In this video, we will show the customer portal and how you can create a digital storefront. So, let me first show the customer portal. And I'm just going to show quickly how to brand the portal.
So, I've clicked on companies from the lefth hand menu. I'm going to search for my Smith Corp test company. Here we can see it over here.
You can of course click on the company name and then click edit or you can just edit from here. And if you scroll down, you can see that you can set it up to brand it, right? If you select yes on customize company portal, you can select what buttons they see on the last page, if they're submitting an order or if they're paying or if they're converting it to an estimate.
These are all things that can be explained in training. You can upload their logo and you can set up all the color branding. And here is what it will do.
I'm just going to load the invoices page. Actually, you don't have to. I'm going to go back to Smith Corp and just from here search for their name and click on their company name and then go to invoices.
Just showing them some CRM features here. And I'm going to click on copy link cuz this is a way to load that invoice for that customer which will log us into the portal. So, it's a nice way of quickly logging into the portal for the customer.
So, you can see that it's branded with the logo. And from the customer portal, the customer can see all invoices. They can see, as was shown before, their order history and also as was shown in a previous video, their statements.
They can pay the bill all at once. They can see the list of their design and what the what status it's in. You can see over here they can also see if what was approved.
They can also go to orders and they can see the list of the orders and they can go to new order which I'll show in a second. They can see the estimates and you can also set up contacts that are managers or admins. And this is done by giving them company access.
And this is something that can be shown in training. And this is for those customers where they have a franchise or they have more than one location. So they don't have to log into separate portals.
You can link all those companies in the CRM and then in the portal they can select what company they want to see. And when they click on the company, they'll see similarly to the CRM view that's in the system, but in the portal, they'll see everything that's linked to that company. So with all of this something else you can do here is you can go to new order and as will be shown in training there are two types of ways of linking products.
You can show public products to customers or you can set it up where they see public products and only products linked to them or you can set it up where they can only see products linked to them which is the way to set up this digital storefront. And I'll just show from the company view. Going to click on edit just to show how to turn it on.
So you can go over here and you can see over here to to do it by default or to only show them link products. And in the training you can see how to actually link the products. You can see also just since we're here you can link the salesperson so they'll get commission.
You can link a discount to them if if you want to give them a lower price. You can mark all this is for all products. You can give a general markup.
All these things can be turned on very easily. So let's go back to the portal. And in this case, it's a digital storefront.
So this is all the products that are only linked to this customer. And you can see you're linking the products that you know they want to order. And the products are very easy to set up.
We can even set up the products so that the same product that's shown to a user internally may have 20 fields, imposition, machine, all these things. And that same product can be shown to the customer but only with the fields you want them to see. So it's a much simpler products.
So you're not having to create multiple products. All these things can be set up. You can also see in the system of course you can integrate with four over and send more SNS.
You can also do of course web to print in the portal and this is just showing you an example where we can populate the fields and have location dropdowns and all these things. So you can see the name is populated. I'm going to make this DT sales.
And you can see it in as you're typing, they can see it. You can do front and back, all these things. And I'm just going to show the workflow here.
So the customer clicks add to order. You can see they can add more items. They click on continue.
And they can select if it's going to their address, to another location's address, they can add a new address. They can select pick up yourself for delivery. All things that can be explained in the trading.
These are fields and you can select what fields are shown. Usually, it's only due date and it's maybe additional info. This is just an example that any fields can be shown to the customer.
And then continue to check out. It'll show the total. And like I showed in the beginning, you can select what buttons they have on the last page.
So in this case, it's two buttons. I'm just going to click on submit order just to show that that order came in. Okay.
So, we can see the order and as well you can add here a column that will show if the order came from online or if it's an internal order. All these things can be set up and can be shown in training.
