all right guys so what you saw out there was a workout with my girlfriend it was last week's episode so you know it takes a lot of courage to be completely honest about what's going on in your life and you know the UPS the downs here on YouTube it's really easy whether you have one subscriber or a million to show you know just the good side sure how awesome your life is and when you've got a personal YouTube such as myself when you decide to share your life such as myself I think it's important to
show the ups and the downs so the point is I just want to be completely honest with you going forward you know the next couple episodes next couple of blogs might be a bit more mellow notice happy basically today was my girlfriend's last day in London she went back so that's just something I'm more than you about right now so guys if you know if you do YouTube if you know if you're trying to put on a facade with your friends if you're trying to act like everything's okay and your life is just up up
up which is I find it easy to do especially because a lot of people go well 16 you've got this in order to disorder this in order I can't believe you're 60 in Bowl show your struggles because you honestly don't know who you could be helping just be completely real and there's someone who could learn from your journey so I'm not sure if you guys realized but within the space of a couple days my book changed I was reading a book called shallows which is all about what the Internet and Technology does to our mind
now I'm reading a book called no excuses it's a pretty old book kind of rawr motivational but I thought it was a good point to discuss on and that's that a few guys come to a roadblock if you guys lose momentum for whatever reason maybe it could be a thing or it could just simply be you've all complacent don't try and go back to where you were immediately you have to treat yourself like a five-year-old you if you were doing 30 minutes of meditation before like I was do 5 minutes if you were doing if
you were reading you know quite nuanced books before really easy books now if you were going to the gym six times a week before go 2 times you get my point here the process of rebuilding takes a while and you need to be very very kind and gentle with yourself when you have literally one person and you want to go shoot a video or train with a client or something this is super useful I guess we're jumping on FaceTime right now talking to a fellow youtuber a couple of logs back I was actually once again
on FaceTime with her she was asking me about YouTube so we are catching up right now it's a good just sort of have those people who you can talk to once again in the same sort of field as me so it'll be interesting okay are you good thanks how are you you can say hello this time rather than me surprising you you're still coming out with one video a day yes yeah I'm pretty committed to do that for one year so having 365 video is software here you said you pretty much stayed away from it

in biker like tights whatever that is it's just a terrible sight alright guys so today I actually thought I would skateboard to the gym that's skateboarding was something I didn't like two years ago I would just skateboard everywhere it was really easy and then just kind of got out of it to be honest so it's a nice pretty nice day outside I'm gonna get my skateboard but that involves going into my garage which is a very scary room so I'll try and get it as quick as I can let's do that right now skateboard like
6-7 years ago never used it start using it replaced crap I almost forgot what they're called but I changed it from a skateboard into kind of like a cruiser mix it's got penny board wheels on it and it goes pretty fast pretty much all I care about let's go I don't know whether it's that I've been away from skateboarding for so long or the fact that I'm wearing fly nets and like really tight joggers but I suck at controlling this thing I keep picking it up between corners it's pretty embarrassing arrived safely at my destination
with zero losses of stars pretty happy about that one alright guys I'm feeling an edit today so that's what we're going to go for in three two we can build a tree house and the pine trees way to keep us safe quit come me come me you alright guys so you just saw a session with my friend from America alright guys so there you have it I hope you enjoyed this video and I hope you sort of realized that you know I'm not perfect because honestly I get a lot of DMS I got a lot
of snapchats when people talk to me they're like you know you're 16 how do you do this Beauvoir you know I can't believe you put this sort of pressure on yourself and you have so much going on you know how do you manage it all and you know even friends ask me that sometimes and honestly I'd say I'm quite good at doing with stuff I put a lot of stress on myself and I embrace it and I just smile and I carry on but I guess certain things when they're not in control that when they're
not in your control and you have no say that's that's when things get tough but uh I understand that here's the thing as you're gonna see me in two months and I'm just gonna be a completely different person because when there's experiences like these which I've also gone through in the past they just shake you to your core and you can recognize the person but from before that took me five days to make this one vlog and usually I film for two days and on the second day all I'll edit it and it'll go up
