hey I want um sorry um oh what was I doing oh right um focus I want to do a video on focus focus focus F okay so when we're not feeling focused you know the extent to which we're not experiencing what we want is the extent to which we're resisting it so why might you be resisting Focus H interesting question maybe that'll uh be cleared as we do some tapping so taking full responsibility for your own well-being while you tap and in life in general because that's where you have power let's see even though I
get distracted I choose to love and accept myself even though I get distracted I choose to love and honor myself even though I get distracted and I want to focus because I know that focus is one of the keys to success but sometimes I don't have it sometimes I resist it and even though I get distracted I choose to deeply and completely love honor and accept myself and anyone else who contributes to these distractions all these distractions all this lack of focus all these distractions all this lack of focus I've got things to do things
that need to be taken care of I need to get to work I need to get her done but then I get distracted by all these bright shiny objects and it's just a safety mechanism I have the ability to focus much more so than I know and I can develop it even further but I need to give myself permission to focus maybe I'm afraid to focus because if I focus on something I might succeed and if I succeed that'll mean change and part of me is committed to avoiding change I'm clearing this fear of change
when I get distracted that's just some part of me trying to keep me safely in my comfort zone and I choose to recognize it for what it is so when I see those bright shiny objects I can simply say I'm not going to be fooled by that again I've got something more important here in front of me and I choose to focus I can handle change I can handle success maybe I'm afraid of failure and if I don't succeed at least I can give the excuse well was distracted and I'm clearing any need for excuses
there is no failure there's only feedback and I get better and better all the time it's safe to focus it's safe to let go of these distractions if there's something else that requires attention I'll get to it when I need to I'm allowing myself to focus giving myself permission to focus getting excited about focusing it's really fun when I'm focused I lose track of time I give my best to what I'm doing I really do the best I can which leads to Great results and I deserve that I deserve all the benefits of being focused
and I'm allowing that Focus in Body Mind and Spirit take a deep breath choose what you want to focus on and get her done
