hi everyone this video here will focus on one of the services we offer our partners worldwide apartment success packs now these packs can be used for different reasons and we'll explore these in this video partner success packs can be used for the following needs and/or reasons training whether functional or technical these hours can be used to train your teams which we'll see a bit later on for support also with the general support on a functional and technical matter or specific project based support we can provide you consultancy hours on this on these matters ok partners
who need our insight on certain aspects of their products and developments will therefore go through a partner success pack so first aspect is support most of the success packs we provide to our partners will be used for support if you have a project and this is your first implementation if you have experience in implementing our enterprise but will implement new applications you're not too sure about or you don't have the actual development skills you're not too sure about what you need to take out we can provide those consultancy advices by through success pack okay so
basically success packs are packs of hours of consultancy provided by our own Auto consultants these guys implement projects directly with customers on a daily basis and are also there to provide support for our existing partners when you purchase a success back you'll be assigned to one of our functional or technical consultants based on your needs and based on what you told your account manager before the kickoff call with you the consultant will always speak with your manager your partnership consultants your person of contact at all about the reason why you need such a pack is
it for training is it for product implementation is it for development your point of contact will therefore provide information to that consultant and then a kickoff call will be arranged with someone from your team so our consultants are also based on other projects and partners so it's very important to define precise communication channels just would like your account manager and and frequency of communication to make sure the collaboration goes as smoothly as possible so whether you need assistance on a regular basis because of a specific project or issue or because you need more sporadic assistance
usually more experienced partners will go for that latter option one golden rule still applies you are responsible for providing the services related to the auto enterprise implementation so our consultants will not actually do the work you need assistance they will not make developments for you and they will not import data for example okay instead they will guide you and assist you in those processes the endgame being that you are the most autonomous as quickly as possible the partner is always responsible for providing the services needed by the customer we are there for support for help
now the second reason why a partner might need a success pack is for training purposes we briefly explained it in an earlier video but here we're going to go into more in-depth okay so functional training as explained earlier we already provide some functional training via the e-learning platform however if you want to go more in-depth into a specific application or a set of applications we can also arrange this via a specific training okay so you'll describe us your need what you're looking for what you want to be trained on and more proposed the appropriate pack
based on your training specifications it can range from a couple of days to a whole five-day week eight hours a day or see this a bit later on most of the packs the training packs will be used for technical training now there are two ways of getting a technical training by Oda standard and custom training standard training we have a standard five day curriculum which basically enables the participants to develop an older module from scratch if you're interested in knowing the contents of the training and see if it's something your team could follow please get
in touch with your partner with your point of contact at odoo and we'll send you the required material now as explained this is for standard normal training would also do custom training so if you know you want to have some specific training based on a single module or a single business process or a set of modules we can also arrange this through a custom Eco training for example if you wish to penetrate a niche market and develop a very specific vertical application linked to manufacturing inventory management whatever we can also organize technical training that will
