how to promote Amazon affiliate links on Pinterest hello everyone and welcome back in today's video I'll be showing you guys how you can promote Amazon Affiliates on Pinterest now we all know about Amazon Affiliates or Amazon Associates and these are actually a really great way to earn money passively now the reason why it's such a great money earner passively is because whenever you are looking in a certain Niche if you have a Pinterest blog if you are popular in a niche or if you just have a lot of knoow in a niche then you can
use any other the product on Amazon and get a Amazon affiliate link now with that Amazon affiliate link it allows you to basically promote that product and you will be able to do so on Pinterest and you have to curate a certain image and then you can promote all sorts of products in that Niche now how can you promote on Pinterest well first off you're going to create a account now I have a account on Pinterest which I have converted into a business account this is not necessary however if you do create a business account
on Pinterest what it does is that this allows you to see a lot of analytics about the pins that you have so when you have analytics about your pins you are able to monetize and create pins that are better and that are going to create more Buzz around the products that you are promoting so you can click on create pin over here and start creating your pin on Pinterest but what are you supposed to promote well first off you want to build a Persona because personas work really well in Pinterest you can click on edit
profile and you can build a certain persona for example I want to sell a couple of makeup and beauty and wellness products so I'm going to build a Persona or a story about how this is a Blog this is going to be a style or fashion and makeup diary and then we can add pronouns websites username and more but I'm just going to click on Save over here now once I've clicked on Save over here I can click on create pin and once I click on create pin I can start promoting my Amazon product now
for us to receive our Amazon Associates you're going to have to create a Amazon Associates account now if you don't have one already simply head on over to affiliate-program amazon.com /home over here you are able to create your Amazon Associates account now one really important thing to note is that if you have a Amazon Associates account different products have different promotions so even if you get 10 sales on one product and tend on the other your commission is going to vary depending on the product some niches or categories have better commissions but they are also
more difficult to sell and promote on Pinterest so I like to personally go with the fashion and style Niche because it's not high paying but the volume of sales that you can generate via Pinterest is pretty high and it is something that is Everlasting so you can be earning commission for a really long time so to get started with that simply head on over and log on to your Amazon Associates account now once you do that I'm going to go to Amazon us because that is where my associates account is and you will have a
site stripe on the top now from the site stripe you're going to be able to find a product that you want to promote and you can promote that really easily so all you have to do is search for the type of product you want let's say I want to promote makeup so I'm going to search for makeup I can take a look at some of the products and I can open up any product that I think is going to be a easy thing to sell or something that I would want to promote as a Creator
so I'm going to actually go and search for beauty kit and then I'm just going to actually take some of these larger ticket items which are like these entire skin care packages and I am going to take this one which is the e.l.f one and once I open up the product that I want to promote on Pinterest I will have a link on the top left now this is a text link that I can just copy like this and once I copi that I can go into Pinterest and start my pen now for any pen
the major part is the visual element so the visual element that you are designing needs to look really nice and for that you you can go into canva once you go into canva over here you're going to search for Pinterest now you don't need to have a premium canva account for this you can use a free canva account and just select the size which is for Pinterest pins which is just 1,000x 1500 pixels you don't even have to search for it you can even just click on custom size and then search and type in 1,000
X500 and this will open up a blank canvas now you want to go back into your Amazon product and you want to download the images of the Amazon product so I'm going to click on save image as and then download this image then I'm also going to download this one as well you just want to download all the images that you want and then once you click on Save over here we're going to go back into canva and once we go back into canva we're just going to upload all the images like this now that
all of my images are uploaded I'm going to start designing our pin so on the top left we have the design element and we're just going to search for Pinterest so I'm just going to type in Pinterest over here and once I do I'm going to take Pinterest pins as our template now you guys can see there are quite a few templates but the better way whenever you're creating a pin in a certain Niche to promote you're going to search in that Niche first so search for the thing that you're promoting so makeup or skin
care starter kit or skin care starter ideas like this you can see there are several different products that are being promoted and several different guides so these look really nice these types of guides so this is a starter kit step one step two step three I would design something similar for that I'm just going to click on this add a background in canva and then I'm just going to change the background color a bit I'm going to make this pretty mild like this and once I've done that I can start adding elements so I'm going
to click on elements and then add a circular shape in that circular shape I'm going to edit this and then I'm going to change the color to white and then I'm just going to place like these three dots depending on the number of products there are in this so there are five products in this so I'm going to go on ahead and add five of these circular dots in this and I can write step one step two step three and then step four and step five like this so once I've placed everything together I can
type in some text by going into text so step one is to cleanse and then I'm going to add that and then like so you're going to add all of your text I'm just placing this as some placeholder text now the next step is to take your images now you're going to go into the individual product image so I have product images like this which I'm going to save and once I've saved that I'm going to go back into canva add that over here and once I do that I'm just going to to crop this
image so we're going to click on this and we're going to first take like the cleanser or you know whatever is the first step in this so we have this makeup melting BM I'm just going to click on this crop it to this image over here click on done once I click on done I will click on the background remover and then remove the background and once I have removed the background I can place this in the first Circle over here I'm going to enlarge the size of the circle so it's more visible to you
guys but like this you're going to structure this and then you can beautify it with multiple different you know elements together once you have completed this you can click on share and then click on download and download your PIN you're going to add all of the elements that are included in the Amazon product once you do that you're going to go back into Pinterest and then click on create pin once you click on create pen open up the image that you just created I'm going to just use this that is is our placeholder image and
then in the link section where it says add a link you're going to paste in your link so this is going to be our Amazon or site stripe link that we're going to copy from here so I'm just going to copy this go back into Pinterest paste that in and then just add my description and a title for our pin and that is how you can promote your product or your Amazon product on Pinterest I hope you guys found this video helpful if you did make sure to leave a like And subscribe
