Yifei对你的2025年是一个怎么样的看法我的2025年就是一个全新的生活了嗯因为我一整年都是在新西兰度过的嘛然后也毕业了所以我对我的2025年还是比较满意的只是还没有找到工作嗯哈哈哈哈找工作难吗在基督城嗯其实找这个幼教的工作不是很难但是因为我不是想要申请呃居民身份吗那他就有一些条件限制那你要满足这些条件的话他就有难度嗯那不可以就是先找一个工作做着然后再慢慢找吗也可以就是没有办法的话只能这样就假如说这个工作不能满足移民的那些要求但是你也不能让自己签证就这样过期嘛那你就还是先找个工作做着也只能这样了是啊那也没办法嗯好我们的总结先从播客的总结开始吧因为Spotify 每一年它都会给我发这个数据所以我们来看一下今年的前5名的国家有一点变化但变化不是很大所以你能猜一下我们前五名的听众是哪几个国家吗前5名越南嗯嗯我想一下美国对泰国泰国是第四第三个还没猜到哦嗯第三个第三个韩国没有韩国比较后面哈哈哈马来西亚嗯也是东南亚国家但不是马来西亚新加坡不是菲律宾也不是啊印尼印度尼西亚哦哦哦哦嗯对对对对好还有第五名还有第五名是吗嗯第五名我想想这个好难哦是很容易猜到还是不容易猜到的嗯算容易猜你刚刚都说到韩国了日本对日本啊我的印象中印尼应该是新上榜的前五应该是我记得去年也有让我猜过吧我我不记得我猜过印尼去年应该是有新加坡吧我也忘记了好然后今年的表现还是不错的最好的时候竟然在这个排行榜上排到103名哇我知道他这个排行榜是指所有的播客好开心呀 103名那还蛮厉害的我觉得嗯然后我们的听众量上升了42% 这么多嗯哇每年都是在上升而且每年都上升的挺多的太好了然后今年收听最多的一集是第74集我每周工作80个小时哈哈哈把大家吓到了哈哈哈大家都喜欢听这种悲惨的故事哈哈哈好而今年我们非常高兴的是终于回复了Spotify的评论嗯哦对对对真的收到几个回复特别有意思第一个是说觉得Yifei的声音很好听哈哈哈对有好几个人都说Yifei的声音很好听等一下亲爱的我想起一个搞笑的哈哈哈嗯嗯他们的那个评论不是有个说what's popping 哈哈哈然后我们两个哈哈哈没有看懂哦对对对对对哈哈哈太土了是不是嗯对哈哈哈 2025年的播客其实我做的并不算是很满意属于我拖延症爆发的一年基本上下半年的博客就没有几个准时播了的哈哈哈都往后拖了不过你也确实太忙了因为对忙是忙但是我计划2026年我想付费请人帮忙就是我想请一个人帮我做剪辑那这个工作就会少很多那只是可能每一次我和你抽一点时间或者只是我抽个30分钟一个小时录完然后有一个人去帮我剪辑帮我做字幕甚至帮我做翻译那这样的话对效果也会更好对啊可以啊然后我也会更省事就找个大学生应该可以吧但是完全可以我又不知道怎么样去找到一个合适的人我很怕这个质量上不过关就是你得让他试嘛先让他试着剪一下翻译一下希望能很快找到合适的人应该不难了我觉得找大学生应该很多人愿意做这种兼职嗯找一个英语系的嘛对吧嗯嗯对好这个是关于播客的总结然后第二个是关于我这一年做健身教练的总结嗯其实是真的没想到从去年底开始做健身教练做到现在也已经一年多了嗯挺快的很厉害嗯然后我们双11大促的时候我其实做的还蛮好的就是因为我们是国内很大的连锁品牌嘛嗯然后我的销售成绩有到武汉的前十当然好像是第十吧哇哈哈哈太厉害了也不是说我很专业只是说我的销售就是我卖的课金额嗯到了前十这样子嗯那就是大家认可你了学员都喜欢你是但是我可能觉得自己还可以更精进所以今年我也考了很多的证但是今年像你说的特别忙做教练之后锻炼比原来少的多的多哈哈哈原来我的想法就是我能做教练顺便在健身房每天可以锻炼一下多好呀美好的工作嗯结果发现我有时候一天7节课8节课我站在那我一点都锻炼不动了我一点都不想锻炼对对啊锻炼身体变成上班以后那就不一样了是啊你呢你今年你一直都跟我说哎呀我要动起来然后什么啊我动来着我动来着真的吗最后这一个月就是我一个人带小孩之后嘛嗯然后我吃东西就已经没有我不会去给自己做那些什么油腻的那些东西了就做的很简单的然后嗯我差不多就是跟着抖音上面跳那个什么什么慢跑啊什么超慢跑哦那个东西然后每天跑一跑我大概瘦了有七八斤的样子这么多嗯我觉得主要是因为我油腻的东西吃的少了然后糖吃的少了像什么油炸的呀炒那种油炒的这种东西还有蛋糕面包这种吃的比较少了然后再加上一个人带孩子你要做一些家务啊什么的然后你再每天跑一跑那个什么超慢跑嗯然后就就还我觉得还是瘦的挺多的对我来说瘦挺多了对啊我觉得瘦个七八斤已经很好了一个月嗯嗯对呀其实最重要还是饮食对于减脂来说饮食控制比运动更重要对增肌的话就是饮食和运动都很重要哦增不增肌这个东西现在我都还不敢考虑先把我那肥肉减下来再说吧已经很棒了耶因为就是你一直说就是几年前就开始说我要运动终于对那个超慢跑我还能接受了就是其他有一些运动我真的觉得好想死哦哎好像不能说这种话哈哈哈就是就真的好累啊就是很难坚持吗嗯那超慢跑他肯定是强度要小一点你好坚持一点嘛你想我都能跑的东西他几乎就没有什么强度就可能给我一点心理安慰吧哈哈那你是有比如说听音乐一边跑还是对怎么样有人喊什么口号他就是抖音上面他有一些博主他就会自己做一些音乐的合集然后他就在那跑着你就跟着他的节奏跟着他的音乐一起跑就好了嗯OK 好那这是关于我健身教练的总总结看起来你运动也不错我也觉得非常棒给你十分嘿嘿嘿好哈哈来自健身教练的肯定太开心了我还要我还要再瘦10斤哈哈加油没问题好那关于对外汉语老师这个工作呢其实今年也大部分还是老学生的支持也有一些新的学生但主要是因为我的日程真的是比较满嗯有时候回复新学生的邮件也比较慢所以对但是这个工作还是在保持在做的我觉得还是很不错的今年能给自己打七八分吧还可以这么严格吗肯定要严格一点哈哈哈毕竟这个是我做的最久的一份工作你能在这么就是繁忙工作的情况下还坚持这么好我觉得可以打10分了嗯谢谢你哈哈哈我们在这互夸互吹谢谢Yifei评委哈哈哈好然后最后关于跳舞这件事情可能是我今年最可惜但是也不是什么可惜就是自己没有花时间去做嘛今年就相当于好像放弃了这个爱好可能一个月有个一次或者两次机会去跳舞因为有时候实在是太累或者是没时间因为跳舞班一般都是中午和晚上然后和我的时间正好就撞了我们也是中午和晚上是高峰期就基本上我很难找到时间去所以今年年底正好有一个线上的跳舞的比赛我真的是抽时间参加了就是我不是还让你给我点赞吗哦哦哦我记得我记得跳可好了但是没有没有得名次然后啊就是你还是看得到差距别人是很用心的好好的练了基本功的我还是基本功我不知道我没有看到其他人的所以没办法比较哈哈对所以我觉得2026年我可能要花一点时间去练舞说起来是我的爱好但我觉得爱好你总会是抽时间要去坚持做的嗯嗯不然也算不上你的爱好了尽量嘛你毕竟一个人的精力和时间是有限的你就尽力而为就好了嗯对抽空去做嘛就是有时间就做一做那你明年呢你2026年打算坚持这个超慢跑我减肥肯定是要坚持的嗯这个超慢跑我不是之前跟你讲就是跑了之后那个胸口和大腿很痒所以我如果我可以找到一个另外一个让我不这么累可以替代的运动我就会换但是我减肥会一直坚持下去然后2026年我打算就是把那个护肤美容重新提上日程就我买了一些新的面膜什么我已经很久就是没有认真就敷过面膜啊做什么护肤啊这些没有搞过了嗯所以我准备重新再搞会让自己气色看上去好一点当然最最最最重要的2026年就是找工作了嗯那到底是什么契机让你啊突然决定开始要关注护肤了你像你说的以前好几年了你都没有关注就是嗯我觉得应该是家里老人家走了就回国以后嘛嗯然后我一个人开始带孩子了然后心情就很放松也很愉悦哈哈哈然后有一天也是也是我家大宝我儿子跟我说我我那天好像是穿因为天气很热那天然后我就很难得我就穿了一个连衣裙嗯然后我穿那个连衣裙呢我我儿子就说妈妈你好漂亮嗯然后我心里面就觉得啊对呀就是我还是要做一个漂亮的妈妈在小孩心目当中做个漂亮的妈妈然后还是要打扮一下比较好嗯嗯嗯那作为妈妈你总结一下你的2025年你给自己打多少分然后扣分的地方是有什么原因我常年都觉得自己作为妈妈就是及格线吧我一直是这样想的嗯那为什么只能算是及格线对那扣分的是什么就是扣分我觉得对孩子的陪伴不够啊然后对孩子的教育投资不够教育投入吧不够比如说嗯本来应该就是让孩子早一点让大宝早一点去小学但是因为种种原因还是让他晚了一年嗯还有本来应该让他坚持去学游泳啊什么这些也是因为种种原因就耽误了可能就要推到明年了虽然这种东西就是你比如说学游泳啊或者学钢琴啊这种东西不是说你一定今年在这个年龄段就一定要做不做不行这肯定不是的对所以我就就是也给了自己挺多借口嘛就再往后再推一下等我的工作啊什么的呃我们的生活情况都完全稳定了之后再去考虑我反正就是这样给自己找借口嘛哈哈哈哈哎你现在是属于我现在是属于就是学生签证嘛我要换成找工作的签证哦然后拿好那个签证在这边开始工作就相当于就是比较稳定了嗯找工作的签证是给多长时间两年哦那还蛮长的哎嗯对就还不错嗯你现在是属于已经毕业了没有课了是不是对已经毕业了然后我在做兼职就是这边的幼教它有一种叫兼职老师它叫reliever 就是哪个幼儿园比如说突然有哪位老师请假了或者什么的话他们就可以请这样的一个reliever 来顶替他的这个岗位哦就那一天就代岗这样的所以我还是在有两个幼儿园里面做这个兼职的幼教老师那这种兼职的平均来讲一个星期工作多少小时这个完全因人而异有一些是全职的这种兼职老师听起来就很奇怪对不对哈哈哈然后嗯最多的话应该是可以40个小时吧但这种情况很少了一般来说我觉得这种兼职老师可能都是30个小时左右 okay 那你现在像你说的你一个人带两个孩子然后也没有人帮你嗯你的工作还不稳定生活还不算稳定你压力大吗很大啊经济压力非常非常大嗯而且你知道我找到全职工作之后像我前夫他可能也就不会再继续支付抚养费了那你想我的压力多大什么意思就是你找到工作之后他就不付抚养费了为什么就是我们一开始就是这样说好的呀但他本来就对孩子应该有抚养可是我们其实在新西兰的这一年多的时间他也有不断的提供经济支持也给挺多的因为新西兰的花费并不低说实在的所以他也是给了很多的所以说等到你找到工作的话就得自己支付两个孩子的所有费用嗯一直到他们成年以后所有的事情就是你来负责我觉得如果我去开口问他要嗯他不会不给但我不想这样做就所以我就尽我所能在就是不委屈孩子的情况下尽我所能能养活他们就养活他们所以我会嗯要换成很小的房子我突然想问就是在新西兰养孩子会比在中国便宜一点吗就是如果你找到一个稳定的工作养两个孩子的我觉得会是吗对就是孩子上公立小学不是免费的吗嗯然后孩子满3岁以后每周在幼儿园有20个小时的免费就是上幼儿园的时间嘛嗯那就相当于每天有4小时都是免费的对吧所以这个费用就很低啦然后单亲妈妈的话好像还会有一些什么补贴吧我具体还没有去问嗯okay 嗯然后主要他就是租房是个大头嘛这边房子很贵但是我已经决定找到工作就换成那种很小的房子也也就会省一大笔开销了嗯对因为原来你是因为人多嘛你住在一起那么多人所以找个大房子现在只剩你们三个人了就确实可以小一点因为以前我不是还跟那个对啊别人合租嘛对啊所以这个房子就很很贵然后她搬出去之后呢就我自己一个人承担这么大个房子的房租对所以花了很多钱确实压力很大明白嗯那你找工作有什么目标吗就是你想要找什么类型的工作我找工作只能找幼教不然我办不了移民所以就是如果我想要拿身份的话嗯他要满足两个条件一个是雇佣你的这个幼儿园必须是新西兰的认证雇主这个倒不是很难现在难的是你必须要拿到中位数的工资就是对于很多幼儿园来说他并不愿意给你中位数的工资因为有点高他可以雇佣别人就像你这种要移民的人他不是说非得要用你他可以选择人家不需要中位数的人嗯所以这个就有点难明白嗯不能说就是找到这样的认可的雇主然后先工作个半年然后跟他商量让他给你涨一点就是很讨厌的就是每年几乎每年这个中位数的工资都在涨就说那我你就想说那我熬嘛比如说中位数今年是33刀 33. 56刀那我进去我当时进去我只有31刀我就熬两年熬到那个地方可是中位数每年在涨所以你你不知道要熬到什么时候才能追上那个中位数就很麻烦嗯新西兰的幼教呃本地人并没有那么多其实外国人挺多的外国人做幼教就这个行业就是这样挺多外国人做幼教OK 明白所以他们也并不是说不在意你什么是不是外国人或者什么的主要也是看你的能力嗯还有就是他觉得你到底是不是相对比较稳定的还是说你只是把他当成一个跳板所以面试就很重要所以这个中位数工资在幼教行业里面算是高的还是就是一个正常的薪资有点高吧我觉得对于雇主来说他会觉得有点高可是其实新西兰这边就是真的如果他欣赏你他喜欢你对他来说根本就不是问题就那么点他觉得高就是多个两刀少个两刀他对他来说没太大影响的就如果他很喜欢你的话嗯明白那你现在已经开始在找了吗还是说还在等等我之前有投过大概5份简历吧但那时候投就是嗯因为还没有毕业或者是毕业了还没有拿到毕业证所以人家可能也没有怎么考虑我然后我也没有就是很花很多心思去改自己的简历和那个求职信啊所以没有什么回复然后马然后没多久就到圣诞了嘛人家又放假什么的对圣诞接着又是新年然后就在放假所以这差不多新年过完了然后我再重新开始就是集中精力找工作吧嗯那听起来我觉得应该还好像你说的如果他喜欢你的话多个两刀什么的应该没什么大问题不知道嘛就而且实在不行的话我可能也没有办法留在基督城就别的一些小镇上啊去工作啊也不是不行吧就去吧没有也没有办法挑了就是哪有就去哪嘛嗯嗯明白嗯如果我们有在新西兰的听众如果有合适的工作机会的话可以联系一下Yifei 你看上去也不像37啊什么什么的然后就说我就喜欢姐姐什么就哎哈哈哈就很多就说我说啊这就是因为特效啊所以看上去就会比较年轻漂亮然后他说你脸怎么那么红啊然后哎呀真的很头大你又不可以在直播间发火骂人知道吗哈哈哈嗯是的所以我做不了直播我现在是知道真的很难了你只能压着那股火但是也有碰到非常好的就是有那种粉丝就是我还没有发火然后他们就会在下面帮我骂哈哈哈嗯就就比如说有些男生说话不是很尊重就像我刚才讲的那种就会有其他一些粉丝就说说你喝醉了吧你哈哈哈哈然后还有人说他说主播你跟我连线我来骂然后我说不用不用不用就还是会有挺多挺好的粉丝的肯定的呀但你为什么不想要做带货啊什么的其实那样对你来说更简单呀因为如果我带货的话我势必要花非常多的时间和精力去了解这个产品才可以嗯如果是我没有长时间用或者我没有用的很清楚的产品我没有办法就是去推销他那你就用啊我就是这种我在国外亲爱的他怎么给我寄过来啊你带本地东西啊我只能那就只能带我现在已经用过的东西可是我现在自自己用过给小孩用过很多产品的这些商家他是不需要直播带货的哈哈哈嗯他本来销量就很好口碑就很好也不存在什么需不需要嘛就是也可以帮忙去卖呀你的一种途径嘛嗯嗯我可能会挂橱窗吧对啊你之后如果我有那个资质对啊我就会挂橱窗然后我就会讲啊这个确实是我自己用过的就一直觉得很好的那他哪里有不好可哪里有一些不合适情况我也会就是实话实说对啊这不就行了吗这个比你想的那个要简单就是你什么地接那个太麻烦了我但我现在的粉丝量还不够可以挂橱窗好像要多少才能挂我也不知道哈哈哈好像挺难的吧我也忘记了反正我现在是不够了我好好久没有直播也没有发作品了就我也是很懒的你知道啊我的家里乱到像像打仗一样哈哈能想象你一个人带两个孩子但直播因为刚开始他一定会给你流量的就是你要如果想播你应该要把握住刚开始的这个时间对后面就不会了开始他流量给的很多对后面不会有这么多流量了所以就还是得多拍一些作品然后直播最好是定时对啊就是去播这样定时定量去播比较好像我就很难嘛嗯因为我要是直播的话呃特别是你知道二宝嗯女儿就很容易跑过来她就要粘粘着我嘛他他不能出现在镜头里啊对而且如果小朋友一直在旁边说呀吵啊然后人家直播间的这种观感也会不好嘛是所以生活非常之艰难你知道吗哈哈哈是的像你说的英语课程像我其实我都很想过很多次做汉语的课程但是因为做课程是非常大的一个工程很消耗精力对对你要做一个系统的课程出来不管是一个简单的课程还是难的课程都得花很多时间所以我一直都没有没错录啊然后剪辑啊嗯所以我一直都没有做这件事情我也是啊但主要原因是因为我懒哈哈哈对但其实心里知道这个事情要做肯定是更好的但是就一直没有开始做好多年了都一直拖着这个事就因为他太花时间了很难开始哈哈就是啊我有时候都好想去抢银行你知道吗哈哈哈真的一天到晚的想抢银行翻开翻开中国刑法然后去里面寻找致富之道哈哈哈笑死哈哈哈然后2026年我可能要开始看书因为我这两年真的是一本书也没看一本也没有看相对于我哪一年两年前一年看三四十本书天呐我都难以想象那你这样说我都不敢说话哈哈哈十年有看三四本书吗哈哈哈但没关系啊你自己给自己定看书也不一定那么重要呀只是我自己觉得重要就是我希望明年我的目标就是看一本书只要看一本就好其实挺重要看书我觉得挺重要的那你为什么不看哈哈哈因为懒哈哈每天就是在这刷手机要把眼睛刷瞎了才满意你知道吗说明还是不重不够重要就是我们肯定会优先做更重要的事情不重要的事情就有时候会拖延比如说我跳舞我好像说起来是我的爱好嗯但是我也没有花很多时间去做它就是好像也没有你想的那么重要但是我2026年想要把它重视起来嗯可以的啊还有学语言也是啊哎呀对呀你又提醒我了一点也没学我也想学语言结果什么都没学我真的是我都不想说我自己了啊你现在想学什么呀法语吗还是嗯对法语和韩语韩语都快忘光了是啊所以我打算2026年把刷抖音的时间多一点分过来看一点外语的电视剧我觉得也还可以看点韩语韩国电视剧啊对什么美国电视剧啊之类的没错哦你说起美国嗯我真的很想2026年去一次美国我知道不太可能但是我很想很想去因为我很想去看一下我就是第一份工作那个老板第一份工作是他年纪大了是哪个老板就是在那个中法合资那个公司在成都的吗嗯嗯对哦就今年我过生日他还给我发信息然后给我发他照片我觉得他看上去他很瘦然后我就很担心他健康嘛因为他现在应该也是70岁了吧哦啊我就很想去看他一眼他现在应该是自己一个人生活吧天呐养了个狗狗嗯我很想去看看他希望想做的事情太多然后自己又没什么能力哈哈哈哈都是这样的我也是想做的事情太多其实有时候真的很羡慕那种做事情能一心一意就专心扑在一件事情上对对对我特别佩服为什么我不是那样的人我恨我自己我完全不是哈哈哈我做不到那样所以和自己和解按自己的方式来哈哈哈对啊那今天我们大概就是这样了做了一下2025年的总结然后2026年的计划那也希望我们的听众朋友们都有一个很好的新年是的是的对也可以给自己写一个新年计划嗯或者可以可以跟我们分享一下你的新年计划希望大家新年都心想事成是的啊大家新年快乐那我们下次见啦拜拜拜拜
