so a freemium inside a service-based business is like an adjacent railroad track so very similar but it beers off differently why because an expert based business is delivering like a thing a product to that person but a service based offering they're freemium is actually the best kind of premium for a service basic something called a discovery call what's a discovery call well it's something that you put on on your landing page or your website that says hey are you interested in learning more about XYZ I'm happy to jump on a quick 15 minute discovery call
with you and let you know a little bit more about that people love that because they want to they love things that are free also you do not put your prices anywhere on your website it is like like blasphemy heresy do not do that because people experience price of version and price resistance as soon as they see prices design something to do with you it's just our human nature thing people need to see prices put in context suddenly when later they hear about your prices they're going oh they make so much sense cuz you're helping
me understand like I'm gonna save literally seven days of my life not having to plan this party because I'm working with you so and suddenly that price is gonna make sense that I'm having it in context so if cream even said it's service based business is always a discovery call now your number one goal on that discovery call is to sell them and make them want or what I like to say is ignite their imagination for something called a business intensive a business intensive is a much more robust offer that they're gonna pay for but
what you're describing is hey if you booked this business intensive with me I'm able to deep dive into your business create an entire customized step-by-step strategy plan for you and I hand deliver it to you there at the business intensive and I have copy and text exactly how you say it to build that desire and ignite that imagination but if people get on a discovery call find out that you actually know how a plan of a step by step and then they're gonna get a customized plan for you you will they will want to book
that business intensive with you that business intensive I encouraged people to chart anywhere between 500 to $1500 depending on the service that you're offering and then you tell them and if you want to work with me further I'm happy to put that business intensive feed toward our working relationship so you know if you want to work with me out that money all will go towards you know a project if you want to go further go deeper with me or you can take this entire PDF printed out plan I'm gonna create for you and you could

lot of great questions I got the whole business I better all for you inside the Trello card it's a whole questionnaire it's gonna give you all the information you need to build an amazing customized plan for that customer you're gonna know their competition you're going to know their the other Facebook pages you're gonna know their price points I'm going to have you look at the profit and loss statement they're going to do a lot of information and you're gonna be if you want inside your service base and you know it depends if you're into that
but you really get a lot of information so that you can deep dive do a bunch of research you show up at the business intensive and you'll bow um and I show you how inside the Trello cut you give him this whole customized plan I've got a template for you you basically build like these are this is what you need to do inside your business and when you do this and this and this this is how all the things that are gonna happen and this is what's gonna change and all you need to do is
