Now whether you actually believe in the Paranormal or just enjoy listening to the spooky stories in an attempt to scare yourself this is one of the many paranormal experiences I've had arguably the most terrifying converting one of the eyewitnesses from a skeptic to completely believing in the Paranormal and actually taking it seriously my friends and I have always been quite Fond of going out Urban exploring for those of you that don't know what that is it's when you go out and look for abandoned and derel buildings to explore and photograph we didn't go out searching

for the haunted side of things we just enjoyed the eeriness and also the beauty of old abandoned places living in Scotland a lot of these abandoned places are normally surrounded by amazing scenery from hills and mountains to thick forests and Lush Fields so we always made a day out of it when we did go exploring one house in particular was our favorite so much so that we had already visited a couple of times prior to this experience myself and two of my best friends C and B decided to go back but the condition of the

place had declined quite rapidly since the last time we had been and everything seemed very unstable but we didn't let that stop Us finding that our usual entry spot had been boarded up we felt quite defeated but we decided to look for another entry anyway after searching around for a while we noticed that the roof of one of the lower parts of the house had been damaged by fire and was practically all gone it wasn't the easiest to get up to using a tree and each other to do so but we finally got in it

was going relatively normal we were wandering around the inside searching and admiring The rooms we could still get into being terrified by the occasional bird being spooked by our footsteps and taking photos of the amazing architecture however something was different this time the whole place felt off and a little more eerie than it normally did and I've always been what you would describe as spiritually inclined so I felt this more than what my friends did one of them was a complete skeptic so he just brushed it Off and said we were over exaggerating and making

things up his mind was going to be completely changed after leaving this house after exploring the top three floors as much as we could cringing at the spray paint art the vandals had left we were on the ground floor just having a chat and discussing how much The house's condition had really declined we were standing in one of the hallways almost in a triangle formation I was standing in a door frame with my back Towards the empty room with C to my left and B to my right I was still feeling a little uneasy but

I didn't give much thought to it as we were all conversing about the plans for the rest of the day I felt something on my back it felt like someone had run their hand down my back from the base of my neck to the center of my back I felt a firm consistent pressure until the pressure tapered off down to the base of my back it was over within seconds I felt all the color Trained from my face as I frantically jumped forward with a scream B and C both looked at me in confusion and

asked what happened and if I had hurt myself in a haze of confusion and dizziness I wasn't able to form any words never mind describing what I just felt I regained my bearings and took a couple of deep breaths before trying my best to explain the sensation of being touched be's face turned a little pale as she saw how serious I was being however C was a Skeptic he laughed and thought I was joking or that I'd accidentally hit something without realizing or a bug head bit me I knew that wasn't the casee because for

a split second before it happened I felt every single hair on my body stand up as a warning to what was about to happen being slightly freaked out be myself managed to convince C that it was time to leave on top of what had just happened it was also getting a bit cold While making our way to the same section we had entered through I started to feel a burning sensation run down my back like someone had taken hot coals s a flame down my back starting to freak out again I asked be to check

if anything was there asking her what was wrong I automatically knew something was wrong because she didn't give me a response she was just silent the next thing I knew bee was calling over to se to come and look which made My anxiety Spike up more from the look on SE face I became increasingly worried they both nervously told me that there were marks going down my back obviously not being able to see my back myself I then asked them to take a photo for me to see looking at the photo there were three distinctive

scratches going down my back exactly where I'd felt someone or something touching me looking at that photo still gives me uneasy feelings to this Day at first C was convinced I'd done it to myself or caught myself on something but after examining the scratches more he determined that it couldn't have been the scratches went under my bra strap which would have been impossible for me to do without them noticing at this point we were all trying to keep our con while internally freaking out we tried to make our way out as quick as we could

without injuring ourselves climbing back over the wall of the house and through The hole where the roof used to be we collectively walked a few feet away from the house and stopped to look back at it still trying to understand what had just happened we all agreed that we'd go back to the car and never come back here the walk back to the car which took around 20 minutes was relatively uneventful apart from The Continuous uneasy feeling that we were being watched followed and occasionally thinking we could hear footsteps behind Us it was actually quite

peaceful taking in the Scottish Countryside we got to the car where we sat and had a smoke still trying to completely calm ourselves down it's safe to say that after that day C took a long time to process the events but undoubtedly became a Believer we swore to never come back back to this house but for some reason we're always drawn back to it it's like an urge to come back and visit like an Itch that you can't quite scratch maybe we're just drawn in by the eeriness or the mystery around that day or maybe

it's something more than that hi everyone first time posting here I'm looking for explanation as to what this may have been about 2 or 3 years ago I was with some friends in my car outside of one of my friend's houses it was around 9:00 p.m. in wintertime so it was relatively dark out but the weather was clear there were five of us in the car Myself and a friend in the passenger seat as well as three friends sitting in the m row we were in an SUV we were talking about some random topic when

all of a sudden I felt an intense feeling go down my spine like we were being watched I turned to my friend in the passenger seat and he looked up at me at the same time like he just seen a ghost I asked him if he felt that too and he said yes none of my other friends in the back felt anything we felt really strange but We ignored it and continued talking a few minutes later the feeling came back stronger than before and once again my friend and I looked at each other at the

same time he looked right past me out the driver side window which my back was to and he told me not to turn around none of my other friends saw anything but he said there was something out there and I felt some sort of presence behind me we took turns describing to each other What we sensed it looked like and we were for sure both seeing and sensing the same thing it was Pure White and humanoid but the details of what we sensed are fuzzy to me after a minute or so it went away and

we were totally spooped this is where it gets weirder my friend and I both felt the presence making circles around the car and we both began to see green glowing circles moving quickly around it it's hard to explain but we really couldn't see them It was more knowing they were there they began to move faster and we were freaking the hell out then all of a sudden they disappeared once again we both saw and felt these but nobody in the back did then passenger seat friend and I were leaning back to talk to the middle

row when on the sidewalk behind the c there was a flash of white light and a creature sprinting down toward us it was Pure White bedal somewhat humanoid and Very tall and lanky I'm going to guess it was probably 7 ft tall it had a h-shaped head long thin black hair black eyes and Claws my friend and I in the front screamed simultaneously started the car and we got the hell out of there Once We Were Far Far Away We once again took turns describing to each other what we saw and we were both on

point with each other's descriptions I took everyone home then as I was driving home I still felt the presence behind me I Couldn't tell if it was in the car or not but whenever I got to a stop sign or light I felt it catching up so I sped the rest of the way back once I got home it was gone both my friend and I could sense that whatever it was wasn't there to kill us or anything it just wanted to make its presence known nothing like it has happened before or since the only

relevant connecting factor between the passenger seat friend and I is that we were both Christian well at the time does anyone have any ideas as to what we could have experienced thanks for listening everyone I saw a crawler or whatever it is I've heard wendigo I've heard Skinwalker but it absolutely blew me away that other people have been seeing them too whatever they are we don't know a lot and I don't think we can accurately classify them yet I recently replied to someone's post who was Looking for individual stories for an extensive bit of research

and so I had them DM me so that I could send it there since then I've had others DM me looking for it as well I've decided to put it here this happened years ago I believe I was in 7th grade I'm now preparing to start college I was sharing my room with my little brother as well as a bunk bed I had the top bunk it was summer and since it got really stuffy in the room we would install Screen Windows I being a light sleeper woke up in the middle of the night to

hear Light rhythmic scratching on the screen and a raspy breathing I rolled onto my stomach and peered over the side of my bed and I saw exactly what you described it was extremely pale and had long thin limbs no clothing or hair the face was flat anded round and I couldn't really make out a nose or visible ears very thin lips the eyes were sunken at the time I thought they were glowing but Now I believe it was just ey shine it was lightly scratching on the screen and looking around the room I never got

the feeling that it noticed me as I watched it though it wasn't trying to get in either it wasn't feverish it was just making noise I watched it in silent fear for I would guess a minute but it probably wasn't even that long eventually I crawled backwards down the ladder and into the living room where I spent the rest of the night curled up on The couch as for the height it had to have been at least 7 ft tall because it was hunched over at the window and the window itself is about 5 ft

off of the ground there there was also another incident a couple of months later where my family and I went on a camping trip with my boy scout's troop one of the kids owned property out in the middle of nowhere I live in Central Illinois and we set up camp deep into their Forest I woke up in our big family tent and heard The light scratching again long and rhythmic on the nylon I could see impressions of long fingers being made on the wall I just lay there quietly until it moved away and I even

heard it repeating its process on other tents in the campsite before it wandered off I didn't say anything until my Dad pulled me aside the next morning and said he heard the same thing which woke him up One Last Detail before we went to sleep in our Tents there was a long haunting scream from the woods it sounded like a hybrid of a person and some animal being killed and Howling one last sound of pain everything fell silent everyone just stood there keep in mind that these were experienced woodsmen and they hadn't heard anything like

that before in their lives Fox vocalization is noticeably canid mountain lion sounds are distinctly feline this was entirely unnatural I was just driving home from a morning ship and it was about 1 km from home when this guy stepped onto the road in front of me waving his arms and shouting stop stop please stop I slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting him and he ran to my window I've had similar things happen before when people need help after an accident and I assumed that's what this was I wound down the window and this guy

said please please help me I'm being attacked please get me out of Here and I being the credulous soft touch that I am said sure mate get in now I spend a lot of time in my car and my front passenger seat is basically my office and covered in all sorts of so not thinking I told him to get in the back this was lucky so this stranger is now in my back seat and I said can I take you to a police station what can I do and he said yes a police station please

so I pull a U-turn and head to our nearest Cop Shop luckily it's only About 6 km away at this point I still think the guy has been legitimately mugged or something and I ask what's going on there's people after me there's one there hiding in the bushes and another one there on that side of the road up in the tree there's obviously no one in either the bushes or the tree oh I think to myself I've picked up a person in the middle of a psychotic break with gangstalking delusions okay mate well let's get

you To the police station and get you sorted I say trying to sound reassuring and calming and he seems responsive and says thank you so much police station's just out on the main road only take us a minute to get there I told him I have never wanted a cop car to appear in my rearview mirror so much in all my life only 2 km to go we drive in silence for a minute when he suddenly turns his head on the side looks at me and says in this really Deep growl you're not taking me

to a police station are you yeah mate I say sure I am we're almost there just hang on you're one of them this was the plan wasn't it I'm getting chased and you just happened to show up just that second where are you taking me let me out let me out and he starts thrashing around in my back seat pounding the cushions with his fists and flailing wildly just then we come around a curve And there's the police station no mate look there's the police station we're turning in right now and we did we calmed

down and said thank you and ran inside as soon as I parked I I gave him a few minutes to tell his story to the cops and then went inside and told the desk sergeant what happened just for context it literally happened 10 minutes ago so when I was a kid my family was really close to the across the street neighbors I was outside playing with her Daughter when my parents told us they were going to run to the store for a bit we asked them if we could stay at my house I had a

cool Barbie Dreamhouse as her parents were home right across the street my parents said yes and made sure to tell hers to keep an eye out once we're inside we're thrilled to have the house to ourselves just like big kids we made ourselves some lunch and watch cartoons for a bit there's a sudden knock at the door and the fun begins Because of the urgency of the knock I hopped up and ran for the door thinking it was my parents who forgot something after looking through the side window I saw what looked like my friend's

brother I flung the door open and there was a man who is not my friend storky's 6' tall brother the man looked jumpy and told me he needed me to come outside because he just hit my parents' car I immediately panicked and asked what which one he took a few steps back To look at the driveway and said the red one my mom prised BMW now don't judge me too harshly I was maybe 9 or 10 and someone had told me they ruined the car my mom loved just as much if not more as us

kids I blurted out that my parents weren't home and he told me he still needed me to come out to see the damages because OB viously a 9-year-old can assess the damages to a 1990s convertible BMW I looked back at my friend and while we chatted he reached out to open the screen door it was locked but it was one of those shitty plastic ones that could have easily just been yanked a little hard and pulled open it wasn't until then that my alarm Bells went off I told him I had to call my mom

he started to protest but I slammed the door shut and immediately called my friend mom thankfully she's a pretty intimidating lady and she marched right over before We could even finish explaining what was happening the man was obviously startled by someone getting there so quickly when she demanded to know why he was at my door he stammered something about selling magazines obviously we didn't have anything to do with him so she told him to get lost or she was calling the cops it was at this point I looked out and noticed a car pull up

and he quickly went to hop in I think we all came to the realization at the same time that Someone had been in a car waiting for him at the top of my street my friend's mom turned ghost white with recognition then immediately read with anger let's just say we weren't allowed to be home alone for a long time after that my friend and I were rescued from the ditch during a snowstorm by Little Phantom people while returning to New Mexico from a visit to my friend's Family in Iowa we were caught in a snowstorm

on the Texas Panhandle we were on Highway 60 right outside of a town called Canadian when we went off the road in his little Honda car we tried digging it out and using the floor mats for traction but to no avail we could see what appeared to be the lights of a farmhouse nearby and although it was 2: a.m. we elected to knock on the door and see if we could get help instead of freezing to death in a rare Texas Blizzard out in the middle of nowhere a tiny old woman answered the door and

I mean tiny 4ot something and ancient to boot we explained that we were stuck and needed a pull out of the ditch and how far to the next town that kind of thing her tiny maybe 5 foot something ancient husband came out and said he'd pull us out with zuu and to follow him to the barn out in the barn Was An Old Fort High boy with a CB radio and a 357 revolver in the front seat Pocket we all climbed in the cab he rubbed the dash and said come on zuu and proceeded to

take us to where we had gone off the road and yanked the little car out with no problem we made it to Canadian and stayed in the nastiest roach motel I had ever been in and slept on top of the covers with all my clothes on the next day we drove back to New Mexico with no other incidents since I was on Highway 60 pretty regularly I figured I'd stop in during the day and Drop off a gift and say thanks next time I was in the area the problem is that right outside of Canadian

Texas on Highway 60 near that curve there is no house no little old people no Barn no zuu either I've driven by there a dozen times since we went off the road that night in December and I've pulled up the area on Google Maps and there is just no trace of them my buddy and I just concluded that guardian angel angs got us unstuck from the snow and Vanished this encounter happened to me and my best friend sometime back in 2007 or 2008 were're both women in our early 20s and sharing an apartment in a

major metro area not a small town but not a big city either through the short stretch of woods behind our apartment complex there was a neighborhood of single family homes typical suburban culdesac American middleclass neighborhood except that this neighborhood was completely Unoccupied like I said it was right around 07 to 08 so the effects of the American recession were still in full swing a developer had bought the neighborhood and all the houses to tear down they had built a nice shiny new street from the main road to the neighborhood but money probably ran out before

the homes could be bulldozed at least that's my best guess as there were several stalled construction projects in the area that had met the same fate There was nothing in the immediate area in the way of shops stores or gas stations just empty residential homes a bit eerie but nothing overtly creepy being young adventurous and having some daytime hours free due to our retail jobs my bestie and I liked to go on walks in this abandoned neighborhood there was a short path through some woods and then you came out onto the main neighborhood street which

started out his gravel and turned into Asphalt toward the nicer end of the neighborhood with the bigger newer houses we'd walk up and down shooting the maybe surreptitiously hitting a joint just being young and carefree one of the homes looked to have a few acres of land and there was a big field where we take blankets and go laying sometimes so on the day this encounter takes place the Sun was shining and there was a brilliant Blue Sky probably late summer or early fall I Can't remember exactly AKA Brad daylight like I said earlier the

neighborhood was a bit eerie but on that day we felt pretty safe we were on one of our midday abandoned neighborhood strolls when we see a car on the street headed in our Direction This was the first time we'd ever seen a vehicle there it was a small blue hatchback I don't know cars very well so that's the most specific description I can come up with neither One of us get a good look at the driver's face but we see there are two people in the car all all I can make out is that the

driver is male white and has brown hair wearing a blue and white Ragin t-shirt the car rumbles past us on the gravel road and out of sight we continue on thinking it was odd but not that odd a few minutes later the car comes back from the direction it came passing us from behind it drives out of sight over this little Hill and we Figure maybe they got turned around since there's obviously nothing nothing of interest on this road except this abandoned subdivision we continue walking for another couple of minutes we reach the little Hill

and as we get to the top we see the car that just drove past us the car was stopped on the road a little ways ahead of us just sitting there with its brake lights on that's when I noticed the person in the passenger seat is gone I find this odd And start internally questioning whether I even saw the passenger at all until my friend says wasn't there another person my hackles start to go up and I creeped out at this point something about the way that car is just sitting there idling like they're waiting

for us there is nothing of Interest behind us where he could have dropped his passenger off which makes their absence very unsettling I don't know how long we were standing there staring at this car Possibly with the driver's accomplice having been dropped off behind us and the car in front of us lying in weight but it felt like forever I had a cold heavy feeling in my stomach my friend and I are both Frozen to the spot hair on the back of our necks standing up mental alarm bells ringing it's Dawning on me that no

one knows where we are while I'm standing there Frozen in fear brain frantically trying to figure out How long it would be until my boyfriend would get off work and discover us missing the car started backing up towards us fast as the car accelerates backward towards us my friend and I come to our senses and tear off towards the woods cutting through the backyard of one of the abandoned houses we frantically bushwack our way through the short stretch of woods and come out on the opposite side of our oppon apartment complex and run like hell

until we reach Our building I have no idea what that driver was doing what their intentions were or where his passenger disappeared to but creepy driver let's not meet this happened to me and my friend around 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday if I recall I live in an area where not much goes on and is pretty safe for the most part anyways my friend and I are dumb teenagers both male that love Urban exploring our favorite sites to explore are tunnels around 7:30 p.m. one night My friend and I were exploring some sights around the

park two blocks away from our house it was full of small tunnels to explore we felt a bit weird because we felt as if we weren't alone there were a couple of disc golfers but we had just watched them leave so at this point the park was completely empty my friend and I were just exiting a small tunnel to get back to the park as we were waiting for the disc golfers to leave so we could go to The next secret spot which were train tracks that are sometimes in use to get into the train

tracks you have to go through and off the path in the woods that has a few curves so it was hard to see my friend led the way a few seconds later though I'd lost him so I yelled his name here's where things got weird I heard what seemed almost like a distant yell or shout from the train tracks I thought he had sped up so I joged up ahead and eventually ran into my buddy That was just around a curvy turn I asked him if he was okay and he replied yes like nothing had

happened a little suspicion ran through my mind so I asked him if he'd yelled at me from the tracks and had come back to get me shockingly he didn't he was waiting for me just at the turn and he also said he heard the yell well my friend and I are idiots instead of going back we quietly continued to the tracks when we got up to the bridge with the train tracks There was absolutely no one or nothing up there although I felt like we were being watched from the trees or something I let my

friend know about this feeling and we quickly stopped throwing rocks into the creek and headed back to the park I knew something was wrong as we were leaving I just couldn't put my finger on it we played around on the basketball court at the park before we left due to the creepy Vibe my friend and I decided it was best to to take the Main road back instead of the shortcut through the woods that led to our neighborhood it was around 9:30 now my friend and I were talking about what we should do all night

because he was spending the night at mine the park has a soccer field across the street from it so it has two gravel parking lots that are sort of hidden by the trees as we were walking past one of the gravel Lots I felt what seemed like a warning from my body I passed it off as nothing but As we crossed the street from the gravel lot here is where things started getting really creepy I could see someone come out of the Shadows of the gravel lot they had appeared to be wearing very dark clothing

and a hoodie to cover their face it was throwing red flags everywhere the way they came out of nowhere was so subtle and perfectly TI it felt as if they were waiting for us to cross to start following us my my friend hadn't seemed to notice the Strange figure I told him to jog up ahead a little he seemed confused so I pulled him close to me and told him what had just happened he seemed anxious so we picked up the pace a bit every once in a while I would look over my shoulder to

see where he was every time I looked he would be at least 3 ft closer to us I could hear the figure's Eerie breathing thank God we were close to an alley short cut that no one really uses but my friends and I to get to it you go up a Little Hill left of the street I saw this as an opportunity I mumbled to my friend use the Aly he quickly nodded yes the second we made it to the hill we casually chopped up ahead to the alley I told my friend to wait for

a second I peaked over to the street from the alley and there I saw them what appeared to be a man in his 30s was making his way towards us very quickly I could see his eyes now they were staring directly at me with an evil look I told My friend to bolt down the dam alley to his house which was connected to the alley by the way we had never run so damn fast we made it up to the street and took a sharp turn to the left we had lost him at this point

we sprinted through his front door and locked every single entrance we turned off all the lights and hid for what felt like an hour thank God he was nowhere to be seen I have not seen this person since and I hope to never see him again I've had a few Supernatural experiences but the one I usually go to is when I worked in a supermarket I grew up in a farm town and the only place to get groceries besides the grossly overpriced Shopco that was on the edge of town was the family-owned Supermarket Robertson's the

Robertson family was very active in the community but also had a reputation from miserly to straight up evil depending on who you Ask asked if you asked me and the rest of the Bag Boys Robertson had a dark Aura around it many features contributed like the vaed ceilings in the back rooms the creaking floors in the upstairs offices and the door hidden behind a pile of old shelves that seemed to lead under the loading dog the worst was the patriarch of the Robertson Blaine he was too old to handle the business decisions but he was

too stubborn to let his Tay to son take it out of his hands so he Spent his days shuffling around the floor antagonizing the bag boys at every turn he chastised us for clocking in more than 1 minute early he chastised us for standing at the clock with a minute left in our shift he chastised us for our laziness the second we weren't actively moving items I always joked that Blaine was a vampire he just refuses to Die Why Else Is There never a over the intercom for kids who lost their parents one night my

suspicions Were reinforced Lane had showed up about 9 to take care of some office work upstairs with all of our closing duties done my partner for the night and I lolly gacked in the stock room right at the foot of the office stairs when 10 rolled around and it was time to close I figured I'd let bla know we were locking up I started up the stairs and and suddenly noticed it was dark I got to the top and looked around not a single light in the office was on we had stood At the bottom

of the stairs the whole time and Blaine hadn't passed us even when Blaine isn't looking like no Fatu strange things happened upstairs the exposed water pipes leading upstairs twang like someone hit them with a hammer footsteps on the creaky floor echo through the whole back room all of this happens when the offices are pitch black as we stand next to the stairs one night my partner and I got freaked out by the noises from the Offices and decided to spend the remainder of the shift lapping the store but as we walked perpendicular to the aisles

a can of green beans halfway down the vegetable aisle suddenly fell off the shelf we put it back in place and started walking again two miles down another can fell off this time as I put it back in place a can 15 ft down the aisle flew off the shelf we left that one sitting and huddled around the cash registers for the rest of the Shift to top it off though the back boy requested to be taken off night shift after an experience he had in the break room the break room has two small bathrooms

male and female he was taking his dinner break when he heard a baby crying from the women's bathroom he'd been in there 5 minutes already and he hadn't seen anyone come in much less with a baby he endured the crying for five more minutes before he got concerned and knocked on the door Repeated knocks and questions got nothing back except for the nonstop balling he was finally convinced that something had happened to the mother he cracked the door open but the room was dark and empty hey guys so my girlfriend and I were reminiscing about

old Halloween's prepandemic and it reminded me of Halloween 2018 I thought it was a story story worth telling so here goes so I live in The UK and relatively near where I live is an old mental Asylum it's been abandoned and run down for a good few years now it's patrolled by an old guy with a big dog who apparently owns or caret takes the land although he's only usually there during the day and at night goes home unsurprisingly the Asylum was featured on an episode of most haunted a good few years back which makes

the place ripe for attention from the locals in the Twilight hours once The patrolling guy is gone I'd only been a few times prior to this it was usually relatively busy but usually infested with thrill-seeking teenagers and a few potheads looking for a quiet place to get stoned without hassle from the local police occasionally you would get a few groups of chaps British slang for teenage troublemakers to summarize without derailing the story they Tred to start fights but he were usually okay in a group anyways in I think 2018 a group Of friends my girlfriend

and I decided to go there on Halloween night for some ghost hunting we ended up going there way later than intended so it was actually November 1st about 2: a.m. by the time we arrived but hey no biggie we dodged the crowds there were five of us myself my girlfriend Catherine my friend Aon his girlfriend Monica and his other friend Daniel there's a small section of tree line you need to follow to get to the entrance so we started heading Through that when we see a bunch of guys walking over Daniel starts stressing thinking it's

the police because it is technically trespass but Aaron and myself start reassuring him that it's fine one of the guys shouted something like security stay where you are with a bit more of a brummie or Birmingham accent maybe canuk or wolver Hampton but definitely Midlands is so not really very local to us but that doesn't really mean anything Necessarily however Aaron who comes here a lot as he lives a 3-minute walk away or something basically replies with they don't have security here nice try mate and the guys just all kind of laugh and go you

got us we all left and that was fine no big deal there we thought we go around exploring but Catherine tells me that after we went past those three guys they turned off their torches the place is insanely dark so this is odd in itself and she feels as though we are Being followed I tell the others Daniel started freaking out Aaron and Monica assure us it's all fine another thing I should note is that these guys weren't the average people you would see at this place they looked to be in their mid to late

40s all quite big and Broad not a usual sight for an asylum at 2 a.m. as we're going around we hear something Landing behind us we look back trying to work out what it was but we Didn't see anything a few more things start Landing Stones were being thrown in our direction from somewhere we couldn't make out where though we kind of figured they were were coming from one of the nearby windows and start shouting up at the window a few expletives at whoever was throwing them they stayed silent just occasionally throwing more after Aaron

and Catherine both got hit by a stone we all determined it was time to leave and Started to go Daniel and Catherine basically wanted to run off but Aaron convinced us all that they're likely just trying to scare us so not to Panic or run so we kept casually walked off shouting a few expletives as more Stones got hurled our way we managed to get around the rest of the Asylum without much hassle had a gander around we were heading back toward the car via a different route across a field near the edge where there

was another window I Told the guys that I thought I saw some people coming out of the little door at the bottom Aaron shined his torch over and sure enough it's the same three guys from earlier no torches on seemingly coming from the route that we had just taken almost as if they had been following us just to elaborate as we were entering initially they were headed toward one of the exits so it seemed as though they were leaving when we arrived and then we put two and two together and Concluded that they were likely

the ones throwing stones at us as the projectiles came from a window to a building that we just been in we walked back along the field the guys followed but slowly not as if they were trying to catch us it was no biggie by the time we got to our car they were out of sight I don't think these guys intended any harm for us other than the occasional dunk by a stone they were likely just trying to scare us either way Monica and I both Felt very on edge Katherine and Daniel were panicking and

stressing the whole way around those two were terrified Aron seemed quite calm about the whole thing if not a bit annoyed but it was definitely something that creeped me out and something that kept us talking for the whole night for a bit of context I grew up in the middle of Farmland in a large 1800's Victorian home given its history there have always been several shacks and Barns that once belong to the Builder of this house there is a highway that sees maybe three cars on it during the night and directly across from set Highway

about 200 ft inward of a cornfield is a shack that I've always felt creepy as a kid myself and France would dare each other to go inside and look which always ended up with us going as a team nothing scary was ever found maybe a few broken glasses metal piles and miscellaneous items there was no electricity or any Sort of utility that made it homely years go by and the existence of the shack becomes a part of my daily life however one particular night as I was watching TV I noticed a light going off and

on outside of my window after getting startled I dismissed it as passing cars simply more frequent than they typically are an hour passes it's nearing midnight and the light stays on this time I know for sure it's coming from Outside my family are all asleep but being my pansy 16-year-old self I needed confirmation too bad for me no one wants to go check it out so I go alone I grabbed my pocket knife and a flashlight the best I could think of with my shaken thoughts and take off into the night as I neared the

highway the lights turn off almost making me choke on air but I had to figure out what the hell was going on I make it to the entrance of the shack which has no door and slowly begin to Enter my flashlight scanning the room for any sign of Life what happened next I'll never forget 5 ft away from me there's an old tattered recliner facing away that my father had tossed in there for future disposal I shine my light on it because I knew I'd seen it rock ever so slightly as I did that a

man stands up from the recliner saying absolutely nothing all I could tell was that he was middle aged and wearing a jacket of sorts before I could process what was Happening I was already sprinting across the road and praying he wasn't behind me it felt like years before I could make it to my door but as I'm about to make it into safety I decide to look back he was standing in the road completely still no words whatsoever it's been 7 years since then the Sha still stands the recliner remains in place my dad never

believed me I wish someone could share the dread I had when I realized the recliner was Facing a window which was directed straight at my house I have a a whole bunch of ghost stories I tell people when they come up in roughly chronological order when I was about 4 I was really sick and basically bedridden for a while my parents came into my room to check on me and found me talking to the corner of the room one questioned who I was talking to I answered the little yellow-haired girl in the corner she Wants

me to come play with her my parents kned out of that real quick fast for forward to college I was living alone off campus in a townhouse and had just gone to use the restroom as I was finishing up I heard something scrape against the outside of the bathroom door thinking my jacket on the coat hanger on the other side of the door must have fallen off and made the noise I thought nothing of it and washed my hands before checking out what had happened when I Got out of the restroom I realized that I

left my jacket in the car there was nothing on the floor I didn't have any pets there were no insects big enough in that area to make that much noise and I was 100% alone in that house another time in that same house I was lying in bed late one night and woke up to what I can only describe as a cold hand on my chest thinking it was just a cool breeze I rolled over to the open window to see if the air had turned chilly in the Night it it had not it was

a bommy 70° F at minimum and this felt like an ice cube on my chest same rules apply as before I lived alone and had no pets the house was empty I moved into my parents house after college while I got my feet on the ground it was a two-story house with a staircase leading up from a foyer by the front door and my room was about 10 ft down the hallway from the top of the stairs I was talking to my mom from the top of the stairs she was by the Front door I

was at the railing of the stairs and we both clearly heard her female voice say hello from my room the window was open so it could have been someone from the outside however the sound very clearly came from the direction of my room it was way too loud to have been someone talking from the street without yelling and it was very clearly not a yell before you make the jokes I didn't have a girlfriend at the time and was definitely Home Alone prior To the incident another thing that happened when I was living in my

parents house but when I was packing up to move to my current place I had switched rooms to the room across the hall and as I was packing my stuff up my mom and I both heard a female laugh from my old room once again it was definitely coming from my old room and it definitely wasn't from someone known in our house there wasn't an attic or crawl space connected to that room Either so there was no way it was a creepy squatter or something so to my current apartment I've had several creepy stories here

first while I lived alone I regularly felt like someone was with me in the apartment creepy unexplained feelings aren't the most convincing but there were several times that I just felt uncomfortable like someone else was there so in my apartment I was sleeping in my bed when I felt someone shake me I mean Physically moved me on the bed by pushing my arm it wasn't a situation where I jolted awake I clearly woke up to the sensation of someone pushing on my arm hard enough to move me and the bed I freaked out but stayed

stock still in case it was a stupid robber checking if I was awake or something in either case I stayed very still and quiet for a few minutes but nothing happened and I heard nothing else I checked the doors a little while later and they were all Still locked I live on the third floor so I'm 100% sure nobody came in through a window I also vaguely remember a female saying my name in my sleep but I can't remember if this was the same incident and I'm not willing to say with with certainty when and

how it happened also again no girlfriend and no house guests the creepiest part is that when I looked the next day there were two light colored spots on the carpet where it had been depressed in the shape of Footprints right where someone would have stood to push me awake there were no other marks on the carpet showing someone walking toward the bed most recently after I got married I was asleep and woke up randomly in the middle of the night I had a very strong sensation of someone walking down the hallway from our bathroom it's

connected to our room by a short hallway within the room itself and whatever or whoever it was was standing over me the Sensation was strong enough that I just assumed it was my wife coming back from the restroom until I felt her move behind me me I opened my eyes and saw nothing but an empty hallway and I promptly freaked out a bit before going back to bed as you can see this is stuff I've dealt with for my whole life are they all logically explainable maybe so but we've taken to joking that I'm haunted

and that this girl ghost has just been following me Around my whole life I wanted to share a truly bizarre terrifying and unexplainable experience I had growing up to make note my childh at home was a hot bed for Paranormal Activity I could honestly write a book with the amount of stories I have but this one was different from all the rest so to start off we lived on a small stretch of secluded Highway in a wooded area our home was nestled on a plot of land that was a few acres and the area Surrounding

us was ferally protected land of the Wildlife Refuge which means unless your house is grandfathered in then no one can purchase land or build in this area so we had no neighbors our house was a 300-year-old Colonial House and held a lot of history there was n of Native Americans once residing there and a lot of War stories with the civil and Revolutionary War happening on that Land There was definitely a heavy negative energy in that house and property you Always felt like you were being watched from every angle of the woods and so many

people who visited would become uneasy immediately and state their discomfort and needing to leave my family and I have countless stories we experienced individually or with one another this particular experience was shared between myself and two brothers so like many nights after dinner my dad would tell me or one of my brothers to go out back and feed the dog this was a Scary task because it would be pitch black and our dog would be near the tree line of woods which for some reason that section of the woods would give all of us an

uneasy feeling anytime we would go near it and it didn't matter the time of day it was always creepy but being there at night was definitely terrifying so no matter which one of us was told to go out and feed the dog we would never leave a man behind and would always go out in a trio because we knew better Than that because we wouldn't want to be left to go alone when it came our turn so on this particular night I was probably 11 years old my brothers being 10 and seven we would always

do the same thing so whoever was told by our dad to feed the dog they were the one who had to carry the bowl out and the other two would huddle close with the person with the bowl in the middle we would walk extremely slow all of us looking different directions surveying the Property but keeping the conversations very light-hearted and being silly to keep from getting scared before completing the task so once we reached our dog this is where the person holding the bow would get screwed because right before you had the chance to put

it down the other two siblings would scream something like Jeepers Creepers or the Jersey Devil while hauling assas back to the house so you would be left standing alone before getting the chance to run With your siblings so on this night my brother was the one who had to hold the bowl and as we walked out to head towards the back backyard something felt off like the air felt static and charged like how it feels before a lightning storm and we could hear our dog barking like crazy which was unusual and as we got to

within sight of our dog we see him standing on his hind legs with the leash pulled completely tight because whatever he was barking at he was trying With all he had to break out from that collar and go after it that's when we heard loud branches snapping and looked towards the direction our dog was barking in we then see this giant black stick figure that was as tall as the trees it was walking over this huge brush pile we had which was why we were hearing branches breaking the way it walk was almost mechanical in

a way and its presence felt very ominous and gave us a very Dreadful feeling at first it Seemed like it didn't notice us it was just walking by but then it turned towards us and that's when we booked it for the house my brother throwing the bowl of food in the air and feeling like our legs were jell we all saw the same thing and it scared us so badly and unlike many stories you hear my parents actually believed us anyway fast forward years and years later I was having a conversation with my coworker and

we would talk about paranormal topics quite A bit so during this conversation she asked me if I've ever heard of Native American stick people and as soon as she said it I knew what she was referring to she then tells me about these giant stick figures out in the woods that Native Americans have seen and are supposedly a totem of evil spirits and if you encounter one and it goes after you then it can possess you and cause you to do harm I was so freaked out because up Until then I had never heard of

such a thing but knowing the Native American history of that land it makes me believe that they are related one night the door to my room started creaking open like a/ inch at a time if I would look right at the door it would stop but when I would look at the book I was reading and back up it would just be a bit more open finally it was almost wide enough for someone to walk through so I said stop it in as Commanding a voice as I could muster and it stopped mid Creek it

was 160 yearold house everything Creed I was almost too scared to go to sleep that night I know for a fact that no one in my family was home that night another thing that was a constant occurrence of my childhood I grew up on a fairly isolated farm with a wood that came up to the barn on one side and ACR of fields between us and any neighbor every night when I'd finished chores shut off the barn light And closed the door the only light would be from a dim porch light about 40 yard from

the barn and if it wasn't too overcast or foggy the moon and stars anyway every night I'd feel something staring at me from around the corner of the barn I somehow knew it had red eyes and was about 10t off the ground I could feel Evil coming from it and I'd always run to the house as fast as I could certain it was right behind me I didn't know what it was and as terrified as I Was I never told anyone about it and that's because my parents had a habit of dismissing stuff like that

and even as a kid I didn't want to be seen as a crybaby which is definitely what my dad would have called me with time I kind of got over it and figured it was an overactive imagination combined with too many Goosebump stories that caused it that is until about 8 years later when I'm sitting around swapping spooky stories with my friend who pretty much Also grew up on the farm she said that as soon as the lights were off in the barn she felt something scary and evil staring at her from and get this

the same corner of the barn I asked a few questions and yes she felt it was about 10 ft off the ground and even though she never actually saw whatever it was she was sure it had red eyes I was freaking out and it got worse when I asked my siblings if they'd ever been scared by anything near the barn I was careful not To ask leading questions and every single one of them said the same thing there was a scary thing that would stare from the corner of the barn when they turn off the

light I know it was just a feeling that we all grew out of but How likely is it that we all felt the same thing from the same place this all started around December I'm not sure if I should be contacting the police or anything but it's quite unnerving so I stay at my girlfriend's House on the weekends and she lives on campus at University she lives with two of her roommates and lives next door to her friends this one night I woke up to a screaming at 2: a.m. now typically you'd expect to be

hearing screaming on campus from people leaving the bars late at night however this was very different there was a blood curling scream from a girl yelling for her dad she screamed dad at least four times I don't even know how my girlfriend didn't wake up From this the last scream for her dad was more elongated and distraught it then became quiet and my heart was pounding at first my girlfriend thought I was just having a bad dream or something like that but that scream was all too real this experience was terrifying but this wasn't the

only time someone heard the screaming about 2 months later her neighbor texted her in a group chat asking if anyone heard the screaming and then exactly a week later Another neighbor heard it as well almost exactly another week goes by and her friend that lives a couple of streets down had roommates that texted each other asking if they heard the screaming at 2 a.m. at this point it seems pretty clear it could be some sort of lurring for trafficking less than a month later at around 11:30 p.m. my girlfriend's roommate thought she heard a girl

screaming get off and she looked out the Window but she couldn't see anything that was the last time someone heard anything these events seem very planned and the fact that my girlfriend lives with two other girls alone in a house without a deadlock makes it even worse next time I hear something I'll let you guys know I'm kind of curious and I want to try and find the source of the screaming if it happens again make sure To document it she lives right next to a police department which makes this even weirder I'm considering calling

them soon has anyone heard anything like this before or maybe something similar I guess I'll start start by saying that I do believe in the Paranormal and pretty much always have I've seen a lot of apparitions throughout my short life and my family also has a lot of stories dealing with various spirits and whatnot anyhow Thanksgiving night we got back home from spending the day at my brother's fiance's home I wanted to take a shower because it was a long night and I've been sitting by the fire for so long I smelled a bit like

smoke obviously about 5 minutes into to showering I was lathering up some shampoo when I noticed a shadowy figure standing right outside the shower curtain it was about 5'9 to 5' 10 in stance and was just there it didn't really move or anything I chocked It up to my brother needing to step in to grab some toilet paper or whatever so I didn't think too much of it I continued to shampoo my hair and then began to rinse off when I noticed the shadow began to move its way into the shower right across from me

this time there wasn't really much of a figure just a blob of a shadow I sort of froze at first but didn't necessarily feel scared or threatened for some reason my instincts forced me to reach my hand out And touch it obviously it had no form so there was no resistance it was ice cold though and not long after vanished does anyone have any idea idea as to what exactly this thing was today there was a test of the civil defense siren in the region I live in and the sound of it brought back a

memory of something that I have not thought about for years in my country it's common for these Sirens to be placed on school buildings and so it is Memorable the few time a year those would be tested back when I was in Middle School at the age of 14 I was like most of the kids my age just trying to fit in in my case that meant I was trying to blend in to the crowd of the school's older emo kids I was attending a creative course and because the entire school ground was getting renovated

there were multiple old buildings that were going to be demolished because of this myself and some other emo kids were Pretty much allowed to do whatever we wanted with those bu buildings for an art project and for the upcoming School fair so we were painting random stuff on the walls and painting the stairs into waterfalls and such on this day we were getting close to the end of our project it was the end of the day so school was pretty much empty and the sirens were going to be tested funnily enough those Sirens that probably

originated way back from World War II were placed on top of The abandoned School building where said event was going to happen among the emo kids there was this guy who was a few years older than me that I always found very weird called Paul the only way to describe him is that it was like he was constantly pretending to be unpredictable and bat crazy for Laughs most of the time this just meant he was clowning around he was friends with another emo guy my age Andrew who was openly obsessed with me he was a

Very annoying daily thing I had to deal with who constantly followed me around school saying weird sexual stuff and sniffing my hair but despite his stalkerish Behavior it never went past that Paul too had soon joined in on Andrew following me around and so I skipped school a lot because no one wanted to take me seriously they thought I was just being whiny about this comedic Duo of pursuers and even my mother would laugh if I complained about It despite them both being creepy and annoying I felt bad for them both because Andrew was getting

bullied for being feminine and gay even though he clearly was not given how he acted around me and I felt bad for Paul because I knew he came from a very tragic and troubled home anyways I was walking downstairs from where some of my friends were painting to the empty first floor so I could go outside of the building the sirens had sto DED and it Was so loud it was impossible to hear anything except during the small breaks suddenly someone grabbed me before I managed to get outside and just moved me into this other

hallway where a wall blocked any view from the entrance of the building he literally held his hands in front of my mouth as he suddenly pushed me and lifted me up against the brick wall there I was so shocked and kind of out of breath as he faced me I saw that it was that that weirdo Paul Who was for the record very tall compared to my tiny frame the sirens were going off loudly and he did not say anything he just stared at me with completely crazed eyes back then I was so completely innocent

and the fact that he could do anything bad did not cross my mind right away I just nervously laughed while I said that he scared me and asked him to please put me down but he did not and I was starting to freak out because no one could hear me or knew Where I was just then before anything could happen this older emo girl who was one of my friends appeared peeking out of the corner because she was looking for me when she saw what was going on she did not hesitate for a moment as

she walked over screaming at Paul and kicked him as hard as she could in the knee he dropped me as he crouched down in pain and my friend just grabbed my shoulder and brought me outside to the school yard after that we didn't really talk About it we just called him a creep and laugh it off during my last few years in middle school I drifted away from that crowd as they were all older and moving onto high school as I've grown older and wiser I've come to realize just how close I'd come to something

really bad happening back then because of the Sirens no one would have been able to hear me scream and because we were in that abandoned building there was a lot of secluded rooms he could have dragged Me into so I'm still so thankful that my old friend walked in before he could have done anything without her this story might have been very different lastly I'd like to add that I saw this guy again in high school because he was dating a friend of a friend who was a year younger than me meaning she was about

16 and him 19 he was often waiting around school grounds for her to finish classes and even though I tried avoiding him he ran up and hugged me Once I felt very uncomfortable and just sort of froze after that I told my friend that he was not a right person she said she knew he was abusive to her friend I work in a care home in the UK and I work nights I thought I'd share a few of the ghostly stuff I've seen and heard because the spirits at work seem to love to scare me

senseless I used to work evenings it started with just footsteps behind me Particularly when I was on my own then they started scratching my head and tapping it I then changed to night shifts and certain Spirits started popping up that all night staff have seen one night about a year ago I was walking down a staircase and to my right is a corridor that leads to a dead end I looked down the corridor and I saw a figure she was almost glowing she was so white she had no face and very straggly hair she was

peeping out of a doorway of A bathroom I could only see her head and upper body although she had no face it felt like she was watching me I turned to call for my co-workers but when I glanced back she was gone she doesn't bother me too much she seems like a nice spirit and I've never worried about seeing her again and I haven't another spirit is what staff call the shadowman he lurks behind people and in Corners he only gets very close to one staff member who I regularly work with I've only seen Him

one time in front of the entrance I froze and so did he anyway one night myself and this one coworker were doing the cleaning in the corridor with all the living rooms we were standing there having a rent about General stuff that was annoying us for context the spirits never like us being negative as we were ranting all the living rooms started making really loud noises all at once I felt Brave and told them to shut up I turned away from the noise and this One coworker told me the shadowman was behind me I didn't

look so I don't know if he was but the noise quietened down because we'd stopped our discussion but when we started up again it started as well other shorter stories would be me hearing in a man shout help me with no man around as we were in a corridor filled with women who were asleep another time would be when I was walking out of the kitchen and all the cutlery started banging around another is the People we see satin chairs in our peripheral vision but when we look nobody is there then there's the whistling that

happens so close to us but we have to pretend not to hear it because it feels really wrong another time is when I was sat in the staff room on my own and something said my name in my ear I ignored it then when I'm in the laundry room I can hear things in the corridor like walking frames even when everybody is asleep and another time There was screaming upstairs and we couldn't find the source it was like when we went to one end of a corridor there was a scream on the opposite side and

then we'd be going back and forth without finding the person screaming on another shift we were sat in the staff room at around 5:00 a.m. and there was a walking stick sound in the corridor we went out to see if someone was awake they weren't one night myself and another care worker are doing normal Resident assistance and we're both working with one person I suddenly start hearing banging noises but my other coworker didn't hear it at first I ignored it after my co-worker said she didn't hear anything and summed it up to an overactive imagination

it then began getting louder and I turned to my coworker and said someone must be breaking in she told me to look out the front window as there's a view to the main entrance nobody was There again I tried to ignore it when we left this particular room we decided to go up the corridor and then we passed the bathroom I previously said I saw a Peeping woman the door was closed this night suddenly the door starts banging really really loudly and starts shaking we ran back down the corridor as we were both scared all

alarms were on doors so we knew no Resident was awake I still have no idea what was in that bathroom another night I was on shift again Walking down that same Corridor with the staff member we had done our hourly checks on all residents and suddenly start hearing on a loop help me help me help me in a woman's voice at first we think it's a resident and instantly start checking rooms again nobody is awake but we can still hear help me it was after checking rooms that we listened closely and neither of us recognized

the voice we didn't leave each other's side all night I left the care home temporarily about 3 months ago and can go back at any point but it's just so scary I've always wondered what is in the home and how aware they are of their surroundings I don't like that they know my name and seem to Target night sta all right I've made comments about this story on other reddits but I've just found this sub today and I'm pretty convinced what I saw was a crawler now let me set the scene I lived In a

suburb of Chicago that's pretty foresty about 6 to 7 years ago we had what's called a polar vortex where it dropped to like minus 30 for a week this wasn't during the vortex but it happened right after so it was still bitter cold my backyard door is elevated it has this little platform that lets you see into most of the neighbor's yard it was probably around 2:00 a.m. and I just finished watching a movie and I was about to smoke a cigarette and go to bed I went out through the back door and it was

probably - 10 outside and everything was completely still as soon as I stepped outside I heard this weird scratching and banging noise I look over and two houses down I see it in my neighbor's backyard it was this weird looking human thing with light gray skin it seemed to be moving around on all fours and looked like it was trying to get into my neighbor's garage it was kind of like it was trying To lift the door and wedge itself under if I stood upright I figur it must have been 5 to 6 ft tall

but it was hard to tell I stared at it for about a minute or two and just went back inside and locked the door I peaked out of my window and kept looking at it after another minute of it with the garage door it slammed into it and scuttled off it moved kind of like a crab I don't believe in a lot of paranormal stuff but this thing was Unreal I'm afraid of roads at 21 from an encounter 8 plus years ago I'm female and as stated I'm 21 now this might sound maybe a tad

bit over traumatic being as it's been years since this incident has happened that has caused this fear but I just want to get it off my chest as someone who doesn't really talk about it I personally find this encounter really creepy especially getting older and being being able to Look back on it I've learned a lot from it so maybe posting what happened could either guide others to stay alert that it could happen to them or at least to know the signs I live in rural Ohio so there's not much that goes on here we

don't live in the best area either with lots of drug addicts and sexual offenders of varying degrees just if you have kids you really shouldn't live around here basically when I was younger we didn't Really worry much about anything happening to us or questionable things due to the fact our family is known in this area my grandpa was a known cop for many years and was extremely respected and people knew he would fight over us so nobody really messed with us we also lived around multiple other children our age it wasn't uncommon to let your

kids run around by themselves before nighttime because our neighborhood essentially relied on each other and the Other kids to keep each other safe and it work for the most part we knew what people to stay away from and they knew to stay away from us as well when I was in Middle School the bus ran at 7:00 a.m. and we would have to be at the end of our long driveway by 7:00 a.m. to catch the bus on time and this happened during winter and our buses tended to be late sometimes and would reach us

around 7:05 to 7:15 the latest but we made sure to be out at 7 a.m. in case they were on Time it was myself and my two cousins one was 4 years younger than me and the other was a year older but we were in the same grade the road is straight where our driveway is so cars come by multiple times and you would be able to see if the car was slowing down and such and they'd see us as well we were always told not to stand by the end of the driveway and always

keep a distance so if a drunk driver or whatever ever happen to Swerve we would be okay for The most part we were at that age where my cousin and I who was in the same grade as me essentially babysat the younger cousin and we didn't have an adult to accompany us at the end of the driveway anymore it was really cold that day and the sun was just coming up we were annoyed because the bus was late while we were waiting in the cold I noticed the car was coming and again this happened all

the time so it was n like I was checking it out or anything I Just noticed it and went back to listening to music on my phone I hear a loud Brak sound so I look up and the car is in front of our driveway now fully stopped the man in the car was waving his hand towards us to Signal us to come closer to him and of course I refused and was frozen in my spot because this had never happened before he could tell we were obviously shaken by this and he said he worked

for a school but was lost and he just got hired he named a school That was an hour away mind you it's past 7:00 a.m. at this point and I immediately knew he was lying it didn't make sense to me why he would be lost at a job he said he already got plus it being this late I'd think he would already be at the school no way would he be lost to the point he's an hour away from the district and signaling children to his car the way he did if he was a teacher

at all it also made no sense to me logically how he would be lost from a Job he obviously had to go in to get hired for this was before zoom and all those things I'm pretty sure I immediately said I'm going to get an adult and he clearly panicked and said it wasn't necessary that he just wanted us to get closer and show him where to go I pointed straight I truly don't know the direction to the District but that was not my main focus honestly I told him to go straight and he ignored

me my little cousin was moving towards his car And I grabbed him by his hair and kept him by me I refused to let go of his head I'm shaking and I'm trying not to show I'm scared because I don't know what's about to happen the driveway is a long one as well like I truly didn't feel safe turning my back on him I I have my other hand on my phone and I'm shaking so I'm struggling with gloves on but I'm able to call my mom and thank God she answers she usually would ignore

my calls and be on the phone with her Boyfriend the guy gets out of his car when he sees I'm on the phone with someone and I start immediately sobbing and telling my mom there's a man out here and that I think he's going to hurt us she comes out running and the second she gets close closer and he sees her he bolts back to his car and dashes away the car that was just around the corner of the road also dashed away now looking back it's even more scary since if it was just someone

who needed to get past Said car that was in the middle of the road by our driveway they would have just either honked or gone into the other lane to pass them they definitely also saw the entire thing and they didn't get out of their car to help us or anything so it makes me think that they were also in on this entire situation I'm forced to go to school that day and my mom calls the cops and when I get home I find out even more horrible news that just made me realize My gut

feeling was correct my mom told them the car and how it looked and such and they found an abandoned car that matched her description just up the road so they found who it belonged to and eventually found out that he wasn't a school teacher he worked on the barges the cops said they thought it dealt with sex trafficking from the looks of it and they didn't even catch him since they already left on the boat or whatever who knows what would have happened if he got One of us I'm assuming we would have been on

that boat and horrible things would have happened it still pisses me off that he was never caught and that possibly other kids were victims of this it's truly terrifying and to this day I refuse to go near the road I still have reoccurring nightmares of it I'm always on alert now too which I most definitely should have been more alert back then but I was just a kid and clearly didn't realize how it would have Affected me in real time I had just left my apartment complex and was heading to a friends I pulled out

of my driveway and up to the traffic light and stopped I was in the left turn lane the light was red it was laid out and there weren't too many people on the road I watched as the light went yellow and then red for through traffic one guy ran the tail end of the yellow like usual my turn the light goes green I have an Arrow blinking for me to turn left I looked both ways and there was no one around and I just didn't go I cannot explain what happened other than something inside me

just said don't go so I sat there staring at the green light a couple of seconds later a car came screaming through the red light through the intersection probably doing about 100 km an hour in the lane I would have been turning in they were going so fast their Vehicle had a bounce to it if I had turned my car would have been destroyed and me along with it I sat there through the whole next light cycle and and then turned pulled over and called my sister it was a ghostly feeling I am a light

jumper I look both ways but I am impatient and I cannot explain what stopped me from going the second that light went green but I'm glad it did this story didn't happen to me but to a very close male friend of 7 years I Was hanging out with him and a couple of other friends and we were talking about our creepy experiences here is the story from his perspective a bit of background I was 16 years old when this happened living in a mon City the capital of Jordan in the Middle East I was in

high school I used to weigh 85 kg it was 192 cm tall I was a car but intimidating person if I wanted to be but I never really messed with anyone that is unless I was provoked I just got off of school And decided I wanted to go downtown because I was bored and didn't want to stay at home I wanted to get some DVDs and games to enjoy later so I decided to take the bus as I wanted to save money but I had to take a taxi to the bus stop which was about

less than 10 minutes by car when I stopped coming taxi inside the vehicle appeared a light-skinned man with black greasy hair wearing a worn out dark green shirt and a pair of jeans he looked to be between the age of 30 to 34 he addressed me through the passenger window and asked hey where do you want to go I need to go to the bus stop that takes me downtown it's only about 10 minutes away I replied well I can take you downtown if you like I'm going to pass by that area I can drop

you there and you don't have to pay me he said to me at this point a red flag should have gone off in my head but I thought that this man just wanted to be kind and I Really didn't want to go through the hassle of taking more than one trip so I decided to hop into his car and we would be on our merry way looking back on it now this was a big mistake now there are different ways to head downtown and I only knew a couple ways as the man was driving he

started to take different routes that I'd not seen before still no alarm Bells started ringing as I only assumed he was taking a shortcut to get away from traffic by This point 20 minutes have passed and I begin to feel uneasy usually from the bus route I take it's only about 20 minutes to get downtown when there's little to no traffic but I crushed it off once again then suddenly the man began to speak in his calm yet suspicious tone hey do you mind if I use your phone I want to see if you've got

any videos or music I can send via Bluetooth he said I found this to be a strange request but seeing as the man Was giving me a free ride and the fact that I didn't have anything private on my phone I handed it to him is I didn't want to be impolite and was just trying to break the awkward atmosphere he played with the phone a bit then proceeded to put my phone with his own inside the empty space under the driver's door handle doubt began circling in my mind and I felt vulnerable without my

phone yet despite all this I silenced my doubts and stared Out the window the feeling of dread and uneasiness only grew more as I was not able to make out where we were exactly anymore as the man kept driving I could see nothing but empty road with only desert on either sides and only a couple of old worn out Rusty shipping containers it's starting to get darker at this point and this is where things get even creepier the man proceeds to pick up his phone and began to speak to someone at the end of the

line shouting The following with an angry voice I'm coming to you up you better prepare yourself as I'm coming to beat you up you son of a as soon as the man ended the phone call I knew something was absolutely wrong looking more closely at the phone he was holding I was able to recognize that the phone he had was the type of phone that doesn't have Bluetooth alarm Bell started ringing loudly in my head the whole call came from out of nowhere and I could Feel nothing but dread and the fear was Absol absolutely

real I asked him for my phone growing nervous and impatient with each word escaping my mouth he looked at me with this strange and annoyed look and said I just wanted to see what you got on your phone by this point I'd had enough and I sternly told him to give me my phone the anger and fear barely contained in my voice he hesitantly obliged after muttering back and forth and I just knew I had to get out of this Car feeling the rush of adrenaline I decided to pretend I was talking to my parents

and created a scenario where there was an emergency and that I had to get back so I began telling the man that I need to return home immediately and I told him to drop me off right here and right now as I was seeing an upcoming traffic light I knew that this was my only chance of Escape I was not going to stick around any longer to find out where this man is taking me as soon as The man stopped at the traffic light I spoke to him in my most intimidating voice to open the

passenger door luckily there was a couple of cars that stopped right next to us and thank God the man responded with a menacing look and pressed the unlock button I got out of that car faster than you could say this I'm out and I went straight to a small runout coffee break shop in the middle of nowhere as the taxi sped off I went inside and asked the surfer if Downtown was close by out of breath with sweat dripping from my forehead the server looked at me with a confused yet irritated face and said you

know you're out of the capital right heading to the city of Sara I thought as I proceeded to call my parents to pick me me up from the middle of nowhere God knows I'm not taking a taxi to get back home or even anytime soon thinking about it after a while the man planned on kidnapping me from the start Trying to take away my phone so I would not call for help and proceeded to pretend he was having a fight with someone on the phone to secretly message his buddies that he's close by so greasy

blackhaired taxi let us never meet him again this happened to me about 5 years ago and even now I get chills just thinking about it I was renting a small house in a quiet neighborhood at the time it wasn't anything fancy but it was Cozy affordable and had a lot of CAS character the only thing I didn't love was the crawl space under the house the access door to it was in the laundry room a square wooden hatch flush with the floor it was locked from the outside and I never had any reason to open

it I figured it was just pipes cobwebs and the usual creepy crawl space stuff one evening I came home late from work it had been a stressful day and all I wanted to do was shower and collapse Laps into bed as I stepped inside I noticed something strange my laundry room light was on I was sure that I turned it off that morning but I chocked it up to being absentminded in my rush and turned it off again that night I woke up around 2:00 a.m. to a faint noise at first I thought it was

just the wind but as I lay there I realized it was coming from the laundry room I soft rhythmic thumping sound my heart started to race I debated whether to get up in Check or just stay in bed and hope it stopped curiosity got the better of me so I grabbed my phone for light and tiptoed to the laundry room when I opened the door everything was quiet but then I saw it the hatch to the crawl space was slightly a jar my stomach dropped I distinctly remembered it being locked and there was no way

I could have accidentally opened it trying to stay calm I convinced myself it might be an animal that had somehow gotten in I shut The hatch tightly and placed a heavy box of detergent on top of it before going back to bed the next day I called the landlord to ask if there were any past issues I should know about he seemed surprised and said no one had reported anything like that before still he Pro promised to send someone over to check it out that night I double checked the hatch and even put a chair

on top of it for good measure I didn't hear any noises and I started to feel a bit silly For being so freaked out but at around 3:00 a.m. I woke up to the sound of my bedroom door creaking open I froze my bedroom door doesn't Creek unless you push it slowly and I knew I closed it before bed I Stay as still as I could barely breathing as I heard soft footsteps Shuffle into the room my phone was on the nightstand just Out Of Reach the footsteps stopped right next to my bed I could

feel someone's presence their quiet breathing in the dark Summoning every ounce of courage I had I grabbed my phone turned on the flashlight and swung it toward the Intruder there was a man crouched on the floor his face pale and gunt his eyes wide and unblinking he looked just as startled as I was I screamed and bolted out of the room running outside to the neighbor's house I banged on their door until they let me in and they called the police when the officers arrived they found the Man still in my house hiding in the

crawl space he had a small mattress some food wrappers and the collection of random items he must have taken from my house the lock on the hatch had been tampered with and from the looks of it he had been living under my house for at least a few days maybe longer the scariest part the police said they found a notebook with detailed notes about me he had written down my daily routine when I left for Work when I came home even what I wore there was also a list of plans though they wouldn't tell me

what was on it I moved out the next week and stayed with friends until I found someplace new to this day I have no idea how he got in or how long he had been watching me before I noticed something was wrong so to the man in the crawl space let's not me ever I worked in a jail for over 10 years in the control Booth running doors cameras radios phones you name it I still work For the agency that runs it but I no longer work at the jail I saw and heard a lot

of stuff but most of it was non-paranormal stuff we would often hear strange noises and banging but it's always an inmate or door noise the side of the basement where the staff locker and wait rooms are is admittedly creepy and I often felt watched when I was down there by something other than the cameras I've heard a couple of stories from trustees saying they see the black Shape of a person standing in an empty cell or wet footprints in the kitchen when no one had been in there all night RIT Tech also claims to have

caught EVP swollen the jail but I haven't heard them I have two stories one from a coworker and one that happened while I was there one night my cooworker answered the phone and it was a mother calling about her son she gave his name and her name and said that her son had just been arrested for driving under the Influence and that she wanted to bail him out my coworker explained that her son hadn't arrived at the jail yet and would have to go through the booking process before he could get bailed out my cooworker

explained to her how to bail him out and where the jail was and to give the jail a call a little later to get an update she asked that he let her son know that she was going to bail him out the son was eventually brought in by the arresting officer and my Coworker had a correction officer pass on to him that his mom was bailing him at out my coworker listened to and watched the entire exchange between the son and officer as the officer told him the message the son was shocked and stated loudly

no she's not you're with me the officer said I know my guy he wouldn't with you the son said my mom's dead they confirmed the mother's name with the son and it was the name given by the woman on the phone My coworker swears up and down he talked with the woman saying she was his mother the man would not be on the roster yet but it could have been someone who heard his name called over the police radio or someone who was with him at the time who was trying to mess with him my

story happened not long before I left the jail a few years before the incident I'm talking about occurred a man ended himself in one of the cells the night I'm talking about one of the officers Was doing his regular check of the units and came up to the cell the man had ended himself in a few years before the man we had house there was sitting up on his bed facing the door which has a window he had a blank look on his face and his eyes were open wide he looked the officer straight at

the eyes and said you couldn't find Christopher Anderson in time and you won't find me in time either the man was brought down down to a cell where he could be Monitored and we went from there the officer said he had to yell and Shake him to get him to respond as if he was waking him up from sleep he was asked later what he knew about that cell or if he knew the man he'd named he said he didn't and claimed he didn't remember saying anything and yes the officer in the story was working

the night that man ended himself so from fourth grade to the end of fifth roughly I lived in this kind of shitty Apartment building it wasn't like drug dealers at my door shitty but it wasn't great so one night I'm laying in bed listening to staticky country music from my old radio while trying to sleep when I hear a loud banging from somewhere I couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was coming from at first but then I realized it was the apartment above us it sounded like someone banging on the floor much to my annoyance I

turned down my radio and listened again I heard the Neighbor's little girl who was about 6 crying and she kept banging on the floor out of tiredness and annoyance I stood up on my bed and banged on the ceiling she stopped the next night the same thing happens I hear the banging turned down my radio and bang on the ceiling this goes on for 3 Days communicating with this little girl through banging on the floor SL ceiling on the fourth day she keeps banging and crying and screaming it was Really late at night so I

don't think anyone else heard it but it was like someone was ripping a cat's fur out bit by bit I banged on the ceiling to see if she was okay and everything went quiet for a second I banged again and after a few seconds she starts crying again then I hear this really loud bang kind of like someone just dropped a cinder block on the floor from 10 ft up everything went quiet after that and I didn't see her or her mom ever Again I didn't even see them move out but I know they did

I don't know if there was something wrong with the family like if the mom was abusive or anything but it was weird and I hope that little girl is okay I should add that this wasn't the only time they did weird stuff or something strange had happened the mother would wander around her kid would be in the elevator alone they were just a bit oh in January 2011 my then boyfriend and Die flew to New York City for his 21st birthday we were both excited we'd never been overseas before we're Australian and we were really

looking forward to seeing the city we arrived at JFK at around 10:30 p.m. and we were so exhausted our luggage seemed to take forever to get off the carousel as we were waiting we listened to the warnings over the loudspeaker that stated we were only to get into Yellow Cabs and not to get into unmarked cars we get our Luggage and head for the exits where there are a few taxis and one guy in a driver's uniform comes up to us and asks if we want to ride we say yes and he takes my suitcase

and starts heading across the crossing at this point my stomach drops because he walked past all of the taxis and continued into a dark car park across the road we followed him cautiously because he has my suitcase but we start to say we're not interested and want to go back he stops at a black BMW and I say to him sorry but we're going to get a taxi and he turns looks at me and says don't worry baby I'm Legit at this I grabbed my bag and we kned the out of there and in to

a yellow taxi the driver says to us yeah you were either almost mud kidnapped or murdered you got to be careful out here so to the guy who grabbed my suitcase and Tred to do God knows what to a naive kid in New York City for the first time let's never meet Again my mom was kidnapped when she was in her mid 20s or so it was not the first time that it happened because it's unbelievable that a person could be kidnapped twice I'm want to preface this by saying that I have a copy of

the news article from this incident I actually called my mom and asked her to clarify some things before I even wrote this I don't mind constructive criticism and feedback I actually welcome it if there's something you want to know I'll Be glad to find out what I can this is the story as told to me not word for word but I did my best to tell it in her words until sometime in the New Millennium the small town in which I grew up was your typical small town the kind of place where crime didn't happen

if there was a crime it was something akin to sad Cooper stole Miss jenkins's firebird and took it joy riding or Chad Elkins breaks into rival school and spray painted cats roll on The wall simply put our town was safe we didn't lock our doors we didn't lock our cars when I was very young my mom even left her purse in her car 24/7 although she never locked it no one ever messed with it we later had to stop doing that and start locking our doors because of an entitled neighbor but that is perhaps a

story for another day when they first moved into the house my dad worked for a good company it was a good job but he had to work the night shift So one night while he was at work my mother was puttering around the house doing laundry and ironing in front of the TV it got a little lonely so she decided to let the cats in my dad thought animals were dirty he was pretty adamant about leaving the cats outside so she was in the habit of letting Daffy Duck and little kitty in to keep her

company and then putting them out before he got home while she was ironing she noticed a rip in my dad's work pants her Sewing machine was broken so she decided to go to my grandmother's house to use hers she decided to let her cats stay where they were because she was going to be coming right back on the way to grandma's she decided to stop by the post office to pick up a tax form that she needed for her attorney who was filling her taxes for her back in those days the lobby of the post

office was open all night long you could go in and buy stamps get tax forms and whatever Else 247 for a note at that time my mom had a real sporty car something like a Camaro or TransAm something that was really cool for the early '70s this is relevant to the story since it was late and she knew she would be running right in and right out my mother did the lazy thing she left the car running with the keys in the ignition this was after all everyday USA and cry didn't happen there when she

got Back into the car her her mind was on a million other things most notably the rip in my dad's pants so she didn't even notice that there were two men in the back seat of her car until she looked back to pull out I don't know the exact verbal exchange so I won't try basically they told her to drive and not make any trouble that they had a gun it was loaded and whatever else kidnappers say the gist of the story is that these two guys were on the run after robbing a gun Store

a few towns away they picked my mom's car because it was a late model sports car my mom made things easier on them by leaving the car unlocked my mom was never sure why they just didn't steal her car and leave because after they took her they had no idea what to do with her they talked about it at length in front of her and after deciding that they had no choice in the matter stood started talking about what to do with the body hours pass they are Getting farther and farther from home luckily my

mom is a Survivor and she never gave up hope she never stopped looking for an escape a way out a means of rescue of course an hours long road trip necessitated stops from time to time for restroom breaks and fueling then men let my mom use the restroom but they always stood outside the door finally they stop for a break and the restroom my mom goes into has a small window it's too small To climb through but she can see a vacant lot through it and decides that this is her chance she's going to make

a break for it and try to run across that field since the men stood between her and the gas station that would be her best chance when she exits the restroom she sees that by some miracle the men have gone around the corner something they hadn't done before they aren't far she can hear the voices but they aren't within eyesight my mom screws up her Courage and prepares to run and the most wonderful thing happens the police car pulls in my mother is still fearful of attracting the attention of her captors they can't see her

from where she's standing but if she steps into the parking lot she will be within eyesight she starts signaling and waving to the cop from where she is the officer sees her rolls his eyes and starts to walk away later on he told her that he thought she was drunk at first and that Was why he started to walk away my mom's heart starts to sink but she redoubles her efforts and finally the officer decides to come and get a closer look once again not sure of the verbal exchange exactly but my mom told him

what was going on and well this is one story where the police save the day and the villain Goes to Jail my mom is taken to the nearest Cop Shop to give her statement and my dad is called to get her I've asked my mom how long her Ordeal was and she actually has no clue how long they had her she knows it was less than 24 hours and she knows my dad was off work by the time she called him but that's about it my mom said that she got into the car with my

dad and he was strangely silent she first thought he was just upset and worried so she asked him if he was okay now here is the punch line my dad turns to her looks in the eyes of his wife whom he'd nearly lost and says the following I thought but we Agreed that the cats were to stay outside this happened shortly before weed was legalized in Germany in Berlin regulation was already quite loose as long as you didn't explicitly bother anyone you usually wouldn't get arrested for smoking in public I've been smoking daily for years

I know it's not great but that's beside the point so I can function pretty well while stoned however I Almost Never Smoke in public partly to avoid trouble but mostly Because I enjoy the comfort of my own home one late night at around 3:00 a.m. I was chilling online with friends ready to call it a day I wanted to relax with a joint and one of my favorite shows but unfortunately I had no snacks left determined to end the night with a proper munchie session I decided to hit up a nearby spetti a small convenience

store similar to 7-Eleven at that hour only the sketchiest ones are still open often Operating illegally I grabbed my coat in keys but stopped short before leaving why not add a bit of joy to this cold walk I thought rolling a small joint I lid it as I stepped outside braving the freezing Breeze the area I live in is pretty rough mostly foreign residents many from Arabic countries poor integration has led to crime in violence being all too common even so I was in good spirits as I strolled toward the flickering neon Sign of the

shetti just one more intersection to go a group of men stood at the corner they looked Middle Eastern a bit older than me and they watched me as I walked by it felt normal nothing to worry about I thought already a bit High I crossed the street without giving them much thought then I Heard a Voice call out routine ID check please show me your identification my heart sank of course this has to happen the one time I smoke In public I thought turning to face the police only they weren't police it was the group

from the intersection now slowly approaching me routine ID check please show me your ID we're undercover cops one of them said with a smug grin I froze the fact that they weren't cops became clear when despite their demand none of them reached for any identification you know smoking weed is illegal don't you the man continued his Pupils were enormous like saucers it was obvious these guys had no Authority whatsoever they began circling me show us what's in your pockets the leader demanded so it's a robbery I thought as long as I don't resist maybe I'll

only lose my phone and the few bills I brought for snacks then a waiver dread hit me my weekly tips about €300 in cash were also in my pocket I had forgotten to deposit it earlier losing that money would crush my tight budget for the Month what now as I slowly reached into my pocket the leader pressed me what's taking so long I pulled out an old pack of gum and some broken headphones hoping to satisfy them where's your wallet I need your your ID he insisted still fumbling too stubborn and stupid to hand over

my tips I inadvertently revealed something that shocked even me the glint of a Glock tucked into his belt knives and metal rods are typical weapons here but a gun that was insane even by local Standards German gun laws are incredibly strict my adrenaline spiked so lowly I pulled out the 5-year-old bill I planed to use for snacks trying to keep my expression neutral you've got no wallet he growled his face darkening my brain screamed at me to do something anything before this escalated further then a desperate thought flashed through my mind the people that inhabit

this area had a well-known fear of Russians with frequent clashes between the two groups Maybe just maybe I could use this in a heavy Russian accent I stammered my friend has my wallet they're coming soon we meet here to my surprise their poor english comprehension worked in my favor they exchanged glances muttering in German and decided to wait I forced myself to look confused maintaining the bluff it worked their effort to translate to or figure me out must have seemed like too much trouble the leader finally pointed at my 5-year-old Bill All right then you

get us something to drink reluctantly I followed them into the Shetty they grabbed a six-pack of coke and I paid heart pounding I was certain this wasn't over that they'd either search me themselves or retaliate when my non-existent friends didn't show up but then just like that they left no violence no further questions nothing I stood there in shock unable to process what had just happened looking back I can't believe I Bluffed in such a dangerous situation it could have been my last day on Earth all over 300 EUR I've learned my lesson these days

I avoid walking around late at night when the streets are empty and to those guys from that night let's not meet again ever I'm a girl my mom was a horrible addict she barely took care of me as a kid at at the time of this incident I was around 600 or 7 so my awareness and understanding of things happening may Not totally make much sense this happened in the '90s one night my mother and I were on a car ride I wasn't sure why we were driving but it was late at night I'm not

sure what time it was but I assume it was really late because there weren't many cars on the street and I was sleeping in the back seat I don't even remember getting in the car my mom drove up to some sketchy house and left me in the car for what felt like forever suddenly the car door Swung open and someone violently grabbed me by my arm and yanked me out of the car I started screaming and crying until the man that grabbed me looked me in the eyes and said be quiet and don't try to

run or I'll kill you he had a scruffy beard and looked like a madman I was scared to death So I listened he held me tight by my arm shut the car door and walked with me down the street I looked back at the house my mom was in hoping that my mom would come out At the last second and save me I looked at the house as long as I could as the man tracked me further and further away as we walked down the street I wanted to cry but I was in shock and

fear I didn't know what to do if I sniffled or cried the man would tighten his grip and yell at me I can't even explain how scared and confused I was we walked for a little while and ended up in the projects the projects were a bunch of buildings cramped Together in a shitty neighborhood we walked into one of the buildings and walked up a flight of stairs my legs and feet hurt like hell but I was too scared to stop moving or complain we walked up another flight of stairs when I saw some random

guy smoking a cigarette in the stairway then without warning the guy that kidnapped me fell to the ground it happened so fast I didn't know how the kidnapper fell to the ground so fast but the next thing I remember is the Cigarette guy was punching and kicking the kidnapper in his head and face the kidnapper was out cold the cigarette Guy picked up the kidnapper by the back of his jacket and threw him down the stairs you have no idea how scary and violent it is to see an unconscious man fall down the stairs to

this day I still have a fear of falling down the stairs he bled everywhere I still have no idea how the cigarette guy knew to help me but I'm Glad he did maybe he could see tears in my eyes eyes maybe he just picked up on something and had a bad Vibe but he acted instantly the first second he could he attacked my wouldbe kidnapper the cigarette Guy starts pacing back and forth swearing at himself gritting his teeth and clenching his fists I thought he was mad at me so I started to cry he looked

at me and said okay okay okay okay shut up shut up he had anide itude So I listened to him out of fear I Wasn't as scared of cigarette guy as much as the bearded guy but I was still in fear of him he started to ask me questions with an attitude why are you out this late where are your parents why would you talk to strangers I was in so much shock and confusion I couldn't answer the man's questions correctly he asked if I knew my way home and I told him I didn't I

told him a broken story about about what happened and somehow with the information I gave him he knew Where my mom's car was the only thing I remember about the road is passing a house with Christmas lights on it despite Christmas already being over I think he knew the area well enough and figured out where I needed to go from that information but I honestly don't even remember telling him about the Christmas lights anyways he told me he would take me back if I promised proed over and over that I wouldn't tell the police that

I saw him or anyone that Looked like him and he made me promise that I wouldn't even tell the police anything he had an attitude I didn't care what he asked me I just wanted to go back to my mom so I agreed I followed him down the stairs the bearded guy was still laying there on the ground leading at the bottom of the stairs that cigarette guy threw him down he wasn't moving at all for all I know he was dead and I hope now that he was cigarette guy stepped Over the bearded guy

and I followed we walked outside and cigarette guy looked around panicky I remember him telling me the police don't like me we walked out to the projects and my feet still hurt cigarette guy was walking fast in a panic and I had to basically jock to keep up with him I started crying and he asked me what was wrong I told him my feet hurt and I remember him sucking his teeth and picking me up with an attitude he Awkwardly cradled me in both arms he walked down the road for a moment then I remember

him swearing and running behind a house or a building a cop car was driving down the road he put me down and told me to run to the police car I tried to run but my leg could barely move and I was scared the cop car kept driving and rode away without seeing me before I could even get remotely close to it he kept swearing to himself as he picked me up again and ran down the street he took Me behind a lot of houses and hid from every cop car that drove by I assume

now that the police were looking for me he carried me in both arms running fast down the road when I saw my mom at her car in the distance she was surrounded by police the cigarette guy put me down and told me to run to the police I got so excited the pain in my legs disappeared he put me down and ran away I ran towards the police and my mom my mom picked me up And hugged me tight the police started to ask my mom and D questions I don't remember too much about their

question question s but I remember my mom telling the police some convoluted story that just didn't make any sense she basically told me not to say anything and I didn't say much but I did cry a whole bunch we went home days later my dad picked me up and knew something was wrong I told him everything I never lived with my mom again when I grew up and had time to Think think about that day I never forgave my mother not too long ago I asked my dad what he remembers about the situation and he

told me what he thinks happened from what I explained to him from years ago he said my mom was on a drug binge I got kidnapped someone saved me but the person that saved me had warrants and he wasn't mad at me he was just frustrated with the situation that he had to deal with imagine being a criminal on the run And now you have a kidnapped girl with you and you just beat a guy up half to death if he would have gotten caught with me he could have been in jail from my kidnapping

with my mom lying and me being in shock and confused I wouldn't be able to tell them that the man helped me because while it was all happening I didn't even notice he was helping me to the man that saved me thanks to the man that tried to kidnap me Let's not meet again this takes place in Grand Rapids Michigan about 18 years ago when I was 17 to 18 I was living across the state from Grand Rapids I was a senior in high school and I had a lot of friends who had graduated and

went to college one weekend a friend and I decided to take a trip to see some of our friends and to spend the weekend at their house when we got there we realized the house was down a weird deadend Street it was Like a normal City neighborhood but you could turn down this one almost not noticeable street that looked almost like an alley and there was like 5 to 10 houses down it and they were all in pretty bad shape when we got there it was a really big and old like five-bedroom house and there

were a couple people living there and a couple people I was just meeting for the first time we met and all got along and we were having a good time then they Started telling me about how weird the street was and how all the neighbors had been living there for a long time so we started partying and my friend started telling me he loved living in the house but things were weird because he was a really curious guy and he said that the landlord told them specifically when they moved in that he knew they were

going to be partying a lot and just doing typical young college kid stuff then he starts telling me about the Basement he tells me after the landlord told him he didn't care what they did the one rule in the house and he was very adamant about this was to never under any circumstances try to open the doors in the basement obviously at this point my interest is peaked so after a discussion we head down to the basement to set this up visually the basement was like one of those very old basements where Everything is cement

it was really dirty at long it had big cement support pillars down the middle and there was nothing in it now on either side of the room there were doors big doors and when I saw them my heart sank both doors had about a thousand Nails in them all over some of them were bent some were sticking out it looked like someone was frantically nailing this thing as shut as they could both of them we discussed it for a while and decided not to open The doors and I honestly really regret it I still think

about it from time to time I have no idea what was behind them we've discussed so many possibilities was it like an old well but if so why would they be on both sides of the house was it maybe old tunnels the house was really old the ultimate reason my friend didn't want us opening the doors is because he was afraid a poltergeist was trapped or Something which I laugh off I don't even think the house is still there but I know they asked the landlord again what was behind the doors and all he would
