okay here's a quick tap on anger because sometimes we don't have a lot of time for a longer round and some relief is better than no relief at all so even though I'm really angry right now I choose to love and accept myself anyway even though I'm really angry right now I choose to love and honor myself anyway even though I'm really angry right now now about something that's happened about stuff that's going on about stuff that someone or some people are doing and even though I'm really angry right now I choose to deeply and
completely love honor and accept myself and I do that by giving myself peace all this anger all this anger part of me is fuming right now part of me might be seething I may be really pissed off right now and and it does not feel good and it might make me want to do things that are not helpful to me or anyone else and so I choose to calm down that feeling releasing anger and resentment releasing it from every fiber of my being and I have a right to be angry my anger might be totally
justified and there may be something that I need to do I'd rather do it without the anger I can take positive action Without Anger I may have a right to be angry but I also have a right to feel good I have a right to feel at peace there may be things that are pissing me off but I'll bet there's a lot that I could feel good about too things that I could even feel grateful for and I can allow myself to feel more peace I'm going to take whatever positive action I can take to
help bring about changes that I think are necessary I'm letting go of the need to hurt anyone especially myself so I'm clearing what doesn't feel good setting myself free to feel peace setting myself free to feel better treating myself with love in Body Mind and Spirit take a deep breath hopefully that at least takes the edge off maybe it took off a lot more than that if you have time allow that rinch repeat as necessary live a more peaceful life thanks for doing that
