sort of recognizing this year some of the struggles and and how it's sort of tying up loose ends with that as we lead into
next year okay so the primary theme of this last year in 2016 was all about purification that's the cleansing so pretend that you have to move out of your house there comes a phased where you have to decide what they're getting rid of decide what you're keeping figure out how to organize it figure out how to clean up What's left behind and we're doing that universally all of us on a mental physical and an emotional level right that can be a process which is both exciting and also terrifying and what we find also is that
we become really aware of our attachments attachments or anything we identify with so if we're identified with something and the universe is calling us to purify or cleanse ourselves of that thing we end up feeling pain so the majority of what We've been struggling with this year has been about those attachments how to let go of the ones that no longer serve us how to decide what no longer serves us and most of us this year have felt a little bit like we're on an out-of-control roller coaster that is taking its own course so we're
also simultaneously having to practice the art of allowing so yeah it's been a really intense rut but what do you think it's funny it makes me think back to 2011 2012 and there was that very strong window of time that everybody was focused on and it feels like in a strange way this year is the year that that finally hit it's not that those energies hadn't been starting and I think that was starting five or six years earlier anyway but it's like now we're in it and so to add to what you were saying the
other thing that I've really noticed happening is a rising a fire for people so people really getting In touch with their own fire or being triggered by the fires that are going on outside them the fire that's going on in the world politically in governmental structure but also just on a very personal level having very fiery both conflict experiences with other people but also resolution so it's been that strange experience of seeing people separate from loved ones and come back to loved ones or come back to a place of peace in themselves around some of
their More combative experiences through their growth and to me that fits with what you're saying and seems very preparatory for the next few years yeah yeah hmm that's going on okay so the people that are still struggling with letting go like what what are some practices like that they can you know implement into their daily life that could sort of work towards becoming more more free of those attachments nicer yes please okay one thing that I noticed with people who are Struggling to let go is that they don't really have a strong firm hold on
what they want yet and one thing about purification is that we're supposed to be purifying or whittling down to what we really really want where our heart really is and so it can be very very difficult for people to let go of one clip we can't really clear about about what our heart is telling us is right for us get really clear about what we really want and why we want those things So when we are letting go it's going in the direction of something else not just this spiraling up this the people that I
see right now that are holding on the most are the ones who don't have that clear vision and so it literally does be like I'm letting and I don't know what's on the other side of this an uncertainty is one of the primary human fears so that would be my suggestion yeah I was struggling with that a lot earlier this year and Actually like several years for like figuring out exactly like what it what do I want like what does that even look like and there's you know every one every one I feel that collectively
like we we have all these ideas of like what we think we want and so for me like it was a lot about like more about a feeling what kind of feeling do I want I want a feeling of freedom I want a feeling of I like to travel I want to implement some of this into my Life I don't want to work 9:00 to 5:00 so like Li um do you have like anything more to add to this sort of like how we figure out what we want and then how we like sort of
like let go of the things that are just our lowest anchors and holding us down if the another side of it that comes up for me is the making peace with what happened that you didn't want and making peace with what you see in the world that you don't want right now which i think is tricky vamp-out Sensitives people wanting to see peace in the world yeah it's like they look out there and it's like this is this is not the world I want to see so I think as you get sucked into that vibration
Liras as you're all of your focus starts to go there you tend to lose that true reality which is if you can come back to creating something that the you will be vibrationally hole that will uplift your life you will then be even more of a Beacon for that and those around you but I see a lot of people get sucked into I can't have this for myself because this person right of my shoulder who I love dearly is really suffering and struggling and there's a real perspective shift that that's both mental but also energetic
where you have to get to a place of I live on this planet there's a lot of suffering here I wish there wasn't but there is so I'm going to have to accept that usually What that does is catalyzes that deep healing in ourselves of all the times that we've experienced trouble or maybe that we've delivered trauma and that we've been in that map and grid together so for me it's quite complex when you start to unpick that stuff that was something that was kind of hidden from my view for many years but I tend
to see that the people who are really clear about manifesting and clear about bringing to themselves what they want They tend to have you know people have had near-death experiences are great because they're like oh my oh this is just borrowed time and I was I was I was gone and now I'm back so I can just really see through the illusion of it and I think if you guys you're probably younger than me I'm 40 I noticed for myself that I'm also dealing with a heavier generational imprint than the younger generations coming up so
I'm like oh no I've got a I've got some 1976 Energy that I came into that you know my friends they were born in the 80s and the 90s don't have to deal with and I noticed that happens in the body as you get older you you encounter those imprints that are generational wounds that need healing so for me kind of adding to what you guys already pointed out there is a lot of that going on in the work that I'm doing at the moment because I'm seeing it coming up with a lot of people
it's how can you see what You're seeing outside you and at the same time align yourself to be a generator of something else oh look this is what I what I watch is that I feel like cause to the focus and that kind of like intentional creation work it works perfectly unless you're using it to avoid something the minute you're using it to avoid something it's nothing but a tool of resistance and whatever resist persists and so it literally becomes the mechanism that creates whatever it is You don't want to experience but the antidote to
that is to get out of the idea that something else shouldn't happen so it seems to be that there's this kind of beautiful marriage when you're in the art of deliberate creation between deliver creation and letting go and allowing for whatever it should be happening because if we if we lock our mind into you know because I'm thinking of it this should happen nothing else should happen then we get Into the shouldn't and this is one of the attachments if I find an attachment to the way that this world should look quite right now the
way politics should look right now I'm gonna be suffering because the reality is it doesn't so it's at times like that that I feel like we need to be taking on the opposite practice which is the practice of whatever is happening should be happening let's look for why it might you know should be happening as opposed To constantly looking at it in terms of this shouldn't be happening because that causes suffering if you look at suffering if you want to make it really really super simple it's this fast I'm rather looking at something with an
attitude of it should be happening in the end it isn't or it shouldn't be happening and yet it is so it's those types of thoughts we really need to to encounter especially for Lightworker people these people on the planet who Have a heightened consciousness because we want to believe wanting to avoid war right that whenever we put our minds into the new earth and this like new groovy awesome stuff that's happening that none of this conflicts going to occur but the problem is is that we have a collective frequency this is why I want to
dedicate so much of my life to waking people up individually because the it's the individuals that make up collective consciousness and the issue Is with having a collective frequencies you have a collective point of attraction now I'm just going to be super honest on this call our collective point of Attraction is a third world war a very large one and so and I'm here so we got to take into account that collective what we're lining up with collectively and I've been talking a lot lately with us with people about the fact that awakening usually comes
on the heels of suffering we have to realize This about our own lives so if our if in our own lives what it took for us to awaken was running into a tree at 70 miles an hour or losing someone we loved more than anything or you know being born gay in a family that's like super Christian then those are not comfortable States but it caused us to wake up so then the question is what might you think that the collective consciousness who's in a state of unconsciousness might be lining up with in order to
have That awakening so I feel like for those of us that are in it's difficult like let's just be honest to be fun to watch people suffer it never is but we have to understand what it did for our own lives right that happened to us and does not look at this with an attitude of this should not be happening like staying staying present with what's happening right now and like not fighting that and looking into like the deeper reason in the story like Behind why that's happening right now yeah I mean so there's an
analogy I'm sorry but I'm like taking over I'm really interested in hearing what you have to say also about this but then I had this interaction right because my mother is a liberal activist times a hundred like this is the woman where if somebody who's super Republican conservative you know going to destroy the environment gets into office she will get on a plane slide it to Washington DC to demonstrate she was a bra burner in the 1960s anti-war movement crazy activist right and I keep having these conversations with her because in in her day and
age it was all about resisting the powers that be in order to make a change it is not going to work this time it's not going to work what's going to happen if you resist this is you're going to suffer and that's the end of it because this has been a collective asking and one of the Most difficult you know positions for someone like me are likely to be in as it you know kind of a pioneer of you thought and that type of thing and somebody who's tapped into the higher dimensions in the universe
is that you can actually feel the collective asking for that wake-up moment in the same way that you can feel a collective asking for an experience of cancer in somebody who's living life that's not enough that that does not please them and it would Take something like that to wake them out of that sleep so feeling into that it doesn't matter how much you resist this it has been asked for it what is the hardest thing to explain to somebody who wants to see peace light love and happiness and fun and nothing else and sometimes
that's the hardest thing for me to explain to myself when I'm in a contracted moment in myself oh oh you know and I know you're not but you know what I mean it's like I noticed Ways of consciousness moves I work with it and see you outside me and then it lands inside me and now I'm dealing with you know there's this same energy the same element so the other thing that comes up for me I think is and you said this earlier on just that kind of crazy fear of change that we have so
especially those of us who are you know we love being change makers or we go after making changes in our life we also have a very intrinsic fear of it and I Think what comes up for me listening to you too and you talk about the you know where we're going we're gonna die to ourselves a million times as we go through this process because we're going to be reborn because of these are the circumstances and and I think that taps into a very intrinsic not just identity fear but but or a fear that with
that we can have as well so it is it is very complex um we should really talk about something much simpler and 2017 for Interesting thing but yeah it's um yeah it's complex well I think one of the things that we can do is to honestly stop making it you know like a perfectionist a game in terms of our spiritual practice I feel like this is part of the issue is our attachment to being transcendent even in and of itself like I think it's really powerful when people like you are like me step up here
and publicly say look half the time when I reached read these you know the Headlines in the news I'm not like oh this is wonderful even though that's the ultimate truth I'm like running through the house so you know across the balcony looking over my intentional community being like I give up I give up you guys this is straight-up whack like yeah so there are those moments and we're all going to have those moments so I feel like one of the things because you're talking about no resistant we got to stop resisting even the movement
of Those types of energies through our embodiment because you're going to have those lower dimensional sort of reactivity thoughts you're going to be attached you have an ego regardless of whether you'd like to think you don't you do so if you everything calling yourself by a separate name my name's teal you have an ego and a story and I don't even think that he goes to negative thing I think it's a positive thing for bi didn't you learn how to Work with it but obviously if you're holding yourself to the expectation of feeling super good
about watching people get blown to bits in the world over in another country or even in your own country like you're going to fail so basically it's about it's about allowing yourself to have the reactivity but it's about what you do with the reactivity right how do I meet this reactivity how do I come to terms with it how do I work with that energy How do I use it to become more conscious myself exactly so with the fear and sort of uncertainty that a lot of people are feeling and with next year kind of
being more of a year of like actualization like that if we're caught in this sort of like spiral of fear it would you say leave that like that's something that we're going to be manifesting in our life or like how can we how can we like let go of that in in terms of like what are more about what our purpose is and And and focus less on the fear just as energy yeah just an energy update video for December and in it one of the things that came through was the certain people are still
very much on the floor yeah they were going there before the election result anyway but the election result really just wallop the mall to the floor and my advice was if you're on the law do every single thing you can to get off the floor whether that means working weekly with a Therapist or working weekly with a healer you do just everything that you can to not stay in that state as long as you have been and you're going to be and it's not to say deny the stuff that comes up I've been down the
hole many times in my life and sometimes for several months at a time but you're going to have to get yourself back out because what's happened for a lot of people is a trauma reaction that comes from deep either inside their own Existing life or has come across time especially those people who are very dimensionally active you know 3d reality is not that real there is a trauma point that this election focused and I say the u.s. election against the US election was a focal point of a worldwide and Judaism brewing so to be really
clear about it the people who have hit the floor this is a time going back to what you said about Purification that they've been pushed into that place so now the important thing is getting support I'm a huge proponent of if especially if you have wounds around people if it's people who are your abuser or the person who hurt you go and work with people who can help reverse the process because 50 percent of the healing is going to be rebuilding trust with a human although where your trust wound exists so that was that was
one of the that's that would be the First thing I would do if you're in the fear spiral I think it's one of the worst things we can do especially in this comes up a lot for spiritually minded people is you're in fear you're in a bad place and you bring in self judgement go oh my god I'm in a bad place so I'm just gonna manifest everything bad which is just continuing the whole thing so for me learning what your self judgment is really helpful like I've had to learn what my judgment Triggers are
toward myself and now if they come up I I know to have another conversation I have a parent inside me that will counsel against that judgemental voice that I now know enough about them okay of his that here's a shade of that again it's smaller than it's ever been but it will come up so I think for people to get themselves out of that state first and foremost and because conversely a lot of people are going to be kind of flying high within Themselves and within their lives in the coming one two years and I
say that with some trepidation because I'm very aware that you know there will be a lot going on in the world that people will not like and won't be enjoying experiencing or seeing but within that there are going to be a whole bunch of people listening to this kind of conversation who are going to be more on purpose more alive and more focused in a way that will feel very whole to them more so Than ever before so it's a strange juxtaposition well well it's actually quite easy to understand that juxtaposition I feel like because
if you think about I care like Mother Teresa the average person if they were like stuck in a place where people are dying of diseases and dropped on the corner when they nobody could take care of them and they've got like deformities and they're completely impoverished most people would be like This is a living hell I don't want to be here but somebody like Mother Teresa who comes in with a purpose for that specifically is actually going to feel better there than she is if you took her into a Manhattan apartment where everything is provided
for it that's how purpose works so one thing we have to remind ourselves is if we have lined up with this type of thing happening within the world and this type of conflict then chances of you coming in with a purpose That's perfectly in alignment with that is about a hundred percent so if that's the case then obviously a lot of the stuff that's going to go down you're going to feel more in your purpose even while that is occurring and so it's not going to be just being drug into a horrible conflict that you
wanted nothing to do with against your will but collectively in a part of this I'm not I'm going to say part the majority of the fear that we are seeing mirrored on A collective is actually our feelings of complete powerlessness right so I mean the world right now is mirroring that fear 100 cent mirroring that feeling but one thing that I want to help people with is that we have in this understanding about how law of attraction works relative to fear itself we have been told over and over again by people who have a misunderstanding
about the way vibration works that if you focus on something you're afraid of You're creating that thing that it's not how it works separation a lot of the things people are worrying about or in a vibrational field that is actually far below where fear is and so if you're in a state of fear worry all you do is manifest more things to be afraid of and more things to worry about you're not like necessarily going to manifest losing the best person you've ever been around in your life because you're worried about that we're not more
Worried so so that even knowing that will help some people when they're in a state of fear to not resist the fear because worst thing you can ever do for fear is to resist here I go so pretty much all emotions but when you're not stated fear you don't need to be terrified about the fact that you're creating that thing you're terrified about that's huge like I think that most people in the spiritual community and a lot of like Conscious people like just the idea of like being afraid is just going to manifest more of
that worried not necessarily like you're gonna die like fall off a cliff like tomorrow through afraid of that like and realizing that you that's just like a spiral that you can get caught in is like that's like you're your exit out well this is another thing I want people to understand about consciousness the minute that you are aware that you are Worrying your vibration is no longer in the worry you cannot be dis identified to that degree and be a match to the same things because the law of attraction is responding to whatever your current
vibration is step into awareness you've shifted it already but those subtleties are something that which people are just barely waking up to so this is why awareness is the single most important thing like we was saying earlier when he realizes ah I'm In that state where I'm starting to spiral even being able to be aware that you're doing that means you're not in the spiral and it's interesting to with this if you speak to a lot of people about the truth of this time so for example I do a monthly Q&A and on that the
second half of the broadcast I will channel my guides and they're always so like oh yeah these are going to be really tough times like for a long time they've said that 2016 to 2020 we're Going to be really tough year so the David you know and I was thinking about I hadn't hadn't put that together with the election that this was like three years ago and they said it multiple times since and now I'm like oh okay but well yeah if you if you get to most of us who who who are soul led
people we hear that an a big part of us goes oh yeah okay and kind of relaxes so we have this split it's like there's the part of us the soul led that understands what we Signed up for and then that's the human part of us that's taking off the layers in parallel to what's going on on the planet so so it is an interesting juxtaposition and we need to ask spiritual people stop judging the human self because that is something that I watch all the time and it prohibits our capacity to deal with the
human self in a loving and compassionate and integrative way just for it and this is what really has to change For thousands of years the attitude has been we our goal as spiritual people is to become spiritual and divorce ourselves from what is human hell no we need to integrate and so we can't be saying oh you know that aspect of us that's just got a lower frequency that attitude that separation is so judgmental that basically our human self which is let's just call it the disguise for our higher self is basically saying oh thanks
for judging me and loving me Like that's wonderful maybe feel ten times worse so I feel like we have to start to see the divinity in our human embodiment in our human reactions in our fear in our worry in our fears or feelings of powerlessness we've got to start to not just respect that but actually embrace it instead of divorce ourselves from it because I anything you try to push away she's going to get 10 times worse so what I would love to see personally for people who are going Through this transition is to stop
having such a horribly judgmental like a negative attitude towards the ass because it's scared of this crap because we I mean as humans and as you know Souls we we've come into this life like right here right now for a reason for a purpose like we're supposed to be here and I bought him like a lot of a lot of people in the spiritual community are like constantly focusing on you know the positive and then getting like to the State of like bliss that's like kind of separate from like humanity and it's like but but
that's not like why like why we're born into the situation that we're born and that's not why we're having like this experience that we're experiencing now like we're supposed to be in our bodies and like doing the work that we're doing so I mean solely like how would you say like people can be more in their bodies at this time because like sometimes I feel like fear Is like a distraction from like your own life or you know a lot of the things that are going on you know did you did you ever have appearantly
where you were like I'm just gonna dress distract myself from the pinna and I remember I'm welcome to my teenage years and then my 20s was then excavating yeah I did the whole lot you know I did but I did bulimia I was you know 60 pounds overweight at the age of 16 you know oh yeah I know all about It so how did you come back to your body like how did you commit to this what I feel like I was shocked awake in a strange way um I had an I had support I
had I had a couple of people around me um I had a couple of people around me who recognized something in me that was intuitive and they started to speak to me about certain things that were new to me but I also went to a more balanced place so literally for me I went to I moved from an all-boys secondary school That was very very science and maths and academic focused to a mixed college at the age of 16 that was far more creative it was men and women and and I also started to come
to terms with being gay so I think those were the big things that that were kind of how I was imploding on myself or all of the parts of me that I thought weren't allowed to be I started to turn deep down on myself a minute that age I started to bring all of those parts back out and kind of Slowly but surely bring them back to life so if you were to like teach somebody how I mean I realize it in one interview this is always the struggle being like oh let's still have an
entire course of teaching in 10 seconds but I mean what would you tell somebody practically from where they are to start doing that first thing I would say is be really patient because a million times you're going to want to be at the end result because of the pain and it will Not happen that way you will have some epiphany moments like Erica saying you'll have some Bliss moments but like any moment it's going to move it's going to pass and it's going to become something else what I would say to again like you say
it's tricky because without the individual but as a theme I would say get support speak your truth look at what you're swallowing and start bringing it out into the world so for example speaking of Truth is a huge one so many people are trapped in a Hell inside themselves and they have no idea that so is everyone else and the only one every morning which is to sit down and say here's the three things I feel great about today and here's the three things that are really struggling with by the end of that everyone would
be like everybody it would just completely neutralize a lot of the perceptions and in a prison so for me it would be how how how to get People to step out into their life so for example if you have someone who is artistically inclined and you can recognize that in them they're going to be suffering if they aren't bringing that out into the world if you have somebody who is living with shame that they've internalized how can you reverse that shame for them and start inviting them to bring those aspects of themselves out into the
world so yeah it's an interesting one to think of a General formula but I would say invite yourself back to life and use people to help you do it we use forms help you do it I'm so on board with the concept of getting people into the the concept of connectivity and support because like quite literally you're suffering it rests on your isolation and when we get into these states where we don't feel good especially if we think that we should feel good we isolate ourselves because we don't want other people see Us in that
state but it is that connectivity that's going to rehabilitate people and like you were just saying when you're around people and you start to actually see that everybody is in the same damn boat it is so incredibly freeing it's part of why I love these synchronization workshops that I'm doing you get to 300 people in a room and whoever steps on station so this is their problem everyone else in the audience relates to it and they're Like oh crap I'm not the only one who's been doing that it is priceless so I feel like isolation
that has to end and so the what I would suggest people on a practical level as opposed to the theoretical level is I want you to look at your life and how you're living a day so like take a day what do I do practically do I wake up do I brush my teeth do I go pee after I do that do I get in my car do I Drive to work what am i doing every minute of every hour of my Day and look at how much of that is about connection now how can
you get connection besides that are you sitting in your house in the umpteenth episode of your series on HBO are you out where you could meet people are you saying I really wish I could have a friend or are you trying to connect with people over the Internet I mean what are you doing in your life to prevent or what are you not doing to to create connection with people and this Kind of brings it back around to to the whole idea of like purging like because if you're writing down like every stuff that you're
doing during the day during your week and like you can see on paper like oh I'm spending a lot of time doing this where I can maybe let go of that and like focus on maybe going to Starbucks and like mingling with people there or like joining an art class or you know whatever it is okay so 22 years old was the first time I ever did this where I made myself do it where I took every single five minutes I would say what I was doing for that five minutes and what I realized is
that I was doing about 12 times the worrying then I was doing the actual thing I was worried about and I was like okay this is a reality check about where my focus is going about what I'm actually doing versus what my mind thinks I'm doing because when you're let's say you're stressing about the Fact that you have to clean the dishes clean the dishes takes 15 minutes but if I've stressed about cleaning the dishes for two hours I've now done the dishes for two hours and 15 minutes you see so the people who have
real real good like handle on on using their time in alignment with their let's say true expressions are the people who are literally doing exactly what they feel great doing throughout the entire day that's how their day is organized and When they when they do like what we're just suggesting when they look at their day and they say wow look at how much time I spending doing that thing that doesn't fulfill me they make a change to it they don't keep doing it and it's like you know we love to make living a life that
feels good so damn hard and it really isn't that hard I mean it's not that hard one of the things that comes up a lot with people who isolate stain the house I've I've often suggested to Them is just go and walk down your street for five minutes and usually the problem with that is there is a there is an emotion or a feeling that they've got so used to and attached to that they don't want to leave the house so if you can just agree to change for five minutes then you meet or move
through whatever the resistance is that's holding you in that place but usually having a smaller aim can be easier than thinking you've Got to you know drive to arm Springs and go on vacation so it's like what can you do along those lines there's just five minutes and that's actually all you need usually to walk through the wall of the feeling that you're shrouded in the stopping you move toward a different action or a new energy I can't tell you how much I love you just said because what I watch with people when they are
in a state where they're struggling with Something that they don't want to be aware of right is that they have all kinds of coping mechanisms for how to get away from that thing so then they're confused when you say okay let's look at the things that are holding you back they don't even know what they are because their life is actually subconsciously designed to avoid it so you've got a person who isolates you've got a person who watches HBO all day long you've got a person who never has a Real relationship has it over the
computer and when you say what's holding you back they're like I don't know because they don't actually really set all three of those things we're designed specifically to keep them away from whatever emotional feeling or previous wound or whatever is causing them pain so part of this the the crucial aspect of this purging process that's been taking place this year and it's going to continue a little bit is is to really Like do what you said get outside your bubble even if it's for five minutes so as to confront what it is that has got
to be blocked and so like in that way you can it doesn't need to be about doing the right thing doing anything that gets you out of your normal routine is going to make you confront what your normal routine is designed to help you avoid it was genius nice with roller coasters sorry Terry that's why roller coasters Are so usable the actual roller coaster because if you think actual serious experience you have before you go on a roller coaster maybe not you teal is yellow I don't know if I want to do this and then
you go on it yeah getting your through it and then you come out and your energy is completely changed so in a weird way it's like can you apply the roller coaster analogy to the everyday moment in your life that you've that you Don't see in the same way but is exactly the same energy pattern it's like contraction before expansion I think what people are missing is that sort of action step like you're taking the action of just getting on the coaster the roller coaster you know you're taking the action to just step up out
of your apartment and walk outside for five minutes yeah you know a lot of I feel like a lot of us out there are you know in this Sort of like whirlwind of worry and we're in a state of like inaction and so what do you guys feel like that's kind of like the first step to empowerment is like just taking those action steps to like make even the most like miniscule changes to your like routine or to where you're stuck I think that's a great way I think it is very empowering to go against
your usual pattern I think it's also tricky because you're going against the collective nothingness that's what We can forget we make it all about ourselves and it's like all I'm not very bold and it's like well look at all the people in your life and your community if boldness is not an emblem in the energy signature of that area then you're really going to be going against the grain and some people love that and that's what they're built for but but I for me action steps weirdly action steps are empowering but they can often lead
to a whole other Level of empowerment that you didn't know that you were kind of clearing your way through the thorns to get to so you're just seeing the thorns you're like I've got to pull my way out of this and cut these down but you don't realize it's going to come a point when there's this huge payoff a whole other dimension of your life will open up to you but you're not going to see that you're just going to focus on on digging in it and I think make peace with the discomfort in The
emotions because the emotions those things are going to come up it's like you can't open to your highest potential without meeting all of your lower areas that's just the journey and I used to certainly I thought I was all gonna be sunshine gum bro you tell it is not just for you is it it is it is not okay so oh yeah okay so to add to what you're basically just talking about I think we get into real confusion because if those of us who Have been practicing using the law of attraction to our advantage
by deliberately creating we know that it does no good to try to take action steps when we are not aligned in some way in terms of thoughts and emotions beforehand but I want you to realize that it's we trying to get everything right that's what we do as people we have to get everything right and so we when we hear something like that were like oh great I have to get myself in a Completely perfect state mentally emotionally before I take an action step and that's not what we are saying we're saying there is nothing
more powerful in this universe than to come into a state of alignment mentally and emotionally and then let inspired action take place from that position however you can get yourself into a loop where you are so damn stuck that it doesn't really matter what you're doing on a mental and emotional level the reason that you are Feeling your feelings because you've got yourself trapped in the state of inaction if that is the case it does not matter what action you take anything is going to bring you closer to being aware of what really needs to
be let's say graced with flip unconditional presence so as to move through that so that your action step brings you in the direction of what you want it's almost like shake it up it doesn't matter what you're doing to change your routine anything You're going to be doing is going to bring you closer to what you actually want to be doing and I feel like people it's like because we're trying to get it so right we're so terrified about taking the wrong opportunity or doing the wrong thing it's like no my friend any step you
take in any direction is going to bring you closer to awareness and so if you take that step and feels crappy two days later that tells you something that is absolutely valuable so if you're Feeling stuck at all one of the best things you can do is that I don't care what direction it is I'm just going to take a step so that that can give me more information so we can think about living in to our purpose living into our life like we're stepping into an uncharted territory in Oshin right so what what you
do you put one foot forward that tells you a little bit more information about whether you're going to take one step forward or One step back or one step sideways every single movement you make tells you more about yourself and that was always how this game was meant to be played this would not be the future if you were stepping into a state of certainty in the future if they would become certain about what it contains it would be the past it wouldn't even be the future so I feel like some of us have to
fall much more in love with the concept of not freaking knowing what we're going to Discover there it's like if we could all put our little jacques cousteau hats on and be like let's go diving then life would be a lot more enjoyable than being like I got a no it's gonna turn out before I take a step no one knows that crap oh yeah well I mean I think that's huge like that people because people do put all this like sort of pressure and like weight on their shoulders of like you know Oh am
I gonna make the right move or am I not should I do this or should I do that like and then just constantly in like this type of war inside themselves and they end up like not doing anything you don't get out of bed yeah and then they're like hard on themselves for not doing anything but then your life is war and that's what people don't get on an external level you may be laying in bed watching your HBO series maybe eating some cereal and the entire time what's going on internally where you're Actually living
your life is a war that's your life so risk more people and it's okay if it doesn't work out because you learn that that's not what you want you know I okay so can I have I'm realizing just like today about I haven't I'm on fire here for a minute you ready I feel it one of the worst things we do as parents I'm talking specifically the parents out there is that we make it into this attitude Basically where we as parents want to feel good and it doesn't feel good to watch our children do
anything that teaches them something painfully so we're like okay you've got to do this so you can be safe you have to do that so you can be safe you have to do this you can be safe all because I want to feel good which is self-centered as hell even though it seems loving so what we got to do if we're parents is to switch this up with our kids while They're young because this is why we end up like we do we're adults and to develop this attitude of you know what what I would
rather in view this child with is the idea that they can trust themselves so let's watch them take a step forward learn from the consequences of that step and then make a course correction accordingly and stop making it about this terror about getting it right or wrong this is the major issue we've got we have developed into adults That are obsessed over having to get life right or wrong because our parents do that to us because they don't want to feel bad so we're conditioned in this way so can we like and then I think
if we're doing this sort of giving our ourselves the the trust that we need and then like if we fail at something validating that experience for ourselves too and if we succeed in something so like because I think a lot of people just aren't giving themselves the credit Or like validation so like me without become okay with failing exactly I'm gonna be much more aggressive than you're being like we have to become okay the fact that we might fall flat on our asses and for me that goes hand-in-hand with a bit feeling okay about being
really uncomfortable about what I'm about to do or what I'm about to step into because that for me has become signifier there's something very alive is about happen in my life I usually Feel very uncomfortable it's usually right before I walk out to a couple of hundred people and we're about to do something together or you know it's those moments that then I'm walk into life so I've noticed track that pen I'm like oh I'm very contracted something Goods about to happen mmm yes so I have another question for you you ready for this because
I like you can with this next question I feel like I'm tapping into an issue that most people have and In alignment what you just said so they on the one hand they learn follow your emotional guidance system the emotional guidance system is always going to tell you what direction you should go and should always feel good so now you just wound them up on themselves and now they're confused because you've said wait the the best things in my life come on the heels of being uncomfortable follow what's and or so can you like make
I want you to Make it clear for people I think firstly what I will say is if if my own journey through personal development and then being a teacher in that well and spiritualities taught me anything is that there is one rule does not apply so it's like you're going to try on a rule for three months and it will take you from A to F and then you're going to have to abandon that rule and go somewhere else and so that's just my first kind of thing it really depends on The individual and whether
and what I need um I learnt that I would have a response in myself where I would become contracted right before something expansive and energy changing was about to happen to me so as I said that can happen before a live event with people it could happen on a really good first date with somebody that I didn't know I was about to have a relationship with so just many examples so there was a difference for Me between discomfort and terror so if I was absolutely terrified I did not have to jump out of the plane
I could say no no it's like let everyone else jump I'm just gonna go back down to the ground in the plane but if I was just uncomfortable I started to track there was a level of discomfort that would be a bodily response in me before I expanded so you start to go okay that I just have to keep walking forward I'm not going to cancel this I'm not going To walk away I'm going to keep walking forward and I know that this will turn and my trust comes from tracking it there's a plan of
mine and having the experience break through every time that it was always walking into the unknown and it still comes up okay I'm adding something in general I would rather people adhere to the concept that they should follow their emotional guidance system no matter what it says because it can keep you out of Seriously deep trouble especially women who have been abused when their internal guidance system says he'll know and they go maybe that's just me resisting dangerous dangerous so straight rule of thumb if you are in doubt probably play it safe however when we
get into these these teachings which are highly simplified things like okay always follow your emotional guidance system if you're ever feeling negative it's not the right path for you It's not that simple well because you are not one embodiment right so we like to see yourselves because we car so it's by one name as one being but we are in fact many many cells right and we become fragmented like that through the process of socialization and that is when our emotional wires become crossed so from somebody who sees the world like ideas in extrasensory what's
very interesting is that you if you were to leave a baby on their own they would follow their Emotional guidance system and they wouldn't even feel discomfort in the situation that lee is talking about when that starts to happen is when we have our first experience where we do something we follow our internal guidance system and we are taught essentially that what we did was wrong not for us for someone else and because of that they made our our lives hard and so our we start to be taught in the process of social Asian socialization
That what we think is good is bad and what we think is bad is good and so we start to have a lot of reactivity that is actually abnormal even though the body registers it as discomfort it is not a normal reaction not a natural reaction because it has been created by prior experience which is why it is true that you should trust your internal guidance system but then it is also true that you can only trust your general guidance system to the degree that you Are currently aware of yourself because quite often you'll notice
oh you know why does it not feel good to go towards something that feels good to me because I've been taught that self-centered so so my emotional guidance system the minute I do something that feels good to me feels bad does that mean I should avoid it no because the aspect that's actually reacting is the aspect that's saying you're self-centered right now so this is why it's much more important to Dedicate yourself to the consciousness when you have these these emotional reactions you use them as a meditation Bell to go in towards them and try
to figure out which part of me specifically is having this emotional reaction right now and when you start to explore that consciously it tells you a lot more about whether they asked her to do that saying don't do this it's coming from ask with this like you're right this is a real bad choice or don't do this Because you know there's some sort of trauma that's actually causing that reaction when in fact it would be a very good thing for you to do as a mouthful so um Lee since let's kind of shift shift gears
a little bit as we're sort of moving into next year what are what are some sort of tips or advice or some sort of like um energies that you can kind of like give to people out there as they're like still letting go and and and just Moving into something new and fresh the first thing that just hits me is it goes gentle with yourself as you can which i think is a great rule for life like trying if you are stressed or still fit just try and quiet down the amount of bits of external
stimuli and that's definitely something that I think will really benefit people in that first month of 2017 because once we hit February things are going to really ratchet up in quite a fast way um what I Will say specifically for the people who but who are watching this and that this is for is um it's really like time to suit up and boot up like a lot of people are going to really find a new level of purpose and to some people is going to be quite a sudden leveling up of what they've been dreaming
about or working on the last year or two for other people is going to be almost literal transplants I said this to teal before we go started today there was something That came to me this morning that a lot of people are literally going to be taken from whether living and dropped somewhere they didn't think they were going to be or pulled some of they didn't think they're going to be the lightning speed people are going to be put into certain places very fast in the year of 2017 for the coming few years and so
that's going to take some people by surprise but a lot of the focus for people who listening to this is going to Be what am I here to do of course you're here to have your experience to learn to heal that too but a lot of the focus is going to be what am I here to do and some of the fears or the hesitations that people have had before be melting away very quickly so it could make for an emotionally intense first few months if you're walking towards that path but what I will say
is that there's more of a grid of support that's happening for Those roles now so you'll have people coming in from the left and the right they're supporting you who are leading you you're pulling you people are connecting so this strange experience of watching division and disconnection occur on a collective level those people whose role it is to help others connect and to be connection agents fathers they're going to suddenly have like 10 times the support and the connection that they than they've ever experienced In their life which in itself will create an inner movement
and a change in the healing but on an outer level it'll mean that a hell of a lot gets accomplished and very short spaces of time to the point that you'll look back on a week or a month and you'll think oh my god a lot happened and I was part of a lot of different things but you won't quite have time to take it in or process it in the way that 10 years ago you might have dreamt wouldn't it be great It's that week I did this and it just will be like all
so that's what comes for me in this moment when you ask that question I think um a lot of what people don't realize and I think what we sort of touched on today and what working what you're just saying is that like there's a lot of focus on this sort of like negative rise of the state of the world and the u.s. specifically but like you know we live in a sort of dualist where you know there's a rise on one end But there's still like an equivalent like rise of like positive and like you
know really exciting changes in you know empowerment and these sort of like you know uplifting journeys so um teal can you kind of like like what's your sort of take on that I maybe want a thing to have if I can it just cost me this is something that's come through my guides for years and I was still truth of it but times when I myself have gone into those fear moments around the powers That be or the control in place they're always saying you have no idea what's going on behind the scenes to dismantle
disrupt and play with all of that stuff you're looking at it from your human perspective seeing it so I am saying I absolutely agree with everything that you've just said there's an enormous wave of light in tandem with this and I think that's the side that many people who are watching this kind of thing will find themselves in and on and working For but you have some of the fear that we can get sucked into is useful because we can be used through our fear so if we're all manifesting a horror story because we're all
trusting what it is that we're seeing through some piece of information we become a part of the fear technology so I think that's where it's really important to discern where your focus is and what you're agreeing to in in the future or not because so many things are spinning right now there is Not a set path that's my perception and that's what I often receive here what's whether your two cents on that I feel like we have got to I feel like the vibrational momentum that has been going into this time period that we're entering
is so incredibly intense that we have got to stop trying to slow that momentum and instead get on board getting on board without momentum looks like very practically what do I want my life to look like what do I want my day To look like what do I want this society to look like and how can I add to that even in the tiniest of insignificant ways today right here and now so getting on board basically you've got it you've got to stop thinking about what you don't want to see start thinking about what you
do want to see and then every day that should be your focus it's like if I had my way I don't like people being ignorant to what's going on in the world and I really don't think it's very Easy to be ignorant to what's going on in the world right now but I want people to just if you could just pull your attention off of it and kind of like accept that the old system is crashing then all of the effort needs to be going into what's the new system going to look like what I've
been complaining my whole life about this about this I hate the way that it has been right here's your big shot here's your big chance every day it should be what do you want To build instead and so the people who are going to be doing the best during this next year and the years following that are the ones who are going to really step up like you said put their boots on and start suiting up and be like alright let's do it then let's build this crap I've been complaining about the single-family household so
I'm going to join a community in fact I'm going to create one I've been complaining about where I Live I'm moving I mean that's the type of people who are going to really thrive here and what's really going to be good for those people is that the amount of momentum that is going on in the universe right now it will make that happen so damn fast so what would have taken twenty years back then it's going to take like a week so that would be my suggestion well that's exciting for people to hear to like
it's doable oh my god like I'm not standing here Saying that what we're lining up with as a culture and as a community is basically you being drug into a third world war regardless of whether you don't want it or not no that's not the message the message is this is your big chance exactly what you wanted to have go away is going away so what else are we gonna do instead of that what I'm within all of that - because I do think we're in a little bit of a depressive phase at the moment
that's just been Going around and you know what I mean for a lot of people life I think every Europe that kind of kicked off with around the breaks at time as well so I felt like breaks it in the election was so linked energetically I was like wow I felt this in a smaller way back in back in back in I think it was June but exactly what you said about excitement there are so many different energies now coexisting that you can be in your own vibrational pocket in your own Vibrational community and have
experiencing a kind of heaven on earth that I'm not saying that that's something that you should therefore try and completely disconnect from the rest of the world I'm just saying that will be happening for people like I do feel that that's the kind of strangeness about these coming years there's going to be such a stretch between what some people are experiencing what other people experiencing yes and I think one Of the big opportunities for people who have align themselves with the lower vibrations of others will be the healer who lifts the person who is depressed
is your going to resign and you're going to let someone else learn how to heal the depressed and you're going to be the person who inspires people to learn new skills so you're going to take the same energy of wanting to work with people in their vibration and help them transform But you're going to uplevel it for yourself as well so there's going to be a lot of people some of the kind of grief or sadness that some people are going through right now is that they're trying to get it out of their systems so
that they no longer aligning with that grief and sadness in the world as much of their day as they used to so they're no longer working with grief and sadness instead now they're working on joy and expansion and bringing that so that I Think that's where there's such a sea change in the erica moment people are literally divorcing their old jobs and doing something either completely different or up leveling within what they were doing before so it's it's a very strange map to look at energetically compared to say 10 years ago where things were a
little more monocular in a way or a little more linear now it's like this for me anyway it's like this map of so many diverse Elements lighting up and having relations oh my god the variability in the universe right now is blowing everybody's mind you used to be able to predict with reasonable certainty what would occur now it's like my god with people awakening the timeline and potentials are just like it's like walking it's like literally it's kind of like walking into the stock market and watching the tickers it's just like wow yeah I think
something to that would Help people also is like by you know making those conscious decisions in your life in and going to those directions of like what you're passionate about or you know put that job or this or that like that's your showing the people in your life like your friends and family who who may not be at that point yet that like that's possible because a lot of I feel like a lot of people are worried like oh what about my family like what's going to happen to them or what about my My friends
I moved away if I moved to Costa Rica like what's what's going to happen to everybody else am I just like abandoning them but it's like it's like when you make that shift in yourself like it also like kind of shifts them right oh yeah big time and there's nothing better to do for teaching other people than to do it yourself because even the ones who are like oh You're going to fail it's going to go miserable if you're thriving they're going to start to question themselves it's like it's like that it's like planting a
seed so they're going to be like okay so what am i doing so as to not line up with that and that becomes the awakening for many people and it never does well if you come into people's lives and kind of force them into change because then the message you've been giving them is you're not Okay I don't approve of you it should be different nobody like that the first thing they're going to do when you come up to them and that's a bad attitude is like scream dude like to the hell are you saying
so yes so like planting seeds by bio way I was doing what your own what following your own passions and your own director yeah so I mean so so let's say okay so leave here's a question let's say that you've got somebody who's like okay I'm feeling Pulled in this direction but it's completely like the opposite of what I'm currently doing and it requires me quitting my job what about like the worries the typical worries of paying the bills and all this other stuff and that I can't necessarily just stop today what would you say
to those people we depend on the person but what I often do is if if the money side of things is going to put an unnecessary stress on them because I've seen people do it both Ways I've seen some people dive in and it has worked for them but I've lost seen people dive into early I've seen you just give them so I'm just going to change my whole life and then they're you know totally stressed it was directed from creating a changing continuing that change so it would it would really depend on the person
what I tend to do when people present me with that thing is I kind of just do a few checks with them on their body I'm like What how does your body feel let's walk into that reality imagine for a second you're in that reality and how does your body feel is that body feels kind of lit up and expanded and they're generally they can they can give me some clear indicators of where they're going to be it's like okay well great well it's saying it's the way to go now what are the fears that
come up let's look at those to try and save you some time as you but you're going to have to go Through some of those things other times if people go the other way hmm I'm not sure that I tell them to wait because I also feel that there are ways that you can create change in a 50% way that gets you used to it you have an easier time of going through and transmuting some of the emotions you need to leave behind and then it's a little quicker for you to the last minute just
go okay now it's 100% so sometimes it's problem-solving the Situation itself as much as the vibration the person is in that's holding them off from getting there because some people can do it fast and some people need to do it in the other three steps I totally agree with them I totally agree yeah well it's like it kind of comes back to like being here and present and now like that's that also applies to like your body like you're saying like doing those like sort of body scans and And checking in and like being connected
with this part of you which is you know what you came into to like and put trust in that sort of those feelings and those sensations to like lead you in the direction that you want to go and that comes back to something you said earlier deal about body um you know the body is so intuitive and yeah I think for so many of us who found spirituality or open through spirituality for a lot of us we went there through trauma so we Went there through trauma which was making us leave our body and then
slowly I have to learn to come back into your body and there comes a point when you know all of this will go okay now back down you go you can't keep seeing more up here until you go back down in there and deal with this well I feel and I see this a lot with the people that I've worked with um that if they aren't already body activated if they aren't already somebody who is has found joy or A presence removing their body it's usually just that one area if they could if they're so
afraid of exercise or they're so afraid of moving their body to go and do something simple like for example chi gong with you and I were talking about that earlier today and chi gong is a great way of moving your body that's non aggressive that's very aligned with energetics if you could make that change for yourself in 2017 it's going to completely round your Ability to be a soul led person because you'll have more trust of your body and you'll be able to have more room inside your body to help you navigate the world and
I think that's a big piece for a lot of spiritual people that I still see going on out there even with the rise of you know you know this popularity and certain methodologies well I mean there's so many conflicting messages in spirituality it's almost like there's something non spiritual About sex which is part of the body there's something non spiritual about needing food which is part of the body there's I mean basically that's the thing we've made it we've made the body and enemy we've made the bonhomie the body a barrier instead of our entry
to spiritual practice and you know I mean uh all of us for teachers have our various concerns about being disembodied for different reasons my main concern is an emotional expert is where do you Think they exist if we're talking about your emotions being your guidance system where the hell did those exist they exist as sensations within the body so if your disembodied you can freaking feel them so you know again into the body 2017 2017 boot camp so solely where do people or do we want to do either of us have anything you want to
leave people with or do we think we've covered with covered our talk for today I would love to say one thing which is there is To go back to this wave of people that were really talking to me this morning before we came onto this video this idea that a whole bunch of of you watching this video are going to bring your presence your voice your skills to the world if you are a healer or a thought leader or somebody who wants to go out there and make people's lives different whether it's through teaching of
about nutrition or anything I would honestly say just do it number one you're in such A good position like to do this now in 2016 2017 I started in 2004 it's so much easier there are so many more people doing it there are so many tools that you can use that will make it easier but if I had to say one thing to convince you to do it if you were hesitant about it is your life will become so much richer as a result and anything that you're fearing is just more connection you'll basically become
more connected to the world more connected to your Purpose of all connected to people not just the people who might receive what it is you're doing through work but as a knock-on effect you'll be able to connect more in your personal life than you've ever been able to so you're needed is what I would like to say and we need many different voices and we need it told to us million different ways with a million different tones so you will go through some stuff where you Go well till telling it so why should I or
Eric's doing like so wait why am I need because we will are because we all need it a million different ways in a million different times so that's what I would say to you and I would also say that you know doing what I've done I've got through many times or I didn't want to do it was afraid all of us so that that will all be there but the question is do you let that stop you or do you recognize that part of the journey that You're going to go through personally as you walk
toward it so so you're what would you like to leave with the viewers today okay right now in life you are standing on the train platform and you are watching the train you're not sure if you want to get on the train but the reality is you're going to be drunk alone with it if you don't get onto it so get gone like right now that would be my message like literally just get on the momentum is not going to stop and It's not going to slow from one hers on earth it's a lot more
