that I train I've trained in you know I'm training Witt they have camp so I jump in a little bit you know and help out a little bit but I've been you know giving a little seminar here and there going you know I had 500 people show up so proteins show up one day and was just kind did a little you know just doing what I can do some rather than nothing so you you like more or less like a mentor and you like sparring and you still stand in the game because the people still
love you and they still want to they want to hear what you have to say basically right yeah well I was I think I was like someone told me that the other day I was like 49 or 45 or something like that on the on the UFC roster the first you know 45 people mmm so now they got like you know six hundred or a thousand or whatever you know whatever number it is yeah but you part of that original lineup that first came out yeah yeah yeah you show people how to really get it
in because you know coming from a small town like Stockton and then you know doing your thing representing you always stayed down I'm representing taking on whoever whatever they put in the ring you got in with really won't even know weight class when you first started right yeah well no I was right when they started weight classes well they had a few weight classes and then they added a 55 division or I want to add that 55 division lightweight division and then that's when I sort of fighting and yeah because the weight was like off
like you could be like 20 pounds heavier there's somebody yeah you could be yeah you know that was it was good it was a good show back then I was like they did it kept it like that in Japan for a long time and then pride did you ever see holies Gracie fight yeah yeah that's how I got that's how I got started putting people in trial chokes oh you went to go train woody so I was I'm not really fanatical about fighting now I'm not like oh I love a fight but when I started
I was more like okay why don't you know people nobody want to watch it you know and then I'd go and I'd train I found this place where people were doing whether this guy Steve Heath he was a blue belt in jujitsu he had learned from Cesar Gracie yes where you guys blew the tops yeah our cousin so they're all cousins and family and graces so I already knew when I was looking at when I watched you know and nobody else wanted was you know a big fan UFC Fan but I you know I did
a little bit of karate and little you know a little bit of boxing so I was watching and then I started training there and I'm telling my friends but look I'm choking these big old pro right cuz everybody that was in MMA early on that all looks like pro wrestlers and it was getting it like Pro Wrestling oh yeah there was no weight classes and was you know butts are the people that were in that it was some big dudes and I was like 6:15 Chuck putting choke on him so I was okay there's submission
hold the Gracie brothers submission hosted like where people getting underestimate the little guy no more because the submission to break that big guy down or you go to submissions I was in competition my fur all the way 15 so I was like I think 22 or something I was doing high level like competition a Pan Am's although it was different though now they have the whole you know IBJJF whatever you know it's different now it's a business now yeah before it was just like you know it was rules and everything yeah using the beginning world
was basically their knuckles it was you know it was brawling did you ever go to London and get any one of those bare-knuckle fighter to have out there no not money no no everyone you asked what a [ __ ] pinnacle is that yeah right and I didn't know [ __ ] for real no no they got some [ __ ] where they got a [ __ ] underground and it'd be a bunch of old [ __ ] they got this one dude he's a cold chimp when this muhfucka show up he get drunk as
a [ __ ] he beats anybody to get in the rain would I would they pick good no I don't think it's a big payday it's a lot of dead going on but I don't think the five just getting out of that car so tell me what did they suspend you for because what I was told was but you got suspended for normal athletes like in the NFL or the NBA would get like a couple of game suspension to keep continuing on with a season but they did something to you that was a little different
the thing is I I never got this I never tested positive for I never I never you know and that was the verdict in the end because then you know when you go over and you make an appeal and it's like okay so in in was all you filled out the application wrong you know and I said well you know last time I filled out the application right I was supposed to fight Eddie Alvarez way back 80 operas love to fight that Conor McGregor right now I'll specify him way back when I was fighting it
you know in light weight and in Strikeforce and I fill out the application wrong and so Armando Garcia was like the lead you know to do to the NSAC back then he pulled me from the card and he did a whole bunch of crazy stuff they got rid of his ass but uh behind some paperwork yeah yes I pull because I put you know Oh what are you doing less like you know month I was like well you know this is out of competition but you know and then so I cuz I'm like okay I'm
gonna test and then but I'm under the limit so what you know yeah well so it's all it comes to me that I'm like okay that's kind of a scam but whatever I have they lifted that and allowed you to get back yeah because sherrod Sonny yes honey sure sure so she oh they had a share from slimming yeah they made a petition to turn the suspension over so then she put a retweet or something you know oh she got by getting a little bit of put yes it is who here have you met no
my mom's always a big huge fan no I was always you know I will share what's your business man man when we was kids she was something special with that long hair man you understand me her and Sonny Bono you did share what it do I let my nephew in real life you grew up in Stockton man stocking is that considered central California or Northern California it's not as northern north no there's not a lot going on I mean there's not I mean it's not there's there's you know if you go to school I guess
and you do you know for me I'm just I'll add training I always had training on three to five fights a year 37 fives from 17 years later all I was think about was wait what am i eat I had two five six year girlfriends and you know I just stayed really still girlfriends mess you up where you absolutely know it's because of a attitude or is it because of a sex no no that you know is you anything you're dealing with you gotta just you know moderation do you think the sport has grown since

right this past year we lost Kimbo Slice what was your relationship ship-like with him we was all that we was always hanging out of the strike boards events or that had me taxi back in the day yeah just spoke lines for real yeah Tim was less was a bit a headline the whole show he would be me and Kimbo Slice it was me it was I mean I know it was the Kimbo Slice show but it was it was me and the Kimbo Slice show that's why because I was even a fighter that was bringing

scene just a wild man right yeah making a scene before the scene I felt bad though I thought this one dude who did that and they want to beat him up pretty bad and then I didn't even really I don't even think I shook his hand out to the fight and then I feel bad about that and I think I wrote him on I think I even dragged messages in one time or somebody I was like a mess forever but he didn't misses me back I got some questions I want to ask she called everyday
